My experience with Leticia Ramos was great at the beginning I was very excited because she at first gave me options so I could buy a house. I was very excited to start the process. After I started looking for properties it took a while obviously because the market we are in. When I found a property that I liked my realtor asked her for the pre approval letter and she kept telling us a time she would send it and never did. Her service left me feeling frustrated and let down. Communication was an issue with her she always had an excuse as to why she couldn’t deliver. I have multiple text messages trying to contact her that she often ignored.Overall, I had high hopes for a smooth and efficient lending experience, but unfortunately, Leticia fell far short of my expectations. Fortunately I was able to purchase the property I wanted another way. I would caution others against using her services.

I cant praise Clay and company enough. For a $60K house, I could have been buying a $500K house to merit such meticulous attention and astute consultations. Things are easy when all goes smoothly, but when the seller balks on the contract and you have to wait and then resubmit and wait for the TWO repair confirmations by the appraiser, it is great to have someone who knows from experience how things usually go. His ability to find better insurance rates and advice on all of the different possibilities presented with a house purchase were quite invaluable and quelled my hysteria.

Working with Andrew was a great experience. My wife and I just bought our first house with Andrews help and it was great! My favorite part about working with Andrew was his responsiveness and patience. I had many questions about the process and wanted frequent updates and he was willing to talk to me on the phone multiple times to explain the next steps and would always give me a heads up on important details and information necessary to move the loan forward.

Randy was the best! This was our first home purchase so I had a lot of questions and was nervous about several different things but Randy went above and beyond to help me in anyway I needed and made me feel confident in our home buying experience. If I could give this company negative stars Id give them -100. I have been unsuccessful in getting a $1600.00 payment returned, which they said 1) they never received, 2) they never cashed, and 3) I never had an account with them. They sold my mortgage to another lender - so I obviously had an account with them, I provided proof - a copy from my credit union - of the check they cashed with my account number on the check, and now they have ghosted me. No response when I e-mail, and put on hold when I call.Next step is court, a claim with the Better Business Bureau in each state they do business in, a Claim with the Attny General in each state they do business in, and so on.This company stinks as far as customer service goes.

Had delightful experience getting my home loan thru Academy Mortgage. Team was very polite an friendly and got my loan process in less then a month.
