This company has the worst customer service. All I get are voice mails and no return calls or service from this office. I cancelled my policy with them and 4 months later I still have not received any correspondence or the monies back.

No comparison to trying to secure home and auto coverage on line than from the professionals like Ruben Bear at White Rock Insurance.After a thorough analysis of my families assets and coverage needs they saved us thousands securing coverage that met our needs.

Absolutely terrible! No one every answers the phone. Email responses take weeks. This company moves at a snails pace. Quite literally the worst customer service I have every experienced. I needed to update my car insurance when I was selling a car. The company took so long to get back to me I had to go with a different insurance provider.

I have tried calling this agency numerous times over the last 2 months and have left countless voicemails to discuss the homeowners policy I have with them. I have had 2 separate people respond to my emails that I will hear back same day and never get a call. I have made it pretty clear that it is urgent that they call back and they still do not. It seems like the only time they get back to you is when they want you to buy something.

Unresponsive. Believe the other 1 star reviews. Multiple emails and phone calls go unanswered and no follow up. Leaving them for someone who cares to get back to me.

I called the agency about an issue I had with my existing policy. Dana didn’t miss a beat. Originally, I wasn’t even calling about finding a new policy, but she suggested we shop the market. She was able to pull new quotes and get us switched to a new provider in a matter of hours. We ended up saving nearly $2000 on home and auto. I couldn’t be more thrilled.

WRIS is great! They take the time to shop their network of insurance companies to find you the best deal, without compromising your coverage. I recently moved my car insurance over to them and I’m now saving $400/year. Home insurance will definitely follow soon!

Terrible customer service. Still being charged for cancelled policies and cars I do not own. I cannot get anyone on the phone. When requested to talk via phone they do not follow through. Do not recommend. Not easy to work with, get questions answer, or resolve issues.
