Shady practices with fees on loans. Cant get anyone on the phone. Avoid this place.Edit: I was called and rudely harassed by a staff member of the credit union until I eventually hung up on them.

Jennifer Hill has been the best, absolute best in customer care! For years she has been our go to for all our banking needs! She is so friendly, walks us through things when needed. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her.We will keep our Texans account even though we’re moving to Ma.We won’t lose Jennifer!!!

I recently had to purchase a new vehicle as a result of an accident. As a result, my vehicle was declared a total loss. I contacted Texans Credit Union and was fortunate to work with Branch Manager, II Jennifer Hill, located at the Irving Blvd. Branch. She was very professional , kind, and helpful. The entire process was VERY easy. The next day after I applied for the vehicle loan, my wife was in a new car. Customer Service is a no longer front and center in a lot of places. However, when you get good Customer Service, it stand out. Very please and highly recommend Jennifer Hill for any future needs.

I love going to the credit Union. Im always greeted when I walk in the door. Everyone seems to be enthusiastic working there. Mrs Hill is always available to help me anytime.They have just gone through a remodel and the branch looks very very nice.

Staff is always warm and professional. Eric was amazing and efficient! I always feel welcomed and well serviced with this group and at this location!! One very cool thing… when possible, each person working in sight takes a moment to greet me when I enter each visit!

I just have to compliment the Customer Service part from Adrianna! I have been to this location on multiple occasions through the drive thru. This was the very first time I was greeted before sending up my paperwork. Sometimes I wonder if there’s anybody there, even though it says open. It was so refreshing to be greeted and not have to wonder if someone was there or not. And she had such a pleasant demeanor!

Texans Credit Union---this branch has been my main banking institution for almost twenty years. I’ve had and still have other banking sources only for convenience sake. The reason I’m a longtime member speaks volume to the professional, superb, and excellent service that I receive each time I do business with them. Whether significant or insignificant, the service is the same. Recently, I had a scare with possible fraudulent activities that resulted in a ‘hold’ on my debit card. The branch manager, Jennifer Hill, and Melissa (there were others as well), used their skills and expertise and helped me with my unique case, and worked on my behalf in every financial way. Always valuing me as a member, and most of all, comforting me in that they would get to the bottom of things very soon. Proficiency at its finest! My problem was resolved quickly, and I now have peace of mind that my financial information is safe and secured. Things are back to normal. I am a Texans Credit Union member, for life.

We were almost 20 minutes early for our appointment with Ms. Jennifer Hill and she kindly took us early. Her eagerness to service us was highly appreciated. Such great personality and clearly extremely knowledgeable of her craft. No questions went unanswered.

We have financed numerous vehicles through Texans Credit Union. My husband and I are always more than happy with the service we receive. I shop around for interest rates every time Im buying a car. Texans has ALWAYS been the lowest! The ease of financing through them is another reason we love them. I never have to go to the building. It can always be done through phone calls and emails. Jennifer Hill has helped us a couple of times and has always gone above and beyond to make us feel appreciated. Buying a car can be stressful, but Texans helps make it feel easy. When we found the last car we purchased, Jennifer was out of the office for several days so we used Que Nguyen. I was a little nervous about using someone other than Jennifer, but Que was GREAT! She was quick to return my emails and calls. She even stayed late on a FRIDAY to make sure we were able to leave the dealership with our car. Texans, you have made one of your members more than happy, again.

Ive done 3 maybe 4 reviews in the past 10 year. Jennifer Hill was so good I have to tell everyone about how much of a good job shes done. Im impressed. Ive been banking with Chase my whole life. And theyve never helped me the way she has. I suggest everyone try to get with her if you come here. And Jennifer if youre reading this. I appreciate you very much!

Both Karen and Eric were amazing! Every-time I walk in I get welcomed with big smiles and fast service! You can tell they take pride in their job and take pride in putting a smile on people’s face! Before walking out Jennifer the manager made sure my service was fast and efficient!

My experience at this location has been Amazing from beginning to end. Im not one to leave reviews but this branch deserves to be recognized for the above & beyond service they provide their customers! I came in with a complicated request and was immediately helped by the branch manager Jennifer Hill. She was very knowledgeable and explained the process every step of the way. After several phone calls later, she managed to accomplish the impossible!! Jennifer, thank you for being so thorough & determined to help me!! I might have come in teary-eyed and heart broken but I definitely left with happy tears!! Jennifer, you truly are an Angel from God!! Thank you so much for everything!!🙏 I am forever grateful!!

For years i have had issue after issue with the credit union with their lack of opportunities for minority bankers. However the changes the organization has implemented to address these issues have changed my inital perspective. The staff at this branch is phenomenal. I had an issue that i was not happy about. The branch manager personally called me and explained the process and help me resolved my issue. I appreciate the changes the bank has made over the years. From loan opportunities to being more supportive of their members.

Eric provided such great customer service as we made our final steps with closing out my late grandmas account. Making it so easy and smooth. They have been a true blessing guiding us along the way.

Ivan Did amazing work with me. Offered the best deal and was very helpful with questions and suggestions. Ivan was very great at the explaining for my understanding. Great place to start an account and get helpful information from.

Im not a member but I just got off the phone with Jennifer who helped me better understand what to expect when I do become one! She was SO HELPFUL. I nailed her on a couple one off questions like credibility and policies. They didnt phase her, she was so friendly in relaying every answer precisely. I now have peace of mind that Im choosing the right credit union to handle my finances.

Originally I was not happy with the drive thru wait time but I was impressed how the store manager, Jenifer, handled the situation.She resolved the issue immediately and personally contact me multiple time to get my feedback.It was clear that Jenifer cared about what her customers have to say and takes it very serious.Additionally she helped me refinanced my car loan.Because of her I now plan to be a long term customer.Jenifer knows how to run a business and deserves a five stars.

Please, for the love of all that is holy, choose a different bank. We had a payment plan set up and their system debited our account for the full amount without notifying us and they said they said they can’t do anything about because the transfer already went through.We had to shut down our cards while traveling and spend a weekend five hours away from home with only cash because they got hit by fraud charged across multiple accounts (but didn’t tell anybody) and we had to close our cards to prevent more money being stolen from us.The app doesn’t work, customer service rarely actually helps, just says to “do it online or the app” or visit a branch, and i’ve been hung up on at least twice on the phone without so much as a goodbye.It started out great, but we’ve only had problems with Texan’s Credit Union since we opened up our accounts. Choose somewhere else, don’t trust this place with your money.

Melissa was excellent to deal with. I had been having a great deal of trouble with an on-line application........ I was put in contact with her and she fixed everything quickly and smoothly. Her fantastic work will keep me at Texans 👍👍

They are great to do business with. My mother, my 2 sons and myself have been members here for a very long time. They have financed several vehicles for us and always go the extra mile to take care of our needs. If you can become a member you will not regret.

I got my auto loan refinanced. They gave the best apr for my used car. Agent Linda was really helpful in getting my car refinanced almost more than half of my current API. Transition was really smooth. I definitely recommend that.

I recently traded in my car for a new one and Que Nguyen assisted me with my loan. She could not have been more professional or easy to work with. I always have wonderful experiences with Texans, and because of professionals like Que, they always will.

Let me start by saying if you are trying to refinance your vehicle this is the place to go.Melissa Is one of the loan officer I was very happy to work, she knows exactly what to do in order to make something happen. Keep in mind I didn’t know much about credit due to just started building my score. So my first APR was ridiculous high and Melissa was able to drop my APR really low. Thank you Texans CU, I will be working with my future plans with y’all!! And especially Melissa!

I would totally recommend making an appointment with Que at this location. She was attentive, informative and very detailed. I appreciate her understanding and patience with me. She was willing to answer all my questions. We spent about 2 hours together trying to get my affairs in order. Thank you Que for your help.

Ive been with Texans off of Irving Blvd. since I was a kid. They have always had above average service and I would recommend them to everyone! This is a bank that will last generations in this family, I already have my 3 kids signed up with their own accounts too.

Service at this location is always top notch. I’m always greeted with a courteous smile and fast service. Eric V. continuously provides the most professional attitude towards his job and my banking needs.

Texans Credit Union has the worse customer service ever. They fail to answer the branch telephones or return messages. They do no have the ability to resolve issues concerning accounts. Instead, the close accounts without proper notification to the customer. I do not recommend that any reasonable person bank with Texans.

I urgently needed to buy a vehicle for my daughter due to unanticipated car trouble/repairs. I had purchased a few vehicles and financed them through Texans Credit Union in the past. Covid19 made the process more complicated so I thought; Actually Kalynda made the process easy, simple, and stress free!!! She was patient and professional ! I enjoyed the process so well I ended up purchasing two vehicles during the same timeframe!!

No good always a wait. One teller Kia was rude no customer service then a young man teller tells me I dont have an account with them when I gave him my account. Then recently they took money from a different account that they week not to touch

Tried closing an Account which had No money, only to find i had -$60 which didnt show. Had 2 bills that didnt go thru because of NO MONEY. By the time i left they paid both bills and charged me $35/ea. Thanks Floating Manager!

Called ahead to make sure they could help with a cash advance on an expired card they said they could go ahead and make it happen. Drove 40 minutes for them to waste my time and gas to tell me it couldn’t be done. Closing the account as soon as I can.

Eric V, is always friendly and incredibly helpful when visiting the branch.

The two places I had to go to this place I needed to take off work, the first their computers were down I stood there for 45 min and couldnt make a withdrawal, the second I walked in signed in for notary service, after about 10 min they told me their notary called in sick that week.

Been going here for more than a year and Letty is very helpful and friendly. Nice ppl here at this branch
