Tuesday, Nov 14, 2023 @ 3:45pm… I spoke to John Kim (Insurance Agent) to get commercial insurance. To say the LEAST he is EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & UNFRIENDLY. He sent me quotes with deductibles of $500, $1000 and $2500. He didn’t bother breaking it down with my down payments and monthly payments. When I asked him if he could give me breakdowns, his response was he’s TOO busy helping other people so I need to decide which one I want because he doesn’t have time to do “EACH” one of them.Also, he SUGGESTED that I could pull out MY OWN calculator and take 11% of the annual amount to calculate my own down payments and divide the remaining payments by 11 to get my monthly payments.LAST I CHECKED, that’s what they pay YOU for to assist me and you also have a COMPUTER sitting in front of you that you can’t get these amounts. I don’t work for Kevin Lee Co and that’s NOT my job.Needless to say I hung up and called back and spoke to Monica to request another agent because I can’t do John. I can get TERRIBLE customer service for FREE, I’m NOT gonna PAY you to be rude AND not help me. John took Israel’s place and he was so nice, friendly and professional. I really do miss him. He needs to come back.
