Alonzo had stopped by to see if we need a new AC unit I told him we were looking to replace the unit this summer but my husband had been out sick with surgery. I told him to check back in a couple of months and we would see. He stop by but my husband was home and he spoke to him on Friday and came back and spoke to us on Saturday. He then sent Ivan out who helped us tremendously and the final straw was JJ who helped us out. I have to say they these gentlemen were the best that we have spoken to in a long time with out any pressures and I cant leave out Keye as well. Thankful for you team.

The Chill Brothers company was an easy company to work with on replacing my furnace and the AC unit. The follow-up was admirable. Several times they called to ensure everything was working to our satisfaction. I would recommend this company without any hesitation.

If yall ever have The Chill Brothers (HVAC company) approach you about a buy back program BEWARE! (This is a long but HONEST review)They were doing door to door sales and came to my moms house. She wasnt home so they explained to me the $2k buy back program theyre offering to buy our old condenser. So we scheduled someone to come out today and look at the condenser and whole HVAC system and see if we qualify. Well, my mom qualified and initially he quoted $18k with the $2k discount. Which sounded like alot and totally unaffordable for my mom. Then he knocked it to $14k and finally to $10k. Which i had wondered how theyre making money if they can knock down almost half the initial price that easily.Well long story short, that was still way too high of a price for my mom to pay in full. So he ran her info to see if she could get approved for financing. It came back that one of their many financing companies accepted and with a discount that brought her total to $9700 installation and parts. What a deal, we thought!Payments were quoted at $402 a month to pay off in 72 months or 6yrs. Shorter than the usual 10yr payment plan, so she can pay it off sooner. Well that math isnt mathing for me.Ill save you the time $402 over a 72 month period is $28,944!!!! So youre telling me the finance company is charging over $19k to borrow $9700???And the way they get you is they drop the price for the work and parts, and either give you a lower payment plan over 10yrs or a slightly higher payment over a shorter time. But they fail to explain what the hidden interest fees are, so if you dont ask they dont explain that part to you. Ill tell you the look on this guys face when I called him out, he was so caught off guard he stumbled on his words and didnt know what to say.Not to mention he spent 4 hours over explaining everything and talking entirely TOO much about unrelated things but making it sound like it correlated. He finally called his manger to explain the situation and see if he could help because he still didnt take the NO that I gave him MULTIPLE TIMES. I was a bit irritated a this point and the manager could tell. So he finally left.Funny thing, he asked at the beginning of the convo and going over numbers that if we decide to hire them for the work if we could do the favor of leaving a positive review on Google. Ha, better believe theyre getting a review from me!!Thankfully I was there to help my mom because if not, she may have signed the contract not realizing what she signed herself up for! Who knows how many people they scam with those EXTREMELY HIGH hidden fees.

Id give a zero star rating, but Google doesnt allow that low. Just had a sales guy come to my door where theres a No Soliciting sign posted right next to the door at eye level. Knocked anyway and started his pitch. I pointed to the sign and he read it. He said ok and then continued his sales pitch. I then told him I already had an A/C guy and he kept going. It took me closing the door in his face for him to get the point. If this is how this company does business, I will never consider them in the future and hope anyone reading this does the same.This part of the review is in response to the companys response. My No Soliciting sign should automatically put me on your no knock list.

They solicited my property unwarranted then after I called their office, THE VERY SAME DAY another rep showed up to my home. I had 2 visits in one day!!! That is UNACCEPTABLE. I am a single mother who lives alone, I don’t allow soliciting at my home. My children and I deserve to feel safe. This seemed like an intimidation tactic, like basically saying, “We don’t care what you say, we do what we want.” Do better or I’ll file a complaint with the BBB and the FTC! Don’t show up at my home again!

At the appointment, Luis the regional manager was thorough and help us get an air conditioner system after 10 years without one. Rude sales staff that does more time talking than listening. Door to door salesman was either illiterate or just ignored the no soliciting sign and wouldnt leave when asked to.

The experience Antoine (and John) gave us was phenomenal. Im always weary to have salespeople and companies come to our home because of so many people coming in so quick just to sell you, only for them to leave you hanging. Well these guys didnt. They answered every question we had, and we had a lot, helped us with understanding the product and the cost, and were very personable with their conversations and understanding. We felt very comfortable in speaking up about our concerns, and didnt feel any type of pressure to sign anything. These guys are great at what they do.100/10 recommend them!

We had our sit down with Luis Santana today to go over options available to upgrade our current system. The experience was great. He was very personable and acknowledged our needs and concerns. He made the experience very pleasant. Alyssa gave me a pleasant experience when she was here to initiate a meet with a sales team person.

The company overall seems agreeable. The sales rep I met Antwon was great. Even though the overall price might be a little high I am satisfied with the interest rate & the fact i was able to get other needed attic fixes applied in the same loan. I look forward to seeing a good install & to see my electric bill be close to Zero as advertised by there sales team.

Bought an A/C unit. My billing was all through a separate finance company, but bills stated merchant was Chill Brothers. Called Chill Brothers and was met with a very impatient and rude lady who kept cutting me off saying, Just let me explain. Im trying to explain....I completely understood everything. Her remedial conversational vocabulary was dismissive and offensive. I have nothing to say about their units and service of those; just know if you get this lady on the phone, be prepared to be spoken to like you have comprehension issues. Oh, she hung up on me when I cut her off and told her that I appreciate her help, but tone was rude and dismissive when a person is calling for help after paying $10K for a unit. Turns out Chill Brothers was not my true merchant as stated on my bill. Go figure.

John with The Chill Brothers AC Company is a true professional who knows his stuff when it comes to air conditioning systems. Not only did he arrive promptly for the call, but he also took the time to explain the issue with my AC unit in a way that was easy to understand. Yesterday I met some of their salesmen, his name was Danial. He was really nice and respectful, I’m glad I had a conversation with him. If I didnt already have a new unit, I would definitely get my unit upgraded with The Chill Brothers🤙

Knocked on our door even though we having no soliciting sign. We answered the door and told them to look at the sign. However, they came back later in the evening and put a flyer on our door.

I had a great experience with the Chill Brothers, especially because of the sales professional Danial. He walked me through everything, explained what were my options and the pricing. To summarize, if anyone needs a unit-Danial is your go-to person, he can sell you 2 units even if you needed just 1!

One of their door to door solicitors came by our house today, which is Sunday. It is a complete lack of taste to do door to door sales on a Sunday. People are trying to relax with friends and family, and the last thing we want is to be bothered by one of your pimple faced kids trying to sell roofs, whom probably don’t know a thing about doing the actual work.

We recently had to replace our furnace and hvac, and JJ, our sales rep, did a great job talking us through our options and giving us various pros and cons. He was very patient and not too pushy, which was great since we were getting a lot of quotes! He was also able to get us scheduled quickly with the install team, which was much appreciated since our heat was completely out. The install team also did a great job, and were in and out same day without much fuss. Overall a great experience.

My 7 year old answered the door and told the salesman TWICE that we weren’t interested and he still didn’t leave!! By the time I got to the door I told him that he needs to stop badgering little girls, that it’s extremely inappropriate, to which he STILL wouldn’t leave! I literally had to step outside and ask him to leave my property, and he STILL wouldn’t leave, so I then had to yell at him to leave, to which he STILL didn’t leave but proceeded to curse at me and it wasn’t until his supervisor across the street waved him off that he finally reluctantly left!!!!This is despicable and completely inappropriate practice. I am still in shock that this happened to me…

The installation for the two full systems took 1.5 days. Post install, I had Steven Oliver upgrade my thermostats as part of my original package, he also shared the same characteristics as team mentioned above. I am very happy with the installation and post installation and looking forward to see reductions in my electricity. Thank you.11/26: Update ~3 weeks after install on the day after Christmas: On Christmas day, I noticed heat is not turning on on my 5 tone down stairs unit furnance and noted a 7 time flashing red light on a brand new installed furnance, not sure how long the problem had existed because we had few days of good weather. Called for a service and was told everyone is off on Christmas day, today, the day after Christmas, they are sending someone over between 9-10 am. For the entire Christmas day house downstairs was at lower 60s and this morning at 57.Mr. Oliver showed up as always professional and discovered one of the duct work fork which its internall part may have been installed improperly gave up resulted in the furnance error message and heat off. He replaced it very quickly as he got the part from their warehouse and left before 11 am. I appreciate his knowledge and professionalism.

Hi there, it’s been more than one year since the installation and the inspection keeps failing. There has been absolutely no communication or updates whatsoever. Happy to provide screenshots and history of communication. Please beware, the company is a scam.

This company approached my elderly father about replacing his ac unit. The next day his house was flooded. They came out once and told him they didnt know how to fix the problem. They took the soggy filter out of his unit and put the same filter back after telling him they didnt know what to do. My fathers house is damaged and no resolution has been made.

Luis Santana was giving off sleazy salesman vibes and it was cuz the whole time My parents thought wow 2 hvac units for 15k financed seems fair but after more digging asking him to elaborate it was only for 1. We turned him down.We definitely dodged a bullet there.

Yelled Nword Im a door kicker my door camera records for several minutes after and picked that up. Which I saved as evidence because I believe they were either going to break my AC, potential fraud with some check thing, and after that comment fearful they will break into my house until my husband came home. I also just had surgery yesterday and cant move too much so I had to rely on my door cameras, and glad I did. How many times has this happened? I doubt I am the only home.If there is any damage to my property Im holding your company liable. I hate we live in a litigious society; but I work too hard for someone to be a door kicker and steal from me or hurt my family. It was 2 males 18-25 and 1 female 18-25. No cars around per my neighbors but wearing your shirts and logos rushing around our neighborhood the Ranches in Roanoke.I hope you take this claim seriously (I have video proof), and provide better training or hire better sales individuals who represent your brand better. Maybe this is a good representation of your brand, I dont know, but I do know I dont want your business near my property again.

In this environment that we live in, I find it very concerning that your company is using young men in trios going door to door at 7pm at night knocking on doors in neighborhoods about HVAC services and it’s DARK. NOT SAFE! Definitely a BAD idea! Please refrain from this type of marketing, there are better ways to market your company like SOCIAL MEDIA not door to door in the 21st century.

Had the final inspector come months after they did the install and today I decided to go up there to do filters and noticed they trashed my attic and didnt even connect the vent lines, didnt reattach the ducts like they were. Punctured a hole in one of my ducts and just left it, partially due to the fact that they never strapped my ducts back in place. Dont worry guys I cleaned up after all your garbage that you left and reconnected the vent line. Unfortunately I need to get hardware for everything, and repair my duct that you punctured.

This company has salesman canvassing neighborhoods on a Sunday afternoon. The salesman were rude and when told to leave they refused. I called the office and talked to David who defended this practice and was also very rude and unapologetic.
