Had the best technicians come out to clean the ducts of our newly purchased home. They were extremely professional, kind, and did a great job. We had them come back a month later to do another property. Elizabeth is also the best — so kind and accommodating, we definitely recommend Serveway and will keep using them for our Dallas home needs in the future.

Serveway has been awesome! We had our AC stop working one late evening and they were out the next day. The technician was great at communicating when they were on their way so I was able to come home from work. He did a thorough inspection of everything and it turned out to be a simple repair. I was extremely thankful for the time spent and finding the true issue instead of just selling an expensive repair. He also provided a couple of options that we could look at doing in the future, but did not pressure that everything g had to be done immediately. We’re now maintenance members and look forward to continuing our relationship with Serveway!

Roberto with Serveway came out on short notice to inspect ducts and one AC unit. He explained everything he was doing and was patient with questions. He gave priority-based recommendations for potential work which was very helpful. Diagnostic fee was very reasonable - $89 and costs for potential repairs and cleaning were reasonable as well. Recommend Serveway and Roberto.

It took me too long to find Serveway but it was worth the wait. I was cycling through AC company after AC company trying to fix my issues and I kept feeling like I was getting scammed.. It wasnt until (I think the owner?) of Serveway came out and I finally felt like I was provided with what was best for my home. Ive used Serveway ever since and have never been disappointed.

This company is amazing! I called and had a quick response. They were able to send a technician same day and he was very punctual. They gave me a two hour time window from 4 to 6 and he showed up at 4:30. Roberto was nothing but professional and kind from the moment he stepped in to our home. They came right on time and even texted us both to make sure we were available. They were really sweet, professional guys and even spent time with my neighbor to explain what they were doing and answer all of his questions! I would never have thought my dryer vent could be so full of dirt and lint, but it was awful. Im so glad they got it cleaned up for us! I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

We recently had a serious issue with the heating element of our HVAC. With freezing conditions around the corner we were very concerned! I had an issue with my upstairs cooling and heating system and needed to replace the downstairs inside and outside units so I contacted Serveway Heating and Air Conditioning to repair and replace the units. They were quick to schedule both appointments and prompted to arrive. They fixed my upstairs unit quickly, along with replacing the downstairs two units and the price was very competitive for both jobs. Appreciate all their help in restoring service and look forward to working with them again!

First time experiencing the great service of Roberto and Carson with Serveway. They did an excellent job in cleaning each duct and they also covered furniture items as they went. Then they cleaned the debris before moving onto the next one. They are professional and friendly. They are efficient and kind.

Although I did not select them to do the job, the quality of service was amazing. I am preparing to move and the house is starting to get hot at night. So, I asked for them to come out for a quote. Once they realized the original recommendation wouldnt work and the true problem would cost me more than we budgeted for, they immediately resolved the issue with integrity. The recommendation was a capacitor, once that did not work and found the tru problem was the motor. They put everything back the way it was when they arrived. I was only charged the trip fee. I 100% recommend this company. They could have easily charged me for something that would have been at no benefit to my family. I have two rent homes that they will service for me in the future. Thank you, for being a true neighbor.

I requested someone to come out and check to see if my A/C unit in my attic was leaking due to some noticeable blemishes in my ceiling. Serveway was recommended by my next door neighbors so gave them a call late last week and was able to have someone come out on Monday. Roberto was the technician on call and was very friendly, polite, and professional. I walked him through the concerns I had for the potential issues with my A/C and asked him a handful of questions which he answered with helpful detail. He did a thorough examination of the unit in the attic (went up there twice to be sure) and also reviewed my outdoor unit to ensure there were no issues. He did not identify any issues with my unit (great news!) and suggested I reach out to a plumber as it appears to be more of a plumbing issue and not associated to my A/C unit. I appreciated his recommendation and attention to detail with everything he reviewed. I ended up signing up for the maintenance plan and he cleaned my outdoor unit since he noted it could use one. Overall, Serveway has been very easy to work with upon my first experience with them, and definitely plan to work with them for all of my A/C and Heating needs.

I recently had my AC unit, condenser, and furnace replaced as my old one finally gave out. I initially met with Bryan and Roberto after getting a quote from another company and they were knowledgeable, professional, and helpful with answering any questions I had.The install went great and my AC has been cooling our home much more efficiently. Roberto and Juan came out to clean out the dust from the vents the following week and took care of some changes I requested after the initial install that were mostly just me being picky (thank you a ton!) Replaced one of our AC units four years ago with Serveway so when we had issues with the other old unit this weekend, we gave them a call. They were professional, friendly, excellent service, and fair-priced then, and still are all these things, years later. Roberto did a great job diagnosing and repairing the issues with the AC unit. We had a new system installed back in April so Im a little delayed in writing this review, but its given a chance to really evaluate the system. Prior to having the new system installed we had our old system serviced several times and we were on a maintenance plan. Each time one of the technicians (Kelon or Roberto) came out they were always very polite, professional and took the time to explain all that they had done. We also had them come out to clean our air ducts which I dont think had ever been done and this house that was built in the 1950s. We decided to replace the system because of the age (it wasnt the original system), and we didnt want to keep putting band aids on it. The new system was installed and it works far better than the old one. The installation team was courteous and efficient. Brian sold us the system and did a great job of explaining the benefits of a new system. He was right on. We are highly impressed with the new system. It works fantastic, is efficient and our electric bill is lower. We changed from another local HVAC company, but I highly recommend these guys. Alicia in the office does a great job of coordinating the services and following ups.

Outstanding service! Our commercial HVAC unit encountered a persistent issue, and despite several prior attempts by different companies, none could resolve the problem. However, when I reached out to Serveway Heating and Air Conditioning, they responded promptly and addressed the issue comprehensively. The technician, Juan, was not only skilled but also exceptionally friendly, providing continuous follow-up until the problem was completely resolved. Great company I called them for am estimate to replace my system and Juan and brian came to my house and gave me replacement options I want with the better to help out with my electric bills. Hired company for Airduct cleaning. Although, I had to wait a few weeks due to the very busy summer demand, the two service techs came out and got the job done. Throughout the entire process, the company kept me up to date regarding confirmation of the appointment and arrival of the technicians. They were prompt and arrived on time. We went over what needed to be done and they understood the job. Had planned to clean only one of the systems but ended up doing both. Although it was a little pricey, I guess the price was fair and the going rate for this type of service. Kelon and Juan were awesome - very respectful, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The before and after pictures of the vents show that they did a great job.

Serveway came to give a 2nd opinion, after another company told me that I need to replace my system. Just a little over an hour after my call to Serveway, Roberto arrived. This call was during record heat days, when AC companies are swamped and unable to come out quickly.Roberto checked out my system for the refrigerant leak previously diagnosed. Result was the same, my 14 year old system needs to be replaced.Serveway charged me nothing to deliver the news that I need a new system. Other company charged $900 and was ready to charge me $1500 more.Thanks Roberto, and Serveway, for your quick and honest response!

I called ServeWay @2:16pm. At 3:09p Kelon was outside. The communication and timing was fantastic. Kelon was very polite, professional and helpful! He was able to fix the issue today, which was a relief for me. Give him a raise. A plus was he had shoe covers 😊

Serveways service was exceptional! The service that was performed was a cleaning to the coils of our outside unit. The technician was professional and very courteous. He was knowledgeable about type of unit we had. He was able to answer all the questions that we had and he included us in explaining the steps he was taking.***Extra bonus***I had small children at home at the time of service and they had some inquiries about the task he was performing. He answered all of their questions too :)!Overall, the quality of service was superb and I would recommend them to friends and family.

Around noon today, our A/C started blowing hot air out of our vents so we immediately called Serveway. When we called, they worked to fit us into the schedule fast and made sure we felt prioritized! Serveway then sent out their technician named Kelon to come help us and find out what kind of problem we were actually experiencing with the unit.Kelon was extremely professional and kind during our interactions. He came across as both honest and to the point, which is extremely different from other experiences we have had with other A/C repair services. Kelon got our system up and running in no time!They had clear and defined price points for their different services which was relieving to us that there wouldn’t be hidden costs. Amazing service and awesome response time! We noticed one of our duct vents had mold growing from it so we contacted the ServeWay team to come out and take a look. They checked out the vent as well as other vents throughout our townhome and discovered a few other problem areas. They team provided us with options and said the issues could be remedied. We decided to move forward with the full clean of the vents and that took place a few days later. Team arrived on time and were efficient and cleaned up throughout the cleaning. Awesome experience and we loved working with ServeWay and will be customers again!

My home warranty company sent Serveway out to take a look at my A/C system when it was down this week. Brian and his team took great care of me. When the time came I gave Brian a call and he had me all squared away with a new unit installed within 24 hours. Was another great experience. Roberto came by to replace my defective thermostat with a new one that I purchased independently. Roberto was very efficient with his work and ensured that my installation went smoothly! If any of my friends and family need a thermostat installed, I’m recommending Serveway!

I have extremely mixed feelings about Serveway. If I were rating them in a vacuum, theyd get 1/5 stars for their dishonest practices. However, given that most HVAC companies try to screw you over and sell unnecessary services, I give them a 2/5 (i.e., they are the lessor of evils).On one hand, their technician addressed me extremely respectfully, and I believe that he gave an honest assessment of my HVAC system, without fabricating problems to get more money.On the other hand, I do believe that their technician was both (1) unprofessional and (2) dishonest with pricing.With respect to #1, their technician didnt bring necessary tools for repairing a leak in my AC system. The tech used my own personal buckets and towels (to wipe down his rusty tools). Even when I asked the tech to go to HQ to get the appropriate tools for the job, the tech insisted on not doing so and using my own property (e.g., trashcans as makeshift buckets, towels) during the job.With respect to #2, I believe that both the tech and Serveway writ large are dishonest with pricing. Im going to hammer them for this especially because (1) they advertise straightforward pricing [literally registered trademarked], and (2) they include scripture on their materials to clients. This makes the pricing dishonesty especially egregious.So, first, Serveway claims to have straightforward pricing (R). However, when you call them, they refuse to provide their pricing sheet. So, Im doing so here.Second, Serveway techs do not actually adhere to their straightforward pricing (R). I needed a condensate line cleaned due to it overflowing. Thats explicitly a Level 2 ($222) repair, according to their straightforward (R) pricing guide (attached here). Their technician claimed that he needed to bump this to a Level 3 ($395) repair because he needed to cut the PVC pipes to clear out potential drain issues.So, lets reflect on the fact that Serveways straightforward pricing (R) is NOT straightforward. Techs can DOUBLE the price on their sheet because they think jobs (like cleaning a condensate line) might be more complicated than ordinary. Okay--but that directly undermines Serveways claims to having deceit-free, straight-forward pricing.Either way, the technician misquoted my job. No PVC pipes needed to be cut. Instead, the tech subsequently correctly deduced that my HVAC unit was draining into one of my bathroom sinks. He simply disconnected the rubber hose (from the HVAC unit) beneath my sink and used a screwdriver to clear the clog, wiping his dirty tools on my own towels.After completing this repair, the tech told me hed reduce my Level 3 repair ($395) down to a Level 2 repair ($222) only if I signed up for their membership service ($15/month). Again, according to their straightforward pricing (R) (which they refused to share beforehand), this should have only been a Level 2 repair to begin with. The tech making up reasons to make it a Level 3 repair (doubling the price) undermines Serveways whole straightforward pricing (R) schtick to begin with. And the fact that the tech offered to reduce the repair to a Level 2 one (half the cost--and what it SHOULD have been) after the fact *only if I signed up for their monthly subscription* feels a lot like after-the-fact coercion.In sum, I probably wouldnt trust Serveway. I have NO IDEA if their prices are better than competitors. All HVAC/plumbing companies are scams that refuse to share pricing details without a ~$100 diagnostic fee first. However, Serverway prides itself on straightforward pricing (literally registered trademark), despite the fact that (1) they refuse to share their pricing sheet with you in advance, (2) their techs can arbitrarily double the price that appears on the pricing sheet, and (3) their techs can coerce you into joining their membership program by artificially inflating your repair costs and then offering to reduce them if you sign up for the monthly subscription program.

We had a unit replaced by Serveway and we didnt feel heavy sales to upgrade every thing, they recommended the unit they felt best for our needs and explained why. Very nice team and technicians left my home as clean as they found it too today they came to work on a unit that they didnt install and again, no sales pressure, just repair. Finding HVAC companies that are not out to upsell is rare. We appreciate their honesty and support.

Serveway was very professional. Our technicians, Roberto and Kelin was super friendly. They Answered every questions we asked. Since buying our home, we havent cleaned our vents. Weve had other HVAC companies provide service but they never suggested our air ducts and vents be cleaned. Not only did Serveway thoroughly cleaned ALL of our vents, but suggested and installed Reme Halo (aka Air Scrubber) for cleaner air. Its like an air purifier throughout all our vents. Its a great investment and Serveway price is very reasonable. I would totally recommend them!

We have used Serveway on multiple occasions with great results. When we were trying to extend the life of our old system they helped us keep it going. When the time came for a new system, they helped us understand our options and replaced our system. And when we wanted to make some changes to our duct work they worked around our childs nap schedule. They have always been very polite and professional and I have no hesitation recommending them.

A month ago the AC went out at one of my rental units and Serveway was prompt with the repair. The tech quickly diagnosed the issue and scheduled a time to come back out to the property. Everything went well. When it came time to pay the bill the tech advised me that I could save up to 15% on my repair if I signed up for their maintenance membership program for $15 a month. Before signing up I asked about the termination policy and if there was a fee to cancel. He assured me that there wasnt a fee to cancel but asked that I keep the membership for at least a month. Sounds like a no brainer right? I signed up and saved money on my repair.Today I called Serveway to cancel my maintenance membership and the customer service rep let me know that the savings I received due to the membership would be due in order to cancel and that the service tech shouldve told me that they ask that I keep the membership for a year rather than a month. This was new information and while I appreciated the upfront savings I wouldve rather had upfront honesty.If your savings from the maintenance membership are more than $180 then go for it but buyer beware.

These guys just finished up my service call and it was a great experience. Multiple technicians came out and all were extremely professional and courteous. They worked well as a team as they worked to diagnose my problem. They seemed to investigate my whole system thoroughly before they came to a quick conclusion on what the problem was. In addition, they did find a problem with some work done by a previous company (who was a nightmare to work with). The technician took a picture of the issue and sat down to explain with me what the problem was and what could happen. They were respectful of the other company (even though was not) and, while they could fix it at a cost, they suggested I have have the other company return to fix the work.I would use the company again without any hesitation and highly recommend them to others.

Did furnace maintenance. The technician has to come back immediately as power was not in the furnace after the technician left. The technician didnt even bother to check if all items were working before leaving. After a week saw the exhaust vent was disconnected and kept aside leaving harmful gas inside attic----Thanks I already fixed issue. Dont want to risk again. Go figure, AC decides to quit Memorial day. We live in a rental house and had made multiple calls and created service ticket with the property management company only to get no response. I explained our situation, he asked a number of questions an immediately he let me know he had an idea what the problem was but needed to actually look at our system. No exaggeration, Serveway was at my house 15 minutes after we hung up, on MEMORIAL DAY!!! Brian got to work, replaced the suspected part we spoke about on the phone. The fan motor needed to cool down a bit, but a few hours later, BAM cool air poured out of the vents. I cannot thank Brian and Serveway enough. They came through when not even the property management company cared enough to.

We have a good relationship with Serveway. We are in their maintenance program which includes 2 annual system checks. We installed a new AC compressor last spring and it had started making loud noises on startup. Nothing wrong but just loud. Modern system with 1975ish ducts. They replaced the Lennox unit with a Goodman at no cost to us and it is very quiet. They offered to replace the unit because they felt it would be the best solution. Today, I had ServeWay employees, Silvester, Neslo, and Marquez come in and clean the air ducts in our home. Right from the beginning, ServeWay employees were professional and timely. From the initial call, I was scheduled at a date of my convenience (which was less then a week). That morning, I received a phone call from Silvester and a text message saying they were on their way and giving me the ability to track them. They were exactly on time. The job took a few hours and the whole time, they were friendly, but also remained professional. They covered my belongings and furniture, as to not get them covered in any dust during the cleaning and afterwards they also vacuumed the area under each vent. This is the second time I have used this company and I would not hesitate to call them up at anytime.

Very disappointed with this company. My AC was not running downstairs and I called in my home warranty company. Serveway Heating & Air Conditioning was dispatched to my home for repair. The tech came check it up and told me there was nothing wrong with the AC in order to lower the downstairs temperature I need to set the temperature of upstairs AC the same as downstairs (now thinking back what kind BS explanation is this?!) and he just left (basically no work was done). The AC was still not working after few days and I called the home warranty company again for a warranty recall. This time the company sent 2 techs over did bunch of testing and still drew the same conclusion - its my houses AC system weird design and theres nothing they can do.I ended up found another company to come over and diagnose and tech immediately found the issue, the motor was dead on the AC unit and had to be replaced. After that everything is working again.

Their repair technician came out and misdiagnosed the problem they told me my AC unit was fine and that I would need to call an electrician, later that week I called an electrician the electrician told me that its not it an electrical problem that it was the AC unit I was charged $367 by the electrician just to come out and tell me it was the AC unit also charge $70 by the by the air conditioning guy who misdiagnosed the problem they told me for my inconvenience and being charged 367 dollars by the electrical repair guy that they would fix my air conditioning at no cost it turns out that the motherboard had been burnt out which the air conditioning repair guy missed the first time from surfservewayy they promised me they would take care of it no charge later Brian Reed two weeks later after sitting in a hot house told me I will have to pay $433 .these people are criminals and I was strongly recommend that you not deal with them it is a shame that a black business would turn around and do this to his patrons these people need to learn customer service and proper treatment of their customers and learn how to keep their damn word I would not recommend this service to anyone ever
