My name is Connie Taylor and I go by CR. 11/15/2024 We had service by technician Aaron who was knowledgable and performs well. We paid and Aaron said another person was coming back between 6-9 pm to take pictures of pipe and they would put the toilet back on. No one showed up and no one called to say why. So at 11:30 the same night we still waiting. Reached out several time with calls and text; still no response. We are really disappointed with this service and lack of respect for this customer. Left my toilet off and no one came to put it back. That the least they could have done.

This company is one of the only few that do lining under the homes in Dallas. Lining is a process that keeps from having to dig up your sewer lines.

My husband accidentally flushed my rings down the toilet, Douglass did such an amazing job in attempting every avenue to try and retrieve them. He DEFINITELY went Above and beyond. I am very impressed with his work, and would highly recommend him! I am so greatful!

After a bad reno, my bathtub failed. RC pros was not my first choice, But they came and gave me a free second opinion. Asking for that second opinion was probably the best choice I have made In years.They were able to fix the plumbing in my house quickly and professionally.R c pros installed a liner so that digging was able to be kept to a minimum.I am absolutely happy with their service.And I suggest to everybody I know they are the best plumbers in town.

DO NOT HIRE THEM!!This company and the pricing is a scam. We hired them to fix a leak we had because of a broken pipe. Before starting the job we clearly spoke about the price and how they expect us to provide the invoice (we needed an itemized bill) for insurance.We were told that we will get an itemized receipt before we started the job.The master plumber left after agreeing to this and we texted him again asking if he will give us an itemized receipt and he confirmed that. After the job was done we never received the bill.We called the office several times and they said they don’t give itemized bills. I told them that their plumber confirmed that (we have texts confirming) and they said we don’t believe you and hung up.We called the plumber again and he again said the office should be able to give the itemized bill. We tried several times but the office was rude and just didn’t give us what we needed.We are out of pocket bc of their lies and unprofessionalism.I strongly suggest you not hiring them.

Douglas was here today to open two drains. He arrived promptly, finished his work quickly and was also a very polite young man. I signed up for a membership with this company, so I was obviously pleased.

I used RC pros pluming solutions and my experience was very pleasant and professional called and spoke to Dante and told him my concerns about the kitchen sink blockage and assured me the work will be done right and Allen was on site within 2 hours and he was professional and great advice game us the best recommendations and completed the job within and hour and Darren came today and did the camera work was also professional and this has been an amazing experience will use them again.

This business sucks. [I have to give a start because google will not give post option without that]. They were called to open a drain. They charged the service fee and drain opening fee separately upfront. They could not open the drain. When I called the office I was told that since they did not do the job, the money will be refunded. After a few days when I called back, they said they are not returning money because they TRIED to open the drain. I told them they can keep the service fee but return the drain opening charges because they could not do the job. After much time spent, they said they are not going to refund because they have TRIED. They charged us for TRYING but NOT DOING THE JOB. DO NOT FALL IN THE TRAP!

Terrible company. Clogged dishwasher in 980 sf. condo. Tech spent 5 minutes to tell me it’s a clogged drain and it would cost $425 to fix. Tech said it would take 30 minutes. Sink is not clogged therefore it’s only the dishwasher. I said NO and had to pay $89. Companies like this should be very ashamed of this customer service. It’s not rocket science to know it was a TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!

Used this coupon $69. Oh they added trip charge like double the price so you pay $158 for cleaning and trip service/tax. The technician only cleaned one way which went under the house and found one small root that looks like a fat mouse size and a wipe(see picture 3). He was about finished with cleaning, I asked him if he is going to go other way to clean toward the street. He said no. Only pay for one way not both ways. I re-read the coupon $69 it said drain cleaning that’s all. Am I missing something? It didn’t state one way only. Then I ran the washer cycle that I paused it for next drain cycle. Well, washer was draining when tech was about to loading equipments into his van. I informed tech that the water is still clogging in sewage. He said he would have to do hydro jet for $400 buck and he believes that my sewage pipe is broken because roots got into it. He said I need to replace the whole sewage pipe. He just kept adding more estimates quote bigger and bigger. What a joke! I called his manager about not cleaning out other way toward the street. He said I have to pay other 200 something. It’s like pouring more costs. They are joke. Their coupon is misleading add more costs. Beware, don’t use them. I hired someone else and he did clean both ways in sewage line. He found more dead roots (see pictures 4-9) which RC plumber wouldn’t do it because coupon one way only. Now I have no problem running many load of laundry for over a month since he cleaned it out really good twice, YES twice both ways! Call other plumber who you know them.

I reached out to RC Pros about a project that I needed help on. I will admit that it was a hard project, however, I Was told that it could be done through their expertise pretty easily. I was excited when communicating with Doug because he was very responsive. I paid a very large sum of a down payment on the project without any hassle. Three weeks into the preparation of the project, Doug went completely ghost on me. I would call the office and ask if Doug was in and the receptionist would say yes he’s he’s in his office right now. I will transfer you. She would come back to the phone and say oh I’m sorry Douglas is in a meeting. This happened every day multiple days for another three weeks. He would not return any of my emails or phone calls. I eventually had to call my credit card company and have them reverse the charges. It wasted over six weeks of time.I understand it was a hard project and I would’ve understood if Doug would have communicated with me that hey this project is more than we can handle. We can offer you a refund. I would’ve been completely OK and understood. However, this is Part of a larger problem in the Contractor world. Simple communication and treating a customer with humanity We take this company a long way. I’m sorry to have to write this review but it’s been heavy on my heart for a month now.

Dont bother wasting your time with these plumbers. I called for the drain cleaning special and was very clear that theres probably no easy access cleaning for the pipe, and the plumber would have to go on the roof. I was told thats covered through the promotion, so I scheduled a time for them to come over and clean the drain. Once the plumber got here, they said they tried contacting me (they called me once and I called back 3 times with no answer). The crazy thing is that the plumber had the audacity to try and charge me $89 for just them coming out and not do anything when there was zero communication. Take as you will, I consider that to be fraud, not cool.

Douglas was amazing! After being left out to dry by another plumbing company, these guys came in at a moment’s notice, identified the problem, and fixed the issue so that our business could open without a hitch the next day. Very grateful for the responsiveness and transparency of this company!

Started out pretty good. Lindsey had great communication and explained things well. The communication has completely fallen off. I can’t get a call back. I have 3 tunnels under my house and have no idea when they’re going to be done, not to mention that messed up my financing. I’ve completely lost my trust them. I’m just ready for this nightmare to be over.

This company is a scam! I reached out for the $89 drain cleaning special (the technician wasnt aware of this special and they charge an additional $89 for the dispatch fee), although the technician was very kind, he had me pay up front. Unfortunately he couldnt get my drain cleaned, he called his supervisor to ask if a refund was available since the job wasnt done & over the speaker I heard his supervisor say absolutely not so I paid almost $200 just for someone to tell me they couldnt help me. Stellar customer service guys..... never using this company again and I suggest you dont either.

We set up an appointment with them. They said they had one between 930pm and 1am. We needed somebody so we agreed. We waited and called several times with no update on where the plumber was. We eventually called to cancel after 1 am and just decided to wait for our usual place, Rescue Rooter the following day. They didnt have an appointment for that night or we wouldnt have bothered with this place. Horrible experience.

When the technician arrived, he talked me into the hydrojet option at a cost of $850. Although I thought that was incredibly expensive for a drain cleanout, I was essentially told that was my only option because I had older, cast iron pipes. My father was present and also questioned how a hydrojet could get past the P trap if the normal cleanout option couldnt, but his concerns were dismissed.The technician put the hydrojet nozzle a short distance into the drain line, then went out to his truck and turned it on. The hose came out of the drain and sprayed dirty water all over my floors, ceiling, and walls. The technician did not offer to help clean it up, but instead enlisted my fathers help to try again. The technician stayed with the nozzle inside after instructing my father how to operate the turn-on/off at the truck. After about 30 seconds, he said he had helped a little and said he could try for another hour but thought it was of no use.In the end, I was charged $850 and not only did not receive a resolution, but received damage to my house. The technician left while we were still cleaning up his mess. It is likely I will need to repaint to cover stains on the wall from the dirty water.I do not know why, if a hydrojet is likely to come out of the drain, the technician did not have a second technician with him to properly execute the service.

Very quick and effective service! Douglas was able to unclog our shower drain in no time and we are grateful for the quick response time on a weekend.

They were not clear in explaining their pricing and technician overcharged me and company did not listen to my explanation of What I believed what was explained to me as fast as my total Cost. I would never do business with this Company again and will tell everyone I know to avoid this Plumbing company

I had a horrible experience with RC pros plumbing. First let me say the technician Aron had a great attitude and worked hard. However, the business model sucks and is horrible for customers. I had a slow drain leak in the master bathroom that I called RC pros to come and resolve. What RC Pros does is nickel and dime you for every little thing they do to diagnose the issue instead of having a flat fee for diagnostics. We ended up paying $2,000 for diagnostics. Only for them to then tell me we needed to pay an additional $3,800 to maybe fix the issue (I’m not spending another dime with them). In addition, we now have ceiling damage and will be out even more money. I can’t prove RC Pros caused the damage. But all I know is that there was no ceiling leak before they worked on the drain and while they were working on the drain the leak occurred. So now we have to repair the ceiling as well. Stay away from RC Pros

Douglas did a fantastic job getting my clogged drains operational again. I had issues in two bathrooms.Douglas took care of the problems in a timely and professional manner. He also informed me of future issues that may occur with my cast iron plumbing system and offered realistic options for repairs.Totally satisfied with the work Douglas performed. Highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Waste of $89…. Had a tech from this company out this afternoon, shared the issue I was having with a leaking condensate line after having a new AC installed last week. The issue is very clearly AC related as when the unit is off the leak stops but instead of listening to the issue and helping me determine where the line is he was trying to sell me on a separate 1350 repair. Now I have a hole in my ceiling and no answers and $89 less in my pocket.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The use of the hydrojet was needed to fix my sewage backup and I was originally quoted a price for financing that I agreed to. A couple of days later, Douglass reached out to me and stated that they had just switched over to a new company and the minimum amount was $2500 for financing. But, he said that the company would reimburse me the difference and I could either apply that towards the loan or use it for personal use. He stated that the company does it all of the time and I would receive the difference right away. Well, I’ve reached out to Douglass as well as the company multiple times and I’ve been given the runaround each and every time. I have not been able to speak with manager due to the manager “being out” or “in a meeting”, but I’ve yet to receive a call or response back from anyone. I have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and my next step will be to obtain legal representation if the matter is not handled accordingly. DO NOT use this company! They do not communicate effectively and they mislead in order to get your business.

Unfortunately, the technician didn’t show up until 7:15 pm. Delays happen, but this extended wait disrupted my schedule.Exorbitant Cost:Suspecting a blockage in the wall, I anticipated a reasonable cost of around $150-$200 for a quick auger run (based on research). However, they quoted an unexpected $449.This price significantly exceeded the national average of $100 to $350 for similar services.Efficiency vs. Price:The technician spent a mere 30 minutes at my house, with the actual work taking only 10-15 minutes. Their efficiency was commendable, but the cost left me feeling dissatisfied.Pricing should align with both the complexity of the service and time spent doing the work.I subsequently spoke with the owner, seeking clarification on the price and the actual work duration. His response was that “the price is the price,” regardless of the time taken. He emphasized that they are in line with other plumbing companies and provided reasons for the cost.While I appreciate prompt service, the unexpected price dampened my overall experience. I hope RC Pro’s Plumbing takes steps to enhance transparency and customer satisfaction.

I called with a coupon and they added bunch of charges. They didnt even do the snake service they were supposed to do. They pushed for extra service with ridiculous fee. When I didnt agree they added a trip charge and service charge without doing anything. Dont ever call and get scammed!!

I had an urgent situation. I had a clogged drain that was leaking and I was going on vacation the next day. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to accommodate. $89 for a trip charge that would be forgiven if the work was authorized. Reasonable. Tech came on time and after a brief conversation, yes, would snake the line to clear the clog. $449. Seriously? Tech replies “I don’t set the prices”. I’m sure I am not the first one to question this price. But, I was in between a rock and a hard place. He clears the clog in about 20 minutes. Then proceeds to tell me this is a temporary fix due to AC gunk going through the line as well. How long will this last? 2 days, 2 weeks, 2 months. Hard to say. You need a hydro jet. How much for that? $850. In addition to the $449??? Tech replies “I don’t set the prices. If money is no object to you, use them. However I found their pricing practice questionable at best.

I had just brought my husband home from the hospital when I discovered my water heater was leaking and soaking the carpet in my living room. I called RC Pros Plumbers after seeing good reviews on line. I started to give them only 1star because I feel the price they quoted to replace my 50 gallon gas water heater was EXORBITANT at $5,100. The only reason I gave 2 stars was that they did come on a Sunday. They young man was very courteous. I got a new water heater and installation for $1300.

DOUGLAS was fantastic today! We have French Drains that were majorly clogged up and he was able to Hydrojet the drain and fix the acute issue. We did get quotes from other places but chose RC Pros due to their rapid response time, eagerness to earn our business, and very clear explanations on the problems, the solutions and the pricing. Douglas will get our future business when we are ready to replace some of the system.

I am a contractor on a job. My client hired this company on a Thursday for $11,000 to have 20 feet of pipe replaced in a tunnel under the house we were told it would be inspected Monday and could be filled back in Tuesday. Today is Tuesday and I was just informed by the company that their registration is not renewed with the city, so before anybody has worked done that needs permit make sure you ask that they’re registered with the city or the tunnel under your house might not get filled back in for over a week during one of the rainiest seasons we’ve had in years. So now my clients yard is torn up and the foundation company can’t complete their work until the registration with the city is approved. No one informed us when the contract was signed last week that there might be any hold ups so far I’ve been given three different stories by this company, all conflicting with one another.Had to follow up on this. This company didn’t get registered or pull a permit until the day we were supposed to cover tunnel. I expressed my displeasure and told them about this review. It’s been radio silence from this company ever since. As I said, I’m a contractor and thank goodness for that. I actually had to call in and supervise the inspection and green tag on this job. Still have not heard back from this company so they can reduce their WAY OVER PRICED non delivered on bill. I even offered to remove my negative review if they would just finish the job and make it right.Long story short, if I wasn’t a contractor and knew the ropes, this job would be incomplete and the tunnel would be exposed indefinitely. I’m embraced and upset that these contractors exist. It’s companies like this that give all contractors a bad name.

I could not be more impressed with a plumber than I was with Bill Schneider. The company had to tunnel under my foundation to fix a pipe and replace a piece of metal piping with plastic. I was stressed about the process until I met Mr. Schneider and within a few minutes I just knew I was in good hands. He is very experienced, takes pride in his work, and is just a great human. I cannot thank him enough. The digging team was great too.

My kitchen sink was clogged pretty bad. Called up RC Pros. Everyone was pretty nice. Douglas came out and was very professionaland understanding. Ended up hydro jetting our line and got it looking new. Thank you!!

Subject: Incomplete video diagnostic of clogged french drainDetails:Charged $250 for video diagnostic for the clogged french drain.The diagnostic concluded at 22 feet length without identifying the root cause. I did not realize that at the time of the diagnosis.The official reason was given that the drain reversed slope. The diagnostic was performed from one opening only, however I have shown both openings. After that technician estimated the repair at $5.5k. I was given a video recording only after two days of contacting the office, at the time of diagnosis it was only shown via a small monitor and it was hard to see.When I contacted the office, I was given the following explanation on why the inspection was stopped at 22 feet while train was about 75 feet long:1) The problem was already identified, so there was no reason to inspect the full line2) The line contained multiple 90 degree turns and video cannot continue after turn 3. Close inspection of the video shows that the video stopped before second 90 degrees turn. And of course there was an option to use the other opening.Multiple calls to the office and asking to talk to managers did not lead to anything. One time I was told the managers are busy talking to the owners.My conclusion:1) Not professional enough to complete simple diagnostic2) Not responsive customer service, one cannot reach people that can make the call3) From the video review and the fact that the pipe is not passable, I conclude that it has blockage which was not diagnosed. Of cause, I cannot be sure until the pipe has been dug up or I pay for additional video diagnosis.

Audi was very professional and gave me a quick estimate. I will definitely call them for the next job.

DO NOT CALL THEM. Its been over a month and these scammers have still not given me the video footage they told me they would give me from the camera inspection they scammed me out of. I have the recordings of the conversation where they acknowledge twice they would send me the video - they still have not sent me anything.DO NOT call them if you get a $69 coupon in the mail. They will try to scam you. The plumber used a 50 foot snake to unclog a drain pipe and they said they didnt reach anything. But somehow the 30 foot snake I have reaches the blockage just fine and even gets grease on it? I knew they were lying here so I knew they were about to upsell me something - which they did, a $1250 hydro jetting service.Go with another business that isnt trying to fraudulently up charge you. The $69 coupon is just for them to show up and try to scam you. They also charged me $289 for a camera inspection I did NOT agree to. I confirmed with the plumber that the total was $69 before using my credit card and they acknowledged it - but they actually charged me $358.DO NOT CALL THEM.

Would give zero stars if I could. They came fixed and replaced a pipe which was a big job, they had to drill through concrete to replace the pipe. All told and done it cost over 10k. Heres where the problems began. The city of Dallas has to inspect their work before they can seal up the concrete. For three weeks they would tell us the inspector was coming and no one would show up. Eventually we called the city of Dallas and it turns out they have multiple problems with the city including permit violations and business registration problems. The city told us RC cant request anything until those problems are fixed. So they lied to us for weeks. Horrible company that will lie to you and take your money. Also the preferred plumbing company for a lot of apartment management building (i can guess why) so be careful out there.

I recently contracted with RC Pros to do a trenchless sewer pipe repair. Turns out it wasn’t completely trenchless, the cleanout pipes had to be exposed in my flower bed – still much better than excavating a chunk of my front yard. RC Pros responded to my initial call and had an estimator out the same day. An office manager called me before the estimator arrived to ensure they understood my issue. They were able to schedule the job in my desired timeframe, and the repair was satisfactorily completed with a reasonable amount of inconvenience (24 hours during the actual repair and a few hours during testing and inspection).Throughout the process, the office staff (including the manager) was generally accessible, responsive, and reassuring. I was consistently notified in advance of any arrival to my home via text 30-60 minutes in advance. Each team of workers at my house worked hard and respected my property. The backfill team even took care in the attempt to save as many of my uprooted plants as possible.This type of repair was a multi-step process (my entire job from estimation to backfill took a little less than two weeks), and I learned some of these steps as we went. I informed the office manager it would have been better to have a roadmap/timeline up front, and this feedback was seemingly well-received.

I am having to redo my review. What I thought was a successful job turned out to be a nightmare $1250 later.My drain stopped up again 2 days later.I called and they said oh no problem, that’s covered under warranty. I requested the same tech to return to redo the job. He called me and said “ sorry your job is not covered under warranty, you’ll have to repay.” So I hung up.

We had our drain clogged by tree roots and Douglass was able to diagnose it correctly and fix the clog. He explains all the details patiently. He also tells up the cost upfront and so there are no surprises after the service is complete. In short they are excellent and experts in their jobs.

Ive never used RC Pros, but that will change now. A lightening strike blew a hole in some copper pipes under my house. Thanks to RC Pros, and specifically Josh, that problem was resolved within hours of the event. A special nod to the not so modern pier & beam foundation. RCPros saved us so much money. We have old pipes that were clogging and needing to be replaced. They first came out immediately and got us back up and running. Then Lindsey came out to provide an estimate and walked us through their process to fully repair our sewage line under our house. Everyone that was part of the repair was very professional and worked through rain, challenges and more. I highly recommend for any plumbing need.

Just had RC Pros come by my house to unclog a bathroom sink that’s been clogged for months. Douglass was very courteous and professional. He answered all of my questions professionally and recommended options to help my situation in the long run.

DO NOT CALL THEM. They will try to up charge you every direction. Its been over a month and they still have not given me my camera footage that their tech Lindsay said they would and their manager said they would already twice. Company engages in sleazy business practices. Trust the Yelp reviews and go with someone else.Got the $69 coupon in the mail. Plumber who came out told me they cant reach the clog with their 50 foot snake, even though I have a 30 foot snake which I have used multiple times to reach the clog as it comes back with grease; but when I checked the tip of their snake, it had no grease at all. I knew immediately here they were going to upsell me something. They told me a $1200 hydrogetting service would be the best solution so I agreed with it because I knew it was the right choice.However, here is where I believe they committed fraudulent misrepresentation. I made a comment about the hole in the pipe (accessible from the kitchen) and they said a camera inspection would check further. I said what camera, and then I asked how much it is (I was told $200), and then I asked if that fee is waived if I paid for the hydrogetting - they said yes.Later when I checked my credit card, it looks like they charged me $358 which I did not recognize. After calling, turns out they charged me $289 for the camera inspection. If I knew that the plumber verbally misrepresented the information, I would NOT have signed for the payment since they said it was waived and that it was usually $200. I called about the issue but they would not do anything about it unless I had proof and said I agreed to it. That explains why they didnt show me what they were charging me for - only told me to sign.And they told me they would give me video footage of the camera inspection. I havent gotten anything and its been a month. DO NOT CALL these scammers.

The plumber didnt even properly inspect my shower before stating that my valve was broken. Ten minutes after he left I fixed it myself. I had the work inspected by another plumber later, and they said it was correctly repaired.Update: I cancelled the agreement to fix the shower, but the company didnt refund my down payment for the work. I had to initiate a credit card dispute and wait two months to get the refund because they wouldnt even respond to the credit card companys request for information. I finally got refunded today.

The worst company I have ever used. Most of the technicians have attitudes. They want to charge upfront before doing the work. When it comes to refund, it took me several phone calls to the office almost everyday for a month. The manager is always busy to talk to me. Office staff is ok.

We called them to come out for house being backed up. We hoped to use the $69 dollar coupon and $89 service call. Of course it was a lure just to say we need the hydroblast for $1,200. Very disappointing. My dad is over 80 and felt taken advantage of. Called another place that cleared lines for $350.Also, I can’t remember his name but he made my dad extremely uncomfortable. My dad asked for his business card and he stood over him and said I’m not leaving this house To get the business card to you pay me first until you pay me first. Definitely would not recommend this company.

I have mixed feelings about this company and after reading about the complaints and their F rating on Better Business Bureau I’d caution anyone planning to use them.The first technician, Austin, came out and unclogged a drain. He was friendly and thorough. He let us save alittle money by allowing us to take the toilet off ourselves instead of paying him to do that part.We ended up paying $1500 for a hydroblast that was recommended to be done that day. In retrospect it’s hard to say if we actually needed it or not, but even if we did, $1500 was very high after consulting with other plumbers.The biggest issue we had with the company was that after Austin left another plumber came and scoped our toilet line with a camera. He attempted to sell us on a $17,000 repair and didn’t seem to appreciate when we asked questions to better understand what was going on. When he left he said he would send us the video that day. He said we had to agree to do the work within 5 days otherwise the quote would be void and we’d have to pay to get another video done. He was pushy and clearly sales motivated. In the end we had to hunt down the video with multiple requests and after reviewing it with other plumbers the “emergent” issue we were sold by RC Pros was not as dire as they suggested.If you use this company I’d strongly consider getting other estimates also. The work they did was fine but the cost and upselling weren’t worth using them.

Beware of this company. I had an irrigation leak happen while I was out of the town and $4k later and I’m still waiting for the issue to be resolved 5 days after the fact. Mistakenly they both cut my internet line and “forgot” to put my water back on for 2 days. As a parent with a 1 year old, it was very difficult to stomach these mistakes. When I called to ask about what happened they told me that they are a premium company and “talked” to their staff about the issue. We were not ready for this situation and they clearly took advantage of our desparation and made their money in the process. Doug was not understanding and not helpful for us dealing with this situation.I will also be reporting to BBB as this type of practice shouldn’t be allowed in this day and age.

This 1 star review is because the attitude of the camera technician. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. It seems like hes had a very bad day before he arrived at our place, which is understandable. But he dumped all the bad attitude on us, which was really unprofessional. He didnt want to listen to our explanation on the situation. It seems like he didnt care at all.We had another technician from RC Pros came over couple days ago to unplug the drainage. The camera technician stated he didnt care what the other technician said. He interrupted us. It seemed like he was in a hurry and didnt want to waste a single second on us. There was no greetings to either me or my husband. They drove a truck with other companys logo.We had to deal with the home warranty company at the same time, and he didnt care about it at all. That was when we wanted to tell him about what the other technician said, but he even didnt give us a chance to talk.To me, it feels like he has no respect to his coworker, his employer and his customer.We did end up knowing that we have broken pipe due to the root, but we definitely wouldnt use RC Pros to fix our pipe.The whole experience was really unprofessional.Update -I never told him to lie to our home warranty company. We knew that our home warranty company doesnt cover root issue. I also expressed my concern to him at the very beginning that we were afraid it would be root.On the other hand, he was really rude to the home warranty company on the call, he told us that our home warranty company was bad. We were trying to explain to him what the first technician told us and we wanted to hear his opinion. He cut the conversation when we were talking and accused us lying. He didnt show us where the root at while he was doing the camera inspection, it seems like he didnt have the interest to explain anything to us.Ive been asking for the recording of our inspection for few times, the company promised that they will send me the recording. Its been two months, they stopped replying my email after I told them I was not going to remove the negative review.I now even wonder if there was really a root or it was a scam. otherwise why we are not getting our recording when they promised us multiple times that we would get it. Same as ALL MASTERS PLUMBINGoverpriced, fast talking, liars.I paid $19,000 for a thin plastic bag in pipes.( 3 mill ). During clean out they didnt put stuff around holes and black stinky water all over bathroom I had to clean up cause they wont.3 months trying to get video, proper paperwork for insurance.in which they say they would do but wont.I would really think twice before calling them.They say their is $21,000 more in damage but wont show the video to you.

One of the worst experiences ever - we called in this company to check the frozen pipes and they promptly scheduled the appointment. They loosened the pipe near the softener and didnt tighten it back, part of the job. Part to that is flooded front yard when frozen pipes issue is resolved naturally. Called them back to help us out but noone has time to fix the mess made. On the top of it they recommended cutting the frozen pipes and changing the softener completely will definitely resolve the issue. Beyond unhappy and frustrated! Because of all of this mess we are out of water at the home now. Josh was the techician.

Need someone to MANSPLAIN how water and pipes work and want bad customer service? Call these RC Pros... If they actually make your appointments!What an experience! We had a leak in the front yard and called RC Pros, they were responsive at the initial call and came the same day to look at the leak.... we receive a quote for over $5k where they stated we needed another system to depressurize the water before it came into our house..... even though we already had one. The mansplaining went on for a good 40 minutes about how water impacts everything.Being first homeowners, we were the perfect couple for them to scare into signing a contract the same day stating there could be additional issues if its not fixed ASAP. Unfortunately they skimmed over it really fast and then asked my husband to sign. After sleeping on it, I called another certified plumber where they came to look the same day and stated this was a $200 fix!I called RC Pros and asked to cancel (the next day), and they stated that if we wanted to cancel, they would charge us $1k for not doing any work. I then asked them to at least give us a credit so they allowed us to have a credit on our account (for a few months).Since we didnt want to lose our credit, we had them come and update our water heater.... talk about overpriced. For them to update some parts and put it up to code, it was almost $3k!!After we agreed, it took us almost 2 WEEKS to get our invoice to start the job. My husband and I called them multiple times to just get our invoice to start the job where they had incorrect prices on the invoice. After almost 2 weeks without water, we finally got something scheduled. A follow-up appointment was needed, but still... no call. So, we continued to call to schedule an appointment where the lady was extremely rude.After we finally got everything done (almost a month later), they must have not wanted to get paid the remaining balance.... Again, we had to call them to ask when we were going to receive the final invoice. So, this place is overpriced and has the worst customer service.My advice, CALL ANYONE ELSE!

I used RC Pros to fix my broken sink and its severely clogged drain. They were there quick, and were super communicative. They told me exactly what was going on, and offered their hydro jetting service that instantly fixed our problems. While they were working I brought up about wanting a new faucet and they were able to add it to the order and finish it the same day.

Everyone that actually came out to our house to work on our slab leak was absolutely amazing and incredibly professional. The ONLY reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the dispatch team. They over schedule the teams and tell the customers that their team will be out one day but then wait until the last minute to tell you that’s not going to happen and they will have to push you back to a different day after you have already moved around your work schedule to accommodate. Nothing actually happened on any of the days dispatch originally advised us and we were constantly being told last minute that someone was on the way so it made it incredibly hard to plan accordingly with work.

Paid $89 for a quote of $850 to replace a faucet. When I told him it was too much he lowered the quote to $750. When I told it was too high I was then asked what would you pay. I don’t have time for over priced pricing games. I paid another plumber $170 to do the 30 minute job.

Called the company because the advertising indicated they might be a little different than the big name plumbers. Im glad I called. Dan arrived within the service window I was given. Got a call that he was on his way too. Was professional in presentation and conversation. After showing him the problem area and explaining the sewer gas smell he was able to describe what was likely going on, and what course of action.I was able to view the monitor that the camera in the sewer look like. As well as get a explanation of what it was I was seeing concerning the pipe degradation under the house. This gave him enough information to be able to give me a quote on what needed to be done. And the quote was provided verbally and via email before the technician left.I didnt feel like I was getting any upselling or high pressured sales tactics. I think I got a fair accurate assessment and bid for the work that needed to be done. I am very pleased with RC pros and came away from the service call having confidence that the job would be done accurately and thoroughly at a good price.5+ stars!!

Paid for drain clean out and the drain cleaner used only made matters worst. This small cleaner did not have enough power to clear the drain. I was out of more money to get the job done. The company would not compromise on a partial refund on the service they fail to provide. Be cautious when scheduling with them. I was very dissatisfied with their service and upcharges presented.

We thought it would be a straightforward drain clog/cleaning. It was more serious. The drain pipe was sagging. It was a big job and happily everything is back to normal. Junior started the job and verified it was correct. He was extremely courteous and professional. I would call for him again. Thank you!

Used them in that I paid the $129 service call but was told it would be $1850 to repair an outside faucet that I had broke the PVC right below the faucet. The parts consisted of a faucet and a coupling. Maybe $20 bucks at most. Junior was my plumber and was extremely nice but had to call his supervisor for a quote. After hearing $1850 I asked to talk to the supervisor and was told by the supervisor that was correct. I said I was in disbelief, this is probably an hour job and $20 in parts so $900 an hour? He said he was in disbelief a new truck cost $70k He finally explained that if they had to get out a shovel it cost $1200 just to dig a foot hole plus the $650 for the rest. I was in disbelief that it would be $650 much less $1850. I dug a 1foot by 1 foot hole to expose PVC to be cut in very soft ground in 10 minutes after they left. I know things are high but really. I have never gave a bad review in my life but I was in total shock. Does anyone know if $1200 is standardized for digging a 1 foot hole? Worse experience ever. Still in shock.After leaving my honest review I was texted and called COWARDLY and was told there are too many Californians coming to Texas and that I couldnt be a Texan because a real Texan wouldnt complain about prices. I replied I am 62 and been in Texas 62 years and am not a complainer but 1850 for a job I completed today in 30 minutes aint quite fair. Never dealt with a less professional business. Want to reiterate the servicman (Junior) that showed up was very professional and understanding. Think they may have the wrong guy in management. I was in a bind and they knew it . Very sad way to do business. Lesson learned I should have researched the other reviews prior to calling.

The estimate we received to repair ONE outdoor faucet was $1,250! I said no way and called my regular plumber that took an additional day, but he also only charged $235. Over a THOUSAND dollar difference. We were just lucky that our repair wasn’t urgent, otherwise we would have been out so much more money with RC.

We came home from a trip out of the states to a huge mess after the recent snow storm. RC Pros came out as soon as we got home and turned off the water that was pouring out of the garage ceilings and stopped the water from flooding the downstairs bathroom and family room. Douglas came out and was very easy to work with. He explained things thoroughly and provided proper direction.

I received an advertisement in the mail regarding unclogging drains for $69 from RC pros Plumbing. A local and stated reputable company in Irving,Texas. When the gentlemen arrived to my home and tried to unclog the drain he stated he was unable to do so and in order to unclog extensive work would be needed. Something along the lines of going in walls etc. He than advised me to have him place a camera in the plumbing, due to the fact that I may have a bigger issue on my hands. He did not charge me the $69 for the attempt to unclog the drain but up charged me $129 to identify issues with the camera. My diagnoses was that I needed about $12-18k of plumbing work done to the home!!! As a new homeowner that was not in my budget but I thanked him for his time and paid the $129 for his work. Two months later I just couldnt take the clogged shower and tried my luck with another plumber.Thank you to my great neighbors on Next door I found a reliable plumber and came by today. He not only unclogged by bathroom drain successfully but a sink drain that needed some help as well. All this done for under $200. He than took a look at the plumbing as an act of kindness. Stated my plumbing was in good condition in fact there were some new PVC pipes added to the home recently when purchased.It is unfortunate that there are contractors out to get homeowners. Please be aware of this company and their false advertisements.

Mr Sherrod was prompt and professional and the work was completed on time and for the quoted estimate. I was Very pleased with all aspects of our experience with RC Pros Plumbing From the ease of scheduling to communicating with the company and the plumbers assigned to our project the experience was the best you could ask for.

Dan and RC Pros have been amazing. They repaired our sewer line and then a few months later it backed up again. Dan came out right away, inspected the line after hydrojetting it with the camera and noticed that the city side sewer has a break in it.Extremely pleased with there service and the work performed. We are now working with the city to have its line fixed and replaced so we can have both sides joined together working properly.

Douglas came out and did a terrific job, appreciate this company in general.

Josh B fixed the main house drain. He was excellent at fixing the problem. My only gripe with the company is the extravagant cost of over $1,700 to clear a pipe. By far the highest I ever paid for a quick plumbing job. Management/ownership does seem greedy w the costs. A whole new water heater to include installation costs me less than this job.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT give this company your credit card info. They sent a salesman to my home who received my card info, by telling me that if I did the service for the estimate he wrote up, that I would not be charged the service call.THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT $1,100 FOR THE ESTIMATE THE VERY SAME DAY WITHOUT DOING THE WORK. They never did the work, and Im only asking for my money back, but they have been giving me the run-around about a financial department who does all their financials that is never in town.READ THIS!!! I have called and spoke with Diane, Michelle, and Josh on multiple occasions, and its always the same thing; they will contact the financial department. I emailed this posthumous financial department; NO REPLY. Its been 3 months now and they are still out of town. SMH

Having moved recently from California, I had a huge pile of to-do’s on my new home. I worked endlessly with as much time as I possibly had to have my new home ready. However plumbing isn’t my strong suit ,but luckily I was fortunate enough to find this company and Mario to help. Mario worked with my schedule and not only educated me with his step by step process, he also got the job done in literally no time and such a professional manner. I highly recommend them and I am again very grateful for their hard work and professionalism. Will definitely be reaching out to them for future work!

Fantastic Service easy to work with and very very very nice people. I was very embarrassed about what I had done to my toilet it was a massacre. They reassured me that it happens all the time which is very very hard to believe because buddy I blew this thing up. They also gave me grooming tips so I don’t clog my drain up anymore. 100% will call then again hopefully not to soon.

I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday. I called my usual plumbers, but they wouldnt come out. I found RC Plumbers on google - and they were out to my house within a few hours. Unfortunately it was a major issue, and after fixing that, they were able to find another issue. While the repairs were major, they were fast, professional and quick. They accommodated my odd schedule, so disruption at home was minimal. Their crews were very nice and friendly. I cant say enough about them - all people were great. Even took care of a snake in my garage. RC Pros are my new plumber - my go to people - always. All the people, from Ireen in the office who kept me apprised of the progress, to the construction crew who had to break through the concrete, to the plumbers (Daniel and Seth) who worked fixed the lines. I wish I knew all their names to give a shout out - but sadly I don.t. Thanks RC Pros.

When I called, I was shocked that someone would be able to come within the next 3 hours! Josh coordinated his arrival as expected and was wonderfully professional. He went straight to the sink, ignoring my loud barking dogs, and found my issue in just a couple of minutes. My drain is running and I’m very happy! I’ll call the next time I need any plumbing services!

In .my opinion this company is deceptive in their advertising. It extremely important to carefully read whatever it is that they ask you to sign, especially if they ask for your credit card. In fact I strongly recommend that you do not ever use this company. Check out some of their reviews on YELP.

Austin, was great and Professional and very responsive. Even though it was rather late, he still was able to come to our house and fix our kitchen drain issues.

At first they seemed very nice. They came out while it was raining. It was after hours so that part was nice. So when they came out he replaced a couple things and capped off some gas line. We paid 688 dollars for them to come back and check to see we’re the leak was. Then they told us it was old piping and need to be replaced we paid 4,250. After they were done we still didn’t pass it was still showing there was another Leak. Then told us we need to pay another 3,000 to put brand new solid pipes in. I feel they used us and lied as well.

The discharge rom our cloths washer was coming up into our kitchen sink. Audi M came out and rooted the pathway and did a hyrdo wash on the line. He was great. He educated me every step of the way, had impeccable manners, and was just a great all-around nice person. Josh H followed up today with a camera inspection of the lines. He also was a great person, educating on what possible next steps may be considered going forward. Both gentleman are an asset to the company. Their customer focus is a tribute to the management of this company.

I needed some plumbing work done in my main line of the house. I called RC pros and Irene was a delight and very helpful, she scheduled me right away for that day. I was appointed to Audi who was a true professional and explained everything to detail of the work been performed. Once finished he suggested that I get a camera inspection with supervisor Josh to make sure the line had no problems,unfortunately my line had a crack and needed repair. Josh decided to use C.I.P.P to solve my plumbing problems. The crew was great as well work fast and clean with a great attitude towards us and our pets. I can honestly say best plumbing experience that Ive had. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.Thank you Rc pros.

RC Pros is great. They quickly sent Dan who came and explained the situation to us after inspecting the clogged sewage and neighboring pipes. They referred us to the appropriate restoration crew and gave us advice for dealing with landlords. I definitely recommend them.

Audi came out late in the night and assessed the issue with incredible knowledge and understanding of our situation. He was kind and efficient and I couldn’t be more pleased with this company and this man.

Dan Jordan has a no BS attitude and I like that. He got right to the point of the issue without going through different scenarios and adding up costs. He even took videos of each item so that I could see the progress of the drain cleaning and we took care of everything inside the house. Highly recommend for a fast and easy experience.
