I am an interior designer and manage a design showroom. I had a customer walk in to Hilltop Dallas looking for material. Jessica helped them and provided excellent customer service to them and my company. Jose, the outside sales rep, contacted me to offer samples and service to me.I ended up having another customers material they selected being damaged and called Jose to match the material. He was prompt and sent me pictures to approve with my customer. We narrowed it down and made the “long” drive from Fort Worth to Dallas today. Their inventory is gorgeous, well displayed and staff was helpful in pulling materials so we could see the bundle. Jose saved me in a pinch and really earned my business today.I highly recommend Hilltop all thanks to Jessica and Jose.

Amazing selection of stone. Indresh was great to work with - very knowledgeable. He understood what we were looking for and was able to show us the options. He and the other person working the equipment patiently showed us multiple slabs of the stone we liked - so we could make our selection. All in all great customer service!

Beware of this supplier. We purchased 3 white quartz slabs (~$3200) from Hilltop Granite for a kitchen and bathroom remodeling project. The slabs began to discolor drastically after 2-4 weeks of use. This is due to a manufacturing defect where ‘micropits’ exist in the slabs due to resin not being fully impregnated in the slab, allowing bacteria to grow and debris to accumulate. It could not be seen prior to daily use of the surface. It look months of repeatedly contacting Hilltop to get them to come view the issue. Including reaching out to the parent Dallas location to help solve the issue. Once the Hilltop manager in Houston finally cane to see the counters, he acknowledged the defect (because this slab was made on their “cheap Chinese machine”— his exact quote), but stated ‘they offer no warranties or guarantees’ for their products and attempted to shift responsibility to the fabricator who installed the slabs.Repair is not possible and both the slabs and attached tile backsplashes need to be removed and replaced. Hilltop’s solution was to offer a free slab and leave us with the cost of removing and replacing everything else. Eg: leave us paying 70% of the cost to solve the problem caused by their defective material.We tried to go through Better Business Bureau to resolve the issue, they refused to resolve. We have now had to file a legal case against them to try to get a fair resolution.

As a Fabricator , I need someone to help me and customers get best understanding of the different materials they offer and pricing . Ana has always been a great sales rep, I will definitely keep purchasing from here .

Today was my first time to visit Hilltop and it will definitely not be my last! My experience from the moment I walked in and was greeted to the time I was leaving was so wonderful!! Everyone was so friendly and willing to help. I asked to set up a time to come back to look at additional slabs of a particular one and they very kindly said they had time to pull them. Their selection is amazing!! As an interior designer and homeowner (currently looking for my personal home), I’m so excited to have Hilltop as a main source for slabs!!

Horrible customer service. I have a granite piece I picked out and don’t think o got the right piece first off. As by the pictures you can see it is not the same. Next there is a strap mark that you can see in the granite. Where a strap was used to pick up the piece. Derek, along with the fabricator came out and the fix was going to be full replacement or them fixing it by grinding and resealing it. The resealing we were told would be 2 or 3 days. Now they are saying two weeks. So I am suppose to have no top on my island for two weeks? Seriously this is terrible. Paying good money for granite and to have it so screwed up is beyond stressing me out. Never again will I use this place.

I had an excellent experience with North Dallas Air Conditioning and Heating Company. Their service techs are professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. The customer service truly goes above and beyond, ensuring all my concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly. The quality of their work is top-notch, and I appreciate supporting a local, family-owned and operated business. They are now my go-to for any HVAC needs! I will definitely be referring them to my realtors and anyone else looking for reliable HVAC services.

Well, things started out great. Found a beautiful stone, was told that it wouldnt etch, stain, or chip. Had it fabricated and installed through our contractor.Within a years time, we had two incidents of etching, a chip and multiple impact spots (which means its also not as durable as they told us since we never intentionally hit it with anything). I reached out to Hilltop to try and get some answers and initially they were very helpful. However, they informed me that they mislabeled this product and it should have been labeled as something else.I was offered 2 new slabs, but I would have to pay the fabrication costs - plus my entire kitchen was already designed around these stones. This didnt feel like a great option to us, and their alternative (at that time) was a one-time repair of the stone worth about $250. We felt there was somewhere we could meet in the middle since we now had an installed stone that would require yearly (at least) upkeep, which is not what I was sold, or signed up for. We decided to go in and meet with the owner to work it out directly.The owner blamed any issues on the fabricator, and took zero responsibility for any of the previous mislabeling comments. He called me a liar and said we were just there trying to get some money out of him. We were simply there to see if there was a solution we could find in the middle of $7-10K in additional cost or $0. He was not willing to work with us at all, and was extremely rude. We walked away with nothing and still have a stone from them requiring yearly upkeep.Meanwhile, the stone on sale at their store now has a different label. They did not stand behind their product with us, were not willing to work with us, and chose a confrontational approach when we met with them. All of this in mind, we would recommend being careful when purchasing from Hilltop.

Once in a while you run into a company that has both skill and integrity. We live in a condo so the first time we needed service for our heat exchanger or A/C, we asked our building manager and he steered us to NDH&AC. Almost every homeowner in the condo uses them. The first time was a couple years ago when we needed a modification to add a vent. They did a perfect job with that. Then in June 2023, in the middle of a heat wave, our compressor quit working. They came out the next day to fix it, even though it meant overtime. Then a few weeks ago in a cold snap, we smelled a burning smell and called them up. Again, they came the next morning. They sent Service Technician Orlando and of course the smell was gone. But he looked through everything carefully, bringing parts down the ladder to inspect them carefully. He found the problem, the blower motor, and showed us exactly why he suspected the motor had a bad bearing. He had a new one in his truck so he replaced it in minutes, sealed everything up, changed the filter, and cleaned up everything perfectly. We now have years of good experiences with these guys, and wouldn’t even try any other company. After all, good is good!

Always a pleasant & fun experience to peruse the most current slabs available in Dallas, TX at Hilltop Granite.Employees at Hilltop Granite are personable and professional. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Sales Team Member Derek Stephenson over the past 5 years. He is very knowledgeable & helpful when it comes to product choices that are most suitable for bathroom, kitchen & and more. As a homeowner, and luxury home builder, I encourage you to call and speak with Derek. I’ve found him to be a very reliable resource in the stone & granite industry.

What a wonderful experience we had shopping for granite today. Your showroom manager, Liz, was extremely helpful and congenial from the very beginning of our experience. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions, even making it possible for us to see slabs that were behind others. She spent plenty of time helping us but didnt hover over us for a decision. I did not expect to find exactly what I wanted first visit, but this well-organized showroom and Liz made it very possible. The Granite show room is nice. Slabs are organized well and they will pull out any slab for you. There are tons of options. I worked w/ Chetan, the sales rep, and he was very helpful.The star of the show was Liz, their Showroom Manager. She went over and beyond every request I made to assure that I was comfortable with my slab selection. She was able to provide me very helpful details on the state of her inventory.Customer service is impeccable at this place and so long as you verify and ask questions with any business transaction, youre going to get what you want. Highly recommend these guys.

I had an outstanding experience at Hilltop Granite. The wonderfully knowledgeable Ana helped me select the perfect Quartz for me. We have been looking for Marble and Quartzite material for my new homes around the DFW area. After looking at all the options available with major suppliers, we ended up at the Hilltop, Dallas, Texas. First and foremost, they have an excellent collection of materials and a great service. We visited the site multiple times during 5 weeks to select materials. During each visit, Mr. Chetan Surti or Mr. Nilesh Giria spent countless hours showing us all different options without any commitment from us. We love their hospitality and professionalism in delivering the highest quality service. We would highly recommend Hilltop for not just the Marble, Quartzite, Granite, and Quartz but also their tiles and a large selection of porcelain. We even bought Pavers from them. We had the best possible customer experience earlier this month at Hilltop Granite in Dallas...and we have Jessica to thank. After having a less than ideal experience at another granite company, we made the trip to Farmers Branch. Jessica helped us find the perfect quartzite slab and took the time to answer all our questions. She put the slab on hold and it will soon be in the kitchen of our new home. My wife and I had looked everywhere for granite for the house that we are building. Hilltop has an impressive selection and their sales rep, Ana Morales, really helped us learn about granite. We found ten consecutive slabs of beautiful granite at a great price and Ana helped us check each one. She worked with our stone fabricator to arrange delivery and made the process so easy that we ended up buying our tile there too.

Excellent customer service! I am a very very picky and indecisive person and not one time did I get less than great service from Hilltop. Not one eyeroll or dang... shes back look from the employees at the front. I had a few of those looks from other stone yards. I walked thru their doors numerous times before finally pulling the trigger on a gorgeous white Carrara Marble for my kitchen and bathrooms. The lighting in their warehouse is awesome for showing off all the different slabs. Its been a few months now and I could not be more happy with my choice! Thank You!

After a few go rounds with Hilltop and Dallas Fabricators we are getting things done finally. They are coming out to get our granite and fix it. I for some reason cannot delete my other review when we began the negotiations for the fix. But they are fixing the issue and I am happy that they are

Had another HVAC tech tell me compressor was shot and needed to replace unit and while at it should replace furnace as well. John at North Dallas AC suggested having his tech (Nick) come by and he replaced a $75 part and up and running. Knowledgeable and Honest very refreshing

Do not buy here if you’re a fabricator. Enrique and Derek are rude and completely unprofessional. My customer put material on hold and no one has any idea where the hold it. Enrique came out of his office very angry telling the girl at the front to not get involved because it just complicates things, when she was the only one trying to help. 1 star for Anna. Stay away from here.
