My experience started out good with Lynn, the owner, but quickly escalated. My dad’s trailer had a propane leak, so I called My Texas Home Services, to take advantage of their $25 service call. Lynn the owner, as he calls himself, came out and determined it was the propane company’s faulty equipment. He then suggested replacing the sensor that detected the leak and offered to price it out for me.I the asked Lynn to quote installing a second washer and dryer combo at my house down the street. Lynn quoted $1,000 for the job, citing extensive wall and electrical work, which seemed excessive, so I passed and used another company for $250.After a week, Lynn called to tell me the sensor part had come in and it would cost $178, plus $125 for an hour of labor, offering a $50 discount since he was already picking up parts for another job and had a job at a neighboring trailer. I declined, citing he hadn’t provided a quote and I had never agreed and the part was $78 online, and is simple to install. He became upset, claiming I had committed to the part and wasted his time. He then told me to never call him again and proceeded to send me a $25 invoice for the washer/dryer quote after initially saying not to worry about it.While I understand running a business is challenging, but Lynn’s approach to customer service and communication was extremely disappointing. His attitude, overcharging, and unprofessional behavior, including yelling at me, made this a horrible experience. I won’t be using his services again.

Len and his crew did an excellent job repairing my leaking ceiling. They were kind and courteous. They covered my home in plastic and drop cloths to protect my clothes, carpet and floors. Great pricing. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks!

The service I received from My Texas Home Service is excellent. Owner Len personally came over to oversee the installation process to make sure the Halo 5 water conditioner was installed perfectly. The entire installation crew worked very hard under 100F outdoor weather to redirect the main water line to garage. I really like the system they installed the way I like and exceeding my expectation. I definitely recommend My Texas Home Service to anyone.

Len and his team did a great job on my kitchen remodel. His price was very fair and lower than other bids I received. The final product of the work looked great!

Weve been using My Texas Home Services for a few years now and have always been pleased with the results. They have always responded to our calls very promptly. They always show up at the appointed time. Len is especially good at explaining exactly what he will be doing and he follows through. Len, the owner showed up at the time he said he would to look at the AC that didnt work in the townhome I rent. He completed his inspection, & even found another unrelated issue with the water heater expansion tank that needed immediate attention. He provided a price to the landlord & put me on the schedule on his next available day. He showed up with his helper Brennan & they got to work ( after putting down tarps on the carpet which I really appreciated) replacing the outside unit, coil & the expansion tank. Once done, he tested everything out & made some adjustments until he was satisfied with the temperature. I was so happy to see the temperature coming down & cool air filling my townhome. He completed the job in the amount of time he estimated, cleaned up the area & my landlord paid the bill. 5 hours later he messaged me to ensure the house was cool. Now thats service! If you need home repairs, I highly recommend My Texas Home Services.

Len (owner) was phenomenal!I had called out two of the larger service providers in the area, both of which were trying to get me to replace an entire sewage line from my house to the front street (~80ft long and ~$13K.) Im in a ~60 year old home, so its not bad advice, but luckily My Texas Home Services came out and after Len spent about an hour investigating, he found that the sewage line was actually in the back of the house (the other two companies were about to start digging in the front of the house!)Len also gave detailed explanations on options, which gave me the insight to make the best decision for me. Needless to say, Ill dropping all other providers and switching to My Texas Home Services moving forward.

I have a rental property in Lewisville and have used My Texas Home Services on multiple occasions for plumbing issues and have been very satisfied with the work. The prices are very reasonable, not like many plumbing companies. They have replaced the main water line from the street to the house, installed new water heater, fixed a shower, replaced washer hookup box and connections.

Len has installed 2 hot water heaters for me. Each install was done well. He even went out of his way to come over immediately and help keep the 2nd hot water heater from flooding the house.

These guys are the best AC company Ive dealt with. The owner is completely dedicated to the job being done right. First experience was a clogged drain line on the attic unit. Len offered an option of prices instead of just the highest priced option. Problem was fixed, I asked for a few extras and this was done without a high charge. Next project was installing AC in my garage. This cost a lot less than I assumed it would cost. The installation looks fantastic, and the unit is right-sized for the garage and the temperatures we get in Dallas. This is the only AC, plumbing, home services company I will use.

Had an issue with a leaking toilet. Len arrived when he promised, assessed the problem and itemized the steps that would have to be taken to repair not only the leak but the damage caused by the leak. The work was done on a timely basis and Im pleased with the results.

Len fixed my attic fan and cleaned out the primary drain for the A/C unit. He was efficient and professional. Highly recommend.

Len was super responsive and came out to an emergency plumbing call within the same hour we first contacted him. We had a frozen pipe burst Christmas Eve (12/24) at our quadplex/condo unit no less, and he and his apprentice did a quick damage assessment then went to work to control the water flow and repaired the faulty solder joint. I needed service to my ac and heating. Len came out Sunday to get this taken care of. I appreciate the quick and efficient work to get the clog cleared and my unit back working properly.

DO NOT USE! Do not trust their workmanship. In fact, if you had work recently done by this company you need to have a certified professional come out and check his work. I recently had an issue with the tankless water heater he installed in my attic which resulting in a leak that caused damage to my ceiling. Found an error in his installation of the part that was leaking, called him, sent him a picture of the mistake and he told me to “prove he did it”. Who would say that…well, the owner of My Texas Home Services would say that. Again, find a professional, someone who will stand behind their work especially when they made a mistake…it will be worth it in the long run. Just an FYI, I plan to have my people “prove it.”

I had a disaster situation after a foundation lift of my home. All sewer lines broke and I had back ups throughout my home. My Texas Home Services came out in a very timely manner and through multiple stages repaired all damage at a reasonable cost. Very passionate company who treats their employees and customers with respect and care. They are very reliable and do excellent work! They will be my go to plumbing company!

It was not a hard sell but I was given options and felt good in making my decision.Len provided excellent and speedy service in replacing my heater. We were dealing with a busted water supply valve that didnt allow us to turn on the water main. This was on a Saturday when most businesses are unavailable or charge a lot of money for someone just to come out and assess the problem. Called My Texas Home Services and Len (the owner) answered and was out to our house within a few hours. Very professional and got it fixed for a reasonable price within 30 minutes. Len also stands by his warranty, as the installed water valve had a small leak (no fault of installation, just a manufacturer problem) and he was back at our house to swap out the valves (on a Sunday!). Would highly recommend this company, Len is an honest guy, explains things well, and stands by his work!

Len/crew came to repair my water shut of valve. The were efficient, courteous and the cost was reasonable compared to what was quoted by the crooks that AMHS sent out.

Plenty of parking in the back of the lot to use two spaces so the road isn’t blocked. Just lazy workers who wanted a closer spot so now this lane is blocked by the trailer.

In 2020, The owner Lennox installed a unit in my house. He lied and said the unit was a couple years old. I have had multiple problems with the unit since then and paid him serveral hundred dollars to fix it. The problem was never fixed!!! I have a receipt that say 10yr warranty and he refuses to fix the SAME problem! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!!

I cannot tell you how grateful I am with this service. We have already planned to have them complete our other bathroom. Uber appreciative for their service (even on a cool, rainy day)!

I have to say the periodic updates Len provided were outstanding. I could tell he really cared about everything being done right the first time. I witnessed a true indicator of his experience. When he diagnosed our plumbing leak, it was like he was a house doctor (thats the best way to describe it), he honed in and found the leak under our concrete foundation and had his crew fix it. I was thinking wow, this guy knows his stuff. Further, we also had to an electrical issue that ended up with us having to replace all the electrical wiring we had in our entire house. That included cutting out the sheetrock, replacing the wiring and patching/painting everything back up. During the week and half electrical whole house re-wire and re-assembly, same thing... updates on everything that was being done. He had his crew cover our belongings and made sure I could still work at home while everything was being taken apart and re-assembled. He even offered to send a cleaning crew after everything was said and done. In the end, I was happy how things turned out and highly recommend My Texas Home Services.

I liked the fact that I could get a new toilet installed AND some electrical outlets installed with one phone call and one service call. I called on a Tuesday and they came out and finished in a few hours on Wednesday. Lyn even suggested that I have an outlet installed in the utility room so my internet modem equipment could be hidden away in the utility room. Brilliant!

Although we could not afford their service for installing a standby generator, they did make 2 sight visits, conveyed enlightening information on generator installation/placement, took detailed measurements, answered all my questions, and gave forward-looking advice on gas and electric quick disconnects. Their price was inline with the other company we had out to quote; unfortunately, it cost twice as much to install the generator, as the generator itself cost. If your project has a reasonable budget, get a quote from this company.

I have hired Len multiple times for different jobs and he has always worked hard to produce good results at a fair price. Highly recommend.

After calling my normal list of plumbers that Ive used - one of which is My Texas Home Services (I did not call the main business number. Wish I had). I ended up scheduling an appointment through Angis List. That was a mistake. Their guy came out and reamed all of the pipes, charged $353, and left having accomplished NOTHING. I did get a list of further repairs that would be needed and their approximate prices. The man was not competent to make the required repairs. Either that, or lazy, or larcenous, or both. Maybe all three. Either way - NOT HAPPY.Then Len Waatti answered his phone! This all happened today, by the way. Len came and fixed my problem. To the job correctly required removing the commodes. Which he did. First guy did not. Len was here for less time than the first guy, charged almost exactly the same amount, used no tools that the first guy didnt have, and was able to fix the problem. Hallelujah! Len is a Pro.Count me as a Satisfied Customer of My Texas Home Services.
