Great customer service, had been here twice for an electrical issue and Matt and his boss went out their way to help me out. Very satisfied with the work and communication with these guys. Definitely bringing my units from here on out.

I had a Thermo king reefer and had an issue regarding alarm codes in Temple TX and i headed to Dallas TX. I just check in and meet with the Master Stoney Thomas and he is such a great men and helped me alot during this problem. The mechanics fixed the issue very systematically and shout out all these guys. Loved this service.

This is the best Thermo King location I’ve ever been to since I’ve been out on the road. The staff especially Miss Kay was extremely helpful and understand of my time and needs. Very Professional, needed my apu looked at so I got there around 8:30, 9:00am. Checked in very quickly. Got pulled into bay at 10:00am. Very polite, Mrs. Kay was very friendly! Definitely recommend coming here!!

Dealt with a few different people at this location over the years. Chris has been the most helpful so far. Even with my constant emails to him, he always does his best to get an answer for me.

As a Fleet Parts Coordinator, I order parts 3 to 5 times a week. Thermo King Dallas has had some opportunities in the parts and service areas in the past. Mike Rich, at the parts counter, has stepped up to assist us at Thermo King on the daily. Mike makes sure that our parts needs are being met, email confirmations have been sent, and any questions are being answered in a timely fashion. Thanks, Mike, I appreciate you and your help daily.

I had a Thermo King issue which I thought was serious just from the code. I was in Miami and couldnt get Thermo King to even come out. So ended up picking up a dry load and headed to Dallas. I got to Dallas about noon today. Friday before Christmas and 3:30 my issue was resolved. Stoney and Andrew were the best! Shout out to the mechanics for doing a great job in resolving my issue. Thanks to all!

Stoney Thomas is chill guy, friendly, Helpful and nice rapper. My refer was having code shit for main relay. There is first come first and quick Service. Then had to put new battery too, they did it but charged about $480 😳. I was in such a rush couldn’t ask about it but next time i will talk to Stoney (my friend) i m sure he is gonna take care of it.

Ms. K and Jaxon was awesome...The Customer Service onMs. Ks part and Jaxon on the Technical end...He is very good and profient on APU..He even educated me and gave me helpful advice on keeping it operable...I am a happy camper with the superior service I recieved today...

Bought a fuel pump and other accessories for my bunker heater and fortunately I did not use them two days later I returned them to Dallas Thermo king and it was a nightmare them accepting the products. I never use or opened them. The products were still intact in the box but apparently the salesman wouldn’t take them until his managers were in, that is one hour later. I think this guys are becoming a joke, this place used to be one of the best around but now even waiting for the parts can take upto 30 to 40 minutes before a salesperson shows up! And they seem not to be aware of whether they have the parts or not. If you want a top notch service for your APU or related items I would suggest Thermo king in fort smith Arkansas. They are knowledgeable friendly and all act professional.

My first time here and I want to say Kay and Chris is wonderful when I checked in the other lady was nice and the guy that open the gate Kay sent Chris to help me she was so sweet and Chris he was sweet also he gave me run down on wat was going on and everything I just love them they on top of it

Parts department is not very responsive or friendly. I walked in with my recite in my hand and had to stand at the parts counter for 5-7 minutes while they were just the other side of the glass yucking it up. When one of them finally came out no greeting, apologies for making me wait or even a smile. I told him I was there to pick up my parts order he grabbed them came out and never really made eye contact. Customer service?? What saves this place for me is that Im always able to get what I need for our repairs. Thats why I gave them 4 stars instead of 2.

Mathew was exceptional, answered all my questions. Ask for him, looming forward to seeing him again if needed. Carolina was great at the front as well.

Nice place to come to get your problems for your truck resolved. Their staff is very nice and smooth. I did enjoy drinking their hot cocoa in the lobby lol

Good people. Prices are high. Not good for business. 1390$ to replace an apu compressor including the service belt, an air dryer filter, and freon recharge. 600$ worth of parts and another 600$ worth of labor plus tax.I had a problem after I left the shop. The alternator was not allined properly and kept breaking the belt. After purchasing two more belts for 50$ I finally came to the conclusion that the top alternator bracket screw was unnecessarily over tighten causing the misalignment. Please refer to the pictures. I also put thread locker to maintain the bolt flushed with the nut and the surface.I had to take on the job myself, but that doesnt take on the good service they provide. Friendly staff. The prices are my only and strongest observation. Why that high? Need to reconsider those costs.

This shop is such a great shop. The first thing that impressed me was they have designated mechanics just for apu. I have been to shops that have turned me away because reefers came first. The second thing that impressed me was they have a great group of employees. Kay, gehnis and Stoney all helped in resolving my problem.

Christopher is the person that usually handles my orders. He is so helpful and professional.

I really really wanted to give a 5 star for the people there. I have been into their facility too often though. Still having issues with my apu air conditioner. I will revisit when i get a chance and i am sure i will be treated wonderfully as always.

This place is badass. Both receptionist ladies were very pleasant and the Tech who worked on my APU did good work. Even corrected a couple minor things I didnt even mention. Like replacing a couple missing screws and fixing my maintenance hatch so it stays closed finally, no more bungie cord!

Very good got me in and out in about 2hrs.

I came in with an issue where my unit wasn’t getting any power. I already did my handy work to the switch and broke it. Lol they hooked it up to their laptop, replaced the switch and found the issue was a broken/corroded wire. Once repaired, it fired right up!They also replaced my front cover since my originals door flew off, then they fixed my squeaky belt from another tk dealers mess up. I highly recommend these guys and will be back for other tk related issues! Thanks again!

My APU was giving me hard time and took it to 3 different shops but it keep breaking down. Finally I brought it to the Dallas shop to give it one last chance. It has been a year and no problem yet. My APU is now so powerful it makes my truck freezing cold in a 3 digit temperature.The repair was not cheap but it worth it.I forgot his name, the mechanic was the Asian guy. Keep this guy at any cost. He will be the reason if I come back again

Usually I’m happy with everybody in Trucking industry, but I must say this place has worst customer service in DFW area. It is really unfortunate that is like that.Only person that is professional is Randy from sales and that’s it.I had to review my review!Things changed here and we are very happy and pleased with customer service right now! Its a small place.. drop your trailer b4 coming here..theres literally no place to park it..Its better to call ahead and make appointment cuz they wont take you after 1230 pm. You will he turned away until the following business day.. so the earlier you plan ahead..the better you will be.Once in the shop..if nothing majorly wrong with unit..simple fixes are easy in and easy out as long as they have or can get the parts. Staff seems nice. Nice cool drivers lounge to wait in. With TV and restrooms near by.

They did good work & were nice. They seem to have a computer problem and lose your check in data, which results in the shop not knowing why your truck is there. You have to personally walk back & forth between the shop & the office until everyone is on the same page, then keep walking back & forth until the office and the mechanic agree that you have authorized the work or they will not do the work (even if you are sitting in the drivers lounge - they will let you sit until they close & not touch your truck, never calling the number you provided at check-in to seek authorization or walking into the drivers lounge to tell you they need authorization to do the work!). Once you get past that hurdle, they are great. Just be proactive so their bad computer or bad process doesnt waste your time. I plan to be a regular customer of this location.

Friendly environment both reefer & APU services

Called with an alternator code on my tripac around lunchtime, they told me to bring it on in. Got there around 3:30, they put me in immediately, diagnosed and replaced the alternator, showed me engine mounts that were clearly worn out, had them replaced also and was rolling by 5:00pm.Problem solved. Thanks guys for all your help during times where no one seems to believe in customer service, you guys excelled at it and proved there is still good honest people in the world.🙏🏼

Id say they are slower and pricey than expected for the job done.I had a sunction pressure sensor replacement and an ETV circuit that took a whole day and cost me $1500. My assessment of time and cost is based on other similar jobs I have had done previously in other places.

I have been here before and the service is very good from the moment you check in. I called and Lacy said bring it in and we will get to it as quickly as possible. The tech doing the work did a great job of getting me in and out. I will start coming here rather than go to Ft.Worth Thermo King because they are very nasty and condescending, with no desire to really get you in, or done in a timely manner

I came in for an APU issue i have been having for 5 months i visited different TKs and one them had me in the shop for 17 days for an AC issue, i came here as a last ditch effort Loc the tech was able to figure it out in 3 hours and got it done. The man is genuine genius.

Service was great. Employees were really nice. But be prepared to spend tons on labor and its not even justified. 3 1/2 hours, at the most, worth of work for $1000.00 on just labor. This just seems like price gouging.

I will seriously not recommend this location and never again plan on giving them my business. They arent worth the waste of time. My experience was horrible from beginning to finish. Lacey up front dont listen likewise the other fat chick I think Amber. You tell them what I need done and they do what they want to do and have the nerve to attempt to give me a therapist like type evaluation. Trying to tell me which kind of person I am. Very rude unprofessional. If you come here. You do at your risk as per my experience. Twice. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Their whole organization is rotten from the top down. I dont believe these front office girls are just that bad. It has to be a company culture. I will inform my team at transco and also do my best to not give them any business at all

Great service went there for APU alternator issue, Daniel was very polite and did the work and was done after only a couple of hours. I checked in at 07:50 am.

This TK has set the bar for how I expect every other shop to run in the country. Fast, good service and honest pricing. For once in the trucking industry I feel like I didn’t get shafted.

I called ahead with a reefer not starting. I knew it needed a battery. He said to bring it in and they’d diagnose it and get to it ASAP. I was told to wait until a bay opened up. I waited patiently and after about an hour the bay opened. Well I wasn’t allowed to pull in due to the service truck sitting in front of the bay. After almost another hour, and close to closing time, the technician said that he’d just bring the service truck over across the street, where they told me to wait, and so he did. After changing out the battery he said that he’d be back with a quote on changing the oil in the unit. After one more hour, and they were now closed, he came back with a quote of $1300. I said to forget the service and I’ll just pay for the battery. He charged me $464 for changing out a battery that took about 25 minutes. It was not after hours when he did this and it wasn’t a service call. This is highway robbery! I’ll NEVER be back and you shouldn’t go there either, unless you just have too much money and want to give it away!!

Raouff (Frenchy) was my technician . My ice cream was not freezing and he knew within five minutes of opening up the doors what the problem was and then found other problems really fast and he fixed my trailer within the hour! Much faster than the Fort Worth one. I recommend this thermal king!

I talk to customer service for oil change and for my reefer led light bar not working. They told me to pull in.Then I ask the cost of led light bar ,he told me $300 plus tax, I said no just oil change.After 2 hours they changed me $450 .thats oil change only for reefer trail.Not only that he drop the oil in my engine, and it flows on my truck & trail for long timeThey charge you double.They are robberyI advise you guys not to go there

They Focus on road service/ calls because they make thousands of dollars on that. to get a simple service done takes 1-2 weeks. I have not seen a more unorganized Thermoking. I prefer Carrier, just cause they are faster and more helpful.

How the charge will reduce or drop from $2500 to $1200 and from oil pump to AC line ? when you say it is too much and I don’t want the service?I have been here many times and bought from them aftermarket APU for 8k . West of money. I was not Abel to use the equipment continuously even for a single month . This one is my last visit. Even if I live in Dallas I will use the thermoking in west Memphis. I have a good experience with them ,they have a practical charging method. No attitude also unlike the Dallas .

I dont know why the reviews here are so bad. Yes, its expensive, its a thermoking! Service was top notch. No work was done without my approval, and the tech answered all questions without hesitation. This will be where I get my APU worked on from here out.

Omg. The best most helpful tech n the APU repair industry. I call him Capt. Loc. Just love him. The entire staff was amazing. A well kept secret. I recommend the shop to the entire trucking industry.

Justin was the technician who helps me with my truck. He is very professional and he had very good experienced on his profession. He was working on another truck and I was waiting for a technician , and when he get noticed that nobody came to help me, he came and offer his self to help if I wait for him finished his job on the other truck. When he had done, he worked on my truck and fixed the problem. Thank you very much Justin

Office people ignored me at service counter for 10 minutes. Then a lady came in sat down got her stuff all settled and then turned to me can I help you. Dah you can help. Also people should eat breakfast at home or in private, not in their glass front office while a customer is waiting to check in for service. Mechanics were great. Changed a part- fixed a loose fitting. In and out. Even let me stay in truck during repair.

Had to have Tripac looked at due to it not starting. Tech got started on me right away and had me done quick. Labor was a bit high for what he did it was almost worth it cause of how quick they got me done. Everyone there was friendly and customer service oriented

Bought a used truck with a TriPac Evolution. It had Gremlins and thanks to Alex they are gone. I had to take it to them twice and both times they had it out the next day. I was told up front that it would be late or next morning before they could check it out.Bottom line is I didnt know what to expect, but I was treated well andwas pleased with the whole process. Seems that they treat everyone the same...............Like a customer.

Buddy came out and fixed both my problems with the trailer, I give him 5 stars cause he also fixed what he wasn’t called out to do! OTR fleet was called 1 hour before thermo King , but Buddy with thermo king arrived to our location before OTR fleet, OTR fleet was canceled! He showed up and got right on both problems and got us down the road!!! Thanks again

Went in without an appointment because their phones were down but they told me I’d be a work in but didn’t wait long and was called into a bay and had my alternator and reefer battery replaced in good time . I’d definitely be back

So I have had work done here before on seve4al occasions. Today will be my last. Every time I get work done here it is over priced and usually I find something later that they broke. I had maintenance done in July, and they didnt attach my side skirt properly so it was damaged. Wont take responsibility. I know for a fact it had a new belt installed however it is not in their notes so not covered under warranty which is why I came into today. I should have just bought the belt and done the repairs myself, however I am in pain due to stage 4 colon and liver cancer. I figured okay belt is an easy fix and maybe $100-$150 to fix....nope. $560 to replace a belt, one sticking belt. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! No, never going here again, ever!!!

Bought my APU here. Used to be good. Not anymore. Nice people but thats is. Spent over $3500 over 2 visits. Apu still wont cool. Mechanics dont know what they are doing.

Checked in the morning of the 14th March 2019.Called them Friday around 1400 to see where they were, I was told they had not got to it yet. Monday it was where waiting on a reply from your company on the estimate. Oh, yea I called the day b4 I dropped it off, was told they would would be done by Monday. Monday comes, its they have to do other things. I checked it in to have mounts put on my apu. They tell me I need this that and more, i agreed go ahead and do it. Two days later they havent done anything. So i come in and tell them to just do the mounts, Ill get the rest done later. Next day today Im here to pick up my truck, and was told they did other thing to test it and see if it works. That they could take the test parts off, put the old ones back on. Being out of work from one shop to there for almost a month. I said just leave them on. I was then told they just had to button it up. So I go in 30 mins., later only to be told we dont have a part in stock, it will be another 30 mins., how is it yall have put these parts on and all it need is to be button up. How it takes an hour to put on two covers. There slick here, I advise if you read this dont come, there full of lies, and let get there money plots. Ijs, the bottom plate of my apu was bent a little on the right inner. They put a new one on the estimate, instead of straightening that bend. I had to check them on that.Ok, its been another 30, they havent pulled it out yet, that leads me to believe they lied about putting test parts, as the call it on. And is doing it now that I have agreed to leave them on under false pretenses. Smdh, stay away people stay away..............Well its still not ready after sitting until 1100, thru two 30 min., it will be ready lies. It isnt now 1204.

I was told minimum $510 for 2 hours for road call. The technician stretched 20 mins work to 2 hours on-purpose and took another 15 mins for preparing the bill. HE CHARGED $1100 for minor repair. STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE. THEY GONNA RIP YOU OFF

Trailer is leaking freon . In 2 months I have paid for 13 pounds of freon at thermo King of North Little Rock both times under load, we could not check inside due to seal on trailer. Get unloaded in Dallas and took trailer in to find freon leak. 10 days later they tell me the freon is full ( which I just had filled a week before I put it in the shop) and that it was cooling fine. Unbelievable, not sure they even checked for the leak, just tested it and said its full.

Verry bad service and worst experience on Reefer repair , take them 1 week to fix my Reefer and charge a lot and when was done Reefer have same issue ( they said you have to wait until Monday to look at it after we spend 1 week )they just change parts and don’t know what they doing . Horrible technician and unprofessional!Avoid this place if you don’t want to be ripped off and still have the issue !👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Great folks. These guys know what theyre doing and care about their business and their customers. Shawn has been great and before that Alex was great too. Plan to do business with this outfit for years to come!

While carrying a load through Texarkana, AR a belt broke on my reefer. Called TK after hours number and was told that the closest shop to me was in Mount Pleasant, TX but they didnt handle after hours calls. Was told I had to drive to Dallas, TX. I was told that they would page parts tech who would call me back. Spoke with parts tech, Gilbert, who stated if we just needed the part for us to call when we were close because he would be 15 minutes from shop. He said if we needed belt installed to call for a service tech. Great or so we thought. My team member called back and told them we needed the service tech. After hour called the parts tech. Gilbert said he would call them and explain. After not hearing back from anyone, I called after hours person again who stated service tech was not answering. By now, 100 miles later, Im in Dallas sitting in front of their building. Called poor Gilbert and left a message for him to call me. Gilbert called my team member at the same time service tech called me. The service tech proceeds to explain to me that he had someone else with him and he couldnt come for another two hours. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! YOU ARE ON CALL!!! not to mention my original call was over an hour ago. There was no way we had another two hours to save the load. Needless to say, poor Gilbert to the rescue. He arrived within 15 minutes like he said, opened the shop and got the part for us. We ended calling a friend at 1 am to help fix the reefer...in the middle of the street. This was the first time weve had an emergency with this reefer and I pray it was the last because TK has left me feeling that they do not care about their customers once youve paid for their product. Oh, and to service tech, Robert, I hope you and your friend enjoyed your evening.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL! I Called and asked to speak to a manager and the receptionist would not transfer my call. I was unable to tell her who I was and why Im calling. She told me No one wants to talk to you and hung up on me. Im a customer !! Never again. And I will be leaving reviews EVERYWHERE.

Call them on Monday to get an appointment for Tuesday they told me it was first come first serve I got there a little before 7 first one in first one to leave they told me it was going to take a week to fix they didnt look at the problem just stated it was going to take a week to fix customer service was great when I got there that morning tell me I was going to be first one to get fixed I guess the manager had other plans

There for the second time in a month and I have to say customer service was better than expected. You have to keep going in the office to check progress but overall I was pleased.

Had an unexpected breakdown with the reefer unit. They got us in as soon as we got there! Less than an hour, and we were off and runnin! Great guys/gals at this location! Thanks again!!!

I wanted to post a review. More often than not as a trucker you get screwed. This was the exception. I went in with TriPack issues, the guy looked at it worked out the problem, I still had problems with it, he took another look at it and fixed it, but in his haste did not put the cover back correct and I lost it between Dallas and Denver. I called Thermo king in Dallas, he told me to drive to Denver Thermo king and they would take care of it, no charge. Now that is a class act. Way too many companies that deal with us, are after the quick buck… (like the a..holes in North Bend Wa. T.A.) I think his name was Tom Campbell (sorry if I butchered his name.)So a tip of the hat to Thermo King.

Waited for hours, left the place at five when they close. They billed my company, but the apu still doesnt work. I cant go back because Im a driver and have to get up to New Jersey, plus its Friday and theyre closed weekends. Im in my sleeper idling the truck now after sweating with the apu running for several hours hoping it would suddenly, magically blow cold air. Ripped off.

My reefer trailer is pending for repair at thermoking Dallas since aug 28.2019.Till today not on repair bay.I know they can repair it properly.I have suggestion that they must should give customer estimated waiting time.And at that time customer take back trailer at thermoking for repair.In waiting time customer can use his trailer for dry bulk.Customer can cover some financial loss.

Not bad, first come first serve. Friendly place, just took longer than expected. But no problem. They got it done in a day.

I bring Reffer because the fuel filter is leak he put new. Filter filter cost is 18 dollar but they make a bill $ 295 after bargaining they charge $202 this is not a make sense and also customer service is very poor waiting for paying bill but no body in the counter

Reefer broke down in the middle of the night, i thought hope was lost. Call these guys amd tech was there FAST!! The tech arrived to site named justin this guy is the bomb!! Saved my load and my wallet! Ive been to 12 thermokings across the nation and this is BY FAR THE BEST!! Thank you justin!!!

Got here at 09.30, started on my inverter replacement at 12.30, still here at 16.30. The young guy working on my truck seems as if he hates his job....not good. Very small drop lot, congested area.

Great work. Honest Blue collar people came out in the middle of the night to help. Justin got the work done fast and knew what he was doing.

They will rip you off. On Tuesday (after labour day) I was told the repair was $1100.00, came back next Monday, they asked me $1950.00 and they charged me 239.00 for a diagnosis.

Told me they can’t work on my apu unit didn’t even come out and look at it or anything they sent me way across town just have to go back and still can’t get it looked at till Friday morning..

They do not own up to damages they make to your trailer. Be sure to take pictures prior to leaving your trailer/vehicle there if you decide to use them.Horrible !

Fort worth TK couldnt help so i call yesterday and they tell me first come first serve. i am literally the first person waiting ffor service this morning and they tell me they are booked for the day. they can sell it but dont expect help if it goes down

Loc, that works on the APU’s is a great man. He knows and repairs quickly.Great place for APU service.

They did a helluva job. Service tech was very knowledgeable & gave a personal touch to his job. Ill be back again.

Slow service long wait time and dont think the techs know what there doing 2nd time here in in a week they cant seem to find the problem apu work for about 10 hours now not charging again

12.11.2020They are taking the double price for the work. They worked at my trailer one hour and they charged me for 2 hours!!!! They are not serious.

Trash, truck was finished on Friday and nobody ever called me, I called Tuesday morning and found out that it had been ready since Friday, engine light was on with dead battery and of course they took no responsibility, one positive they did fix my apu

Dont come to this thermo king. For temperature download cost 207$ and poor customer service. They do best on charging $$$.

A lil difficult to get 2 limited parking to purchase parts for my APU BUT very good customer service

Staff was very helpful in getting my truck checked in for service of the APU.

Had a repair done then had to return next day for one and they were going to send me out with a code still on my refer unit they did get it straight though eventually and charged it up at no cost so they tried to make it right which I appreciate

They got me fixed up did a very good job I appreciate him in a reasonable amount of time thank you very much

3/27/19 brought tractor in for apu problem. 2 hours later it was fixed. Great service.

Told me they had the apu service on phone. Went to get it they didn’t have it. Guy upfront was very rude and aggressive.

These guys & the staff r AWESUM..I pulled up & went n & b-4 I could get the words out of my big mouth,I was being asked, can I help u?..told them the situation with the reefer unit & within 30 minutes,they was on it..fixing the problem..u cant beat that with a baseball bat

They will not return my call. There was an incident that happened on their yard where they cracked the windshield on my husbands truck and now dont want to answer the call
