The techs that visited my home and my experience was nothing short of satisfying.Jose was courteous, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He took the necessary time to ensure that I had a complete understanding of my issue and answered ALL of my questions with patience and care. After building a new home, we were having heating and cooling issues, unfortunately, due to the original HVAC company that worked with the builder. But with that, Alpha Heating and Cooling took over and worked with us to get everything squared away and running how the units should. It was a lot of work but they made it right and we are now extremely happy. Jose (Joe) is an awesome technician and works hard. My heater went out the night before Christmas Eve and every place I called said they would not be able to come out to fix it until after Christmas. Natalie at Alpha Heating and Cooling was so responsive and helpful; she had the technician out the next morning. The technician was so nice and professional and repaired my heater on Christmas Eve. My A/C wasn’t working, so i called. They sent out a technician, they were on time, answered all my questions, and they were very kind. They walked me through everything in explaining what was wrong with my A/C and what they fixed. They left my air working perfectly fine that same day. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs their A/C checked out or needs other services they offer.

I called them and they were very professional and clean. Every area they were working on or by they covered with tarps. I had no mess in my ceiling or my floors, they were very organized. When they were done they made sure to check everything was working and it seemed as though no one had even been working there that day. Definitely reccomend them!!

To be honest, this is the best HVAC service I ever used. Priced very friendly and got job very fast! The first time I used this company is when my tankless water heater pipe bursted in winter 2022, it caused water damage through the house. Alpha HVACs technician not only quickly replace the water heater, but they also helped me to fix the water damage in a matter of week, with additional work to replace the stair treads! Then my HVAC cooling stopped working in my other house that is used for Airbnb. I have guests checking in on the next day. I called Alpha HVAC and they came over early next morning and fixed issue before the guests checked in. Otherwise I would have lost $1000+ booking fee. Then a couple of days later, the Nest thermostat in my other Airbnb stopped getting power. I made a call and Alpha HVAC came in an hour and fixed the issue quickly. Its has been an amazing experience so far! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Alpha Heating and cooling were very responsive, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Especially since I was not sure about the installation or HVAC system I needed. The customer service was a 10.

I have a split AC (ductless) system where the indoor part was leaking water. After having a reputable company come and try to fix it, because not all of them are familiar with these systems, they failed to fix it and damaged it letting the Freon escape, so that unit never cooled again. Alpha found me thru a post on Next Door and I took a chance. Juan came and I soon realized he knew about these systems. I ordered the unit and he came and installed it without a hitch. I will more than likely be calling them for maintenance for all my units from now on. I would highly recommend them!!
