I am a realtor and I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Jeff to my clients or anyone in need of a home inspection. There are inspectors and then there is Jeff. Jeff is by far the most thorough, meticulous and methodical inspector I have worked with. He is professional and my clients like him very much. Jeff is amazing! He was very responsive and was able to inspect my home the same day. His report was extremely thorough and he included several pictures. His description of the items in need of repair was easy to understand. This along with the pictures made it easy to check the work of those making the repairs. Jeffrey did an amazing job with our inspection. We had a new construction house under contract and although the builder claimed the inspection was already done and good to go, I wanted to also get an inspection personally and make sure it was good. I ended up having to locate another inspector due to another companys ineptitudes. Jeffrey stepped up to the plate at 4:00 in the afternoon and took care of the home inspection close to 6:00 at night. The second he arrived the drone was flying in the air taking photographs. He was polite, worked extremely hard, and went out of his way to get the job done. I will definitely be using him in the future and referencing him to everyone who asks. AAA+++
