DO NOT HIRE Raul Bernal Dominguez (aka Raul Bernal Rodriquez or his father - yes we have done our LLC research) The contract to remodel a 80 sq ft bathroom for my elderly mother was 35 days. They have made multiple mistakes, massive delays, weeks upon weeks with no communication. We have caught them lying on multiple occasions. We found out they never pulled a permit. My mom had to hire a lawyer, and they still didn’t respond to a request to finish or return money they had not done work for. I tried one last time to appeal to their compassion to NOT leave my 76 year old mother with an unfinished bathroom and severe emotional distress (she went months with exposed wiring, going to the bathroom in a medical bedside potty and had no shower since it’s her only bathroom) but still they were demanding more money. It has been now 10 months and they have quit responding. Including lawyer fees, my mom is owed $7,415 of unfinished work she paid them for that she will have to pay more money to someone else to finish. Warning : they will reply to this complaint defending and blaming us for cancelling things they failed to do in a timely manner or lied about. I have significant documents of evidence to the contrary. Just read the other complaints to see consistency. Do not hire them. And make sure to use someone who has multiple good referrals from people you know!

With all the great remodeling projects and optimal customer care I have seen so far, Raul and his team fill every check box of a notable business to work with.

RB Construction was hired to do a garage repair and the job was contracted to take up to 20 days. They came and did some demo and made minimal repairs and did zero work for over a month. In the month that no work was done, the owner Raoul, repeatedly advised they were ordering materials, the materials were expensive at the place we normally use and we are checking another location, your job is a priority to us. Needless to say, I have no evidence of any of these statements to be true. Additionally, they have been paid a significant amount to do the job and I sent an email explaining my desire to end the business relationship, mainly because they did not stick to their end of the contract. I have not received any response from them and have not received a refund of any monies as requested. The photos attached is the state in which my garage has been left.

Raul and Alex were very easy to work with. They came out to remodel our bathroom and turn it into a shower. There was consistent communication throughout the entire project. Although, the project did take longer than expected, it was circumstances out of their control. At the end, the project came out exactly how we wanted and exceed our expectations. Would use again and highly recommend.

My sister used this company for a bathroom remodel in Grand Prairie. While I must admit the overall work looks good it took them a very long time to finish. Over 1.5 months. There was a contracted price given however Raul kept calling my sister for more money (outside of material cost). A month after the job was finished a leak occurred in the living room. A plumber came out and said it was definitely the shower drain. That it wasnt done properly. There was suppose to be a warranty on it but he asked for $250. RBConstruction NEVER fixed the leak and got mad because a negative review was left. I would not recommend this company!

We Paid RB Construction USA $7,150 on 8/2/23 in advance materials & labor for a custom bookcase quote. Numerous bookcase shop updates (monthly); each text almost ready to install but would not provide pictures of the shop bookcase progress in November as requested. We foolishly made the final $1,500 pmt on the overall $60,000 remodel not yet due on 1/15/24 (RB requested & agreed this was final pmt.) just to speed up bookcase install which had been almost ready during Nov 2023 updates (not truthful, the wood likely not purchased yet). On 2/10/24 I offered to pick up the bookcase materials almost ready to install and finish it myself; RB declined this request but offered to come and meet to explain everything although I had not seen him for about 4 months. Still waiting for that meeting since 2/20/24. On 2/23/2024 RB said the bookcase 90% complete but pictures sent appeared to be about $50 worth of lumber nowhere near a $7,000 bookcase 8 tall x10 wide. I even offered to pay carpenter directly a $500 bonus to install the almost ready bookcase by March 20th ahead of tenant moving in April 1st, they failed this test no reply. They took my $7,150 and never intend to install the bookcase, it has been said to be almost ready since 11/8/2023. They should return my $7,150 but they are not ethical or honest or truthful. RB knew I was losing monthly rental income for months as the property sat empty waiting for a bookcase that is never coming.

RB constructions did a complete renovation of my home, and made sure the process, price and services they offered were all worked on with great detail in mind.I especially liked Raul’s expertise in helping me cut cost and maintain quality with our renovations. His team delivered the project early and we were able to remain under cost for all the construction work. It was a great experience working with him and his team, and I will recommend him to all my friends and family members.Honest and good construction companies are very hard to come by these days, and EB construction is here to stay!! Beware, Beware, these guys will show up dressed up in high dollar shoes. They will yes mam, yes sir every question you ask. They want you to sign a contract and expect payment before completing any job. Raul SR. Is a scammer and he the kinds guy you want to like. His son Raul Jr. has no skills and will try to convince you they did a good job. They had cabinets built for us and they were poor quality wood. They did not paint them correctly. They ruined $2600 dollars of new flooring by installing floor before they finished construction so worker walked on new uncovered floor scratching and denting floor. When you ask them to correct their work they promise to do so. Then there workers never show up to work. Then they start sending new people. They attempted to install recessed lights. Bought the cheapest ones on the market then moved lights in ceiling in wrong areas. (Installed one next to AC vent. Then Raul SR. Shows up to collect money no work is completed. It took me a minute to completely understand I was being scammed. They would not take my calls or correct there mistakes. In all they ripped us off $22,000 dollars. This includes out of pocket cash, and damages they left behind. I finally found a honest contractor who did an excellent job. If you want quality work do not hire these guys they are scammers.

RB Construction was responsive and communicated well throughout the process. I appreciated their patience and dedication to a job well done. We will use them again in the future for other projects. This project was a kitchen remodel, and it turned out fantastic! I highly recommend RB Construction!

They did a great job at remodeling my bathroom at a reasonable price! The build a custom vanity and linen tower, relocated electrical outlets and fixtures, installed a hard wired medicine cabinet, toilet and painted. The bathroom looks gorgeous! I smile every time I go in there! I plan to use them again for additional projects!
