Needed decorative concrete work in backyard, flagstone repair, pool deck painting after removal of shrubs and tree. Work was excellent and workers were very professional and completed quicker than expected. Luis is very professional and helped me plan the remodel to fit my budget. Arbors and Patios was the least expensive of three different quotes and more than pleased with the results.

Luis and team were knowledgeable, professional, and detail oriented. From planning to completion, communication was timely and informative. All of our questions were immediately answered and the Arbors and Patios team completed the work on time as scheduled. 10 out of 10 would work with them again and recommend to my friends and family.

We’re extremely happy with most of the work done. Great design, stone work & carpentry.I would not use them for any pool decking. There were too many shortfalls in their completion of the project as workers went unsupervised with communication a real issue.The owner, Luis is a great guy and had some great ideas. We’re really enjoying the finished product.

My Timbertech deck was repaired as result of soil shifting. It looks great. Arbors and Patios also resanded the joints in my patio they installed 7 years ago.

Luis and his crew did a very good job with an outdoor kitchen, including an custom built vent hood up to the 14 ceiling with an insert, grill, refrigerator and storage. It came out great and was done quickly.

I would recommend their services, they were fast and professional, i am not 100% happy with the design of the steps they are crooked and not leveled at all, i wish they could’ve talk to me before going with that design but overall good business, 2 months in the concrete already cracked not too bad but it’s noticeable

Arbors & Patios has completed their 4th project that I have hired them to build at my home. They are true craftsmen that are managed by a true professional, Luis Carrasco. Their Cedar-work projects over these past years have transformed the exterior of our 35 year old home into a beautiful newer style home with the additions of Cedar Pavilion, back yard Pergola, Stairs & Decking and now two faux gable roof peaks to match their previous projects. In fact, they are among the best home services companies Ive worked with in any capacity. In addition to arbors and patios, they also do fences, tile work, exterior remodeling, interior remodeling, and more. Loved their work and professionalisms!!!… some other company destroyed my floor and left it in the middle , then I called them . They came and fixed it . I love it. Now I am enjoying sitting in my back yard. Thank God , Luis took that project and fixed it.

Our project was a patio overlay to our existing and an extension. I could not be more thankful for this company to do it! We have a small job and had a hard time finding someone to do it. This was the only company that responded AND quickly! Luis came out for the quote and he was extremely informative. In January, his team painted 2 rooms and did a custom built in.Luis was very helpful, answering all my questionsQuick to respond and schedule the work.They were punctual and the job took 2 days.The work of the built in matches the one in the Master bedroom, making it look like it is original to the house.Team was professional and worked hard.Luis sent a team member 3 days after the project was finished to follow-up to a few touch up paint requests to make sure I was completely happy with the project.I will definitely work with him and his team again!

They enclosed my existing patio with windows and sliding glass doors. Did a very nice job. Professional and responsive. This is the second time I have used this company. The first job was to cover my existing arbor. I love both

To keep costs low I did all the prep work for our backyard patio. Luis and team did the concrete pour. Communication was fast and easy and they coordinated w/ me make sure the all the prep work was satisfactory before they arrived for their portion of the job. Quick and easy. Will definitely use them again.

Very satisfied from beginning of project through completion. Pricing was fair, crew was polite, worked diligently and the finished deck looked beautiful. I was additionally impressed in the fact that every day the crew cleaned up the work area and left the area so neat and orderly. We are looking forward to enjoying our outdoor sitting area much more often now.

This company did a great job on our patio and we are very satisfied with the detailed work from start to finish.

Luis Carrasaco was hired to demo and pour a new driveway. Unfortunately, he was extremely difficult to work with as he was very unresponsive and took days to respond and when he did respond he didnt give the requested information. Also, he was paid $10,000 up front as a deposit on a $66,000 driveway/sidewalk/patio job and he only complete demolition of the driveway. The $10,000 was to cover demolition, complete grading and all the way to forms of the new driveway. The project was put on hold after he had completed demolition because we had to bring heavy equipment to the back of the house in order to begin construction on an addition in the back of the house (separate from this project) and didnt want to damage the new driveway. Luis agreed to hold off. However, once we were ready for him to continue, he demanded that we pay him MORE even though according to our contract he had not completed or earned the full $10,000 - he had earned 1/2 at best especially since he only graded and put down gravel on 1/2 the driveway not even the entire thing and never did any forms. We demanded the return of the remainder and he refused and eventually stopped responding to our requests. I had my attorney contact him via letter and he still refused to respond. Now, I am having to sue him and his company for the $5000 that he owes us. I would be very wary of this man - hes a scammer. The attached photo is what the driveway looks like months later.

Initially Arbors & Patios seem to do good work. I hired them to install stamped concrete on the back patio, a small pergola and put in travertine on the front steps. The overall work was okay but the trim work was sloppy with concrete splattered on adjoining brick and on the front porch a 4 x 48 inch area of concrete was left exposed in front of the travertine that looks awful. When they came to collect I went ahead and paid them after they assured me they would come back and either paint it to match the concrete or pour concrete to match it. They also put a sealant on the stamped concrete that when wet is extremely slippery…..to the point I slipped and lacerated my lower leg. They never told me it would be slick. It’s been almost 2 weeks now and after several emails they have not shown up to complete the job nor have I heard from them. Their communication has always been poor. The workers seemed polite and hard working but the person I worked with was a poor communicator and just wanted the sale. Once they got the money I haven’t heard from them. I will have to fix the area myself. I’d suggest using another company for outdoor flooring.

Did excellent work on a retaining wall and some fencing for my home. The wall looks more contemporary than others in our neighborhood and weve received many compliments on it. We fully intend to call Arbors and Patios for future projects at our house.

They installed a stone paver extension beside my patio for our outdoor griddle and plants. It is beautiful!!!

I set an appointment time and confirmed the day before for the appointment. No show to the appointment. I called after the missed appointment and lvm. Still nothing. Lost business opportunity
