Usual good service from trane supply house

Im posting this review at the same time that i am on hold. Its been 30 mins i will put another review with the time they did answer . update the store didnt pick up they just hung up.

We love Trane as we buy equipment and parts, but thought it was time to share that Monica out of the Garland location always goes above and beyond for us and we are so thankful. So kind, helpful, and has such initiative. Trane is what is is because of the great customer service you all give us and so many more customers I know.

We purchased a new home, and came with a Trane Heat Pump, known as HVAC. We had problems with the unit since day one. This morning we got up and was 67% in our bedroom. The thermostat was set at 72%, the unit never went on. I contacted the Yavapai County Code Enforcement and was told that the HVAC is not efficient for Northern Arizona. Now Trane refuses to come out. My suggestion, don’t get one.

We have always had a good relationship with Trane parts and supplies. The employees are knowledgeable, courteous and always have our orders ready. Thank you Trane for supplying a quality product and quality employees who are a credit to your name. Keep up the good work.

Got here early They were straight with me telling me were not sure when they could fit me in. But they did after a short while. Very grateful. Clean WH Plenty of room to manuever.

Friendly people, great products!! Licensed HVAC contractors can even purchase Runtru Minisplits and Trane Mitsubishi Minisplits over the counter at Trane Supply!!

I have now placed 7 calls in an attempt to spend my money and i only get transferred from one department to the next every single time. Might be the worse customer service I have ever experienced

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They help get you the right stuff you need and get you to your next call quick.

Really bad costumer service. Look like they dont care on costumers. Sales rep lost talking about personal life and didnt not pay attention or interest on walking costumers

If you are a truck driver interstate carrier I will say the worst place for delivery I got 3 other stops the forklift guy Ignorant I came 7:30 AM told me they gong to unload the truck And break the seal waiting waiting now 13:00 It’s only by myself

It takes 40 minutes to get a just condenser and all workers are sitting at the werehouse doing nothing..
