Lennox Stores (Parts Plus)

I went in today to set up an account and Anthony helped me out so fast and awesome couldn’t recommend this place and him any more. It’s great.

I manage 96 Town homes in Sunnyvale, Tx. I am always bothering this Lennox staff. I have had Excellent customer care from every person working in this store. Especially Anthony and Brian. Great service, Great guys. They know their stuff . Their Promptness to my needs ensures all my residents have cool air during the summer and do not go without AC weeks at a time. Thanks Guys Its hard to find Great service these days. Kudos to You!!

The store manager, Im guessing who was sitting there oblivious to what was going on around him, needs a lesson in customer service. Had 3 of us in line, he just sat there, didnt offer the 1 guy that was working the counter any help. Nor did he ask if he could help any of us standing in line. He should have been helping the other customers in line instead of looking at his phone. Just my opinion.

Usually quick, but not very personable. Today they sure werent in a cheerful mood. Heres your parts now leave attitude.But hey, I guess I dont go here for the coffee and fellowship.

Been calling tech support for past three months staying on hold 30 minutes to hrs I get no answer. WORST BRAND name EVER………
