We bought 3 AC/Heating units for our four-thousand square foot home in November of 2022. The owner—David—provided us with (1) the best personal feeling of expertise among five companies that I contacted and had come out and look, and (2) he provide us with a great rate on all three units—it was not the cheapest bid, but also not the most expensive—it was right in the middle of five separate bids we were provided. I do my homework, I ask numerous in-depth questions, and had David walk through our home more than twice. He answered every question, provided an expert analysis. I highly recommend Efficient Home Solutions (EMS). We have now been in our home with the three new units for 17 months and we have had “no” issues with any unit. We have perfect AC/Heat in all three zones of our home. We have bi-annual visits from EHS to check the systems and change the filters. In addition, they look nice on the outside of the home, and you can tell they were installed by a professional. David and his team are a joy to work with, and “Efficient” is a great name for their company.

I used Efficient Home Solutions to completely replace my AC unit in May, 2022. The system worked perfectly all summer long - I am very pleased and satisfied. I was especially happy with their employee Rocky who provided all the information and helped me make a decision. He also supervised during install day. Hes very friendly and knowledgeable, and I will ask for him every time the unit needs servicing. I 100% recommend this company and their employee Rocky!

I contacted the company because I’ve had a serious problem with heavy dust in my home for years, and I wanted to solve it. The owner, David Rivera, came with one other and did a detailed assessment of my home and my system, with full understanding of my main issue: dust. After evaluation, they determined a series of actions that they assured me would rid my home of this issue. It was a costly solution, but they seemed professional at that time (before performing the work). I trusted their expertise and advice.After the $15,000 investment on my part, there was no reduction of the dust. One of their solutions was to sanitize the attic after removing and cleaning and replacing filters and systems. Weeks after their work was completed, we found old, dirty filters from previous work discarded on the floor of the attic, disputing any possible “sanitation” efforts. Vents were left with mold or clogged with old dog hair. I gave it time, but the dust problem never resolved itself. I contacted the company multiple times to give them the chance to remedy the result. Once they cashed our check, they were not as responsive. Suddenly they were not the experts they had claimed, knowing full well why they were hired. They were interested in offering excuses and not in solving any problems. Additionally, I paid above and beyond the initial quote to enhance delivery to a vent in one of the rooms, and there was no change whatsoever after their work. In my bedroom, after all of this work had been performed, I still have to use my overhead fan with 2 desktop fans in order to cool the room. I asked for them to refund part of the huge sum I spent, but they refused. $15,000 later, nothing in my home has improved even subtly.I would not recommend this company.

My A/C unit went out a couple months ago. I did my research and got 3 bids before making my decision. I choose EHS because they presented me with options, they were fair in the cost of what I needed to have done, and were the most professional. I am in sales, and I can see an up-sell a mile away. With this company there was no pressure, just pure explanation of what the options were and what I could expect with each one. The crew that did the installation was professional and quick. They were recommended to me by my neighbor, and I will pass it forward.

Great service. My A/C stopped working on a Sunday when the temperature outside was 106. I called the A/C company that installed the unit and they were booked until Thursday so I called another well known A/C company and they were able to come to trouble shoot system and the tech looked at the compressor waved his had over the compressor and told me that the motor had to be replaced for $3,000.00 but it would take 2 days to get the replacement motor so he then quoted $9,000.00 for new compressor unit and would get new compressor installed on Monday and told me that since it was 106 outside he recommended to $9,000.00 option. He never turned a screw and was able to tell me that the motor was bad. I called Efficient Home Solutions and they had a tech at my home within an hour and the tech looked at the unit, tested the Freon level and tested the capacitor and told me that the capacitor was going out. He replaced the capacitor and I now have cold air again. I was charged $300.00 for new capacitor and labor to install it with a 3 year warranty.Efficient Home Solutions is now saved on my phone, wife has already informed her friends on Facebook and 2 of them have already asked for phone number so they can use them.Efficient Home Solutions will get all of my A/C service and will get my recommendations for any HVAC service.

Our old air conditioner had been on its last leg for 3 summers. After fighting with our home warranty company for 3 weeks (where they kept “repairing” our unit only for it to break again a week later) we decided to get a new unit. We declined to go with the company who was sent to us by our home warranty because the business was terrible. We had remembered Rocky from Efficient Home Solutions, who’d come to us for a repair the year before and we remembered how helpful and trustworthy he was. They’d provided us a refrigerator magnet with conversion tables, and my husband said, “Who was the company with the conversion table magnet? They were fantastic!” So we called up Efficient Home Solutions and told them about our AC (which was completely kaput). Rocky and David set an appointment to come out with us THAT NIGHT to talk about units and see if we could get our clunker up and running. They provided us several options to choose from, and didn’t try to upsell us into anything that didn’t need to be done. They shared that we didn’t have enough ducting for our square footage, and laid out the plan to help us get the most out of our AC. We actually decided to get a new unit AND a new furnace, so that we might avoid any trouble down the road. Rocky tried everything he could to get our unit running while we waited for installation, but that thing was gone. However, we appreciated his efforts in trying to help in any way he could. We set our installation date and were ready to go. Installation of our unit, ducting, and furnace took 1 day. 1 day! They were incredibly fast and did an amazing job getting everything installed and all the old stuff hauled away. David and Rocky made sure they were there on installation day to make sure everything went well- which is always such a nice experience to make you feel valued and cared for. Installation went great and the results have been awesome- our new unit is silent! It used to sound like something was about to explode when that old unit came on. Our house is so comfortable now- I didn’t even know it could be this good! The new unit is great and David called to check on us the next day to make sure everything was working right, and they are scheduled to come out today to check again.I really felt like they cared about us and that they valued us as customers. There was a reason we remembered the company with the magnet- they were great then and they were amazing when we needed them. We will recommend them to everyone we know because they are honest, work with integrity, and do what’s right for their customers. If there were ten stars it wouldnt be enough!l In dealing with HVAC companies over the years, I have never dealt with a company with such integrity, honesty and just plain sincerity, from the girls who answer the phones, to the tech Rocky, to the install team, and finally to the owner of the company, David. This company is exceptional!They have gone above and beyond helping me - from getting a coil installed in the attic to having a weld fixed in the outside unit - they did it all. When I didnt think I could handle one more second of bad news, Rocky was there for me. He actually asked me if I needed a hug - and boy did I. They deal with you on a one-on-one basis, theyre extremely honest and with me, so generous.David returned my calls, day or night and weekends with no delay. They are exceptional in their relationships with their customers, plus they are a company dedicated to doing an excellent job - every install, every leak, everything they do. I called EHS and quickly recieved a scheduling for technician to come to the house and diagnose my problem. A part had to be ordered and was installed the day the part was picked up. The technician was friendly as well as knowledgeable and for sure had my best interest on the table. i highly recommend this company for any HVAC work!

I have an older system that is running well because Efficient Home Solutions has been maintaining it under their Energy Savings Agreement where they come out twice a year to check the AC and Heat. The regular maintenance is extending the life of my equipment and increasing the efficiency and comfort inside my home!

I had them come out to evaluate our HVAC system. The inspection showed that the 2 systems had only about half of the necessary return air ducts necessary for proper operation. Work was scheduled to add a return air duct to each system. The crew arrived on time . The work was completed in a timely manner. The house was left clean and undamaged. I would recommend them to anyone. Our system now runs less and it is more comfortable.

We received fast, efficient and friendly service. Edmond ( forgive me if I spelled your wrong) was through in getting our AC up and running and explaining what was going on with them. One unit is up and running but the other unit that I have is still needing some work done to it but he explained it and gave us different price options has well. He was also very patient with my dog who is sometimes acts like more of a grumpy old man then a dog. Also, Edmond even removed all the old air filters from my attic and throw them away for me. So very awesome service received!

If you like working with the owner of a company that is an expert in HVAC systems versus having a salesman show up with his book of products and services and very little background in what he is selling, you’ll like working with Efficient Home Solutions. Where the other companies I talked to simply quoted a like replacement for our heating and AC system Efficient calculated what our AC system requirements were based on standard industry practices. In my case we needed a ½ ton larger unit which I was pretty sure of before they got there. Our previous unit even when brand new ran non-stop between 11AM to 9PM on summer days where this new unit runs a fraction of the time. The installation team was top notch and they had a technician stop by a few days later to check to make sure everything was working to spec. The team consisted of the owner of the company, a project manager, installation team and after installation technician. If you want a quality job at a competitive price I highly recommend this company.

This review is about true customer service. I found this company through Angie’s list. We are currently in an unprecedented winter storm, and my heater has not been working for the past 2 days. I am a single mom with two young boys. Mr. Rivera called me to schedule a time for his servicemen to come out to help me the following day. Before we hung up, Mr. Rivera went through a differential diagnosis of what could be wrong with my heater. When he mentioned that the filter could be a problem, I told him that my filter had not been changed in a very long time. Knowing that the temperature is going to get down to 5 degrees Farenheit tonight and knowing that I have 2 young boys, Mr. Rivera offered to FaceTime me, and he ended up guiding me through the whole process on how to take the filter out In order to clean it. Once I was able to take the filter out, I ended up washing the filter in my bathtub, and then I put it back in. Now, thanks to Mr. Rivera’s help, my heater is working perfectly, My boys and I are incredibly grateful for his help. Because he truly cares about his customers, my boys and I are going to be able to sleep comfortably tonight. This company is the very best. I will definitely be using Efficient Home Solutions from now on for all of my heating and air conditioning concerns. I highly, highly recommend this company. Arman is the MAN! Guy came over after 30min.....I called the office and he was here super fast! Told me what’s wrong with the unit....like in 10min. Fair price,great service, not only he fixed the unit he spent time educating me about the unit. Usually guys try to sell me items( I have 5 ac units big place) and sell me unnecessary items, NOT the case here! Strictly professional and super effective! Like I said ask for Arman and he will make sure your unit is fixed, running smoothly and you are actually educated on how to keep it running! A+ will use them again. Super happy! BTW my unit went out on Friday at 2:00pm and he was still here in 30min....just epic.

This has been one of the best service companies I have dealt with as a home owner. The initial techs David and Art assessed my air conditioning issues. They were right on time, thorough, answered questions, and provided measured solutions to issues; rather than the easy and expensive answer of a second air conditioning or zoning. They went above and beyond to find the reasons why my system was underperforming. They found my handler was under capacity in air input and my second story return was inadaquete. After consultation, a decision was made to take a step by step approach starting with simple fixes.They called as promisied on Monday and scheduled an appointment. The techs Victor and Esteban arrived right on time. They were pleasant, clean, and did excellent work. They said it would take two hours and were done in 1:50. Their work was very well done. With the new return duct on my second story, the result could be felt immediately throughout the house. I now have a system that works in my house for a fraction of the cost.The pricing was fair and I would gladly pay a little more to get this type of consultation, work product, and result. These are my new A/C guys.

From start to finish, our dealings with this company were top notch.The proposal for improving the efficiency of our existing units wasreasonable and the workmen were very professional and left our homejust a clean as they found it. We can highly recommend using thiscompany for any and all your heating and cooling needs.

I do not have good things to say about this company. FIrst of all, I called them for service and they wanted very much for me to sign a contract, so many preventative visits, so many call outs for a set price. It didnt seem like a bad deal so I signed it. Read the fine print. Found out later that since my house has 2 AC units each preventative maintenance visit counts twice not once. So I got one year of maintenance visits instead of two. Then the guy kept coming out and putting freon in my system without finding out why I was losing freon. I needed a new unit. I had another installer put in the unit and did not sign another contract with Efficient home Solutions. Then after the guy had been out I find out he left an empty cylinder of freon in my backyard. The regular garbage people will not pick it up. So I called EHS and they ducked and dodged and refused responsibility and would not come back and pick up their toxic waste canister that they left at my house. Ive had much better service.

We have always had fantastic service from EHS and our last visit was no exception. Each time, the service personnel spend some time with me and I learn more and more about how to best maintain our system. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this honest and forthright approach to doing business. Theres no other company for us.

We requested a quote for attic insulation from Efficient Home Solutions after learning from one of our neighbors that the insulation he put in his house reduced energy bills significantly. Homes in our neighborhood were built in 1980. David Rivera with Efficient came to our house and determined that the 5 of gray insulation we had in our attic was original to construction. HVAC duct work was also on the attic floor and not suspended. We also had no vent turbins for the attic. We agreed to get all three of these issues repaired. David brought a project manager (Amanda), and an insulation specialist (Mark) to a meeting with us. Two days later a team came and replaced our duct work in less than 8 hours. Next day, a team came and blew in 26 of insulation and placed 2 vent turbins on our roof. Efficient Home Solutions is exceptionally professional and time sensitive. The technician Rocky had a very customer oriented attitude and after checking my heating system I mentioned how hot my gameroom got and he said he would check my air conditioning unit to make sure the Freon level was good at no charge. This is an example of very good customer service.

They did an amazing job installing an ac and ducts in my old house. At first we were afraid it couldnt be done and I would be stuck with window units, but they were diligent and found a work around. I really recommend Domingo and Wolfgang! These guys help and guide me through every step. They took theyre time to explain every detail and had my a/c installed the next morning. Domingo aslo provided me with his contact info to check up on installation and so I can call him with any questions or concerns and he is bilingual for those who are Spanish speaking . Im a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend!

Marc was wonderful. Figured out my motor blew pretty quickly, went to warehouse and got a new one installed it in about an hour. So happy with the service.

They came out and emediatly said the problem was the capacitor took 10 minutes to change it out and charged me 328 for it never looked at rest of the unit never went in side here it is a week later and my ac is down again 328 dollars for not fixing my ac..
