We purchased a house and the prior homeowner used Miller to replace all the coils in the system. 6 months later the coils had a leak and needed to be replaced under the manufacturers warranty. I got in contact with the customer service rep several times and their only response was that they “were simply too busy to handle it and that I needed to contact another provider”. In reality, they would just rather direct their resources towards more profitable jobs and not honor warranty. Turns out no other provider could/would do the repair under warranty as they did not have original documents to process the warranty claim. Terrible business and I advise anyone/everyone to stay away from them if you want any assurances that they will attend to issues as they arise. Based on other reviews, this is a common occurrence.

I have known Miller Svc Company for twenty seven years and used their service 5 times since 2016. They are always punctual and their technicians are extremely courteous and responsive to the customer’s inquiries. The show respect for the customer’s home but wearing shoe covers (and face masks if asked). Their pricing is very competitive and I have never questioned their quality because they use the best equipment Lennox offers. I will continue to return to their company should the need arise with mine and my daughters HVAC systems. Thanks Miller Service Team!

Terrible customer service - had a necessary repair that could only be performed by them and they refused to help remediate the problem. I asked to speak with the manager with hopes of remediating the situation and customer service refused. Avoid E D Miller Services like the plauge

Constant problems. Keep replacing parts. No faith in their ability to fix problems.

Responsive service. Showed up 9 pm on a Saturday and fixed the ac for 2 guests that were visiting . Saved the weekend
