Called today to have them check out my unit and work up an estimate to replace my unit.They showed up on time, the gentleman was polite, and courteous. He looked my system over and give an estimate. He took the information and said he would work up a replacement bid and email it to me.This is the second time I’ve used their services and have been very happy both times.I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

I have used Integrity AC since they were Carrollton AC. Their technicians are experienced and know what they are doing. They are friendly, they answer my questions, and they wear those nice protective booties in my house. I bought two full systems from them within the last 4 years and I have been happy with them at every step.

Scheduled a late time to do winter maintenance. Accidentally stayed late after work, having forgotten appointment. They were kind and understanding, and the tech waited for me to get home. First class service. Have used them for years.

Integrity AC (AKA Carrollton AC) has been our HVAC service provider for several years and, this fall, as always, they arrive as scheduled, and complete service efficiently. This time they had to work around remodeling project going on at the same time, and did so with grace and generosity. We subscribe to their annual service deal and appreciate the reminder to schedule the second installment of the contract.

Kenneth was friendly and professional. He knew what was going on with my heater right away. I appreciated him being on time and getting it done quickly.

Not the same company I used to deal with. James was great! But your price was ridiculous. I had a new / used heat pump this year so I wasnt exactly sure what was wrong with it. Well, it was the same thing that happened with my old a/C.I can understand charging me double what the part cost. Maybe even triple. But charging me $328 for a part that cost less than $20 online is ridiculous.I had used Russels for years (now imperial) but I wont use you any longer. Also, no referrals from me. I will tell the city I work for to seek better pricing as well.But I do appreciate James quick response and customer service. He is an asset. Your prices are not.

Friendly, fast and helpful. The only tough thing was being firm about what we needed done and could afford. Once that was established, everything went smoothly!

We were having problems with the AC unit not cooling our unit at The Towers when we came back into town on a Friday. Johnny from Integrity came by at 6pm and was able to get the unit cooling again. As a bonus, he’s very familiar with the procedures at The Towers. We definitely recommend Integrity AC.

We had a very old chimney cap on our house that wasn’t functional or practical. A friend of ours referred us to Greg at Taylor Services. He was SUPER to work with. He was responsive from the first call. He sent Star to us to review our chimney problem & come up with a solution. She stayed on top of our process the whole way! We never had to call her to find out what came next! She not only built a new chimney cap but also cleaned out our flue which hadn’t been done in years!! She was responsive, engaging and informative! Kenneth at Integrity was a pleasure to work with. The house’s return lines were not up to handling our new AC unit’s high speed. Kenneth diagnosed and solved the problem. He paid close attention to all the details of the work, and was not satisfied until we were satisfied.

I had a clogged A/C drain line. While I was able to clear the clog myself, the drain pipe was damaged and I fixed to the best of my ability but needed additional help since additional leaks were causing a bigger problem. I contacted Integrity after 3 failed attempts to reach other companies. Chris came through the following morning and quickly diagnosed the problem while also giving worst case scenario advice. He replaced what was broken and Ive had no issues since. Price was reasonable and the service was prompt and painless. Highly recommended.

My AC unit from the early 80s went out recently. I called and he showed up, even though it was raining, to help me get an estimate.He was friendly, highly informative, and little funny, haha.I scheduled my installation for 3 days after the estimate. For a great price too!(Btw price didnt change after install, no funny games, just honest an honest sale)His team showed up for installation on time. Their objectives were very clear. Cleanliness was a concern from the second they got there (tarps, sweeping, etc). Everyone on his team was very respectful and professional.People from his team made sure I registered my parts/warranty on the Internet correctly. He even had a guy to help me with that!I have now have a quality, modern, and efficient AC unit. Also its much quieter, as my old unit had a really loud contactor that sounded like bricks clapping together, haha. Now, my new one just eases on, pushes the air out.

I have used Pape for years but a different home. The first tech appeared to be unsure of what he was doing or what he was even looking at. I never saw numbers or photos of the unit functioning as before with Pape. He asked several questions and was critical of the work done by the company who installed the unit. Another tech came out on a different day, he was more knowledgeable but definitely a salesman and con artist. He admitted to spending the night researching. This company brought Pape after the owner retired and many others to make money not genuinely help you. Consumers be aware and shop around.

Tara, Lauren and Daniel are true gems and deserve atta-boys! Tara and Lauren got us an appointment right away (on July 4th!) for a service call to help with our hot house! They are so sweet and kind. Daniel came over and diagnosed a dirty coil and was so honest and helpful. You never know who is going to show up and talk over your head about things that you know nothing about. That does not happen here! They are fair, honest and affordable. No need to look any farther for the best, youve found it!

During the hot summer of 2023, my a/c quit on the weekend. Carlos came early on Monday morning and thoroughly check it out and discovered a new unit was necessary. They found an excellent choice for me and installed it the next day. They were thorough, knowledgeable, competent, and respectful. I used them for many years as Kirk Air Conditioning and they seem to have kept their integrity and competence.

Chris Martin went above and beyond to find most affordable solutions for my family. He took a lot of time to investigate and solve multiple problems, while explaining everything to me. In end my 19 yr old air handler just could not be saved without significant additional expense and risks, so we went about getting a new AC. Angel and Felix were fast and efficient with the install, and brought to my attention a problem with the new equipment that was the manufacturers fault, which they are going to fix. I wouldnt have noticed w/o Angel pointing it out. Everyone I have dealt with at this company has been kind, friendly, and straightforward. I never felt pressured into a sale. Ultimately, Im very happy with my new heat pump and air handler, and I wish I made this decision sooner given the hell of this past summer and high electric bills. I learned a lot about how air conditioners work just by asking questions and observing. This is one of the most pleasant customer service experiences I have had with any company in a long time. I would fully recommend them to my friends/family with any AC problem.

As a successor to our beloved Kirk A/C, they do a great job. They bent over backwards to help me when my furnace failed in freezing weather. Everyone was friendly and courteous, and they replaced my bad, old furnace in very short order. A nice touch is that they send you a picture of the technician who will be coming so you can be comfortable letting them in.

Evaporator Coil had a leak which was under warranty. The system needed Freon.The Tech overcharged the AC by 3 lbs.He intentionally released 3 lbs of Freon into the air.I was charged about $900 for about 6lbs of Freon.I thought I was calling Pape AC. Integrity bought out Pape and the name.

Kenneth came out and saved the day. He was on time and very thorough in this explanation as to what the problem was. He also walked me through what I needed to do in order to continue to maintain my AC unit. I would definitely recommend future business with Integrity Air Conditioning.

My parents have used this company for decades, and I just moved in to a condo that we are leasing. First week in on a Saturday the air conditioner quit blowing cold air. INTEGRITY air conditioning we’re not only professional, they were efficient quick to respond and were out here on time with a great attitude. He knew exactly what the problem was had the parts on the truck and has me up and running in no time this technician knew what he was doing now only that he was happy to be doing it. That’s hard to find these days.

I made the mistake of hiring a cheap hvac contractor, who I found out was not licensed after the work was complete. He installed a metal furnace fau vent pipe horizontal. It even passed inspection with the city even though it’s not up to code. A condensation leak started through the drywall after the fact. We had to tear the drywall out. It was a very complex issue that multiple hvac contractors couldn’t figure out. I called Integrety Air. They sent their experienced techs to figure out a solution. They determined the most efficient way to address my issue was replace furnace with a high efficiency furnace, that way the pvc pipe could run horizontal through the same path with out tearing out even more drywall & putting a metal pipe through the upstairs floor & roof. These guys are straight shooters & honest. I highly recommend them. They are also the people to call to resolve complex botched jobs done by hvac contractors who don’t know what they’re doing.

Spent 4000.00 for a new unit, several years ago, never worked properly, froze up ever day several times a day. Owner came out probably 20 times, could not figure it out. Finally kinda washed his hands and left me hanging. Ive had to buy window units throughout my house. The unit now does not work at all, works like fan is on and zero air coming out. Its so apparent that this unit is either a lemon or not installed property, but Ive just had to accept it. Tried to contact the maker and they said to contact the installer! Its been a huge joke.
