If you’re not using Berkeys for your plumbing needs what are you even doing? Today I had what I thought was a water heater leak. My technician Clayton was here within an hour of my panicked phone call, dug around in the attic and found it was actually my refrigerator water line that had frozen and was leaking above the water heater. He gave me 2 repair options and had it done quickly. We also discovered the same old copper line was behind the refrigerator and he replaced that as well. Then vacuumed behind it! Then after hours of work, going to and from to get parts, he said “is there anything else you need while I’m here?” He insisted on cleaning my sink faucet gasket that had decreased water pressure. Mark that off the list! No where else will you get service like this. Thank you Berkeys.

Very smooth, professional experience from start to end on my AC replacement. Courtney was excellent about explaining the options and process. Next day Ton and I didnt catch the other installers name but they did an awesome job as well. The whole team went above and beyond!

AAAAAAA++++++ The shower wasn’t draining due to leftover grout from a previous remodel. I had, of course, done all of the sure fire suggestions on google. Nothing. I called Berkeys at 11 am and Wes came at 4:30 and by 5 the shower was all cleaned out and draining perfectly. Wes was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. He left the bathroom as clean as he found it. You can’t ask for better customer service than I received from Wes and Berkeys. Thanks y’all!

Ive used Berkeys for years and have had them out for plumbing, a/c and electrical. They are the only company Ill use because they always do a great job, show up on time and treat me fairly. Theyre transparent about the cost of their work and Ive never ever felt like they were nickel & diming me or trying to sell me something I didnt need. We have two heat pump u its in our house ,American Standard. And Berkeys put them in. We have had duct work and new thermostats as well. When problems occur, as the do these days with all the digital and bells and whistles, Berkeys is here ASAP and get us fixed right up. Our relationship has been professional yet treated like family.We also had new fluffy white insulation added to our attic, they do that too.Berkeys wants their clients to be satisfied and their representatives go above and beyond to get the job done.Having a contract for two checkups and cleanings each year for heat and for air conditioning is good to have too. It also enables you to not have a service call charge if problems arise.Thank youBerkeys

I like your services but today its high service chargers...first of all, guy said its stone/crack/root stuck inside the pipe, normal cleaning will not work. So He suggested Hydro-Jet water clean, its $600+ for 1hr job..after cleaning he said its toilet paper with grease, no stone, I think for better customer service first go for snake then if its not work ask for Hydro clean..Also Renting Hydro jet machine from somewhere, its max $100 for 4 hours.. I understand extra cost like experience guy(knowledgeable), car etc.So I am not satisfied for todays job process , its like first scare customer to go for high value service to increase the business.

We can’t thank Luis and Nick enough on how hard they worked and didn’t give up on an electrical job that turned difficult -due to how our old home was wired back in 1980s.Absolutely love this company and will recommend them highly. Employees the best! Friendly kind and Knowledgeable.

Due to problem with water heater pilot light not coming on we had Berkeys send a tech out to install a new pilot light assembly we had purchased from Rheem. Connor Wilkins came out during the snow and bad weather to do the repair. He did a great job, was fast and thorough. Very knowledgeable and a very nice young man!

Im a long time customer of Berkeys, yet there have been no incidences requiring discussions with a manager. The service employees have been knowledgeable of my system components and able to perform the required services. They have noted and explained why an unexpected repair should be done. Scheduled services have always been on time, or I was advised of the delay.Berkeys will continue to be my a/c (plus a bit of plumbing) company into the future.

After finding the issue with my old HVAC unit, which was hard to do, the rest of the process was fairly easy. A sales agent presented options that fit my home. I applied for financing, was approved, and the install was scheduled. On installation day a team arrived and began work immediately. They worked more than 8 hours to get things perfect. They took pictures, instructed me about the new unit and thermostat and made sure everything was clean, all debris was removed, and there were no problems. They checked on me afterwards, made a final inspection to make sure there were no flaws- there were not. I had a warm home just in time for the frigid weather! If you have to make this large investment, you will do yourself a favor if you choose this reputable, friendly, and professional company. I’m a big Berkeys fan!

We needed a custom electrical outlet to mount a TV. Zachary was professional and friendly. The job took about an hour. I would use them again.

Called for service Monday afternoon and they were at my house Tuesday morning. Matt was thorough in looking at three items that needed repairs. Gave me a competitive quote and proceeded to fix all three items right away. Even got a reduced price on part of the quote that was deemed not necessary once he got into the repairs. There was a problem with the cord and plug of my garage door opener. The previous owner did something that was a bit unorthodox and it needed to be resolved before our new garage door opener can be installed. Cole Mecum and another technician did a wonderful job fixing the issue. They are very helpful and professional. It was a great experience working with them. Highly recommend.

Berkeys replaced our old heat pump in late 2023 with a new Lennox Elite system. Its worked flawlessly to date. Louis came out today and performed a scheduled inspection and maintenance. He was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. There were no issues other than a dead UV bulb in the air handler, which he replaced under warranty. He provided us some upgrade options as well, which we will take under advisement. Louis did an excellent job.Overall, we are very pleased with Berkeys as a company, and our Lennox system itself. The only negative is that their scheduling system does not allow specific time periods for technician visits. Wed scheduled the maintenance visit last week, and waited around all day into the evening -- no technician. We had dinner plans, so we called and rescheduled. The customer service agent was apologetic, but told us there was nothing more she could do.Providing a firm four-hour window is not too much to ask in this day and age.Other than that -- excellent company, excellent employees, and excellent product. Highly recommended.

Hunter did a excellent job installing two ceiling fans and adding two additional electrical outlets to my outdoor patio.He was professional and able answer any questions or concerns that I had during the process.I appreciate the work that was done all within a timely manner.Will be reaching out to Berkeys in the near future .

John came to my home for the annual electrical system inspection and to address a breaker issue. He was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He reviewed everything in detail with me and very efficiently identified and fixed the breaker issue. He is a tremendous brand ambassador for Berkeys.

Ethan, the licensed electrician, was very professional and definitely sailed through replacing old front and back porch lights. They are gorgeous and I am relieved to know they were installed by a professional! This was my second experience with Berkeys. My first experience was a couple of months ago when Ethan replaced a ceiling light with a chandelier, and did an excellent job! Will definitely recommend him and Berkeys to one and all.

Have just had rep come out for an estimate. Was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Have had a new central ac installed. The install was the next day from getting my estimate. The techs were professional and worked in timely matter. The install looks great and everything works great.

We contacted Berkeys around 11 am on Sunday to report a major water leak and that our water was turned off. We were told that a plumber would arrive around 6 pm. Michael Hardin arrived about 6:45 pm, made the necessary repairs outdoors in 40 degree temps and finished around 8 pm. Michael did a good job and was a pleasure to deal with.

Chris was amazing. He explained in detail about the safety issues with our old panel and then he also shut off one of the switches due to fire hazard when he came to survey our panel. He was prompt with the job and awesome as a person. I highly recommend him and Berkeys.

He took a look at what I told him needed fixing, he told me that he would fix the problem and he did. I call Berkeys when I need plumbing, electrical, air conditioning/heating problems. Eric, the technician that came out to service our tankless hotwater heater did a fantastic job troubleshooting the issue as to why we were having intermittent issues with hot water consistency. He went through all possible scenarios after descaling didnt solve the issue. He finally was able to get in contact with the manufacturer - they had a long wait time, and they both determined we had an issue with the pressure at the gas line. He was patient, friendly and kept us informed of what he was doing each step of the way. If we need any additional service we definitely will request him!

Bryce did a fantastic job! Extremely courteous, very knowledgeable, and completed the job professionally and in a timely manner. We use Berkeys all the time, and if I have another plumbing need I am requesting Bryce for the job!

Caesar trouble shot our system quickly and efficiently. We needed our coil replaced and was covered under warranty. The next day the team of Lamont and Alex came out for the replacement install. Both men were courteous and professional. They left our attic and their work space cleaner than they found it. Finding a trustworthy AC repair company can be difficult but Berkeys process was painless and easy. From online appointment ability, to the online updates and phone calls, Berkeys was a pleasant surprise.

I received an all-around excellent service from Berkeys Plumbing. From initial internet and phone connections to installation completion, all went very well! I was especially impressed with the plumber, Theodis Ervin. He was on time and very efficient in completing the plumbing repairs.

Christopher Walker was one of the most attentive and consistent technicians I’ve had. I always go with Berkeys when I need A/C, Plumbing, or Electrical work and I’ve had quite a few experiences with this company. Chris faced an uphill battle with my A/C issue, which went from a simple fix to an all out issue. Nonetheless, he was thorough, thoughtful and tenacious in helping me fix my problem. I would definitely recommend this guy and will be working with him in the future if necessary.

Lamar came out to service my air conditioner. My system was not cooling he did a thorough inspection and concluded I had an airflow problem. He then went on to explain and support with pictures. He changed my air filter, and gave me a tutorial about my thermostat. I was totally impressed with the level of customer service, quality of the assessment and recommendations for next steps. I will be calling on Berkys for future service and would recommend Berkeys to friends and family.

Tech (Luis) was great, very professional and knowledgeable. My issue is with the company. I had 3 breakers replaced and the markup on the parts was well over 400%. Fyi...if you use Berkeys consider purchasing the parts and have them install them. I have no issue paying for a licensed, professional electrician and a reasonable markup on a part, but this was completely unreasonable.

I used Berkeys to update our electrical panel, and they did a great job. They showed up on time, gave a fair estimate, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use them again.

Not happy at all. They were all over my phone the day of to get my business of course but once completed, no where to be found. I was told I could call them after our walk through of all that was completed in case I had additional questions I forgot to ask but no one has called me back. Ive left messages to the initial contact and Ive called the main number who left a message with the manager for someone to call me and nothing. To end up having to owe them 17K and get this kind of service is ridiculous.

Hunter made a difficult job look easy. He was very professional and friendly. I am very pleased with his work. I think Berkeys prices are high for replacing fan/light combos in bathroom ceiling. $800 each. Should be $400 or even $500.

Hunter was polite, friendly and professional. He was interested in where I wanted the outlet installed, and offered a couple of options. The work was completed quickly and he cleaned up the area when he was done. He’s a great asset to Berkey’s.

Plumbing repairs are never pleasant. This was our first experience working with Berkeys and we’re very pleased with their patients and effort to communicate repair options and provide budget options. They finished strong with completion of repairs and cleanliness was very much appreciated.

Less than 2 hours after reporting the problem Lonnie was at my house and fixed the problem. Their back-office is well organized and used the latest communication tools to keep me informed. Most of all, I never felt that they were trying to over-sell their service, and that is rare.

I was very happy that our broken water line was repaired the same day they were called out. Ross was very thorough with scheduling the crew to dig and he removed large roots from the water line trench when requested.

He was efficient in getting the work taken care of, but also took the time to answer all my questions. He even swept up the debris and dust that had settled under the old water heater, which I super appreciate. I really couldn’t have asked for more- he was excellent all around.Berkey’s also installed a new a/c and furnace for me last year and that was a great experience as well. Everyone I’ve encountered at Berkey’s really takes pride in their work and customer service.

He was pleasant, got right to business, answered my questions, gave me some very helpful (and new) information and tips for maximizing maintenance of my AC/Heating units, and left our house without mess.I highly recommend both Berkeys and Raul.

Berkeys really helped us out when our old house sprung a mysterious leak. Their communication was fast and excellent, and Matthew was very knowledgable and helped explain things every step of the way, as well as helping me save money on repairs. Much appreciation!

Call your local plumber, not these guys for residential fix. They will nickel and dime you. Just being real! I called because I had a leak on my property, no idea of source. I was OK paying the initial service fee just to come out, but then there is a major diagnosis fee that starts at $300 that they charge. This is before any work starts. He diagnosed leak was on my side of the property (which I already knew) and I need new cut off valve needed to be replaced before they could even do hot water leak test (extra $500 to replace) again before any work could be done. By my count I would be out over $800 before they even fix the problem. If the leak was in the slab then they do not do that work??!! So the plumber leaves me and I’m $300 dollars lighter with no fix. Get your local plumber who want nickel and dime you but serve. Thanks!

Dennis Ross was fantastic. Even though he couldnt fix on the spot he figured the problem, and the part is in warranty. I just had Berkeys do a tube up 5 days ago so I was hoping it was a simple fix of something not put back on, but no, motor went out. Conner came out to fix a couple toilets acting up, but also pointed out that our 50 gallon hot water heater that is original to the house built 15 years ago could benefit from the < $1,995 special Burkeys is running on all-in replacement with commercial-grade hardware. With over a thousand hot water heater replacements under his belt, we were impressed with his expertise and ultimately with the hot water heater replacement!

I had to purchase two ac units after another company scammed me. Everyone at Berkey’s has been a complete pleasure to work with. Super professional and excellent all around. Courtney came out the same day I called to diagnose the system and discuss replacement options. He was detailed with out a high pressure approach. The tech did a thorough investigation of our plumbing issue and determined that the drain lines were frozen. We have to wait until everything thaws out to see if there is any breakage.

Overall good experience, same day service, the plumber was very knowledgeable and courteous. These folks may charge a little more than some of the other plumbing companies, but if you want it right the first time use them.

Just spent over $5,000 for new water heaters and not happy with how they left my house. Debris all over the carpet and on top of one of the water heaters. Techs never lay lid down any protection on the carpet and didn’t bother to cleanup after themselves.

Pretty disappointed with this companies inability to communicate when it comes to scheduling. Waited around all day yesterday for a digging crew that was never gonna come, was told that the project would be completed today only to find out it requires an inspection that won’t get done until Friday of which they have no ability to schedule so I’m just supposed to waste an entire 9 hours sitting at my house. None of this was told to me ahead of time. I cannot recommend a company who does not value their customers time.

Matt did a GREAT job. I had an additional issue he unexpectedly had to take care of, and he not only made an extra trip to pick up the needed plumbing supplies (which took over an hour in rush hour traffic), but stayed past dinnertime to finish the job. Yes, Zachary Davis, the Electrician did a fantastic job in identifying and switching out both bad circuit breakers that needed to be replaced. Also, the A/C Heat technician, Hudson Dillingham was able to identify and have my heat working like it was brand new by conducting much needed overdue maintenance. Very happy with the repair to my 12 year old HVAC system performed by Miguel from Berkey. Problems were discovered during a routine maintenance check. Needed to replace both input transformers and a stuck gas valve. Systems work great again. Miguel was very knowledgeable and courteous and took time to explain to me what needed to be done and why. I had a water leak right off my meter. Taylor was sent out and was very knowledgeable. He had no problem answering any questions I had regarding the repair. He gave me great confidence in his repair. The price seemed a little high to me but I think at the end of the day it was money well spent.

I called Berkeys plumbing and they immediately gave me an appointment the Same day.They sent a plumber Keon Koontz ,he assessed the damage and explained the problem in detail to me.He told me what the cost would be and gave me options .In less than 2 hours, he installed anew garbage disposal and new pipes. He did an excellent job, very knowledgeable, and a respectful young man.
