Horrible service!!! I would give a 0 if I could. I came to this store for convenience. As I was walking in the store one day I here someone yelling at me from a car pulling into the parking lot area.. but I paid it no mind. As I get in the store and talk to the person behind the register about my needs.. some guys comes in and says we are out of stock. I then ask.. was that you yelling at me from the car outside? I continue to try and speak with the clerk about my item. This guy then gets loud with me and I finally ask sir.. who are you? He then says he is the owner of the store. And we are out of stock on your product (I had my empty product in hand looking to replace). I ask.. is this how you treat all of your customers.. yelling at them from a random vehicle outside? He then get loud and totally unprofessional with me. Then he tells me to get the hell out of his store!I left.. because I know weak people when I see them.Horrible customer service! I am a business owner and I would never treat any customer this way or speak like this in front of my staff ever to anyone. Totally unprofessional. Who yells at customers from the parking lot. Like I am supposed to entertain any random person yelling outside. I will never go here again. This store owner apparently does not appreciate their customers. Plenty of other parts stores nearby. This happened a couple of months ago and I just had time to review.Horrible!!

Insco is great! The people care and they have a great attitude. Weve been buying our equipment here since 2002 and they are always reliable.

Uhh, ordered a blower wheel last Thursday. They said from San Antonio it would be a week. Its been a week, San Antonio didnt have it and nobody bothered to call or order it from Houston?!? - where hey said they have one. I feel sorry for you if you have to deal with this group of clowns and their no service having butts! Id put no stars because they didnt even do their job. Oh ya, dude lied and said the called and left a voice mail... he did not.

Edward went above and beyond to help me with my AC parts needs. No one was open on Memorial Day 2013 but Insco! Saved my butt! WOOHOO! Thanks Edward and Insco!
