I had a phone conversation with my credit coach, Sam today and he not only answered my questions he was able to give me really great advice on how to rebuild my credit. Sam provided me with so many different resources to help educate me. This process can be confusing, but after talking to Sam, I feel like I have a lot better grasp on what I need to do. If you call for service you may get a man named Burnie who is extremely nice and thorough. Which is how i got tricked into the service coupled with the reviews. Samuel is a used car salesmen that knows how to repair credit. Great at selling you what he can provide but in my experience did nothing he promised or website states. Went from the starter plan to the professional coaching plan thinking would get better results but simply was wrong. Never responded to any of my portal messages until i mentioned cancel. Never after 6 months did i get a personalized plan detailing my steps. Never got a response to refinance my home with his personal mortgage team. His coaching is him telling you to read the website and its your fault for not doing so. It simply feels he is trying to manage more accounts than he can personally handle.

A month ago I was browsing different credit repair companies. I knew I wanted a local company that could thoroughly explain each step to me and a company where I’d have a dedicated account manager who knew the ins and outs of what was going on with my file. Texas Best Credit Repair seemed like a no brainer based on their reviews and referrals so I gave them a call. Customer service was less than impressive. The first gentleman answered and hung up on me. The second time they weren’t friendly, they couldn’t answer any questions except they said we will set an appointment with one of our professionals. They proceeded to take my info and without telling me a date or time they just said someone will call you and hung up! I figured we’ll let me just see how it goes with whoever was supposed to call me. A few hours later, I receive a phone call from Bernie. He kept trying to bargain every package deal with me and he would be like well normally it’s this price but just for you, I can drop it to this. It was nearly half the regular costs. I work in sales in both real estate and retail and he was just terrible at it. I told him I wasn’t concerned with the money and asked him to explain the packages thoroughly to me and he refused to explain the fastest package to me when I told him that’s probably what I wanted due to my tome constraint. Well he still wouldn’t and only talked to me about the one underneath what I wanted. I told him well let me get home and look at it and give me a call tomorrow and we’ll get the ball rolling. He said ok, I’ll call you tomorrow. Guess what guys? I didn’t get a call the next day like he said he would. I got the call a month later. He said oh we just talked last week and I said no sir, it was a ml the ago we talked. Anyways, I took my business elsewhere and thank goodness I did too.

Words cannot describe how much this place has helped me. Bernie set me up on a starter plan and gave me many options to choose from. We ended the call with all my questions answers. Week later, I get a call from the owner of the company. He went above and beyond to give me lots of advice and answer more detailed questions that I had. I talk to many credit repair company’s before making a decision, this company was so eager to help and explain step by step how the process worked. I was very nervous about starting the process, however I was at ease when I spoke to this company, I have already recommended many people to them that struggle with past credit issue and will continue. One thing that stands out from this company is the way they stay in touch and give you every detail and obstacle that they are overcoming. I would definitely speak with Bernie or the owner before going with a different company, I think you will be most pleased with there customer service.

When I first joined Texas best credit I was told by a lot of family and friends that it was a mistake because repair companies are only out there to take your money. That they didn’t care about me and would just slow everything down in order to get as much money as possible. Well after a month of being a member I was having trouble getting ahold of a credit coach and I started to believe them. I’m not gonna lie I was thinking about canceling my membership.... BUT right around that time I got a my first response letter and one of the main things I was trying to get off my credit actually got closed. THEN to top it off I got a phone call from Sam the owner of the company. He apologized for them not answering me in time then went above and beyond to make things right. I could definitely tell he is a genuine man and his true intentions are to help you with your credit. I really appreciate everything SAM and if you guys are looking to fix your credit I promise you have to come to the right place!

This is turning out to be a great company to work with. Sam, the owner of the company made a mistake today that caused a lot frustration. After he called me back, I calmed down and he apologized, we spoke for about 30-45 minutes, and came up with a game plan moving forward. No!! I tried this company as the reviews were great. I have done my part and kept my CC balance under 15% and I pay on time. I looked at my scores and it has dropped over 50points. It seems as if it dropped after the dispute process. Nonetheless, I have tried this company for two months and now trying to cancel services as I do not need them. I have called them with absolutely NO RESPONSE. At this point I’m thinking they just want my money, as there is no other option to cancel but waiting for a call back! Highly disappointed client and STILL waiting on that call to cancel services!!!!!!!Update 06/11/2020I was VERY unhappy with the service from this company, and followed through with canceling. on 06/10 I received a call from the owner a few hours later, to discuss the issues. I honestly didnt think I would hear from the company again, but, although frustrated, I was pleasantly surprised. Sam and I spoke for about 40 min to address and rectify the issues. I have to admit that the conversation went well, Sam seemed genuinely concerned about my personal disappointments and coming up with a solution. He was thorough, patient, and took responsibility when necessary. His attitude, despite my frustrations, calmed me, and changed my perspective. I am a strong believer in exceptional Customer Service, as I think this is what maintain clients, and builds trust between the Consumer and Company. The mere fact that he took the time to reach out and actually find a resolution restored my confidence. That being said, Yes, I am still working with Texas Best Credit Repair. Thank you Sam!!

One of the best choices I have ever made!!! At first i was a little uneasy about using this credit repair service but just after one month I started to see results and not only did my score go up 200 points, it help me secure my first home and become a home owner!! Update on on review below. I was wrong their commitment to help my credit paied off. Credit went up by 60 points. They were able to delete some of my collections. Hoping to continue working with them. Be patient guys they know what their doing.Very upset. Paied these people 3 months and my scored went up 15 points and thats it. Most of it was because I paied down cc and got a credit authorization. I had to settle with the dept collector myself to remove the collections. Waste of money dont sign up. Oh and they want more money for them to remove it quicker.

Wow! Let me first start off by saying I’m a Very blunt and honest person. I’m not going to lie on anyone’s company or service if it’s bs. When I tell y’all that this is the best credit repair company I’ve ever been through and this is the 3rd one. They’re very straight forward and direct about their credit approach, I didn’t have too many questions in the beginning because they answered everything by sending me VIDEOS and clear information notifications about what the plan will be. I’m a visual learner so I need to see the progress not just listen to it. My credit score shot up almost 200 points since May and I’m super excited! They have this new feature where the owner SAM sends you a video snapshot of your credit process and he breaks down each section so you can understand yourself how everything works. We came across Texas Best Credit Repair a few months ago while we were googling good credit repair companies and of course everyone always goes towards the most known ones but seeing the reviews on Texas best credit repair we decided to send them a message and they reached out very quickly and let me just say from our first phone call it felt like talking to someone we already knew they were friendly and very caring and so far there services have not disappointed at all they were able to do so much for my husband and a short amount of time that I didnt think possible even when we had a family tragedy a few months ago and my husband missed days of work they were able to accommodate to us and our needs and gave us step by step on what to do in our situation and who to speak to so we wouldnt fall behind on any of our payments and that meant the world to us we couldnt be happier with their services.

I was very skeptical when I signed up. I thought this would be the same as Lexington Law. 55% of my negative items have been deleted. That is over 38 items.I am now in approval range for a mortgage. Very soon we will be qualified to buy a home.

Truly I believe some of the rating are false reason I chose this company because of it paid a large deposit and monthly fees since July of 2020 still in the same situation everything they ask me to do by raising my score no difference been waiting on this letter from the Credit Bureau they say 3 months its 8 months have called to speak directly with someone left several messages no response so I really hate that I wasted so much money on false information
