Judy was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She helped me change my payment amounts to be split between 2 dates. This works better for me since I’m paid weekly. She helped ease my mind in making sure my payments are made in a timely manner. She provided excellent customer service and I appreciate everything she did to help me!

I called as a recommendation from my credit card company. I began feeling like I was drowning in debt and something had to give. I spoke with Vince who was extremely thorough and patient. I have a substantial amount of credit card debt that would normally take me over 30 years to pay off with my budget. I was looking at filing for bankruptcy. After calling ACCC, I talked with Matt, who talked me through my options and helped set me up with a payment plan that reduced my interest rates and allows me to pay of my debts in a little over 4 years. This program helped me tremendously in controlling my debt. As a single mother of 3 teens, sometimes I had no option, but use my credit card to pay for expenses. During my enrollment in the program I was able to pay off several credit cards, and I did not have to go through the entire duration to pay off my account. What a load off my shoulders! I called ACCC today, based on a recommendation from a friend. I spoke with Mary who was very knowledgeable and thorough. She took time to really get a full picture of my financial situation, and to go over multiple options and how to address it with pros and cons of each. Within no time, I was convinced that this was the best option for me, and will be immediately reducing my monthly payments while keeping in good standing. I am already glad that I called, rather than to go with bankruptcy or debt forgiveness.

I’m so excited to share my story. Paying my bills on time means a lot but I had too many and I was dead broke. I couldn’t keep living on this hamster wheel. In May of 2023, I joined ACCC. I had to give up precious Elite credit cards but I had to get my life back. Since May I have paid off Four of my creditors and reaching my goal of being debt free a lot sooner on this program than if I had done it on my own.
