The Woods On Park Lane

The HOA in this complex is absolutely ridiculous. Zero privacy. Bikes stolen out of back yards multiple times, cars stolen multiple times out of the gated complex. More than 50 percent of the time the gates dont work. Cant use the pool club house. Nails all over the parking lot. Would be nice if the HOA would worry about actually fixing the complex instead of harassing the residents. Construction trash has been outside of units for over a year. No wonder so many people have been moving out.

I lived at this complex for over 3 years and it’s always clean, safe, and well taken care of. My landlord was Sadie and she was amazing. There are different landlords for the apartments. I was well taken care of anytime there were issues that needed fixing, they would get fixed in 2-3 days and sometimes day of. The pool is well kept and disinfected each week. There is a dog park on the property for walking your pet with trash bins and trash baggies for their poop. All the residents are quiet and respectful. We watch over one another and it becomes a little family.

I lived here for three years, and was very pleased with the community. Sadie is a fantastic property manager. The apartments are affordable, the property is quiet and well maintained, the swimming pool is very nice (7 foot depth), and view to the pool area is great.

This place is a rip off. the HOA fees are outrageous. what do you get in return? hot water. dying and barely watered landscaping. a pool with human feces on the concrete deck. i pay $370 for a smaller property in a much better area, that includes water, AC, electricity, two decent pools, beautiful flowers, shrubs, and trees. HOA at Woods is not transparent at all

Brand new happy owner. I spent over a week looking at 10 properties a day. It was hard to find something that made me feel safe for me and my child. There are many bad places around Dallas but this is a true hidden gem. Im glad we never have to pay rent again!

I am an owner here and wanted to correct the many inaccurate reviews. This is a condominium complex, not an apartment complex. As such, the reviews posted here are not accurate. Each unit is individually owned, and while some of the units are rented out, they are rented out by the individual owner, not the complex itself. For the review that stated it was not remodeled, many of the units have been remodeled by their individual owners, while others have not. That persons review is not reflective of the entire community. For the person who stated that they are only allowed friends to visit on weekends, they must be confusing this complex with someplace else since that is not true. The person who said the HOA dues are too high - hes not an owner, so how would he know? For the person who said the phone is never answered - thats because there is no phone! I have reported the phone number as being inaccurate to google, but if its still listed, theres a reason why it doesnt get answered!

We spent weeks looking for a place to rent. Finally a safe place where you can not worry about anything. All the surrounding connecting neighborhoods are very secure and protected by security.

Only allowed to have guests on weekend and must have parking pass after 6 pm any day or visitor will get towed.

Im a proud owner myself, these are condos not apartments, some reviews can be of the other properties around.

Nice condo community with great HOA management

Everything was great. Had a tiny meal there and was in peace with nature.

Cant rate cut it was a accidental detour but cute houses

The apartments seem a little outdated and the area can be questionable.

Expensive HOA too much noise around area..
