Had subscription for about 3yrs. They totally screwed up my order....charged correct card...posted to bank....filters never shipped.Called 3 times. Told would be fixed. Today they recharged my CC again. I called again. They said would have to make new order.. WHY....its paid already!!A new order would be more expensive because prices have gone up unbeknownst to me!!Therefore I totally canceled my 2 subscriptions and will not do business here anymore.Horrible Customer Service Ever!!!

Very poor customer service. They messed up on my order and did not do what they said they would do to rectify the issue. I will never use this company again.
