Weve been using these guys for years. From small to big, they are always willing to help us out in the drop of a dime and they do it with a smile. Good guys, great attitudes, good product for a fair price, and dont forget FREE POPCORN every time you stop in to visit. Highly recommended!

Terrible service I purchased many hoeses from them and they all had leaks at the connection. I brought them in for warranty and they still leaked I went back for the 3rd time and they charged me to fix their connections because it has been over 1 year. I completely understand warranty. They never worked since the day I purchased them .they have been leaking since day one.. I call to speak to a manager. They never called back And for these reasons I will never use this company again and do not recommend this company.

Whoever is driving the white truck through Terrel TX today shouldnt be allowed to drive. Passing people in the shoulder, tailgating, and honking. Extreme road rage and bad look for your buisness. Would never do buisness with them after seeing how they drive and blatantly disregard the safety of everybody. EDIT: look at previous reviews and youll see the same complaints. Looks like they just dont care.

On 11-6-2017 we encountered one of your drivers driving erracticly & carelessly & tried to report a road rage incident from one of their drivers on Central expressway in one of their company trucks. But felt victimized by one of the owners when i tried to explain what happened. Judging from all the negative reviews this company clearly does not get it at all.BSN-2771 plate # driving while texting in the fast lane, mad at people trying to overtake slow & erratic driver in fast lane.

Long lines , but understandable , dont know what their secret is but Im gonna figure it out . The man who helped me at the dock was a cross between grumpy garden gnome or an out of work Santa Claus . Either way curiously attracted to this man . Also need to mention the atmosphere , when I arrived they valet service took my service vehicle and detailed it while my hoses were being fabricated , as if that werent enough let me mention the world class Hours doeuvres . When they took my vehicle for detailing I was picked up In their hospitality sedan and taken to the order desk . While giving them my order we were served skewers of lobster and prime rib !! So long story short , our order was filled in a very timely basis at s more than a competitive price . We were treated like royalty , had a world class lunch and had our vehicle detailed . This is service at an unparalleled level and Im a customer for life !!THANKS 4-STAR !!

The name of this company is 100% false advertising... more like 1-STAR Hose & Supply. TERRIBLE customer service. If you purchase from here prepared to be ripped off and then told they will charge you to fix their own mistakes.

I come here quite often for hoses for forklifts, and time after time Greg has helped me out, and knows what he is doing. Funny guy! All around great staff, Love doing business here.

They are cheats. They will quote hose price and then substitute with a substandard product. Returned and still replaced with different product that was quoted to me. This has happened on two different occasions and has cost me time and money.Stay away is my advice

They do great work never had problems but when more than 2-3 people need more help at counter.

Still doing business with these guys, great service fit all my needs at moment notice...
