Frank (owner) was highly recommended to me as a professional with high quality standards, after working with him I agree. He was very responsive to my questions and my requests (no matter how outlandish, keeping old equipment that I had replaced on my own throughout the years).We had a leak in our evaporator coil as found/detected from our yearly AC check (through another company) but decided to get a second opinion to make sure. We contacted a family friend and he recommended Frank. Frank reached out to me immediately and we were fitted into his schedule the next day.Frank confirmed the leak and we discussed solutions and options with him. He gave us price ranges for our situation. After talking about it overnight we decided that the age of our HVAC system dictated that we should go ahead and replace the entire system. His price proposal and details of what the job would entail/require put us at ease as he stayed to answer all our questions and addressed our needs. He was very easy to talk to and he always responded to texts even on the weekends.Once he started the job he stayed in contact with us directly as his team completed the job of disassembling the old AC condenser unit, evaporator coil and furnace along with installing the new replacement units.After the installation was completed Frank scheduled the code compliance officer to visit our home and make sure everything was in compliance with city ordinances.We are very happy with Frank and his team and would highly recommend them to others including my friends and family.

Frank and team are responsive, on time and always get the job done. They work to please and over the top careful. One example is we have an off white carpet on our spiral staircase and I asked that they be careful. When they were finished replacing some pretty heavy units upstairs, the carpeting was perfect! Pricing is fair, but the best is that they are very good at what they do.

Perfect job again, and ALWAYS way less expensive than every other place. Unlimited Air has already replaced our furnace and did other work for us. This time, we needed better airflow to our bedroom and to reroute our dryer vent. Frank had simple, effective solutions for both, and he gave such a reasonable estimate. We had another company give us an estimate that included a ton of work that would have taken a while and seemed very unnecessary - the quote was also more than twice what Frank quoted. The guys were able to come out really quickly and did the work in only a few hours. We just had our first summer night that didnt include breaking into a sweat.

My Ac went out I called Unlimited . The tech showed up tapped the Thermostat and tightened a wire . He said I needed a new thermostat but he did not have one on his truck. Charged me $143.00 trip charge . I will never call them again.

Cleber showed up when he said he would and diagnosed the issue quickly. We had a massive leak in our mini split unit due to it being initially installed poorly (by a different company/contractor). My AC sensor kept switching off my outside unit in August. Unlimited Air and heating found that it was a clogged condensation line. Rather than trying to charge me for all sorts of repairs, they were very honest and blew out the line to clear the clog. It now works perfectly and I didnt pay for repairs I didnt need. They are a very honest and efficient company that does amazing work!

I had an excellent experience with Unlimited Air Conditioning. My AC went out the first really hot day of the spring. He made it over same-day for diagnostics. Original assessment was it was going to be a replacement motor for a fan, but when he returned with the new part a few days later it ended up being a much less expensive fix. First of all, they did not alert me to let me know that they were not coming on the suppose date that they were supposed to come. Then when they came the next day, they gave me an estimate two different prices. They did not break the estimate down as to say how much the actual part would cost, and how much I would be paying for labor when I asked how to give them to get a breakdown they never got back with me.

Frank said he would have a tech out at 3. 10 minutes later, I get a text saying 1. The crew showed up at 12:40. 20 minutes later, everything was up and running. They saved the day and at an amazing price. Best HVAC techs Ive ever dealt with. Highly recommend!

Do not call these guys if you need quality work for a difficult job. I had an appointment scheduled for 1pm they arrived around 2pm and left the job site before the work was completed. I personally walked around with the guys to show them and explain what I needed done. Which included fixing 2 units and routing some air flow to a room. They fixed one unit (the easy fix, took them 10mins) and told me they were leaving to another job. Who does that?? I closed my business today to get these issues repaired and got a quarter of the work done, Now I will get to close another day for more repairs. I will not be calling these guys back or referring anyone to them. Youve been warned!

Unethical business. Made a service call for one of my outdoor AC units for functioning properly. The root cause a bad capacitor. The technician recommended replacing the capacitors in both my outdoor units. They quoted my $573.00 for two capacitors. I was in a bind and have young children at home so had no choice even though I was well aware of the ridicoulous inflated markup for two components that cost roughly $20.00 a piece. The technician requested to check my furnace in my attic above my garage. Heres the problem. The secondary AC Unit was never part of the original request for service and was functioning just fine. Once again, my furnace was operating in its normal functional state. After the technician completed his inspection he was adamant that my fan motor was bad and needed to be replaced. I explained I have experienced absolutely no issues all summer with my unit and I wasnt understanding why he was trying to persuade me the motor needed to be swapped out. After he left the attic, I smelled a faint burning odor that quickly dissipated. After he left, around 45 minutes later, the furnace failed, my outdoor AC unit seized up, and my breaker tripped. I Demanded the tech come back and fix whatever he did to a functional unit that was perfectly fine before he inspected the system. I requested a itemized invoice from Alex which he has failed to provide which would outline all the services performed and he is required to do so as per his licensure. I told Alex i was filing against him and his company with TDLR and roughly 15 minutes later I had a full refund in my account. After having a forensic examination completed on my attic it was later determined my fan motor was deliberately sabotaged (see picture) as the coils burned up. I called Alex and requested he fix what his team destroyed, and he immediately stated my furnace is over 20 years old and thats why it failed. I explained that it was a coincidence that the unit failed AFTER the technician performed an inspection. Alex stood to his script and doubled down that my units failed because of age. I had the fan motor replaced and the technician was unable to generate power to the circuit board. After further inspection, two inline fuses was removed and taped behind the lip of the circuit board. I asked Alex to explain how that could have happened and he failed to provide an explanation. Beware of these scam artists. They prey on ignorance and naivety.
