Horrible experience with dryer vent cleaning. It was attempted twice and after both visits and assurances that the ductwork is pristine our brand new dryer could not a single small towel in 60 minutes. Second guy sent a week after initial failed service tried to convince me that the problem was with our dryer. After he left, we disconnected the dryer from the duct, loaded it to capacity and completed drying 2 full loads of heavy clothing, window drapes, and bed coverings. This confirmed that the duct continued to be clogged somewhere along the way to the end cap on the roof. I went up there, and with our dryer connected back to the duct and running, I checked the air flow which was minimal. Next, I went to the attic and removed a piece of ductwork to gain access to the vertical and horizontal parts. I dragged a vacuum cleaner to the attic and sucked the ducts clean. Pictures of what we removed from the ducts are attached. After that, all works as it should. Done. I contacted the Space Air Duct Cleaning to speak with a manager but nobody bothered to contact us back.

Adam did an excellent job cleaning our chimney. He also found a hole in the firebrick which he repaired. Plus his wife makes excellent cookies you’ll have to try!!

So disappointed after reading all the great reviews. I spoke with James, who told me that it would be $39 per air duct. When the technician came, I asked him if they did dryer vent cleaning as well, and he said yes. He told me that the hole around my dryer vent needed to be closed up and that he would clean the dryer vent from the house to the roof - for $1,300, which included a 2-year warranty. When I told him that I couldnt afford that, he said he would do it for $500 with no warranty and not including closing the hole. He spent less than an hour and I paid $534.99 (included a fee for using a credit card).When he texted me the invoice, I noticed that the invoice was from Universal Air Duct Cleaning and not Space Air Duct Cleaning. When I asked him about that, he said that he did not know Space Air Duct Cleaning.When I asked him about doing the air ducts, he didnt really seem to know about the $39 per air duct and offered to do it for a flat fee of $1,000. At this point, I decided that this must be some kind of scam and told him no thanks.The day after this so-called service, I called the Space Air Duct number I had originally called to make the appointment, and the young lady who answered the phone told me that if they are overbooked, they sometimes use subcontractors - seems like they should tell you that up front. She took notes of my concerns and told me that someone would definitely call me back. That was three days ago, and I have yet to hear from anyone from the company. BEWARE!This service was performed on 12/30/24. I left my review on 1/3/25. I still have not heard back from anyone at the company.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting one of  your technicians (Adam) to discuss the cleaning of my air ducts. Adam was one of four different technicians I met yesterday and all were from different companies.I couldnt be more pleased with the visit from start to finish.   Adam arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to examine the various components to be cleaned and provided a thorough explaination concerning the entire process.   I also made it known to him that this project will go through as an insurance claim and I was obtaining multiple quotes. I hired Space Air Duct Cleaning for a “brush deep clean” and duct sanitization. I asked to ensure the supply plenum is cleaned well. They said they only do the best. I said ok and let them do the job. It’s ran $1k but I expected professional work. The job was poor. First off, there was a lot of debris left on the floor, doors, trim, etc. and marks on the floor from the vacuum. Second, I suspect my 2nd bathroom duct, which I paid for, was not cleaned as there was no sign of the supply diffuser being removed, neither was there debris around like they left in all the other places. Lastly, about a month later I decided to change the duct systems and noticed a huge amount of dust still in the plenum. See images. The corners are piled with dirt. I specially wanted the supply plenum cleaned and the job was not well done.

Adam was the technician who inspected and serviced our chimney. The company and Adam himself were easy to communicate with. Adam was punctual, respectful, clean and diligent. Be aware that the price advertised on the website is only the inspection. As is the case with most chimney repair companies, they always find stuff that needs to be cleaned or patched. But the prices here are competitive for sure.

David did an excellent job with clearing our clog in our dryer vent. When the builder put the pipe up to the roof, they didn’t put anything to smooth out the transition (ie wood was catching it in the roof). This caused no flow. Our house is only 3 yrs old. David was very professional and answered all our questions. We now have a 5 yr warranty incase something else happens with our dryer vent duct.

I’ll start by saying they were very nice and friendly during the service. They even offered up tips and advice for how to prevent buildup in our vents.The problems started with the lack of cleanup and awareness of the debris that was being kicked out of the vents. Lots of dirt and debris were tracked through the house. No problem, they would clean up once the job was complete. Except they didn’t.Not only did they not clean up, there was paint ripped from around some vents, dirt and junk left on counters & on carpets. They even left an entire trash bag in our attic to find later after they left. Adding this they unmade a bed so they could stand on it but didn’t try to put the sheets back.Hopefully we are just an isolated event because this is not how I would expect a $2,300 duct cleaning job to go. I did call the office and they were apologetic and said this is very uncommon. They asked to see the pictures and offered us a free AC tuneup and dryer vent clean out for the trouble. Probably going to pass though because of this experience.

David was sooooooo great at explaining everything, telling me what I did and didnt need, and cleaning up all the grossness that had accumulated in our system over the years. We got our house built just 3 years ago but this year everyone in the house was having severe allergy attacks so I knew the hvac system needed to be cleaned. I had no idea how bad it was though. We changed our filters quarterly because thats what we knew to do, but David instructed us otherwise. Thats why the dust and mold accumulated throughout our system, because we were told wrong. Im glad he came and got us right. He thoroughly cleaned all the return vents, all the mold, sanitized, he even fixed a hole we had in the insulation. On Monday at 10:00 AM, Adam from Space Air Duct Cleaning came over to clean both the downstairs and upstairs chimneys. He also repaired the cracks he found in the downstairs chimney. After that, he cleaned the dirty dryer vent exhaust flue located on the second floor, which was challenging because the stack ran about 12 ft up to the outside roof. Do not use this company because they will rip you off. I have 1700 sq feet house and they charge me $1500 to clean my air ducts and a cheap UV light. They quote you a low price but once they are in your home they claim they have found other problems. They use scare tactics that their UV Lights will kill viruses and bacteria which it is to cheap to do! After they charged this senior citizen that horrible price, we called other companies and they agreed that we were over charged. We just moved in our house in April and the inspection found no problems.

***SCAMMERS DO NOT USE THEM***I was naive to duct cleaning. Had them come clean our ducts for over $1000. The $89 duct cleaning is a way they get into your home to try and try and upsale you . They do a small part for $89 and the whole thing for over $1000.The technician kept saying how gross and disgusting my vents looked and I needed to get them cleaned . He kept pushing the $1000 cleaning. I have allergies and was looking for a solution so I did it but he messed up our vents.Now whenever our AC turns on there is a persistent buzzing noise. And the whole vent cleaning was him putting a vacuum up the vents in my house.... Dont make my mistake..dont use them to clean your vents. It didnt make a difference and the worker left dust and debris everywhere that I had to clean up.DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

We had Reliant Air come out to do an inspection of our chimney and had wonderful service! The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough! They were super fast with an estimate and did not do anything until I approved it, which I thought was awesome!! Really glad we chose to get this done for peace of mind and safety!

I just want to say that my technician Mike is very nice man. He also is very kind and funny. He had a good attitude he was positive. I would definitely use this company again and ask for this man to come back. I had no problems whatsoever. He showed me what he was gonna do. From the start to the end. I didnt even have to ask him questions. He came to me so that to me shows that hes had good training and that he likes what he does. So next time you need a technician. And he did my chimney is what he did. And if you need someone to do your chimney, call them and ask for Mike. And I hope you enjoy it.

Dont use this company. You all can tell it is a scam and it keeps switching name to scam customers. Bait for 99$ and end up $500. Fake google reviews and you can find out yourself. Dishonest business. If you want a better service, get others around your area BUT not this company. scam scam scam

I likely won’t work with any other company now that I found Reliant. They were timely and fit me into their schedule when I truly needed it and on short notice. Ryan was quick, knowledgeable and efficient, and Pearla was fantastic - she gave me a lot of advice on how to keep my little one warm while we waited to have the heat fixed. The price was also affordable. I’m so impressed and grateful for the amazing customer service!

I am disappointed to report, my vents are still prohibiting my dryer from working. I had another company come out to check and they agreed I was overcharged and the work did not get done correctly.

*Beware* this company tried to absolutely scam me. They said my dryer vent needed a deep clean, proceeded to show me a FAKE picture of a vent that wasnt mine to fool me into thinking it was WAY worse than it actually was. We ended up getting on the roof ourselves and getting a DIY kit. Attached is how much lint we removed (see pic and no cat/dog hair like the fake picture had). Deep clean? For less than a grocery bag full?... Scam. The initial quote I was given was $900, they very quickly (less than 5 mins) after I said I was super surprised with the price decreased it to $300 (see estimate attached). I would NOT recommend this company. Bad business practices all around.

From the initial appointment set up to saying goodbye to our wonderful technician John. My family and I can’t thank you enough for helping us breath better in our home. As soon as I walking in the house I was reduced to tears because I could breath so much better. So this mama bear of two is profoundly grateful. Thank you for your service and attention to detail.

In Atlanta, technician David was very nice and took time to explain everything he was inspecting and cleaning. The cleaning was thorough and the fireplace and house was left in perfect order. He was even great with our dogs! Highly recommended.

I had a representative at my home yesterday to look at my dryer vent and he showed me pictures that he had allegedly had taken of my dryer vent and wanted to charge me $600 to clean it. I declined the service and had a another company come out today that provided pics that were totally different from the ones that the representative showed me yesterday, and advised me that my ducks were not excessively dirty and didn’t require service, but he would clean them for my peace of mind. Your representative was a joke and tried to overcharge me based on photos he already had in his phone. He never moved the dryer or ask for access to the backyard where the dryer vent was located. I spent $130 today with ProVent.

The service was great. He was very informative about the findings, how they became so, the process to restore the chimney and what type of wood is best to use. He also showed me before and after pictures of the roof, before pictures of the chimney (didnt see after pictures of the chimney). Polite and friendly.

It was great. The person who came out was very nice and considerate. (We have white carpet everywhere so, you can imagine what he was thinking.). He asked for something to cover the carpets so he could walk back and forth from the fireplace to the front door and back so he wouldnt get it dirty. He explained everything and any question we had. I did not realize there were cracks in the fireplace cement base. He showed them to me and Im not sure how I didnt see them, to tell you the truth. Since we hadnt cleaned our fireplace EVER in 10 years, the price was actually very reasonable.

This was the best place!!!! The service is impeccable! From scheduling my A/C to be looked at , to the service I received. I worked work Perla in the office and Ryan was my tech. They both took great care of me and my needs. They were so nice and indeed they care about their customers!!! I never thought once second of they were trying to overcharge me. Perla keep me updated on all the follow up visits and Ryan always showed up on time and ready to go. I will forever use this company for all A/C and heating needs. You will not regret using them!!!!!!!!
