We had Quality Air Brothers Dallas inspect, clean, and repair our wood-burning fireplace.Orya was communicative, showed up on time, and got to work right away.He cleaned our chimney top to bottom in under one hour, and he throughly sealed the cracks and painted the fireplace so it looks like new!Wed definitely hire them again.

I share the opinion of all of the other reviewers. I called Quality Air Brothers Dallas in a panic on Saturday afternoon because of all the mold I found in my AC vents. Orya answered the phone and reassured me that most homes have some mold and calmed me down 😅. He agreed to come the following afternoon (Sunday!… what company does that?) to assess my problem and give me an estimate.Orya was at my house at the promised time and took a look. He offered me a fair price to clean, sanitize and spray a preventative that will keep the mold from growing, spreading and coming back. Our system was disgustingly filthy! Sadly I have not been staying on top of getting our HVAC cleaned.He left our home fresh and clean. now I have peace of mind about the air in our home. I am so grateful to him and his company. I know that they have integrity and are honest. I could have been charged much more than I was. I will definitely use QABD again and highly recommend them.Orya is kind, caring about customers, professional and knowledgeable. He is dependable and detail oriented. The team that arrived to clean the HVAC system in my daughters apartment (not being regularly serviced as it should have been) was very professional, pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. One of the best features of this business is the 24/7 availability. The staff is very responsive. My daughters apartment HVAC system was FULL of dust, dirt, grime, and worst of all MOLD! The unit has not been serviced regularly by the apartment management as you can see by the filter and HVAC cover that is screwed into the wall to hide the HVAC main system. Unfortunately, my daughter landed in the ER a few days ago unable to breath, feeling dizzy, and with a massive head ache, it was awful; it was then I decided to investigate why and the HVAC was a big part of the problem. I did not take my own before pictures of the Ducts, Furnace or Coil, but I did get a couple before pictures of the air filter that belongs in the Furnace area and the Vent Cover that covers the furnace area and those two items are mild-looking compared to what was on the inside walls of the furnace area and within the ducts. There is a VAST improvement in the air quality within the apartment since Quality Air Brothers came yesterday and cleaned the system/ducts. Needless to say, I will be taking this up with the apartment management. In the meantime, I am delighted to have worked with a company that I can refer with confidence. The picture of the Duct is the after it was all cleaned out, looks new!

Quality Air Brothers did an awesome job on my dryer vent cleaning. They were on time, very professional and informative. I highly recommend.

Was on time and friendly. Called to get mold showing in the vent taken care of. They took video of the mold showing in the system, cleaned the ducts, and treated the system. They were also able to install a UV system to help prevent future mold issues.

This company is a SCAM (in my opinion). They sent out a 3rd party(Quality Air Brothers) to do a mold cleaning on our vents. They did not perform any of the services advertised. They stuck a broom into our vents, emptied out the content with nothing below to catch the debris. My son’s crib, our refrigerator water slot and every surface was covered with moldy vent debris. They replaced all of my vent screws with roofing screws??? And left big black hand marks all over the ceiling . We also purchased a UV light (at their recommendation) to keep the mold killed ($400). He taped it to the side wall of the unit and asked us for an extension cord to turn it on..????When I contacted Duct Kings, the only help they would give is referring me back to the 3rd party men (quality air brothers) who messed up my home. Then Duct King proceeded to not answer any phone calls from me after saying I had to deal with the men THEY sent to my house. Orin (quality air brothers) offered a $100 refund for the mess originally. He had every excuse as to why the job was done so horribly and even asked me why I was so “triggered by roofing screws”….?!? He insisted they were professionals though….After multiple days of back and forth he refunded a few hundred dollars. The total service was around $1,300.It has now been a month and because of the botch cleaning job and installation of a UV light, the mold problem is back and worse than ever. Our garage felt cool so after multiple days of wondering why, it dawned on us to check the A/C closet. We found the UV light dangling by one screw and a piece of tape. My husband then took off the front panel and found so much mold in our unit. They obviously pulled a fast one on us and were not qualified to do the job. I called Duct Kings today and Jamie answered like last time, told me she would talk with her team and had proceeded to screen every one of my calls since then. We will be taking legal action at this point, but buyers beware!! This company is an absolute joke. Do not spend a penny with these people.

Quality air brothers arrived on time, were very cordial, ensured that they slipped on shoes covers, and that to me shows respect for the home they are working on. I expressed my concerns of what I believed needed to be done. They informed me that they will do a thorough inspection. They advice me on what was needed to be done and the procedure to get my air ducts, return vents, our dryer vent deep cleaning, and the cost for two units. My wife was delighted with the dryer deep clean...the dryer did not take up to much time to dry the clothes. At the end they clean-up what mess was done and recommend if needed, solutions to keeping my vents clean. I will recommend Quality Air Bros, to my friends and I will hire them again in the future.

After a kitchen remodel and a very dirty (moldy) bedroom return, we wanted to get our units cleaned. Orya and his partner were very thorough explaining everything, showed videos of sheetrock particles filtering throughout our system. They thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and installed UV lights on each of our 3 units. Price is always a factor and they were very reasonable compared to other large companies who I got quoted from. My initial response was to just clean our units bit an glad we spent the extra to get it done right. The UV lights will eliminate bacteria, viruses and future mold. Hopefully our allergies will get better and well notice better air quality going forward. Maintenence is key, and you get what you pay for. This was money well spent to know we have clean air in our home with our kids and pets.

I bought I new dryer. Even after running two hours, clothes would still be wet. Two gentelman came in , very nice guys, they used a device to suction all debris from the duct that is 25 feet high, they took their time to make sure that air is flowing appropriately to the roof. Indeed big change, My dryer works perfectly now.
