Highest recommendation for Hernandez AC & Heat! Last month they helped repair a mystery issue we were having with our furnace fan not turning on. They recommended only one part that needed to be replaced and that fixed it! We have an old furnace and AC but they have only ever suggested the repairs that are really needed. They take the time to diagnose, really know their stuff and have kept our older unit working wonderfully. Because of their top notch work we also had them install a mini split this month and they went above and beyond. I’m so glad I found them!

I was very pleased with this company. I was referred by a close friend who spoke highly of Mr. Hernandez. I called the Mr. Hernandez who picked right up and advised that he would fit us in there schedule for the next day. The next morning I received a text that their agent Mark was in route. He arrived on time. He was very professional. He called the warranty company for me without even asking to make verify coverage. He broke down exactly what was going on with the motor and compressor. They both had gone out. He was also kind enough to explain to my husband over the phone what was going on with the AC.I reached back out to Mr. Hernandez yesterday. He contacted the parts store and they called shortly after saying that the parts had been received. Mark came back out again this morning and got us back up and running in no time.I highly recommend this company. Marc is so kind and very knowledgeable and I had a quote emailed to me within 3 hours of the consultation.My system was over 20 years old and Marc guaranteed me that the new system and returns would help make my life much more comfortable.I got all new duct work, A/C and heater and they sucked out the old insulation and blew in new insulation.The crew was very polite and hard working and they cleaned up after themselves. This is the BEST HVAC repair and installation company weve ever hired. Marcelino and his crews are responsive, on-time, professional and very curteous. Awesome to work with. So fast. Called initially due to 2 other companies taking their time to respond to me with temps in the 100s. Said he had the part and could come out the next day. Came by, diagnosed quickly and had AC back up and running in an hour with a part that I was told had to be ordered and would take at least a week. Had them come out again a few days ago when the upstairs unit stopped cooling. At first said he could come by a few day later but once I told him there was no cool up upstairs, said he was in the area and would come in 20 minutes to diagnose it. Another bad evaporator coil (good Ol Armstrong air units, a Lennox brand). Was able to recharge it to get us some air upstairs for a couple of days until he could get the evaporator coil in and installed. Love how responsive Mr Hernandez is and quick to get the situation resolved. Went above and beyond to keep costs down. Looked into the old coil to see if it was still under warranty, which it was, so i didn’t have to pay for the part. Will definitely be using them in the future and will be passing his info along to anyone that asks. Thanks for everything Marcelino
