Daniel was extremely helpful! He came out on this cold and dreary day to deep clean our dryer vent for us. He explained clearly why our vent was so clogged (incorrect installation of the flaps on our new build - fun times), and he fixed the issue and completely cleaned out the vent from the outside in. Pedro came to our home for an estimate. And to our surprise, we ended the meeting by agreeing to have the vents cleaned immediately as a realtor, retired, I was very familiar with vent cleaning, and I was surprised at the expense, but once I discovered all the different steps that go through it I was very impressed. To my surprise once they begin work, they discovered Mould on many events and a defect in my air condition. They patched it with no extra cost and did a very thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all my vents, including my dryer vent. We are very pleased with the work done and believe it was worth every penny. The next morning we both woke up after a better night, sleep that we had in a long time and a sense of cleaner air in the house. I think the service we receive wasFairly priced. Highly recommend! Michelle and Adrian were amazing! They took detailed photos and walked me through where the build ups were and why they happened. They checked my entire pipeline before cleaning, and even checked the seal around the pipeline at the roof. The guys were friendly, polite, and respectful of our property. They set to work right away, removing stains from our brick chimney, sealing the brick against the weather, and installing a new topper to keep birds out of the chimney. This company was great in fixing our chimney issue due to the recent storm. They were great and gave us a fair price. Víctor was very nice and explained everything to us in detail. Luis came and did the deep vent cleaning at my single family home. Very professional and thorough. They made sure everything in the house was fully covered and also vacuumed everything from the floor. It took them about 4 hrs to complete the job. Out of all the other five star rated companies, he was the only one to that was very professional and above all honest with me. He inspected the ducts, plenum and took photos to show me exactly what was needed. I was given a fair price for the work which was to be performed. No high pressure sales, just honesty. Fresh Air Duct Cleaning is a great company to work with. My house’s air duct system is dirty and needs a thorough cleaning. I called them and they responded quickly with a detailed walk thru and reasonable quote for the system. The next day, Cris Trujjjilo came in and did a fantastic job. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because of an almost $30 service charge for running my credit card. This charge was not disclosed to me until after the fact I noticed my grand total was higher than the agreed upon amount. Keep in mind I keyed in my CC # and credentials myself on their iPad. So what service am I paying for? They told me, oh I’m sorry my card reader is not working. Well that’s not my fault! Why should I pay for their mistake?Anywho, my feelings about this company might change if they offered to refund the ridiculous service charge.*UPDATE - The owner personally called me today and apologized, offering me a refund for the service charge. Michelle & Arturo replaced most of our duct system and our plenum in the attic. They had to climb deep in the attic and remove ducts that were decades old and also replaced our plenum. After they left, we noticed an immediate change in air flow and the quality of air. It is working so much better and I can tell the whole system is functioning with much more efficiency. Not to mention the whole house smells fresher. They did excellent work! 10 out of 10 would recommend

The staff were polite and professional but had no business cards. When they quoted the price I told the young lady it was extremely high. She explained it would take 2.5 to 3 hours and due to having to clean from inside and from outside.It took the 1 hour. It felt as if because I live in a big home, was in need immediately that they took advantage of me. I will not refer or hire them again.

We contacted Fresh Air with the initial hope of just cleaning our dryer air duct...which they did an amazing job of completing this!After a further review of our houses A/C duct vents we were able to see, that after nearly 20 years living in our house without any regular duct maintenance, the A/C ducts in the attic had deteriorated (letting moisture seep into our duck works) and mold was growing in several of the ducks. We had no idea! The lead technician Pablo (and his assistant - Angel) were amazing...and provide a no-pressure approach to help us make an informed decision.In performing the work, Pablo was very very detailed oriented and completed a mold elimination / cleaning of our entire air duck system...including installing a system to sanitize further potential mold growth. Mr. Jose & his technician (Jose as well) were professional, honest and did an amazing job! He did a thorough inspection of the entire A/C unit and duct system. He then took and showed me images of the ducts in the rooms and gave me a reasonable price estimate. This process took about 30 minutes, the cleaning took about 1.5 hours. I opted for same day cleaning & I requested all air ducts and large return duct to be cleaned.They have additional add on options for disinfecting and deodorizing for those that need that as well. Would highly recommend as my house now smells great!We are grateful for Mr. Jose and his partner for such a quick solution to my worries of our family breathing in dirty/stagnant air in our newly purchased 70s home. Tech did an exceptional job - really great job HOWEVER when did it become a custom to TIP for real property service. Paying $1500 then tipping in top of a $1500 charge is unacceptable. Tipping is for servers making $2.17 / hour NOT real property services. Pay your people a living wage!!!! I will probably not use this company again because of the “hidden up charge of $150 to $300”.

The technicians arrived on time and very friendly, they did an amazing job with identifying the problems and fixing the issues. I only took one star off because they’re very pricey. But they’re willing to work out a deal with you.

My technician did a great job. My only complaint would be that they only sent one person to do the job, which took him almost 11 hours. Better still, my technician was supposed to service 2 other homes that day. I was lucky that I was the first stop. This happened despite my explaining that I had 4 HVAC units when I booked the appointment. Anyway, it all worked out for me, but they should have sent more people.

Victor and Angel were extremely professional and hard working. It was difficult to find my dryer output and they kept at until they found and resolved the issue. Highly recommend them!

I called this company for a dryer vent cleaning at the end of December, but after the service, the dryer vent still wasnt working. I had to follow up multiple times, and it took three calls to schedule a technician to come out and look at the prior cleanings work. Eventually, a manager called to tell me that, based on the original technicians notes, they didn’t expect much to come of another visit. During this call, she also claimed that they had no record of the technician being scheduled, despite me being given a specific time frame earlier for that day, and arranging my schedule around the appointment. To make matters worse, when I asked for a photo of my cleaning (which another employee had referenced), the manager said she didn’t have it on record. Feeling doubtful, I had another company come out, and they showed me just how much had been left behind — the vent had clearly not been cleaned properly. Overall, my experience with this company was unreliable, with poor communication and inconsistent information. I spoke to so many different people, but no one seemed to have a clear answer or follow-up.I would not recommend this company for vent cleaning. It’s been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Both gentlemen were professional well dressed and were very courteous to myself and my mom. I would highly recommend this company to do Any vent work you may need. When the job was complete they cleaned up 100% behind themselves and even cleaned the outside of the vents so we would not have to dust them after the work was done. Take my word for it. I requested a Dryer Vent Cleaning service. The company was very accommodating and able to reschedule for a sooner date, which was really great! Roberto, my technician, was very good at keeping me advised before his arrival. Once he got here, he was very nice and informative when explaining the process of the cleaning, and as soon as everything was approved, Roberto went straight to work and was able to get the job done in a little under an hour! The price was affordable, and I would definitely recommend this company for any future cleaning services I may need.

They were able to get a technician out to do an inspection and give me an estimate to complete duct cleaning in my home fairly quickly. Jose came and did a very deep clean of the duct work on my dryer. They provided pictures of before and after and everything was cleared. I had an appointment this wednesday 12/11 with one of your employees Cris, and I was disappointed in the service. To start, he rescheduled the appointments two days later, and after he completed his job, the quality of his work was very poor. He didnt properly explain the package that I was paying for which was called the Silver DC package. He told me the appointment was for the bronze package, and he failed to help me understand what services he was going to do. He told me he was going to clean the ducts from the inside of our rooms and after he left I could tell he didnt clean it properly.

I am really pleased with the job Michelle and Arturo did on cleaning and repairing our dryer vent. I would recommend both to do the job correctly and to communicate the process and fees. When they left I felt I received value for my money.

Orlando & Maribel came out and installed some chimney caps. Seemingly, everything was fine, other than the pressure to leave a review (the guys even grabbed my phone to take me to the review) until a year after when the first storm came. The caps flew off the chimneys because they were never screwed or secured to the chimneys. They simply slipped them on and led them like that. When I called them they said they weren’t responsible for that because it had been over a year. I would understand if I was calling them for wear and tear but I was calling them to fix something they neglected to do right the first time. You can see in the pictures there are no screws along the edges of the caps. And if you see other reviews or pictures on their website, you’ll notice screws on other chimney caps they’ve installed.

I bought my home about three years ago and did not know when the dryer duct had been cleaned. When the worker arrived he found that no warm air was escaping thru the roof vent meaning the duct was clogged. He took it apart in the attic where he was able to clean the ductwork up to the roof vent and down to the dryer. There was a screen at the roof line that was also filled with lint. Now everything is clear and clean.

Claimed to repair my dryer duct, charged me to repair dryer duct, and 24 hours later it fell out of wall and turned out the broken sheet metal rotating elbow they charged me to repair was simply duct taped together. Company claims I declined the repair, which is nonsense. Ended up paying another company a fraction of Fresh Airs quote to re-do the work and they did it 5x better with actual sheet metal replacements rather than duct tape.

Rick did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond dealing with our unusual problems. 10/10 would recommend.

Eli the technician and his assistant were professional and did a great job. They showed before and after videos of their work and were communicative throughout the process.I have no clue if they were competitive or not pricing wise as I didn’t get multiple bids. They offer a basic cleaning or a more detailed/deep cleaning depending on how dirty your ducts are and length of time between cleanings. They charge per return, per vent and everything else is extra that of course is necessary in order to have a thorough cleaning. In general it was expensive and more than I expected to spend.The tech left before confirming all units turned back on and operable as they were before they arrived. I have left 3 messages to get them back out and can only get ahold of their answering service only to be told I will get a call back within 24 hours.Suggestion- The techs should be checking to make sure all operable prior to leaning. They also should provide the homeowner copies of all videos taken. As well, company should provide the technicians iPads to review the contract with the customer and be able to show photos/videos more professionally instead of on the technicians personal phone with damaged screensAs well, the company should be more transparent about their payment methodsAt the time of booking services. If you want to pay with a credit or debit card they are passing on their fees to you as the consumer. it is in my opinion deplorable to charge the client their 3% credit card processing fees when that is the cost of doing business. Thankfully they also accept zelle as I don’t have personal checks, but this left a very bad taste in my mouth. As a business owner myself of 24 yrs, I would never dream of trying to pass these fees on to my customers!

Absolute rip off, had inspection and it did seem like click bait with discounts on several things. we didnt have ducts cleaned for a while, took a chance which was my mistake but the guys had very little experience in cleaning. They started with the return unit, tried to clean it with their dirty robo vaccum on the floor and spilled the dust all over hard floors and started cleaning that with another $10 vaccum. I had to clean everything from that point on the floor, just wanted them to clean the main units and get done with, would never go with them again! Told their customer service as well and they asked to post the review, so here we are.

This may have been one of the worst interactions that I have ever had with a business. I was calling around inferring about having my ducts cleaned and talked to about 4 companies. Fresh Air Ducts stood out due to price as well as how they sold their process versus their competitors. Later that night they actually texted me offering an additional 10% off the price quoted. I called them back the next day to verify the pricing with the 10% discount which they did confirm, and I chose to use them setting up an appointment the following week. Later that day one of the competitors which I had spoken to earlier called me back and I informed them I was going with Fresh Air Duct Cleaning which they warned me against informing me they would not honor the price and upsell me. I did not think anything of it as them trying to get my business by badmouthing their competitor, which proved to be a mistake on my behalf.The next day Fresh Air Duct called and said they could not honor the appointment which they set up, this was the first sign of things to come. I however informed them that was the only time I had available due to travelling, so they said they would try and make it work. Victor their serviceman did show up at the appointed time, however the price he tried to charge me was 93% higher than they not only quoted but confirmed the next day. Victor then said he had to get some supplies, and he would return, however he never came back nor did he call.Late that evening, Jenny the Ops Manager called me and apologized and rightfully threw Victor under the bus, informing me she had listened to my recoded call with them and the price I had stated to Victor was correct and they should have honored it. She said she would reach out to me the next day to right the wrong. She not only did not call me back as she said, even when I called her and left her messages, she would not return my calls. A couple of days later I did talk with Avery who said she would make sure they honored the quoted pricing, and she set up an appointment for the following week.The next week Pablo, who said he was a manager came and said he would honor the pricing, however 10 minutes later he said the vents looked to dirty and they would only clean the vents if I bought another package which was much higher as an add on. The issue is that Victor had already come out and said the service I asked for would work, he just wanted me to pay more for it. So again, they came out, inflated the pricing or refused to honor the agreed upon service unless I paid more and paid for a higher package. I should have listened to the competitor who had gained business from other customer who had similar stories.I cannot speak to the quality of the service as they never performed it, however I can speak to the lack of integrity this company has at all levels. I would advise you to skip them when looking for a provider so that you can establish a credible relationship with a provider who is looking to provide a great service at a price which they stand by. Fresh Air Duct seems to only care about getting as much as they can out of you and will not even perform the work unless you agree to be upsold. My advice is stay away from this company, as the customer is far from their priority.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The customer service team is incredibly unprofessional. I booked a service for Friday. Friday comes and goes, no one shows up. I call, and it is explained to me that whoever took my call input the wrong phone number even through they had the right address. (Why that explains the no-show is not apparent but ok.) Anyway, I politely agreed for them to come out on Monday instead. Monday morning I get a call that they cannot come out. Okay, thats fine. The customer service agent I spoke with assured me they would send their top person on Tuesday at whatever time I chose in order to make up for the inconvenience. So I said noon. At 12:15 I get a call from the service tech saying hed be there in 30 minutes. A little annoyed, but ok. 1:45 still nothing. I call customer service and its explained to me that my window is 12-2, so I should just calm down. No, I reiterate, that was not what was told to me yesterday. She hung up on me. If this is how you choose to run a business, so be it, but you will not get mine.

After my approval, he proceeded to clean the air ducts and replace all the covers with the new ones that I had purchased. Will definitely recommend this company and Carlos.
