I’m very pleased with this company. I was having an issue with a dryer and it was effecting my hardwood floors. Lance came out the same day, took a look, gave me a reasonable price and had me on the schedule for 3 days later. When his team arrived, they were very respectful and got the job done. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Lance is a class act. My vents were clogged, muddy, they had challenging angles, and I even had a tool stuck in there- maximum difficulty. He did not give up and accommodated all of it. Lance and the team did a phenomenal job cleaning our HOA / multi family dryer vents. They did it for a very reasonable and affordable price. I think we got a great deal by bundling all of the units together. Our building is multiple stories and they handled everything with ease, including the small cherry picker lift they needed to reach some of the upper levels. His team is great, the service was great, and we were so happy they could service our HOA building with 75 units. Will be using them in the future for our next cleaning. The company was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Lance showed up on time (called ahead about a 20 minute delay) and diagnosed problem quickly. He removed a few bags worth of accumulated lint from the upper part of vent at roof, then some from the dryer itself. Very personable, knew what he was doing and was finished within an hour. The dryer is now working better than it ever has!

DryerVentz is a great company for cleaning and replacing dryer vents. The technician, Sean, was on time, very professional, and had a kind personality. Sean and Wyatt did an amazing job cleaning both our air ducts and dryer vent! Our ducts were so dirty. They thoroughly prepped all of the air vents prior to beginning the cleaning. During the estimate, Sean discovered that the wrong cap was installed on our roof for the dryer vent. This had caused our entire dryer vent line to become completely clogged. I have attached a picture to show just some of the lint that Sean blew out of our duct. Wyatt then replaced our incorrect cap with a new one that is what should have always been there. I am so impressed with how thorough they were. Also really nice guys.

I called Lance on Friday after thanksgiving asking if he had any opening this weekend. We happened to sell our old dryer and the new set was being delivered Monday. He was so nice and worked us into his schedule the next day. The price was very reasonable. He did a great job cleaning it out fast, less than an hour. Very good service. Highly recommend them

Technician (Sean) arrived on time, was friendly, quoted a good price and got the dryer vents cleaned in 30 mins or so. Even the communication to schedule the appointment was very good and was followed up with frequent text reminders. I am glad I chose them for this job and highly recommend them.

The customer service is incredible! Lance scheduling our first appointment, Sean when he came out both times, they both went above and beyond with their customer service. Would highly recommend! They came out in July for the first visit then we had an issue with our dryer, it stopped working. A bird had built a nest in the vent and they came back out free of charge to check and see what the issue was. We appreciate how well and also how fast their response time is and how quickly they’re able to come to your house.

Awesome experience. Prompt service and arrived on time. Replaced our old roof dryer vent with a new gooseneck. Towels used to take 2.5 hours to dry now done in 40 minutes. What came out and was super nice and efficient. Will definitely use again

I cannot say enough good things about the product, customer service and pricing! We had to have a Dryer Booster Fan replaced and these gentlemen were so polite and careful with their work. We will be using them for our annual vent cleanings from now on.

I found Lance via a Google search and started chatting with him on the website. Sean came out a few days later and the whole thing was straight forward. He provided us with a non binding quote and they came out for free to provide the estimate. The heating element in our dryer went out so we had it replaced. Not even 1 week later our dryer stop producing heat again. It was recommended that we get our dryer vent cleaned (3+ yrs since it was last cleaned). I called Lance on a Friday evening and he was able to visit the following Monday for a free inspection. Prior to the visit, He explained the details of the job so I had an idea of what to expect. He arrived on time and was professional. He went inside the attic and on top of our roof to inspect and also provided pictures of what he saw. The overall job took about 30-45min and he was done. This was my first experience with a service of this kind and I didn’t feel like I needed to get a second opinion because Lance was not trying to up sell me on additional services or fear me into getting my business, he educated! This is the type of customer service I can appreciate. Upon completing the job, I commented on his company hat. The next day he hand delivered one to me. Thank You- Very Much Appreciated!

I found this company on Google and after reading all the reviews I knew I had to try them out. Everyone told me I need to get my dryer vent cleaned every couple years and so I decided after 3 1/2 years to do so. I was shocked when the technician showed up and very professionally explained everything thing to me.The technician went thru some steps of asking questions and since I have a townhome my vent is thru the roof. The gentleman went to the roof and did an inspection. He stated that I didn’t really need to have my dryer vent cleaned as it had great pressure and was running smoothly.NO CHARGE FOR THE INSPECTION. Well, I am beside myself because I can’t remember ever dealing with a company that is this HONEST. The reviews are spot on. I will definitely be using this company in the future. 5 STARS

I texted DryerVentz thru their website. I thought it was a bot, but the owner answered within a minute! Lance came out right away and did a thorough inspection of my dryer vent. I knew something was amiss when small loads of clothes took 2 to 3 cycles to dry. He is very friendly and honest! He had to clean my dryer vent from the roof. In 90 minutes everything was done. I support locally owned businesses and Im so glad I found him. His prices were very reasonable and I wouldnt hesitate using him again. What a patriot, he came out on Presidents Day, a national holiday and didnt charge me anything more for doing this for me on a national holiday.
