Today David with Dr Air Duct Cleaning came to my home he is very professional. Explained what he would be doing and recommended time frames on how to maintain duct cleaning in the future. Very polite would recommend to others. They offer payment options for those on a budget is a plus!

Great service the personal went above and beyond, Mr. David explained who often the maintenance should be for. Provided tips on how to keep clean. The only inconvenience was that I needed a deep clean instead of the $129 price. The price went up from 129$ to 717$ for 6 ducs deep clean. First time doing it in a old house and Ive been here 5 years.

David did a great job servicing our AC ducts and he was very knowledgeable about the system. We have had other people come and inspect our unit but they could not find why one of our vents wasnt working. The chimney and ac unit were good and he answered all my questions and concerns regarding both. We were originally set for a basic cleaning of the air ducts. David suggested we get a deep clean every 5-7 years of the air duct system. He never pressured us into doing anything we didn’t need or wanted to do. We just purchased this home and were not sure when the air ducts were last cleaned. We decided to do a deep clean and deodorize the vents just for peace of mind. We were so glad we did. David said they were pretty dirty. He cleaned up after himself as he went along. We are so happy with his service and Dr Air Duct that we would recommend David and the company to anyone. Dont use this company. I paid for deep clean and AC tuneup, but they never checked the outside unit. Also my main air duct was NOT cleaned. Started with the $127 special for air duct cleaning and AC tuneup. I was then sold a deep cleaning of all ducts but no AC tuneup was done and duct not cleaned. $900 later, I am still sweating in my house at 80 degrees! I was told all the techs do not have HVAC training. No response to my complaints. So why advertise special with HVAC Tune up?

I called Dr Air Duct for duct cleaning and Ben was the technician they sent out.Ben was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable of the services he represented.Of course Ben tried to sell me other services, but wasn’t offended when I declined.Ben worked hard with getting his equipment from one level to another and left my home the way he found it, clean.

Dont bother with the basic air duct cleaning. Also felt like the tech pressured us into buying the services. Kept reiterating that the price he was offering was only good while he was there. We were hoping to get our dust problem handled, now after the basic cleaning, seems the dust is worse.

They’re more interested in taking your money than actually doing the job.They tried to pressure me into paying for services I didn’t agree to by claiming my vents were a serious health hazard—something I know wasn’t true. When I refused to be taken advantage of, they threatened to leave without finishing the work. This company’s practices are nothing short of fraudulent.Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these scammers. You’ll be better off hiring a legitimate, certified duct cleaning company that actually cares about the work they’re doing instead of just ripping you off.

Do not waste your time! Said they would come out and never showed. Then when we called to see what the issue was and they said they would call us back and never did. After we finally got in touch with them they said we were not in their service area.

I contacted Dr Air Duct to clean my dryer ducts. Bailey was the office person and I was quoted 79.99 for an easy clean. Maximum $299 if they had to go from rooftop down. They had to reschedule me due to a family emergency and said I would get 10% discount for inconvenience. Never received that by the way. When technician Isaac came, after assessing the situation which was, to be transparent, pretty bad, he came in and said he could do a partial job for $299 or a complete job for $599. Cash or Venmo and his company name on his paperwork said “Lone Star”. I called my landlord and he said absolutely not on the $599 and he wanted a minute to consult someone. I told Isaac I was sorry but I would need to reschedule and he said I would need to pay him $69 for the house call. I politely refused. Then Isaac miraculously said he had contacted his business they had agreed to do the whole job do $324 tax inclusive which we agreed to. And we would only pay with a check. I called Bailey in the middle of all this and questioned who Lone Star was and all the different quotes Isaac gave me. She said she would look into it and call me back and she never did. Isaac completed the work and still insisted Dr Air Duct was Lone Star and that who I had spoken to didn’t know. That was Monday. Today, Wednesday I just called Bailey again asking who David and Mordi are who get all these great reviews and she now has explained that Isaac is a new hire and has gotten himself in trouble using his old paperwork for Lone Star. I feel like Isaac #1 thought I was a woman who wouldn’t know better and #2 he was cheating Dr Air Duct and was going to pocket $300 if I fell for the $600 charge if I paid with cash or Venmo. I asked for the owner to call me. I look forward to hearing from him.

Had an inspection done of our air ducts and returns. The technician, David, was great. We certainly got an education. David explained the process, examined the ducts and returns, explained what was needed. We were able to pick and choose what services we wanted. Regret using them before comparing to industry average. They quoted $700 for dryer vent cleaning with removal of old bird nest (no bird) and sanitizing. Gave us $100 discount when we baulked at that price. They were in and out in under an hour. Other reputable vendor said their price included nest removal & sanitizing and would have been $250, which is average per G. Their excuse was price based on visual inspection? Also, asked us to Zelle a completely different company name, which I can’t find on state a website as registered business. They promised $150 refund that never came.

As previously posted, my service with Dr. Air Duct was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had from start to finish. I thought after Eden, the company’s owner got involved things would be better. He did offer some solutions that were acceptable to me however everything he said up to the time of this post was lies. I highly recommend against using this company. Well the saga continues, communicating with Eden today about his desire for a resolution. He gave me a requirement in the form of an ultimatum that no one in his company was aware enough to express it to me for the six days that we have been dealing with this issue. My next report will be to the Better Business Bureau. Customer be ware!

I had the pleasure of being serviced by David, who was very knowledgeable and informative. He advised me that I would be wasting money to get a basic cleaning due to the fact I had never had a duct cleaning over 20 years. My return vent was very dirty and his recommendation was to get a deep cleaning this time and follow up every year for a basic. He did a great job and took care of making any mess with the floors and furniture. I think a little more communication from the office would have been appropriate before sending the tech out to answer any questions.

Called for a Basic Duct Cleaning, but a deep cleaning was recommended. Deep duct cleaning done on 12/15/2023 costing over $1,000. An inexperienced technician was sent and did the cleaning. He couldnt even speak English, and showed me pictures of what he wanted. Along with Duct Cleaning services, the company charged me for Deep Cleaning HVAC Unit and Dryer Vent Deep Cleaning. The technician NEVER went to the attic and NEVER outside the house to check. Not sure if the service was even provided or Dr. Duct just charged me for the HVAC and Dryer Vent Deep Cleaning. Would not use this company again.

I was not planning on leaving a bad review until I was blocked for leaving constructive criticism via private message to Dr. Air Duct. Leaving a 2-star review. Story below 👇Misrepresented an ad for $130, confirmed it would be $130 before tech came out, reassured price would not change, and was charged triple for around $450. This is not okay and also false advertisement taking advantage of customers.Nonetheless, tried to leave a constructive feedback message on Facebook privately. Not public. And was immediately blocked with zero interest in hearing me out.So this review is not for the actual air duct cleaning. I think they did a good job. But the customer service and “hidden fee” approach to charging customers pisses them off. BAD BUSINESS.They lost a customer that would have been a yearly customer. I leave this review in hopes of them changing how they market their prices and to be watchful of triple confirming a price only to change it last minute.

I received a quote for air duct cleaning, and Mr. Joe came by, inspected everything, and mentioned that sanitation was needed. He spent about 10 minutes upstairs, sprayed a standard cleaner, and charged me $650. However, he didn’t actually clean the air ducts. Even now, after recently installing wood flooring throughout the house, there is still a lot of dust. This feels like a scam.

I am beyond impressed and pleased with Dr. Air Duct. I called Dr. Air Duct to get a second opinion on a previously outrageously quoted HVAC and duct cleaning. David came and inspected our HVAC system and advised us the machine was immaculate and not in need of a cleaning. The day of the appointment, I never received a call but did receive a message on FB that the technician was trying to get in contact with me. I called to resolve the issue and the young lady that I spoke with was rude, cut me off and VERY off putting! This is unfortunate! I will take my business elsewhere!Dr. Air Duct was able to recover my initial service experience. The same technician can out and properly cleaned the vents at my home. This was a horrible experience. we were originally quoted $265 to clean our dryer vent and airducts. when he arrived he said they’d have to give us an exact quote based on our home the quote was over $7000 and then he kept going back-and-forth to the car saying he’d have to talk to the office because we said we couldn’t afford it. He came back with three additional quotes that were substantially less but still over $1000. When I said no thanks just clean the dryer vent for $65. He said no we’ll figure this out comes back with a quote for $550 says he’ll clean the exchanges and the dryer vent but didn’t finish the job. Do not recommend. This is a scam.

Shawn and Abrahan came to our home promptly after I had schedule the appt the previous evening. They helped me understand each and every service option. They walked me through the prod the time it would take for each service. They also showed me each before and after. All in all they ended up cleaning out all of my ducts doing deep cleaning and sanitizing. I have 2 units they did upstairs and downstairs. They also cleaned out the dryer vent and tune up for both units. Price was perfect and Shawn and team left us with a very clean AC system!

Avi with Dr Air Duct came out today to clean our air ducts, dryer vents and HVAC system. I was horrified when he started unscrewing our vents and showing us the mold and dirt inside them. No wonder my husband and I could not breathe and our allergy medicine was not working. He started cleaning them one by one and killing and treating the mold inside the entire ductwork of our home, he did an excellent job at cleaning those. However after going through my home and discovering all the debris from the vents on my new computer, on all the beds, furniture and flooring I am going to suggest that they cover and protect the surfaces that they are working under.

First time service, and I couldnt be anymore pleased. Phillip was my Technician, and he was so kind, professional and friendly, explained and showed me what I needed to have repaired...Cant say enough...will certainly have them for annual Chimney checks! Thank you!
