Truck drivers: Ive been waiting for 3.5 hours to get unloaded on this stop, definitely not recommend coming here. As a 3 stop load their colleagues from Shearer Supply in Tyler and Carrollton got me unloaded in 20min in and out!

Mark, and the entire group at the Dallas store are always helpful and offer a high level of customer service that is difficult to find in todays world. Keep up the good work.

Since switching to shearer supply from Trane and using American Standard equipment. The train wreck stopped! I have nothing, but a perfect experience. Always helpful and responsive in timely manner on parts I need on repairs or equipment in stock.

Todd saved the day. We mismatched some model numbers and were about to get the wrong equipment, but Todd caught it for us and now our customer is going to get the equipment they needed. We can always count on Shearer to take care of us.

Have been waiting since 12:05 Friday afternoon to get a price on an air handler. I was told several times that I would be contacted shortly with pricing. I called 4 different times and was told the same thing every time. Now he next day (saturday) they are closed and I never even got the quote for the unit my customer needs. Customer service would get -3 stars if iwere an option.

They have a good staff. I havent had any issues with them. Their timing is not bad and if it is a longer than usual wait you wont even notice as they are all pretty down to earth.

The guys here, always go out of their way to help, always with smiles on their faces! Wanna give a special should to the front store service guys!

Austin, AB, and Scott is the best counter team in Texas. And Angelo is the best for warehouse guy I’ve ever seen.
