Be extra careful shopping here. Todd and Pedro sold us an extremely damaged evaporator coil and did not honor it. This is the only place I’ve heard of that you have to sign a “not damaged” form. Hmmm, wonder why… Pedro saw the same thing my technician saw (based on the video footage) and didn’t say a word. I won’t ever come here again. This place is terrible. We got told “they all come in damaged” and pretty much got told to F off. Had to spend money on top of what I already spent for this damaged coil to get my customer a coil that was not damaged.

I always get good customer service. Neat, clean and professional. And when I forget my freon Pedro saves the day and stops me before I drive away. This is a contractor only business.

Robin was incredibly helpful. Over the top helpful actually. Refreshing when companies go out of their way to make your life easier.

Good,every time I roll in with a load of a/cs the guys in warehouse are always nice n get me unloaded in good timing..
