Awful customer service. Calling is a complete waste of time for service technicians. Multiple times, myself and my co-workers, have called in to check price and availability, only to sit on hold for over an hour. Several of us have decided, while on hold, to drive to the store only to walk in to the store, hold music blaring on our cell phone speaker, and see 3 guys standing around doing nothing.... phone just ringing in the background. Dont waste your time with these guys. This is not a problem with Lennox, Trane, or any other manufacturer.
While I understand being busy, I cant really wrap my mind around having a phone If there is no intention of ever answering it. And it is so easy to say just go to the store, but if they dont have what I need, I would be wasting even more time.I was 1 first in line for over an hour and a half and noone ever picked up the phone.You can try calling first this in the morning. No answer. Right after lunch. No answer. Right before closing. No answer.Do business elsewhere if you can.

Worst customer service and warranty process of any whole sale hvac distributor in Texas. They charge 50 dollars for warranty paperwork and want a credit card to change out evap coil in warranty, you will get the money back in 4 weeks if they get around to it. If you want to call the supply house they don’t answer the phone but will forward you to a call center that will make you wait on hold all day. The gentleman that I talked to said he could not verify a warranty on equipment that is 4 years old because that’s a different department. So I called the warranty department (45 min on hold) and then find out she’s on vacation and no one else is available. So if your customer is in a hurry this is not the right avenue to go. Guess your going to sale a new system just don’t buy carrier Payne or Bryant.Your locationYou’re missing out
Too much waiting time, as well as mentioning that some of the 3 people who serve have their preferences. They really need to be more agile!!!
On the phone for 1.5 hrs never got anyone. Drive to supply house no one is in line at all!!!
Absolutely terrible service never answer the phone guys in there don’t know anything and are no help never have parts never call to inform you your part has came in bad attitude
