Professional service. I have been a customer for years. This time I brought my truck in for a check engine light and very rough idle. It was fixed the same day for a fairprice. They didn’t try to upsell anything, just fixed the problem. Highly recommended!

This place is very quick and friendly. I went for an oil change early in the morning and it was done within about 30 mins. The workers are super friendly and know many of their clients by name. Great place to go.

I get all of my auto care here and wont go anywhere else. I went to a local dealership a few times and had a very bad experience. The guys at Valley View are honest, always respectful and reasonably priced. Highly recommend 👌

An honest, respectful and kind place to get your car fixed or renew your inspection, buy a battery or tires. Ive been a customer here for many years. I recently needed a big repair and several smaller maintenance items. Their pricing was fair. The service was thorough and was completed in excellent time. I have referred many people to valley view car care. Women are absolutely NOT taken advantage of here. Theyll tell you what is necessary now and what will need attention at a later date if time or monetary concerns make it difficult to do all at once.

I usually go to Valley View Car Care for oil changes because of the quick and solid price service. I recently went to fix some issues with my car and Ram was super helpful in providing options and recommendations to get the repairs I need. Highly recommend!

Hands down best experience Ive had at a mechanic shop. Ladies, if you need to find a trustworthy mechanic shop this is it. Came in about 5:30 to get my car inspected and Ram was able to get me in! He was done in about 10 minutes. They close at 6pm! He also quoted me for an oil change that was 50% less than what other big-name shops were quoting me. The customer service is also great. Very nice gentlemen willing to help.

I’ve used this shop for state inspections in the past and recently had them fix a bad O2 sensor after my check engine light came on. Despite being busy, they were very friendly and managed to get my truck fixed within the day at a reasonable price using OEM parts with a warranty. Great service!

I will never take my car back to this shop. I took it in for a P0339 Crankshaft sensor code issue. They keep it over the weekend, and when they informed me that the engine was damaged ( which I believe to be true because a heard a grinding noise with metal before the engine stop running on the freeway, which I then had it towed to their shop) After they keep it over the weekend, they informed the the engine is damaged, and replacing the crank shaft sensor wont fix the issue. When I got my car towed back home they either broke something else or didnt put the Crankshaft sensor back in. I had all of the oil run out of my car all over the tow truck and my drive way. The first pic you will see my car sitting outside of their shop with no oil leaking, and then two images of oil that ran out everywhere. I would avoid this auto repair shop.

I give them negative stars. I went to Valley View Car Care center last week as I was in need of a reliable mechanic who was honest. After my car was at Valley View for a few days I was informed it was my battery amongst spark plug issues etc. After I advised Aaron who was taking care of me that I had just replaced my battery then he made the initiative to check my alternator which i thought was already implied when you get you car diagnosed to see what is wrong. That same day I got a call from a man named Ram who gave me my quote and we settled on what was going to be done to my car.The next day Aaron calls me back and informs me that my car is RUNNING and that they found another problem. At this point I am confused as why now after everything has been taken care of that you call me at 5 pm and quote me another amount that was outrageous. At this point i told Aaron i was going to come back to get that rest down and asked WILL MY CAR BE RUNNING AND WORKING. At this he states yes it could be good for another couple of months.The next day i go pick up my car and Aaron advised me that my car was idling a lot and the check engine light was on. Being a female and not familiar with some terms i asked if he could show me the leak. He proceeded to tell me no. At this point i paid the facility and made my way to my car which was unsafe in every way. The car was idling so bad i was jumping to cars in front of me on my way home. Aaron told me that this would be “normal” since i still needed a “part to be fixed”. I get home and my car would not start again. I then had my boyfriend call on my behalf to ask why my car was not turning on as it was the same problem that i took it in for. Aaron proceeded to tell me that he informed me that I WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO REPLACE A PART AND THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO, he informed me that he fixed the charge and that was it.At this point i proceeded to get my car towed to a different mechanic and was informed by them that ANY GOOD MECHANIC SHOULD not have let me leave. I do not recommend this mechanic shop at all!!! Please do not get fooled by the good reviews! Worst mechanic shop, and not honest.Just an update. The mechanic shop i am going to now just called to inform me that all i was needing was a bolt to be screwed back on. Aaron wanted me to replace the whole thing brand new and wanted almost 1000 dollars for it. NEVER COME HERE.

These dudes have fixed every problem Ive brought them promptly, at a good price, with friendly service. 10/10 would bring my broken car there again

I went in for a state inspection and was out of there within 20 minutes! These guys are efficient, professional, timely, and respectful. Going into a mechanic shop alone can be intimidating, but everyone was extremely welcoming.

I used this shop alot. its close by,but latelythey seem to have a problem with with fixing the issue and and letting you know. the final issue was when i needed an inspection, dropped it at 8:30am and at 1:30 call went a recording twice. we went to check and the car hadnt moved all day. Im a retired aircraft i know some days a tough. no phone call,come on really. i like the people, but cant tolerate waiting for an 8 hour wait and no inspection.

They were able to identify a problem that was extremely hard to pin down. The customer service was outstanding and everything came with a warranty. Thanks all!

Worst experience I’ve ever had.My engine fan wouldn’t turn off and the staff told me they had to replace the fan assembly, so they did (1400$). After I picked my vehicle up, the interior was covered in grease and the staff left a can of WD-40 on my floor which leaked everywhere. After returning home with my vehicle, three additional check engine lights appeared. Most notably was the coolant light, all coolant had apparently leaked out! Instead of admitting they misdiagnosed the issue, they claimed the radiator coincidentally just broke as I drove it down the road. They claimed it had nothing to do with them and said it would cost 700$ to fix it! So I got it fixed. An instant problem which put more money in their pocket. They had my car a total of two weeks! They almost never called me, I almost always had to call them. Between them refusing to take responsibility for the poor diagnosis and my interior covered in grease, my car was given back to me in worse condition than when I dropped it off. Almost every time I called them for an update or appeared in person, they acted as if I was an annoyance. I wanted to support local shops and hopefully get good service at a good price, but that completely backfired. I will never return again. The staff was full of excuses and never took ownership of their mistakes!

Great services. This was our first time at this shop but we are very satisfied. Ram was extremely friendly and helpful. This shop will definitely be our go-to auto repair shop in the future.

These fellas really do look after the customer, I went in looking to get a 4 wheel alignment. Normally you’re suppose to have an appointment but the these guys still took me in and I really really appreciated that especially since I hardly have off during their business hours.Great hospitality,great service,very great prices,and overall a great experience for me.Will definitely be coming here for alignments and other car needs again. I’m very glad I gave them a chance. And a big shout out for AK for being awesome to me.

I’ve been taking my vehicles here for almost 13 years. They have always been courteous, helpful, and fair. Never pressured me to do repairs and have never gotten a pressure sale from them. Prices are fair and always laid out on the invoice so you know where the costs are. Very accommodating and friendly. I recommend Valley View Car Care to my friends all the time without hesitation.

No matter what Aaron and his crew always take care of me when cine. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and it all started from a referral from a guy at auto zone.I went there hoping to gain answers and solutions did the issues I had with my car.I had two fuel lines that needed fixing along with an aux battery along with a cabin filter. Although it costed me a pretty penny, he was always honest, straightforward and never made me feel pressured. Over the years I still come for routine maintenance and other issues that may be out of their scope. He will tell me truth and refer me instead of taking my money and trying to fix something that couldn’t be done by then.I highly thin to anyone. They do stay busy, so if you can drop your car off, you will not be dissatisfied or disappointed.

My daughter and I took her Subaru to Valley View Car Care because she was having issues with it. They said it needed a rebuilt engine. They also said that they would send it out and have another place rebuild it. I asked them several times for an itemized description of exactly what was going to be done. They never sent me any itemized description only a copy of the estimate.They also told me that the engine would be sent out to another company to be rebuilt. I asked them several times for the name of the company as I wanted to check out their reviews. I wasn’t looking to take my car directly to them as Valley View Car Care also told me that they don’t do individuals.But with the amount of money they quoted me, I wanted to make sure that it was going to be done by a reputable companyI ended up taking the car elsewhere and was given a complete description of what was going to be done, they also sent me pictures of their progress.I have used Valley View Car Care for years, but never again, Will I take any car there !!

Came in to get my alternator replacedLeft the shop four days later, dropped ~700 bucks and still had issues with the alternator they replaced and had to go to a dealership to get the issue fixedI wouldnt go here if you have any electrical issues with your vehicleHeres the context to why Im only giving a one star reviewI scheduled an appointment on a Saturday to have the alternator I originally planned on buying at a local AutoZone to keep the repair costs as low as possible on my end to replace the dying one I had in my car.Whomever responded to my email said that was okay and confirmed my appointmentI then get a call from someone else from the shop to which they told me that they wouldnt install the alternator I planned on purchasing due to liability reasons.I was a little bummed out about it but understood where they were coming from and the warranty on both the part and labor gave me a little bit of reassurance.I get to the shop, leave my car there, uber back home and then came back close to 5pm to pick it back up. Since I didnt do much driving that weekend, I didnt notice any problems and didnt expect any with all the positive reviews they have.Until the following Monday as I was going through my daily commute all the symptoms of a bad/dying alternator was popping out of nowhere. My dash lights were dimming when I held down on the brake, my radio kept turning on/off and my check battery light kept turning on/off as well.My anxiety started to kick in since I was worried my car was to die on I-35.I initially thought the issue now stemmed from my aftermarket car stereo, so I unplugged the power wire but the problem was still there.I eventually emailed the shop again about my situation and was able to get an appointment the next day (Tuesday). When I came in and told the person I had an appointment they seemed pretty shocked and had informed me that there were 8 other cars that needed to get seen before they could get to mine.I tried explaining to them that I initially thought my lights dimming and the other symptoms was due to my car amplifiers, so I unplugged them to see if that would resolved the issue, which wasnt the case and the electrical problems were still there. But the person behind the desk played the we dont mess with car stereos card so I made sure to emphasize to him that there was no way it was the amps since they were unplugged.Long story short, after a long four days I finally get my car back to which they informed me the problems were still there.So I quickly scheduled an appointment at a local dealership 15 minutes after leaving the shop.Spent half the day there to which they informed me that all my electrical problems was due to a loose ground.I was thankful that I only had to spend 220 bucks on the diagnostics and had more reassurance with the folks at the dealership due to their transparency.But the fact that whomever was working on my car couldnt secure the ground to my alternator really put a bad taste in my mouth and I really now regret not doing the job myself.Outside of basic car maintenance, I wouldnt recommend a place like this despite the 448 positive reviews they currently have

Best service Ive gotten in years! I was greeted by a couple of the friendly people on staff as soon as i pulled in. They were so busy but still managed to fit me in for a oil change. They explained everything they did, werent pushy with demanding extra services or anything. I will happily come back for any future services.

SOMEONE MIGHT GET THAT CONFUSED, AND I HEARD THAT IT HAPPENED TO SOMEONE THAT WASNT ME AT ALL, AND THAT IT TASTES PRETTY AWEFUL AND NOT LIKE COFFEE AT ALL.9/9 FULLY RECOMMEND GOING HERE.

I have taken my vehicle here for a few years, mainly for inspections and oil changes. However, even for basic issues everything is explained to me and pricing along with repair time is estimated appropriately. Up to now I think this location cares about honesty and correctly performing maintenance repairs.

I took my ac to be fixed. They charged me 1400 , they added all these things and didn’t call to inform me until I got there and it was time to pay. Then they told me that the heater now doesn’t work which they also didn’t tell me until I got there and it was time to pay. My heater worked fine until I took my car to them to fix the ac. During this time I was 8 months pregnant , I don’t want to pull this card but I feel as if I was taken advantage of and brushed to the side. They claimed they couldn’t find the part for the heater and this was in the summer time, the guy told me I could just switch the heater manually which is why I agreed to come back when it started getting colder but it turned out wrong. I got stuck with the headache of no heater once it did get colder but I went back to ask if they could fix it. I really didn’t appreciate how instead of taking full accountability and just fixing what they messed up , they wanted to charge me for this and the third. The guys are very nice but this whole situation was very unprofessional.

Was in a tough, time sensitive situation. I called after nearly being scammed by a near by shop, desperate to get my car evaluated before a short notice but necessary travel. Upon pulling up I could see they were busy. I didn’t catch his name but the man who took my call heard me out and my concerns and was very professional and CARING. I hate to ask for recommendations to other businesses, but I had zero chance of being able to get serviced here with my last minute timing and not being from the area. He was kind enough to Sugggest a location that might be able to get me checked out before my travel for peace of mind.He was very sympathetic and wished me the best, and was very genuine in his voice. I am saddened I couldn’t get in because I could tell these were good people to bring business to but time was not on my side. Though I was unable to get serviced here due to time and them having a full house already, I would recommend giving them a go. I felt listened to, cared for, and that’s hard to find most of the time nowadays.Thank you again for taking my call, not making me feel rushed though you were very busy, knew you’d likely not be able to fit me in that close to closing, and for doing what ya could at the time in that circumstance.Kindness and integrity goes a long way is always very much appreciated. If I lived here, this would be my go to shop.

I’ve taken my car here for 3 state inspections so far and doing some regular checks for me. It helped me know when upcoming fixes may be needed like tires and replacing battery that way I can be ahead of the curve and also get things fixed before being stranded. Would recommend.

Recently, my ancient 2001 Sport Trac had begun stalling in warm weather and the A/C was nonexistent. It was time for an oil / filter change as well as annual State Inspection so I dropped it off. Ram took the truck in and performed the service right away. He called me later in the day and told me they had an idea on the stalling and would service the A/C. I was not needing the truck for a few days so I left it with them. By Saturday, it was ready. The stalling was fixed and the A/C was cold again. Still the best value for car care in Farmers Branch!

This shop is great. The owner is really nice and accommodating. They sold me new tires, did an oil change, and inspected my car. A few weeks later my new tire had a slow leak from a screw. I brought it in and they fixed it on the spot in 5 minutes free of charge. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a shop with integrity, fast quality service, and fair and honest pricing. 10 out of 10!

There are refreshments like water, tea, and coffee; however, the best amenity for me is that Walker Texas Ranger is always playing on t.v. 👍The manager, Aaron is patient when explaining car things to those (me) that don’t know anything about car things. He makes sure that the work done to my car is exactly the way it should be.

This place is the absolute best car care and customer service I have ever experienced. Their business practice is so professional and empathetic. All of the staff are willing to go above and beyond to care for your car and get it back to you as quickly as possible. I will never take my car anywhere else. After inspecting your car for what needs to be done, they will call you and let you know how much it’s going to be and ask you if it is all right for them to proceed with repairs. Exceptional service from Aaron and his team! I came in with my 2015 Jeep Wrangler with a check engine light that kept going on and off. As soon as I gave them the milage on it, they were able to take a wild guess at the problem and lo and behold...it WAS a failed thermometer! They were able to get the part, change it out, AND get me an oil change in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable price. I highly recommend anyone in DFW to take your vehicle to this establishment. Well worth your time. Just remember its first come first serve, so get there early!

My rav4 had a sorts of weird stuff going on where it wouldn’t start and we couldn’t figure it why. These guys helped me out so much taking the time to figure it out. Even when after the first attempt fixing it and it has the same problem 5 minutes after leaving they took it back and kept working on until we got a solution. Aaron and Ram are always really helpful and after only a few visits know who I am. I only take my cars to valley view.

They changed my front breaks for me, I thought I needed breaks all around but they showed me that the rear ones were still in good shape! Hard to find trustworthy places nowadays but they were very honest and friendly, will be back!

I am so happy to have found a place for car repair with people I feel as if I can trust. There have been many times when I felt as if I were being taken advantage of and/or talked down when trying to get my car serviced and that was not the case at Valley View Car Care. Everyone was friendly and explained what was needed and also explained the why to me as well. Another thing that was big to me was that they worked with my schedule so that I would not have to leave my car overnight even though the job being done on my car was a big one. I will definitely go back and Im thankful to have found a place I can trust.

Great place here, as a woman it’s hard to trust mechanic shops but AK was great. He was honest and completed the work timely. I purchased an alignment Groupon, it was a wait but they were very nice when I arrived and completed the work and explained everything I needed going forward. They charge almost less then half of other places. Highly recommend.

Always has been a good experience here. I had moved recently to Carrollton so went to a different place for oil change. Long story short, I ended up coming back here as they are honest and helpful, they quoted me half the price, cost of oil pan was as shown online unlike the other place who was trying to charge me double. Broke something on a car and have the nerve to want to charge for it & charge for it being checked. They’re gonna need more than a god to help them after I curse everyone at this shop. Weeks, months, may go by but everyone who works here will know what it’s like to experience the work of brujeria from me & my elders. Good luck, but you won’t have it.

I come here every time for an oil change and state inspections. The staff is very welcoming and professional. They take pride in their work and their customers. I took my car to VVCC expecting a brake job. The Manager called and said Brakes look. fine it is another problem. I was happy to hear I didn’t get scammed into a full brake job. The car was repaired and drives great now. The staff is polite, professional and honest. I hope it stays that way if so I have a good reliable mechanic. Not many out there especially to women.

I brought my car to Valley View for an oil change and was told my right axle was leaking oil. I had already gotten a quote somewhere else, so knew about this issue. Omid, the manager, showed me the leak and gave me a reasonable quote to fix it (less than the other quote), and they were able to take care of it immediately. The part was very rusted and took the technician almost an hour to remove but they didn’t charge me for the extra time. All in all, a great experience, and I will be back when I need service. Highly recommend!

Valley View Car Care did an amazing job fixing my truck. I took it somewhere else first and ended up regretting it. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it right! Do yourself a favor and come here first.

I asked for oil change, alignment, inspection because I saw good reviews and quick turnaround.. they called me an hour after I dropped it off saying it was done; however, I just went to county clerk for registration and no inspection is on file. Also, alignment has been driving with a pull to the left as it did before I got it done. Will be checking oil to see if it was changed shortly. When I called, they offered to reinspect and couldnt understand why I would be frustrated that they wouldnt offer to realign (didnt even bring up the oil), so I am leaving this review.It is a poor business model to argue about services with a customer who is already showing an obvious oversight. Sure, good price but absolutely not a good deal because I am questioning if I ever received service.My only option now is to leave negative reviews everywhere and pay for an alignment (again) from someone trustworthy. Ridiculous waste of time and money in my opinion. Also, when I asked for the inspection doc they said no worries because it is electronic -- be sure to get your pass/fail if you bother with these people or be prepared for repeated visits and poor acknowledgement of responsibility by their staff.Would put 0 stars if I could.

My car is only for full Synthetic Oil. but, and they put the sticker for every 5000Miles remind notice. I was wondering that full synthetic oil for almost 8000 miles to 10,000 for my car maintenance system. Absolutely, I PAID in FULL SYNTHETIC Oil Change service price.BUT, I checked today. I DO NOT think that they put the full synthetic oil. They put the conventional oil. because, I only runs 8000 miles. It smells burn and the color almost black. Thats why they recommend change the oil every 5000 miles? I am concerning my engine status now, because the smells really I mean really really bad burning oil smell :(If you need oil change, you need to watch over that they put right oil. Their service with coupon is cheap but, not honest.my car engine almost burn smell

This place is great! I had multiple things done today to my Corolla and they had it ready for me way ahead of schedule. Customer service is top-notch and they work with people to help them understand that is being done to their car, which is great for people that know little to nothing about mechanical work.

I was on my way downtown to volunteer for an event. While driving on I35 in heavy rain I received a low tire pressure light. I pulled over and asked google where I could get it looked it. Google sent me here. I walked in and told them my predicament. Everyone was so helpful & kind. They looked at the tires and came back to explain that I had a nail in one and that my tires need to be replaced with in the month. They would just plug it if I was going to get my tires replaced in the near future or if I was going to wait they could patch it. I asked for them to plug it. While waiting for the work to be completed had great conversation with another patron and a gentleman working the counter. In no time at all my car was ready and I made it to my volunteer post on time. This was a fantastic experience. Thank you!!!!!

Came about hour before they close on a Saturday and they immediately got me in (rare that they werent quite as busy as anticipated). I brought parts to change out headlights and air filter and got a synthetic blend oil change using a coupon. They had me outta there in 30 minutes. Very cool and honest guys. Ill definitely come back!

Price is good but very slow, I was in for brake fluid exchange, with no line before me. The guy at the front desk said it would take 30-45 minutes, but I ended up waiting there for 1 hour and half. I wouldnt go there again due to experience and waiting time.

Ive had good experiences here with more than one car and my girlfriend has had good luck here as well. Biggest thing is that I feel like theyre honest with me. Also helps that they have been able to drive my stick shift Mustang GT with no issues, dont have to worry about it while its here.

Theyve taken care of my cars before and Ive never had any problems what so ever! They tell you up front and have it ready in a timely manner. Unlike other lube places, when your on a budget; they dont tell you extra unnecessary things unless you request them to check. 😊✌☕

🌟 pay attention females 🌟I walked in to get my rims taken off my car, I brought my other set of tires that I wanted put on.he quoted me $140 ,so I take the guy out to show him my car, I told him that I needed my tire sensors offof my rims and put on to the other tires that I brought. The guy then looks at me like I dont know what Im talking about and hes like so basically you want us to do twice the work. I then said I would be back and called my husband... So the guy quoted a female $140 but my husband went somewhere else and paid $40 for the exact same thing I asked for.. dont go here they were gonna charge me $100 extra.

Thanks to these guys, I saved a lot of money. NTB said I needed to change my brakes after I got my oil change with them. I declined and went to Valley View Car Care. Upon inspection, they saw that all four brakes had about 70-80% left. They were very honest and I would recommend them going forward.

Came in for my state inspection today. Was out in less than 30 minutes even though the guy who does inspections was on break when I arrived. Enjoyed a cup of coffee in their nice air-conditioned waiting room. They were cheaper than anyone in the area too!

Brought my car in for an alignment and told me they wouldnt do it because my car had a problem that would just throw it out of alignment again right after they did it. They said I could come back anytime and get an alignment if I got it fixed. A year later, I needed an alignment on a different car, after selling the other car. Called to make an appointment, the first time, I sat on hold for 15 minutes until I finally hung up. Called back a different day and they said they wouldnt honor it because he said that he would only honor it 30 days after I came the first time, which is not what I was told originally. The manager offered an alignment for $29.99 for my troubles, but I would not use them, considering I already wasted $50 the first time and got no service for it. Or as he said, they did a free diagnostic. Which I never asked them for and was clearly not free since thats what my Groupon ended up going to I guess. Cant speak for their work, but can speak to the fact that the guy wouldnt even let me finish a sentence when I was talking to him. If youre using something from Groupon, Id just make sure you dont have any other issues before purchasing.

Good honest guys. Had to get a minor service done to my car and the dealership and other chain auto shops quoted me $300. These guys did it for less than half that price and got it done quicker. They don’t try to screw you over on every little thing like the bigger shops. Overall great experience and will come back.

I had a very good first impression and decided to make this my go to place for auto care. From an oil change, A/C work, to a check engine light, I always get great service. Julio always does a great job of explaining the problem, explaining my options, and answering any and all questions I have. I will be taking my business here for a long time.

This workshop is a waste of time they over charged costumer. I don’t think they know what they’re doing diagnosing cost too much other place only charge lesser.

As soon as I entered and mentioned I got a deal on Groupon the manager said that I shouldnt have done that because they charge him 45% for the service. After he lifted my car for a wheel alignment he told me I had to pay extra to complete the service. I asked him why he was charging me extra and that I would have to come back with the money but he said that he wasted too much time already on my car and this wasnt worth it for him.Not a professional shop and I do not recommend going to them.The manager would not honor my Groupon voucher, and when I ask him why he was charging me extra for the service I already paid for he accused me of being one of those customers, whatever that meant in his mind.He told to go get a refund from Groupon and leave his shop immediately.Awful manager and dishonest in their service.

Got a battery replaced on my 97 camry and brake lines replace and my car drives smooth as butter. Wont go anywhere else always honest and direct with me.

I brought my car in almost two months ago, because my A/C was blowing hot air. They replaced my hose, because they said it had a hole in it. I told them to replace it and whatever else was needed to fix my air bc this heat is unbearable. About a week later, my air was back blowing hot air. I took it back, they fixed whatever it was and I was back having cold air. Another week or so went by, and it was back blowing hot air again. I took it back, they said the hose was pinched bc of where it was, and they fixed it. Another week or so went by and it’s back blowing hot air again. I took it back and they fixed it once again. Now, it’s been about two weeks since my last visit, and guess what, it’s blowing hot air again. This whole ordeal has been extremely frustrating, especially since I paid over $200 to have this problem fixed, and it hasn’t. I had to pay Uber to get me to and from places bc my car was being “fixed,” which it hasn’t. Now, I have to take my car elsewhere and put out more money to fix a problem that was suppose to be fixed by this place of business. I’m frustrated, agitated, and feel like I have given money away bc my problem was never fixed. If you can’t fix the problem, I would rather you tell me that instead of making me come back on multiple occasions, being without a vehicle multiple times, and having to pay for rides to and from places. I do NOT recommend this place for any services!! I feel like they’ve taken advantage of me and took my money, but that’s my fault for not doing research on this before hand. I hope it was worth it bc I would have been a very valuable and repeat customer.

I used Thierry services about six years.Yesterday i went for my state inspection.The guy who took my keys and my insurance was very rude.He started to talk by phone and didn’t care about me.When I asked why he didn’t finished with me, he throw away my keys and insurance and told meIf i don’t like to wait to finish his phone I’m free to go away.In the shop I WAS FIRST AND ONLY ONE PERSONE.AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE TREAT LIKE NE.

RESPONSE to the owners comment:They never showed any list showing what they will do for pre purchase inspection.. They gave me a report in the end with NOTHING on it and I asked if they can mention about the tires tread depth and they did.. Thats all.Original post:I would NOT recommend anyone taking car for PRE-PURCHASE inspection to them. They charged me $64 to do the inspection and they FAILED to notice the problem with the speakers , radio and damage in the front pumper.Three out of four door speakers are not working and I happen to notice them after taking the car home. I then took the car to KWIK KAR and a person there told me they should have checked these (recommended asking for refund) and he also showed the damage in the front pumper.When I talked to Valley View and asked for refund - they refused to refund and told me they dont check these. My question is : Valley View should have told me upfront what they would check and what they would not so I would have decided whether to do the inspection with them or not.End of the day - I felt like I was misinformed and ended up returning the car to the seller after signing the papers.. Waste of money, time and effort.

This is the only place i will bring my car. I usually work with AK, he has great customer service and so does Julio, but AK is who i deal with, this last time i brung my car in because it was making a loud noise, it was pretty expensive to get fixed so he got me on a payment plan with SNAP and they fixed my car the same day they got the parts, unfortunately it was still making a noise when i picked it up days later for personal reasons, that same day he fixed that issue for no extra charge, he’s really helpful always offers to pick me up and drop me off at home/work whenever I have to leave my car at the shop, he’s extremely knowledgeable. This is the best most honest car place that i EVER actually been to, most people try to get over on you but not them! I DEFINITELY recommend this place !

Reasonable prices for oil change, battery change and stuff. The good point being that you can use Groupon coupons to get done the the same repair stuff for half the price.They usually accept walk-ins, but if youre using Groupon or any other coupons, you would need to fix an appointment with them!

Ive gone quite a few times to these guys. They fixed a leak in my tire without charging me even though i didnt have anything else done.Ive also had a starter installed in my 2006 Avalanche and their job was a lot less than the quote i received from the dealer. Works fine now.

I received a ad page in the mail from this company to get service done at what looked like fairly reasonable prices. So I called in to get a quote, I even told them I had received an ad page in the mail. The quote in the mail should have added up to Roughly $250- $350 max and they quoted me $750+. All I could do at this point was laugh!!!! At least be remotely on point guys..... dodged a bullet.Update to the owners reply- That was the quote to change all four break pads and to change the transmission fluid on my truck. I never requested alignment or rotors. Even if that’s what the quote consisted of why are you adding these extra very expensive things to my simple quote request. He made it very clear that was what that quote consisted of and he would need to get me a price for my oil on top of that.

I have been going to Valley View Car Care for over two decades. They have always provided excellent service at a reasonable cost. They have done everything from oil changes to air conditioning replacement. Ron and his staff are great people and always friendly. Best of all, when I just needed an inflate, a light turned off, or a minor adjustment, they were done at no cost. Once, years ago, when I had catalytic converter problems, the hit it with a hammer and said see if that works for a week and if it does, pay me $20. It did and saved me $200.Most times, minor fix or oil change, I drop it off in the morning, walk around the corner, eat breakfast, and then return to pick up my car.I have gone through 4 cars using Valley View Car Care and will continue using them with any future cars. They can fix them all.

I took my vehicle to these guys after having a terrible experience at another repair shop that wanted to charge me $980 to have my brakes done. A.K. was the service writer that helped me. My vehicle would vibrate when I would apply the brakes. The other shop told me that I would need brake pads and rotors on the front and rear of my vehicle. Keep in mind that my vehicle is a 2017 accord. After the technicians at valley view looked my vehicle they noticed only the front brake rotors were warped and the rear brakes were still in good condition. I end up replacing the front brake pads/rotors which fixed my problem. I saved over $700 dollars by going there and getting my vehicle properly diagnosed. I Highly recommend them to anyone need any vehicle repairs done.

Although the appearance is a bit outdated, the technicians are great. Ive gone here for a couple of years now mostly because they dont upsell me.Most recently I compared their price on oil change versus the guys next store and no they were less expensive. Plus they fill the air in my tires without asking. Small touches make the difference

I went to get my inspection done and they were very fast and friendly. I was worried that because I came close to closing time they wouldn’t take me however they were very nice and did not make me feel rushed. I highly recommend them.

I bought a Groupon to get my car inspected here. I called to make an appointment and they said I didnt need one for an inspection. I showed up around noon, mentioned I was using as Groupon, and was told that for the Groupon an appointment was needed. They were ready to inspect my car until then, but now they wanted me to make an appointment for late afternoon. I left and then got a refund for the Groupon.

Literally the best car service I’ve ever gotten. I’ve taken my car and will continue taking my car to these honest men. Extremely helpful and i always like that i get a fair deal and complete exploration as to what is wrong with my car. Thank you guys!
