Took my wifes truck here via a referral from one of her friends. Dropped vehicle off around closing time. They evaluated and gave us a quote within 30 minutes. Gave us a reasonable quote within 30 minutes. To our surprise it was done before closing time the next day! 🤯 Who does work that fast?! We got some tie-rod and paint work done on the front. I expected at least 3-4 days. We are no one special, first time visit. GUESS WHO JUST WON ARE BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 😊

A few weeks ago I came to Unlimited Auto Repair because I needed a new tire. I was able to get one quickly and at a great price. I stopped by a week later to get my oil changed and again another great experience I will be going back to get an alignment. I had no idea they do auto body repair so that will be my next service purchase. I recommend getting your car fixed here great attentive service.

Hit a ditch and knocked my car out of alignment. Came here on Thursday to get the alignment and noticed that they changed management, again. I left and noticed that the car was still pulling. Came back on Friday to have the alignment looked at. The guy with the grey hair immediately starts going its the motor mounts without even checking the alignment. He gets in my car and starts revving the engine screaming about my motor mounts and how hell fix them for $300 labor only. I go to two different mechanics over the weekend, who both on separate occasions reassure me that my motor mounts are fine. I go back on Monday to ask him to check the alignment again and to show me a print of the calibration from the alignment machine. He gets upset and tell me I dont like customers like you, please dont come back. I would strongly suggest going a different shop. This place had slowly gone down hill! Do not risk letting these people touch your car.

Got my oil change and it was quick and easy, everyone was super nice and welcoming as it was a last minute thing and before closing.

This is my third time bringing my car in for repairs. It’s always the same; great service ! Thank you again

Stopped by to see the mechanic for my check engine light. There was a car in front of me so I waited. Owners son came out side and brought me a cold water. Very much appreciated. My 2017 Chevy Malibu LT is know amongst others Chevys for having the turbo engine power reduced message come up. I was not aware of this until the mechanic explained it to me. He told me my turbo was fine and this was an electrical problem. Did even charge me for looking at it, but there is a $60 diagnostic fee. Much less than others in the area. In all, his advice was correct. thank you guys for your kindness and expertise.

They did my alignment and it was worst than before. I brought it back twice in the same day, they fixed it and for each fix, the result was worst. I told him and the guy said it is good. He tested it and it’s good. “If he says it’s good, then it’s good.” “Your car is rebuilt title, it’s a piece of garbage”.He parked the car and said it’s good if I say so. Poor service, poor communication, poor time management, poor people.I strongly advise against going to this shop.

I’ve heard so many good things about this mechanical shop that i had to pay a visit, a visit turned into me buying a car which is a very rare thing. They are so professional, courteous, considerate and helpful. I recommed this place to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanical shop. They get the job done and most importantly they’ll do what’s in your best interest.

The new management of the shop are great, the mechanics were knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done to fix it. They were transparent about the costs involved and gave me a detailed breakdown of the work that was required.

Doesn’t know how to operate his own alignment machine. Argues with me about price says the “$49.99 alignment” was 125, after refusing to pay he tried to go down to 100. To top it off it wasn’t even aligned straight, says I put my suspension to tight so he can’t fix it? 😂 Whole place is a joke. Never go here.

I went for an alignment. They rotated my brand new tires to the back placing the old ties on the front. Broke two studs off that are side by side on the front. No one said anything to me about it. I would never recommend that shop to anyone.

These guys are about to close but regardless of it being rainy and close to closing time they still took care of both of my vehicles. The owner was straight forward and was big on customer service and he taught me a thing or 2 about this year model. Highly recommend above their competitors

One of the worst experiences with a mechanic in our lives. Two mechanics told us we needed a VCT solenoid $550-$750 repair. So then They did a 20 minute inspection and told us we needed a $6000 engine rebuild. Then offer to buy the truck off of us for $500. They didn’t even run a inspection or diagnostic they went on what we had already told them. Because they didn’t have a single shred of proof?!?!?Scamming in its finest form.Do not bring your vehicle here unless you want to be taken advantage of and lose all of your money!!Lady at the front counter ”Jennifer” had no proof of any work or inspection done as well as their two so-called mechanics.

A place to AVOID. Timing chain snapped in front of this shop. Agreed to a great repair price only when I was told the car was ready it was not.The man insisted that now it was this. If I go buy the part he would install free . I returned with the part and it was installed that did not change anything but more money from my shallow pocket. Insisting to me if it is wrong I will fixthe problem. Took auto to shop I had used years was told it was off enough I may be damaging the engine. The most reliable auto is taken out by my choice of convenience and saving money only to spend more and more LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR CAR REPAIR AND YOUR OWN PIECE of MIND

Initially had a small issue after they did my brakes, but they were so nice to correct it without any problems. Now I’m riding smoothly and having old ladies clutch the pearls! Thank you so much 😊❤️

I successfully changed my oil and performed brake maintenance. Under the new management, the service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable.

I went there to do my alignment, the guy was working in my car spent over 30 minutes just to connect it to alignment machine, then worked 10 minutes and the car is good now, he charged me $100 even the sign was saying $49.99 for alignment!! I went to try it the car was worst than before i went back he put it again in the machine then after 5 minutes he said the car is good now I went to try it again still no change, when I went back the started to talk nasty to me, and said you have another problem in your car!! The owner name is Daniel, I don’t recommend any one to go there, waste of time and waste of money.

Go somewhere else , I ended up having to spend more $ to correct the problem, I paid them to correct !

The owner replied to my review saying to contact them directly when I literally said the number in here doesnt work, it goes straight to voice-mail each time. I came to get my brakes changed and turns out they put the holes on backwards and now theres a squeaky noise coming from underneath. So how do I contact you all to resolve this matter

Imagine people who don’t.Call around everyone does real deal computer alignments with the proper adjustments for $60-$100 somewhere around there.Shops a rip-off taking advantage of people.

Brought my BMW here to replace the motor. Jose worked on it the whole time. Jose was extremely through thru the whole process. We had to replace a bunch of parts but he was honest about the need to replace since the motor was out of the car. The owner of the shop was awesome as well. I recommend them to all looking for good work and honesty.

I came here to get my inspection, quick prompt service, I was out within 15 minutes.

Stay away from this place. They do 1/2 the work good. Took car for alignment. Steering wheel was off center. I was told that was extra to fix. What a bunch of lies. That is PART! Of front end alignment. They wanted extra $50 to fix it. I declined it of course. They will rip you off!! Be careful..

Took my bmw here to replace motor. They were able to replace the motor and did an excellent job. Jose was the only person working on my car. He replaced all necessary parts with my permission. He made sure everything was in order. The owner of the shop was excellent as well. Will definitely be referring others here and will be taking my cars here as well.

Installed tires with out balancing didnt tell me after they install the tire that their machine wasnt working dont come here last time for me.

Its nice to find a place that cares about customers not just making money, thank MO for the help.

Went to get an alignment since I was getting new tires; they said they had to replace the control arms... $800 later when I pick up my car wont drive straight; went back and they insisted it must be engine/transmission mounts and charged another $700 to replace mounts that werent the issue. They called me a liar and said it already had that problem. Day 3 they figured out that they installed defective control arms and finally fixed it. Offered me an oil change after ripping me off for $1500 in work to get an alignment?!? Dont go there. They dont test drive or diagnose; they like to run up a bill replacing everything. Their quality is dubious.

When my lower control arm needed repair they were fast to fix it, maybe too fast? The mechanic negligently left the nut loose and as a result the bolt had backed itself half way out. When i returned with the issue i was shocked to find out they would not fix the issue and wanted 80% of the original cost. pray that your auto repair doesnt have issues when you go here, they will not fix their mistakes.***Update took car to another local shop and they fixed the bolt for me for $40. Took all of 10 minutes.

When someone wants to write a bad review it is amazing the lengths they will go to to lie.... Michael Miller was not even a customer at our shop; we NEVER offered to buy the truck from him. He was simply here to pick up the truck for his brother who apologized to us for his brother behavior after we had to call the cops on him for non-payment. His brother came to resolve the issue without cops but Michael did not allow. In the end the diagnostic fee was paid and the brother apologized>>>>

Claimed their print wasnt working so she wrote out information. I supplied my own parts and she still overcharged me for labor. Told me theyd call when they finished alignment, after 3 hours I just went back. My truck was just sitting in another bay

Stay away from these crooks, theyre not mechanic but professional scam artists, they put a big sign alignment for $29.99 as bait, when you bring your car in theyll tell you that you will need 4 crews for $35 each so the cost for alignment will be$180, I know right away they are trying to scam me because my car dont need any screws to align, if you dont want to pay $180 for the alignment theyll charge you $25 for looking at the car, I asked them about the $29.99 sign and they said it for basic alignment, I told them that all I want and they pretend to turn a few screws on one wheel thats it, the problem is its not even the wheel that needs to be aligned, they didnt even check the alignment machine after they pretend to turned a few screws so I know they didnt align anything, only a real crook can do wheel alignment without using alignment machine. Its a shame that these crooks are still in business and all they do are just scamming innocent people.

A punch of conman trick innocent people to take their money is the main bussiness here, they told me my car was unsafe to drive and charge me over a thousand dollar to fix it, I took the car home after they repaired it and notice the car does not run any better, with my friends advice I took it to another shop for a second opinion and they confirm my worth fear, this shop did not replace any parts that they said they did, they just clean it up so basically they charged me over thousand dollar for a clean up job.

I do not recommend this shop. Save your money and go somewhere else. My husband took his truck in for an alignment after adding a lift kit, believing it was necessary. However, when he left the shop, the truck started pulling to one side, which had not been an issue before.I returned to the shop, and the technician claimed that my husbands truck had been in a crash before, and that was the reason it was pulling to the side. This was not true, as we had thoroughly checked the trucks records when we purchased it.Due to their poor service, my husband lost $80; they even overcharged him. Their first quote was $60, but they charged him more than that. Be very careful with the Arab, he is a rat for a 250 alignment, because he had to change some parts and when I told him that I was going to another place, he got angry and said 200 dollars and said no. Afterwards he told me that 100 dollars would be fine. He is very thief ⚠️🚫

I took my truck in because the Check engine light came on, the Arab manager told me that he didnt work for free, that if he ran the diagnosis it was because he was going to repair it there, I told him yes because it was the last day to do my inspection and he ended up giving me a quote of almost $3,000 USD to fix the catalytic converter to scare me, obviously I said no because it was too much and he charged me $75 USD for the quote. That guy is a thief.

If I could give it 0 stars I wouldYesterday I took my truck for an oil change and there were only 2 young guys working who obviously have no experience.The person who changed my oil did not tighten the filter very well, just by hand, and did it all reluctantly.I really dont recommend them 👎👎👎👎👎👎

The worst service I have ever received 😡 a Mexican man cheated on me for some shock absorbers and brake discs, he took 2000 dollars from me scrubbing the same breed, I consulted with another workshop and I even decided to sue them
