Highly Recommend. Im 42 and have used many AC repair companies in my life. Tiger Air is by far my new favorite.-Service was very quick(next day) and on time.-Byron was extremely professional, checked everything out, and was able to fix our AC issue quickly. Very honest and transparent service.-Also, they never tried to push anything else on us like most companies do.Give them a try!

We had Byron out today for our first tune up/bi annual check on our two units and he was fantastic. Very friendly and spent quality time checking things for us and making sure our filters were changed and good to go. Happy customer!!

Tiger installed our new heat pump/furnace for us. They were helpful and professional from start-to-finish. Then once they had it all installed and started it up, an electronic board on one of the brand new pieces of equipment turned out to be bad, but they went far above and beyond to get a new part and get it swapped out right away, and this was end of business hours on a Friday. They made calls, made trips, and stayed late to get it all up and running. Excellent service in every possible way. I’m so glad we went with Tiger!!

Highly, highly recommend Tiger Air! I have used many other AC repair companies in Dallas, and Tiger Air is by far the best. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and always do great work. I have used them twice already and plan to use them again.Tiger Air also goes out of their way to ensure good customer service, which I really appreciate. My AC went out on a late Sunday afternoon and I had dinner plans that night that I could not miss. Tiger Air offered to come out at 9:00 p.m. on Sunday evening, after my dinner, and had my AC up and running again within 30 minutes!

I’ve had heating problems in my house for over a year. In literally 1 single hour the gentleman at Tiger Air not only fully fixed my heater, but I’ve never had this much hot air in my house or really ever. We went from mid 60s to 80 degrees shortly after they left. These guys are the real deal and I can’t recommend them enough!

Once again, Mo is the man! Just today three more trips to the house seven hours later and we’re almost done. I can’t believe the patience he has and such a smart and kind man. I will send all my friends and family to Tiger Air moving forward.

We had multiple quotes from different companies, and JW was the only person who actually took the time to properly size our system and duct work. On install day, we had a couple of mixups with some wrong parts being delivered, but they were quickly sorted out. The install crew did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. They worked quickly, but didnt appear to be rushing. Were very happy with our Daikin Fit system and the service Tiger Air provides.

Communication was a little difficult with the guys who were moving ducts for us, but Google translate helped us get on the same page. They did leave a small mess for me to clean up - so that could be better. We still will likely use them again if needed.

I was so worried my whole hvac system needed replacing but tiger air was able to fix it for just $250. I literally left a key under the mat while i was at work- thats how much I trust these guys!

Moshe from Tiger Air was awesome! Turns out the only reason I didn’t have heat was because of a broken wire leading to the thermostat! Talk about feelin’ stupid, however, Moshe explained the rarity of the circumstance and checked the remaining wires at the thermostat and went on his way. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Tiger Air!

Both technicians were excellent. They arrived promptly following a courtesy phone call. They immediately discovered, and quickly resolved our issue. Upon completion, they generously offered, and quickly replaced our filters at no additional cost when noticing the need. Tiger always sends out someone quickly and expediently, even on Sunday! The technicians are polite, thorough, get the job done quickly and well. The recent one saved me a lot of money finding that a wire was loose rather than having to change the mother board of my heater. Theyre great!

Just had Tiger Air come out and service my units. They were prompt and professional and the technician was incredibly nice. He took the time to listen to my potential concerns and develop his plan of maintenance. At the end of the visit he spent extra time ensuring I understood his findings and that all of the maintenance needs were met. Would highly recommend!

We moved into a new build two years ago it was time to find a regular HVAC partner to do Spring and Fall checkups. Our real estate agent recommended Tiger Air and they were very helpful in setting an appointment. The technician who performed the checkup service on time, very polite, and put the attic stairs back in place. The price was very competitive and reasonable.

I had a terrible experience with Tiger Air. The staff was incredibly rude, and it took their head technician DAYS to get back to me. When they finally did, they charged me an outrageous amount for the work. The lack of professionalism and respect was shocking. I won’t be using their services again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Eli and his team were great to work with. Out of 7 contractors I had give bids, he was the only one that took the time to truly figure out what was wrong and never once tried to upsell me. Since my old AC had gone out 3 times before, was 21 yrs old, and on the old R22 freon, I decided to replace it. Eli was not only much cheaper than every other contractor, he also gave me a range of options and guided me the whole way. I even researched everything myself and realized he was spot on with every piece of guidance he gave me.The very next day he was here in the morning of a sweltering day to replace the AC and did a great job. I will 100% use him for any and all HVAC needs. He even does other construction/remodel projects that I plan on using him for.In another instance, I had Rescue Air break my furnace the coldest night of the year then tried to sell me a furnace that was 2x what it should have cost. I called Tiger Air and they replaced my old furnace the very next day for 1/2 the price. Tiger Air is the best!Thanks Eli and the entire Tiger Air team!

Our third and final unit kicked the bucket last Friday. We scrambled to get a few estimates and they were all super depressing- came out, took a cursory glance in the direction of our unit and gave us a whopper of a quote. As I was Googling dark web and how to sell a kidney, my brother recommended Tiger Air. JW came out on Sunday(!) and spent an hour and a half going through our set up. I was expecting another large quote but they came in 25 and 40% lower than the others for the same equipment but also duct work(the others left that out). Fast forward to Tuesday, the crew shows up promptly at 8, works hard all day and we have cold AC by 4! The owner was on site early to make sure all was well and JW showed up later to walk the site and ensure we were satisfied! While not eager to buy another AC unit, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Tiger!!

Addendum1:(6/2/2024) Had an issue with my system this weekend and the Technician (Mendy) texted prior to arrival, arrived on time, checked my system and cleared my issues in rapid order. I am extremely pleased with the service and want to find out if they have service contracts to make sure my system lasts as long as possible with the right TLC that I think they have been providing.Byron (technician), texted before his arrival, was professional in all our interaction, provided the services expected and then some and charged the agreed upon pricing that was set up in advance. This is my new go to provider as my last person retired and got out of the business after working with me for over 20 years. I hope this will be a 20 year relationship also!

Mendy is absolutely amazing!!! He saved us lots of time and money by doing a REAL diagnosis of the issue we had with our heater when two other companies couldn’t figure it out or were trying to wildly overcharge us. I’m so happy I called Tiger and we will only go to them from now on. Also Shelby and Jack over the phone were so so nice and helpful. I couldn’t be more grateful!!

Once again, Tiger Air went above and beyond. Over the weekend, we saw a leak on our ceiling. It turns out it was an issue with the air conditioner. Tiger Air tech was communicative and pleasant and fixed the problem completely. My bill was very reasonable considering all the work involved.

We had our little ‘98 a/c unit give up on blowing cool air yesterday — so I decided to call up one of the best reviewed companies I could find after a quick google search. Needless to say, I made the best choice I could’ve made.We know it’s important to replace/update our system considering its age, but since we’re so close to finally being in “cooler” temps, I hoped that our little ‘98 could still push through the rest of this heat.Elli (I may be misspelling his name) was the tech that showed up for us — and our little ‘98’s saving grace. His arrival, his diagnosis of the problem, and him getting our little ‘98 to blow cool air again; all took literally less than 30 minutes it felt like. I had them come out and evaluate my condenser for my upstairs unit. They were able to identify that it was grounded. Like all companies they could identify the root problem but the solution is always the same. Not with Tiger Air & Heating. I had multiple companies come out and give me the same solution which was replace my whole entire unit. I was shocked that they would suggest that since I have experience as an applications engineer for an HVAC company charging me 2-3 times the amount of an actual condenser with labor. With Tiger Air and Heating they were completely different. They were knowledgeable with the questions I threw at them and were honest about pricing. With the end verdict, theyre a good company with great rates and customer service. Dont waste your time with the bigger companies. Tiger Air and Heating should be your choice, I promise you wont regret it! Thank you again!

I have used Elite for several years at multiple houses. I’ve had them at my house at 8am and 2am & every time in between. Recently had a coil leak that was going to cost me almost 3K. Even with that large repair they didn’t try to talk me into a new system, but I was interested anyway. After getting quotes elsewhere to compare, Elite was still the best overall value. Everyone needs to make money, but there is a way to make money & Elite always chooses the honest route. I wouldn’t let anyone else do my work at this point. A special shout out to Mo who arranged for my system to be charged up at no cost to run during a 90 degree day until they could do the install the next day. He knew I had small kids & did what he could to make it happen for me. If you have to spend a lot on a repair you weren’t expecting, you at least want to know you’re not getting screwed. Thanks again guys & hopefully I don’t see you for a while, even though it’s always a good time!

Elite Air has the experience and professionalism to really please.I had a large office AC & Heat blower system that had the main board burned out. Most companies told me I had to replace the whole machine, but Eli came in and spent the time to find a replacement control board & reconnect every wire and confirm it all worked properly.It’s still running smoothly almost 3 years later.I recommend them highly.

Because I got the itemized invoice only an hour before they showed up to do the work I could only get one other estimate. That estimate was considerably lower and when I asked David, the salesman, to honor his price matching verbal guarantee he only gave me a minor discount so as not to eat into their considerable profit. Short story, they are pricey. But everything works, so theres that.

During the severe winter storm in TX our home lost power. Once power came back on it appeared that one of our furnaces broke as only one side of our house was able to get warm. We called Elite Air and Heating. Eli came over and at first thought that our new unit needed a new control board. After further investigation, he realized that there in fact wasnt anything wrong with our original (and very old) control board but rather a piece on our original control board was frozen and just needed to be warmed up. Due to his honesty, he saved us hundreds of dollars. We wouldnt have known the difference either way and we are so grateful that Elite Air and Heating didnt take advantage of our ignorance. Eli from Elite Air and Heating is going to be my go-to HVAC company and the company I will recommend to me friends. Thank you Elite Air and Heating for your honesty and professionalism.

Not afraid to do a much cheaper repair rather than an expensive replace that all the BigCo HVAC companies insist on doing. Everything to them is replace, not repair. With the two other companies I called, I was dealing with a farmed out call center that had no knowledge of how an HVAC system works, and did not give a credit to the repair for the service call, and the wait was four days each. I doubt they even knew the techs, and were just a marketing plan for HVAC guys who get calls from the central place like a taxi. With Elite you are dealing with the owner, and he knows his stuff. He was willing to work on a creative solution around the problem with us, rather than take the easy way out and swap for a new expensive machine. Would definitely use again.

Company 1 had a complete miss-diagnosis of the issue at hand.They diagnosed the issue to be leaking coils and low freeon when the real problem was the thermostat. They somehow didnt check the other possible causes of the the issue which led to a misdiagnosis. They proposed solution of replacing the entire AC. Eli was my 2nd opinion.Eli came and was very through. He verified the condenser was not running. He went on to check power and told me the power was not there. He checked the pressure; he said the pressure seemed fine. He then went to the attic and said the attic fan was not running. He said he thinks its the thermostat/controller OR the attic unit was somehow not sending out power. So he first checked the thermostat which turned out to be the real issue. He tested it out with another known thermostat from his truck and confirmed everything worked.Saved me a significant cost.
