SCAM!!!>RUN!!!I made the mistake of giving them my business repairing rotors and brakes. I left with my brakes even worse and damaged shocks. The fact that people still operate business this way to survive is very telling on the lack of competence. Someone was chasing a quick dollar and ruined opportunity of returned business. Good riddance!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the experience my family had. Unfortunately, their treatment was unacceptable, and no one should have to endure such service. During their visit, my family faced significant delays without any communication from the staff. When they finally received assistance, the representative was not only unhelpful but also dismissive of their concerns. This level of service is simply unacceptable and reflects poorly on the companys commitment to customer care.

Great customer service and fast!Adam was extremely helpful.Came in because my battery was dying. It only took 5 minutes for them to change the battery. In and out! Safe place for the girls to come.Thank you!

I went in for brake service and was very satisfied with the labor cost and efficiency of the repair. I was able get the both front brake pads and the rear brake shoes replaced $210. I will be going back, thank you guys, good work.

Been meaning to post this review for couple of weeks now. The workers were polite when I walked in and was able to take care of my needs right away. The service was fast and they have great prices.

Best service , Ahmed got me in and out . Quoted a price I couldn’t refuse. My wife car is back to normal after a dangerous low pedal . Found out the caliper was broken ; they made my life easier by giving it their all. You’d think they were working on a SRT OR AMG the way they hustled to make sure my brakes got finished the right way. I recommend my whole family and friend group here

Do Not Trust This Business – Unprofessional and Poor ServiceI paid in full for a service, but after a few days, the issue remained unresolved. When I contacted the business, I was told to wait before bringing it back, despite having already paid in full. To make matters worse, they suggested I dispute the charge with my bank instead of addressing the issue directly. This place is unprofessional, with untrained workers. I highly recommend avoiding this business and taking your money elsewhere.

My experience was far from satisfactory. The workers seemed untrained and lacked the professionalism expected in this industry. There was a noticeable lack of basic knowledge and customer service, which made the entire experience frustrating and disappointing. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this business to others, and I personally will not be returning. If youre considering using their services, I would urge you to be cautious and explore other options.

This place is the go to for mechanic shops in dallas for me. They always know exactly what Im talking about about even though I know nothing about cars and am usually just describing things. Adam is so nice never makes me feel stupid(have had that experience with mechanics before) and there prices are reasonable in my opinion.

These guys are so professional and straightforward . You guys are way better than going to the dealership . I got my brakes done and came back a second time to find out where the coolant leak was and have my A/C looked at and only took them an hour . I’m your guys new customer now 🙌🏾

I had a terrible experience at this tire shop. I’m genuinely surprised to see so many positive reviews because my encounter was far from professional. From start to finish, the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in providing good service. I wish I had the kind of experience others seem to have had, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case for me. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company, as they were highly unprofessional throughout the process.

I went to get an engine diagnostic and they actually checked my ENTIRE car. Not only the engine, but also my suspension and ac which had been out for the 10 months Ive owned the car. They told me it was the blower motor resistor (sensor) and I could find it anywhere. Bought one from Autozone and they popped it in in less than 15 minutes.My ac is working now and perfectly cool. I will be letting them replace my lower control arm next. Fast, knowledgable, professional staff.

I was recommended by my sister Sharmaine. She said they was nice and fast and she wasn’t lying. They gained a happy customer!

I went in for a wheel alignment, just for the front tires $60, once the guy put the car on the ramp, checked alignment he said my camber needs to be adjusted, he said it was going to be $185 total with the alignment. I told him that I had already installed the camber bolts a while back and he said they could have moved for hitting pot holes and deep bumps on the road. I told him never mind that I was not going to get a alignment, he wanted to charge me $25 just for the diagnostic of the alignment but I only gave him $20. I felt $125 was too much just to adjust the camber bolts that were already on my car, and on top of the $60 for the alignment, I left very disappointed because I saw all the great reviews. I took a picture of the computer with the alignment diagnostic results.

My experience up here is wonderful they are so patient and understanding and Ahmad has the best customer service and my car was fix in no time!

I bought my tires online and had them to balance and mount them. Reasonably priced and great service.

Use to be one my favorite places to go and recommend to others but all that change recently. Went in there to buy multiple used tires. Ive done business with them before recently month or 2 ago for same problem. So how do you increase price in less then that time period? Im return customer. Try insult me with new customer treatment after all business I have done with them. First head mechanic or spoke person had lazy attitude and approach me with no concern . Finally acknowledged me after going to their car and taking smoke . When he did, ask me with attitude what you want done? Like wow didnt she got who was getting free tire pressure any of that dont give a car attitude. Then insult me with the increased price on spot knowing the last time price was lower. Dont know what tread count mean. Huh ? You work in field how long not know something like that? Only positive was guy who brought me tire with his positive attitude. Try put money in my local area businesses but not this one anymore. I add $10 or $15 dollars else were , I could buy new tires for new prices of used. Look forward to see what excuse the reply be.Update: Feb 6 2025I do not know who you guys are confusing me but that sure isnt me that a promise. When I went in, you guys just open no one was there. Wrong customer direct that energy some where else. I came in to buy a use tire no repair. I wouldnt waste money to repair a tire that was balding. So Im clueless on person yoy confused me with. No matter where I go I always greet. Even when person has cigarette lid trying conduct business with me. I bought two tires from you guys first was $40 few weeks later I returned. You up the price didnt even greet me just threw out tire. First tire I purchase you ran scam. I had threads tested at Walmart . It was 4 on tire threads and I personally tested it. My old tire clock in at 6 threads. So why are you selling used tires at that price that wont last long? You found tires on side road and trying make a profit . When you sell use tire that almost the price of new ones, you expect 7 or 8 minimum 6 threads. Selling tires with 4 count is plain ugly on your end. Ill make sure take my business to a more professional play that doesnt make up tall tales so their reviews cant be fabricated . If you in wrong man up to it dont make excuses. Lord bless your business and devil step behind me.

Love this place very affordable and honest, I come here for a majority of issues with my car.

I bought a tire and within 24 hours it was flat. I went back and had the tire replaced. Less than 24 hours later it was flat again. I took it too a different shop and they said the tire was no good. They sold me a bad tire not once but twice within 48 hours. Buyer beware, they are under new management and they are shady and suspect. It is a dangerous and fraudulent service.

Went here on whim last night a little after 6pm. The Chevy dealership had my truck for a whole week for a noise it was making. Charged me $400 and when I made it halfway home the noise was there again. Stopped at Texas Tires and Auto and they were so nice!!! The gentleman got in the car and we rode and heard the noise. They put the truck on the lift and in 10 minutes and $40 had it fixed!! It was a piece hanging loose on the muffler. Next time I know to come here first!!!

Had my 2013 Dodge Charger towed to this shop after my car was down for 6 days, car wouldn’t start at all, I thought my car was dead.. had a check engine light on for years… these men brought my car back to life in just a couple hours.. very fast service & now my car is running like new! No check engine lights at all.. highly recommend this shop, especially for Mopars.. they know what they’re doing!!!

I couldnt have been happier with the service here. I blew a tire on I45. After a week of vacation, I was ready to be home, so driving on my spare wasnt an option. Lucky for me, this shop was about 6 minutes away. I pulled in and I was immediately offered services. Everyone was nothing short of amazing. They even knew *exactly* how to talk me through the TPMS calibration on my vehicle. Friendly. Fast. Professional. AND they didnt bother charging me the arm and half a leg I was prepared to pay to get myself home! I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone in the area needing a tire or a whole set!

Beware they will sell you some faulty used tires. I purchase 3 used tires from them. Not even two weeks later I had to replace one of the tires and today I have to replace a second tire because its about to bust. I know that used tires shouldnt last forever but they should last for more than three weeks before you have to replace.
