Quality 1 recently installed two exterior and interior units for us. From the initial contact though install, we found theirs to be a transparent and professional experience. From providing multiple system/budget options to responsive install scheduling, it was a smooth process end to end. With one old unit completely down, Q1 even lined up a short-term portable A/C unit for us – much appreciated.We’d highly recommend Quality 1 if you’re in the market for a Trane system.

The team diagnosed the problem. But due to the system age a complete replacement was required and most efficient. The team showed up on time the day of install, clean, tested, unit AC, heat and thermostat. Lucky we got 27 years out of unit

Michael of Quality 1 was superb. My HVAC unit was leaking inside my house and within minutes after arriving he quickly identified the cause. Not only that he took the time and explained on how to properly clean the inside coil without damaging the unit and what non-abrasive solutions and ratios to use. He is down to earth and listens to the customer. A true asset to the HVAC service industry.

Don’t use Quality 1. Ordered a new commercial roof top unit for a tenant in my building from Quality 1. Two hours waiting for the unit to arrive. 4 hours trying to install it but never got it to work. What a circus! Blamed the electrical in the building for it not working. I confirmed by professional electrician that it was not the building/ breaker. Quality 1 refused to come back so I called United Mechanical and after correcting several shotty installation work from Quality 1 , the unit is running smoothly. Call United Mechanical!

They installed a mini split system and helped with issues with my main unit as well. Great service and communication. Very friendly and well priced. 100% recommend.

Excellent customer experience with Quality 1 from system design, to a competitive estimate, to a quality install, and now ongoing service and support for our Trane home HVAC. We spoke with a number of companies & Dealers and chose Quality 1, we are very satisfied.

I recommend Quality 1 Energy Systems Heating and Air Conditioning. We just recently had a new Trane 2 stage AC and gas Furnace installed (around $13,000). The installation was good, but the crew left some trash and the concrete base was also not disposed of. Also, we had to have them come twice in a month to fix a drainage issue. However, they did not charge us and they had someone come out the same day we called. In all, I am very happy with the new system and appreciate the speed of installation and responding to a drainage issue.

After having constant trouble with an AC company that my landlord was using for over a year, I reached out to Quality 1 for help, and the service they provided was top notch. They responded quickly to all of my calls and emails, and they made it out to my house quickly (same day) to inspect the issue and fix it promptly. They were incredibly professional and efficient. Zach was extremely helpful through the entire process. Would highly recommend!

I know White Rabbit Properties below and they are selective. I have to second in that Zach is absolutely great! He was polite, professional, and determined to help the customer. He gave me the best pricing and I would have used the company if I had received the information a little sooner. High quality Service. Even though we called on a Friday morning about 930am on a super hot triple digit day, this Company gave us a appointment. The Service technician showed up at early. He let us know he was on his way and later when he arrived by text. He was very polite and professional. He told us what was wrong. When given an okay to go ahead repair, he pulled out his 30ft ladder and went to work. He was done in about 35 minutes. The bill was very reasonable. We will definitely keep him on our speed dial for the future.

Quality 1 Energy did a great job of replacing our 3 HVAC systems that were 20 years old. Upon initial contact, the salesperson showed up on time to build a quote and presented us with multiple options. Once we finalized the systems and price, the installation was mostly completed over a couple of days, and they were careful in cleaning up the work areas well. There was also good after sale follow ups and support. I would highly recommend Zak, Hussein and the team.

Prompt service - very knowledgeable about AC unit.Final repairs were completed before estimated time of completion, as parts had to be ordered.

I worked with Zak to schedule an appointment for both an estimate and repair. The tech who arrived was knowledgeable and most importantly honest. I had received a quote already from the larger HVAC maintenance companies in the DFW area, so I was interested to see if Quality 1 came to the same conclusion on what needed to be done for my system. Quality 1 pointed out the same issues as the others, but the difference was they provided an honest and cost-friendly solution. They could have over-exaggerated the issues like the other HVAC company, but instead they provided an honest opinion. I ended up saving around ~$200 because of their honesty. I will continue to use Quality 1 for all routine maintenance and eventually a new unit and installation because they do whats best for the customer.

The technicians who came out to my business were fantastic! They were very professional. I told them what I believed the issue was and they came back and let me know that I was spot on. As a business owner, I calculated what I believed the repair would cost and was flabbergasted by their quote. The part was marked up over 1000%! If it were not as miserable in the building as it was, I would have gone and bought an extension ladder and the part to replace it myself, but, I had customers in and out of the waiting room and didnt want them uncomfortable. If I bought a new 22 ladder and the part, it still would have been less than their part price. I still cannot wrap my head around that sort of mark up, I understand making a profit and rarely question another companys pricing, however, 1000% is disturbing. If it were not for their great techs, I definitely would have given 1 star.

I had two AC techs from other companies tell me I need a total system replacement. A tech from Quality 1 came out, and I described the same problem to him. He gave me a $300 option to extend the life of my unit. There’s no guarantee how long the solution will last, but anything that delays me having to buy a whole new system is worth it! For the record, I had mentioned this workaround to another technician (because I read about it in my own research) and he told me it wouldn’t work! So glad I called Quality 1 and got an honest tech!

I have never had a problem with Quality 1 Energy Systems, and my most recent experience was no different. I use them for both my personal residence as well as for the commercial buildings that I manage. I have used them for new installations and service calls. I have also personally recommended their services to other commercial property owners, who have relayed to me that the great work and customer service was extended by Quality 1 to those owners.

The most honest company I have ever dealt with. They replace the AC unit on my house three months ago and it is working GREAT.The price was excellent....I called them for my Dads house and they fixed for little to nothing.Other companies wanted $$$$$ to replace.I highly recommend them.Remember Honesty is rare nowadays :)

Its been almost a month after Quality 1 who is a Trane dealer to replace our 20+ year old Trane AC/Heating system that stopped working a couple of months ago. I called yesterday afternoon because my AC at my office stopped working. The lady who answered the phone was nice and professional. She scheduled my appointment for this morning. The tech was on time for the appointment. Saad was extremely friendly and professional. This will definitely be my go to for AC service and repair on the future.

I contacted Q1ES to check on my AC system in the summer of 2017 as it was not working efficiently. I was told that there was not a problem and that I just needed to change the air filter. The next day the unit started making a loud banging noise. I called them back out to investigate and the same technician found a large piece of foam that had been dislodged by his prior investigation and found it’s way stuck in the motor. The foam piece was removed and I was charged another service fee. Several weeks later the unit stopped cooling completely. I had a different company come out to investigate and they found that my unit was completely empty of Freon due to a leak. At the initial investigation by Q1ES we specifically asked about the Freon level and were told it was fine. I find it hard to believe that the cooling problems we experienced just a few weeks earlier were unrelated. Ultimately the other company repaired the problem and now my unit works flawlessly. I am very dissapointed in the service that Q1ES provided and I can’t recommend them to anyone. Not only did they not fix my unit, but they made it worse and charged me an additional fee to fix the problem they caused during their first visit.

Quality 1 is a solid mechanical contractor who is resourceful beyond their means and always exceeds my expectations. It is refreshing to work with a trade partner who does what they say and says what they do. I am looking forward to the next opportunity to work together.

They did excellent job, professional, very quick install the outside unit with new concrete pad and new cupper line, all the duct work with new furnace and coil in one day, the Trane display is very attractive connected with WiFi allows us to control the unit form the phone. reasonable price I got bunch of quotes from Home Depot and Costco and more this was the best price. Its been 7 months the Heating system and the AC are excellent . All my Heating and AC service is done by them. when you call, they respond fast, come on time, very professional solve the problem within 15 minutes. I know this company since 2008.Highly recommended

I purchased an older home last year with the intention of updating the 20yr old HVAC system. After the historical Texas cold snap, I decided to pull the trigger on replacement before the 100 degree summer days hit. Basem quickly responded, gathered the necessary information and made a baseline quote for me to compare to the other companies I was checking with. The quote was transparent and competitive, with zero pressure to upsell, so I scheduled a time for him to come out and verify that no additional work would need to be performed and finalize the deal. Throughout the experience, he was extremely responsive to calls and emails and consistently followed-up and put items we discussed into writing via email for future reference. A short time later his crew completed the install quickly and professionally, and even came out on a Sunday! I am pleased with the professionalism of Basem, the install crew, and as a result, Q1ES overall. The new system is humming along great, and should any unforeseen issues arise, Im confident that between the equipment manufacturer (Trane) and installer we will be taken care of.

Called in to get my system checked out. I know it was an older unit when buying the house. They came and checked it out and surprisingly they told me my unit was not worth changing right away. Its a but smaller Ton wise for my house but its working for me with no issues so it would be a waste to get a new on now to save a few bucks a year on a more efficient unit. Definitely kept their card and when its time to get a new u lnit I know who to call. Instead of trying to get money out of me they got my respect and future business.

Great as I first began using Q1 when I moved to Dallas in 2011. I hired another company previously who was unable to repair my AC and called Q1. They came in and found that my thermostat was bad. Since then, I didnt bother going with anyone else. I am sure there are many other low cost AC companies but 1 mistake and I end up paying more and have to go through multiple repairs. Since then I have had Q1 service and replace my unit!

They are the first company I feel is honest and does not come up with things wrong with my air conditioning and heating systems that are not true. When something is wrong they explain it to me, explain the costs and get it fixed in a timely manner. There office staff, Zac is also very professional and responsive.
