Definitely glad I called OTR Fleet Services in Dallas for my broken truck on the road side to get fixed. Their experienced and great customer service helped me to get back on the road at a great price. Highly RECOMMENDED for any service on your truck or trailer.

Overall great service. Jason, the shop service manager helped me out and unlike most mechanics was very knowledgeable and actually proved me wrong and still helped me out in an issue I’ve had on my truck. If you’re in Dallas area this is the shop to go to. Only downside is they they’re a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I’d rather spend extra money on good labor vs. going cheap and paying more down the road.

My company truck had a sudden DEF problem they sent out a mobile tech by the name of Jason. He figured it out in minutes took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what it would need to be repaired. He got the parts needed and fixed the problem even walked me through what he did not that I understood much. Id highly recommend these guys they know what theyre doing

You know Im not sure if there is going to be enough characters allowed to say all the wonderful things that I experience with this company, so I’ll trying to keep it short.This was my first time doing business with this company for a major repair and they had my truck for 7 months and I got a chance to get to know these good people here at OTR. So, youre probably thinking 7 months? Yes 7 months, lets just say there were some unforeseen circumstances that was out of their control, supply chain issues are real.Ive been an owner operator for 20 years and Ive never had a company like this to take care of me with such attentiveness and transparency I mean just stellar customer service and workmanship. Its hard to find that these days.I like to thank Meredith, Grimm, Dustin, Crystal, Vincent, if there were ever angels walking amongst us, Ive met a few over there at OTR Fleet Service. I just simply cannot say enough good things about this company, I wish I could leave 10 stars. Try them for yourself I promise you youll be absolutely satisfied with the level of service.Theyre like Allstate, you will certainly be in good hands I can promise you that.

OTR is awesome. They are thorough and worked hard to get my husband’s truck back on the road. They do inspections and truck repairs for your company. This was my second visit and I will be back to this Dallas location. Jill and Meredith are amazing. They are pleasant and knowledgeable about any situation thrown their way to get it taken care of properly. Anthony was the inspector. He was nice, skilled and worked hard to get the job done in a timely fashion. I totally recommend this place hands down.

Youll be hard pressed to find a better crew (Jillian, Gary, Anthony and Isaiah) to take care of you. This team went above and beyond the normal workday to finish the job. I will definitely be back for the awesome service and great price. We had an oil leak that needed to be fixed right away. Jason went above and beyond, getting us back on the road quickly. Michelle went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We will definitely be back and would recommend them to others.

I am a loyal customer of OTR of Houston. They are the best. But in this rare trip I had some issues away from home.So I had to find another OTR. I DID. OTR Of Dallas. They are actually in Forney.And I must say, They went above and beyond the call of duty.It has been a battle with getting the parts for my truck.So as a otr driver you are well acquaint with sleeping in your truck.Just to make this short. OTR of Dallas was not okay with that ideal. Would you know it. They placed me in a hotel. Holiday Inn Express. New Great Clean Spacious room.WOW I GOT A NEW AWAY FROM HOME MECHANIC SHOP FOR MY BABY WHEN SHE NEEDS FIXING.THANKS OTR DALLAS/ FORNEY

Grade A! Jillian and Donri were the main people assisting me and they were both GREAT! The staff as a whole was great and it has a family type feel in the workplace which is a great environment to be serviced inn! I will be back for all my truck service needs.

Jasun Foster always takes care of the Airgas fleet. First class to work with. Great at accommodating and explaining. Completes work in a timely fashion. 👌🏼

I started using this facility fairly recently, but my experiences keep bringing me back enthusiastically. Everyone is nice as can be, starting with Michael, and the work has been done well and professionally. Further, the pricing seems to be as reasonable as can be found these days. This is quickly becoming my go-to facility for an increasing assortment of work. I recommend it! Just had some more work done there; this time about a nasty electrical issue that was not obvious, not easy to nail down just where the problem was. But, Im convinced the technician, Jeremiah, found and fixed the problem! NOT a small thing! As mentioned above, this is now my go-to choice for just about everything, including, recently, an air leak, drive-shaft seal leak, and AC work. Their overall attitude is heart-warming.

As a small fleet owner, I always dread having to seek out help when Im experiencing a problem on the road. Michele, Jeremiah, Dustin and Keenan at OTR restored my faith with their above-and-beyond customer service. Giving me a diagnostic for my coolant leak on a Saturday?! Amazing! They told me what I needed to do to keep going to deliver to Portland and even provided parts numbers and good shops along my route that could do the work on my schedule. Very reasonable charge for the wonderful service provided. If youre in Dallas on the 20, dont waste your time on the other 10 bigger names around there. Call Michele and see if she can work you in. I bet she can, right girl?

First time at OTR! My experience with Michelle was phenomenal! She was great from beginning to end, she was super kind and understanding. She literally stayed about a half hour after her shift was over just to wait on me and be able to pickup my truck. She really did go above and beyond. The service was super quick and the place is very nice and clean. Comprible parking space, enough for tractor and trailer combination. Super happy will definitely be coming back for any mechanical needs. Thanks OTR!

Came in for some equipment to be installed on my sprinter van, the package hadn’t arrived by my appointment time but Michelle, Mike and Anthony were so willing to help and work me in. The whole team went above and beyond. They handled everything with the most professionalism and the decals were expertly installed. I felt at home and welcomed in as soon as I entered the building. Michelle made sure to let me know about the other locations in Houston and SA, should I find myself needing assistance, I now know where to go for kind treatment and the best service! I can only hope to receive comparable care as I did in Dallas.

The service I got from Jacob Scott from OTR Fleet Service was really great. He did not only take his time to fix my trailer, but went further to explain to me things that I should pay attention to when I take the trailer in for a service.He was able to weld my trailer air tank back and fix the leaking brake lines in timely manner for me to be able to get to my delivery ON TIME‼️.TTHANK YOU Jacob S.

I had a broken windshield. The shop doesn’t replace glass but Michelle in the office coordinated for a repair tech to replace my windshield on their yard. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your questions and needs. I would recommend them just on customer service alone. Yard is very spacious, drivers lounge, clean restrooms and drinks available. Overall a very good experience.

Great shop! Was traveling through town and in a rush to find a good mechanic to get my semi back on the road and these guys went beyond! It is hard to find a good honest mechanic shop, and this is one of them! Michele Davis was extremely helpful and always kept me in the loop with constant updates and even provided photos of the damaged items that were in question. Jacob & Michelle was great! Arrived to pick up a package to get installed without an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in and get the job completed within 30mns!! Even though I was an inconvenience to them, they had great energy and high spirits to get me taken care of with no problem. Quick and easy!

I recently tried OTR for my medium size fleet service needs and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service. I had been having problems with three other vendors and gave them my first truck needing service and they knocked it out of the park. Now they are my primary repair and maintenance facility for my fleet needs. Michelle, Grimm, Dustin, and Jerval are outstanding customer service advocates. Thank you OTR for being my partner!

Tractor broke down and thankfully, was able to limp myself over to OTR instead of getting towed. Saw me same day and gave me diagnosis. Out the next day. Jonathan was knowledgeable, fair, and professional. Michelle, Mike, and rest of the staff were friendly and helpful.

They have a good specialist in trailer called Gerry. He’s very respectful and he’ll advise you on what is to be done or way forward. He’s the one that makes me still come here.

They’re a little pricey. But they helped me out in a pinch after hours! Jacob Scott was my life saver! We both learned some things working on this 2016 Volvo! Thank you Jacob for all your hard work! I appreciate you more than words can say!

Less than Unimpressive. Very upset about lack of communication, inaccurate quote, not ordering and getting parts timely manner, inaccurate time frame quote for repair, and excuses. Won’t see me walk through front door again. Shoddy workmanship to top it off. I believe my rear reefer door was practice for them. Maybe they will do better on someone else’s.

DO NOT GO HERE TO GET ANY WORK DONE. I brought my own filters and purchased the oil from there. I paid for the service with my company credit card which was 500.00 and some change. Then a week later they charged me 814.00 to a different credit card that I had on file for the same service I already paid for. This company over charges and be careful about giving them credit card on file. They charged it without my permission. I have disputed the card and will never ever refer or talk good about this company. They wont even return my phone call to resolve the matter. Bunch of cowards. I will continue to lower the rating of this company until this matter is resolved.

A bearing seal blew, oily drive wheel. In an emergency these people came thru. Minimal charge, effecient mechanics. Great people!

No one ever wants to break down but in this business it is inevitable. When you do you hope to find a reliable and honest repair shop. Jasun takes great of all of our fleet here in the Fort Worth yard. Stays stays on top of checking all the truck, and making sure everything and anything that needs to get fixed is taken care of

The staff was nothing short of amazing. Great atmosphere, great service. Best experience I’ve ever had with any shop. Earnest even gave me a ride to and from home back to my truck the next morning. Would like to only do business exclusively with these guys. They’re great.

Truck was there almost 2 weeks and still had issues. Brung it in to get the ac and check engine light checked out. Got qouted one price and agreed on it just to get there and bill was almost $800 more. After all this time you think my truck would be right, nope. Find out they never did what I asked and ac was worse than it was before I brung it in and check engine light was still on. This place is extremely slow with everything and will lie just to get your business. Definitely will never be back. Dont know about their old location but this one is definitely trash.

I am a safety specialist for STG Logistics. We have a fleet of owner operators with 114 trucks. We use OTR for our bi-annual inspections. The do great inspections. I would recommend to any fleet or truck owner. Once they do the inspection, you dont have to worry about any issues with DOT because they have such a detailed process. Great shop i was here last week to get my trailer worked on took less time then expected they did such a great job that I bring my truck in for service as well if your in the Dfw area ask for brad mike or Michelle they’ll get u taken care of

Our driver dropped our truck off the day before service. Michelle answered all our questions and listened to all our complaints. Shop manager personally walked us thru the diagnostic and requires repairs. Price was manageable and staff was friendly.

Ok, first of all I think all this guys who give it to you 5 stars is your friends or you know them. People, avoid this shop. Believe me...they change $1100 to replace one side window. I’m in this business 10 years and I never so something like this. This is classic stilling from customers. So one more time! Stay away from this place.

Wouldnt recommend this place. Kept pushing off my appointment. I checked in at 09:10 am to 2:45 pm to find there was a miss communication in their office on what repairs I needed done.

Had an alignment schedule the tech that does them decided not to show up for work that day. They wanted me to reschedule but why when you dont know if techs are going to decide to work or not.

Ive been driving for 23 years o/o for 9 years went in for an exhaust leak on a Friday evening they got me in and out repaired the leak they notice air leaks repaired the leaks no extra charges these guys are the best dont let the expensive building fool you 😂 wasnt expensive at all thanks Mike/OTR..

FYI they dont work on units that are 10 years or older... Never heard this in my 10 years experience in trucking industry.
