Vincent Marrone came on time today Friday, May 31, 2024 to my place and did a diagnosis. The A/C stopped working at my unit. Vincent found the problem and he told me what part it needs to be replaced. It was the blower motor. He explained everything to me and I accepted his estimated costs. The only thing is that the part will come in a few days and then make some arrangements to install the part to the A/C. But everything else, I am satisfied and I trust his knowledge. Great service from the Dallas Heating and Air pro, not a sub-contractor.He arrived promptly at 8am for an 8-10am appointment, provided helpful tips, cleaned off a few coils to get the freon re-charge perfect, and charged an honest rate.Their service call fees and parts pricing are better than the other 10+ HVAC service companies I called in my area.Highly recommend.

I had an appointment for between 8:00-12:00 arrival. Coby was there at 8:00 am.It was pricey but it was a new motor so probably okay. He did a great job and explained why the unit wasn’t working and what the motor was for. Because it was broken the system was freezing up. I asked him if I could keep the old motor and he happily gave it to me. It will be metal and wood. I’ll call it, 1500. When he handed the motor it was frozen or at least felt frozen to me.I’ll definitely use them again. Thanks.

These guys were great! Our AC stopped working in the middle of 103 temps. We contacted them and they were out on site same day and fixed back up and running (and cooling!!!) in no time. Representative was quick, courteous, knowledgeable to explain everything, and did an excellent job. Reasonable pricing as well.

The tech, Vincent, was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and knowing just enough about HVAC to be dangerous, knew he was spot on with his trouble shooting.Zero pressure to upgrade to a new unit even though mine is 23 years old. When I asked them to provide a quote for an upgrade, they sent it quickly.Their company is now saved in my contacts for future business.

I called with an emergency A/C issue. I went with a company that I havent before because they had evening and Saturday rates that werent super high. The first tech that came out was strictly A/C and couldnt do anything (I had a leak in the drainage from the unit) and arrived after the 6 hour time window. The correct tech was supposed to come the next day (Saturday), but ignored the scheduled time window and came when I wasnt at home (something I told the dispatch about). Now their ETA is Monday next week and I might have well called the company I normally use who has a 2 hour window and has always shown up when they said the would.

Vincent arrived 15 minutes in the window that he was supposed to show up. Vincent did a thorough inspection of my AC system inside and out. He took pictures of the specifications on the inside panel and the reading from his multimeter. He informed me that my freon was good but and informed me that my capacitor was at half capacity. He said that it would be operational and still work for a while. I decided to have Vincent change the capacitor and amperage when down from 12.2 to 11.4. I feel confident in his repair and advice and look forward to Dallas Heating and Air Conditioning servicing my unit in the fall.

I have a similar story to many of these reviews - found these guys randomly, after being screwed by my own installer (long-time maintainer, too) and another company, as I was trying to hunt down someone trustworthy to take care of the immediate, but also future issues.They took care of my immediate AC issue, couple of years back. My original guys left us sweltering. One other smaller company didnt diagnose the issue properly, and AC was down again in a day or two. I happened on this company, and the AC has worked great for years, since.This year, my 12+ year old outside condenser had several issues which cascaded into breaking down totally. Bad cap and a very tired motor started melting wires in the relay. The condenser probably needs to be replaced altogether, eventually, but Vince saved me the cost of a new car (this is a 5-ton unit), for now, by repairing everything. And, including the time to run out to pick up the proper motor, he was done and we were back up within 2 hours. Amazing. And, now I can start a savings account for a new unit in a few years, hehheh. It matters.Their communication is perfect. Courteous, from the get-go. But, if youre technically-inclined, also explains everything thoroughly so that you will feel very comfortable about your decision, if you have one to make.I would like to speak to any reviews complaining about price comparison. I think we all know that you generally are going to get what you pay for, and tend to ignore those unless there are tons of them with details about shady people, right. (Which there are not, here.) But, another thing to consider, is that these guys are so dang great at what they do, they are in and out in record time. That means a lower cost [to you] on the labor side of things. Im perfectly ok if they tend to choose higher-quality parts that cost a bit more. The guy knows his stuff and is aiming to not have to return for the job. Just something more to mull over, if youre on the fence or anything.One more thing - as you read through the [very few] negative reviews, pay attention to the more technical language they are using. I personally suspect many of these are actually competitors attempting to knock them down. Dallas Heating and Air Conditioning is doing *very* well to remain professional about those, either way. So... even more points to them on the negative reviews, from my point-of-view.I wound up joining the membership program, this time. That sort of program is how my original company screwed me, so I am a bit jaded about those. Thats how much I trust Dallas Heating and Air Conditioning, now.

Woke up to a warm home on a hot Texas morning. Called at 7:30 AM and by 1 PM air was blowing cold! Needed a part that they had on the truck. Isaac and Vincent were extremely personable, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Could not have been a better experience!

Super responsive, clearly explained and demonstrated everything that was going on. They were quick and gave us clarity on our issue. Vince (or was it Victor?) and Cody were great!

We had some underperformance of our AC system this past week, so we scheduled a service call. The owner called me the night before and told me a tech could be at our site 24 hours earlier, so I was very excited. The AC tech arrived on time, but then disappeared for close to an hour without first notifying any of our staff. The tech replaced some filters and drained some water out of a drain pan. The tech reported that this would not resolve any of our issues, then tried to bill ~$600 with an incorrectly itemized invoice.After my admin received the bill, the tech was not able to communicate what the issue was or the reasoning for his vague recommendations to my admin, so they had to grab an engineer to try to understand. It took half an hour of one of my engineers time to pull a description out of the tech. The techs recommendations were to re-route a drain line and re-fill refrigerant for one of our units that does not service the area of our building with issues and do a tune-up on all our units. There was no technical justification given for what the tune up was supposed to accomplish or what specific readings had been taken.Also, the tech started work without providing even a verbal quote even though we had asked specifically to get a written quote after the diagnosis and before starting the work.

We used Dallas Heating and Air to install new AC units for ourselves and our daughter. The company and Vincent has always gotten back to us in a timely manner when we needed something. We like that it is a family company and is affiliated with Staggs Plumbing. Both are good companies to work with.

Vincent Marrone did the much-needed service on our furnace, which was installed in 2018 prior to our purchase of the home this past February. It turns out that the original wiring on the furnace was incorrectly done and its likely that it never performed properly from the time it was new.Vincent arrived promptly and on short notice, did the work quickly but thoroughly, and he seemed excited that he was able to solve a big problem that we didnt even know we had. :-) We were really impressed by his professionalism and likeable nature.I could not recommend Vincent and Dallas Heating and Cooling more highly.

Luis came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. They offered me financing and I also signed up for their no contract service maintenance program! It is an inexpensive monthly fee and they maintain my units and if they have to repair somethings that not under warranty then i get a discount! Defiantly refer this company.

Our AC went out on the hottest day in July. The 1st company I called out was one of the big AC companies in Dallas. They diagnosed my unit and said it couldnt be repaired and at a minimum the Condenser and Coil needed to be replaced, a $13000 cost.I then called Dallas Heating and AC for a 2nd opinion. They were prompt and professional, showed up on time 8am the next morning. Our tech was Vincent Marrone. He diagnosed the problem, said it could be repaired by changing a couple electrical parts. 30 minutes later and BOOM, cold air coming out of our system. He confirmed that this isnt a temporary fix and the unit should be working back at full capacity. We havent had any issues since the repair.I highly recommend this company. Vincent was fantastic, polite, and took the time to explain what happened. I have already recommended Vincent to some other friends. Dallas heating and AC will be saved in my contacts if I ever need some work done. Thank you so much!!!

These guys did a fantastic job all around! They were quick to respond, provided a competitive estimate, and got the work done efficiently. They replaced my over the tub ac unit and the outside condenser and fixed many issues with the previous setup (sagging air handler, poorly insulated ducts, etc). All around great work.Worth noting they are related to Staggs Plumbing (also great to work with), so they are becoming my one stop shop for home improvements!

Dont use this company. The tech showed up and told he couldnt do anything because the air was running. I had another company come and said I needed the ac to be replaced. This tech turned around and charged me a tune fee of $300 that I never approved or got the information to make the decision.

I have one of those sister-in-law‘s who knows how to get things done. Just about everything that could wrong, went wrong. It was 92° inside my house with no end in sight. One call from her and these guys swooped in, worked their magic and within a hour all was right with the universe. Seriously, can’t say enough good things.
