Great experience and very good service Sergio got straight to the point and fixed my transmission with in 2 business days . He walked me through the process showed me the back of the shop where all the work happens which by the way is very up to date and very clean . My mechanic work has a warranty of two years and my truck is running as if it was brand new .

I have a fleet of 5 vehicles. They have latest software to update from Ford on these vehicles. They only use Napa or OEM parts and give me 24k or 2 year warranty on all work. They are cheaper than Ford dealer for sure and i would know. I have fleet account at Dealer.I am tired of working on these trucks myself and putting on cheap parts from O reilly, Auto Zone and Advance Auto. Their lifetime warranty does me no good when they fail and i am saying...i just changed that part 10k miles ago!!!Also they are super fast and reasonable on prices. Get a quote. U can say no if u dont like. They will tell u the good, the bad and the ugly and they will help u get a path forward on your car or truck.

Best mechanic shop in Dallas! So glad I came across this place after another brand name dealership told me it would take them days to fix a couple things on my car because of the holiday delay. I’m writing this post on behalf of my husband because he doesn’t have a google account.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE.we took our car to get the A/C fixed, we knew it was something electrical. So when we left the car at the shop Sergio told my husband he was going to charge him $900 dollars but we ended up paying $1350 because according to Sergio the car needed some “extra parts” but that’s not the problem, the problem is that Sergio didn’t even call my husband to notify him about those parts until it was time to pick up the car, which took him almost 4 weeks to complete and everytime my husband called to get a status of his car, Sergio wouldn’t pick up the call or when he did was very rude, like we were asking him for money or something, and my husband gave him $700 in advance.Sergio we are paying you to get our cars fixed, you are basically working for us.Well after almost 4 weeks he called saying that the car was ready and it wasn’t..I don’t know how him being a “mechanic” didn’t notice the A/C wasn’t working properly, we took it back and he said it’s another part that needs to get fix and of course we were not going to trust him again with our car, for what?for him to charge another $700?. :/Paid $1350 for nothing, Sergio stop scamming people, ripping our money off. AGAIN!!!!! DON’T GO TO HIM TO GET YOUR CAR “FIX”

This is the worst place to buy a car I only have had my truck since April hrs repoed three times for bring late one day they close at ,5 which most ppl get off after give no courtesy call u dont show up before give on due date next day your vehicle home n charge extra ,25o for pound twice now he wont even give it bk is this legal Im a single mom trying to make it this place is a cut throat business n on top of that the owners son might try n sell u drugs or ask for drugs they are rude ruthless businesss dont buy car from there unless u like to throw money away

I heard about this place on a Chikilin radio show and decided to take my truck with a problem in the engine and name they left it at 100 I had already gone to other workshops and they never left it right if you want a guaranteed and well done job I recommend this place.

I had taken my 2018 Ford f 150 to another workshop to have the transmission changed but they were never able to program it so I took it to Chekos and it only took a couple of days to get it ready I recommend it to 💯👌

Bad experience, I paid 3,000 dollars to repair my transmission and they didnt repair it, they gave me a warranty but now they dont want to take responsibility anymore... it doesnt seem fair to me... I just wanted my car repaired...

Very bad experience as they fixed my transmission price and one week I started hearing a noise in the transmission I think they gave me a worse one. The truth is I dont recommend them apart from they are very expensive. They want to charge you 2000 just for the transmission

The truth is, I do not recommend this workshop, I took my car apart from the fact that it took me more than a month, I only charged a lot of $ and nothing happened to the car, according to him, he changed the new parts and it was a lie, my car continued the same, I took it to another workshop and the car was completely bad, I didnt say anything, I only charged for it, for me it was a very bad experience and I dont recommend it at all, dont let yourself be fooled by people like this who only want to clean, paco, these people have no conscience

Excellent service, I took my truck for transmission problems, since I had problems with other mechanics who only scammed me, thanks to listening to El Chikilin on the radio every morning, I decided to take my truck and Sergio and his team attended to me with all kindness and in just 1 day they already had my truck ready 💯% RECOMMENDED
