The team worked efficiently and always kept us updated on the next step while in the process of completing the installation of the unit/ duct work. They also made sure everything was clean once the job was done. We will make sure to give them a call if we need any further work.

I had to have additional circuit breaker added for 2nd set of heating strips to be connected. I think this should have been done during installation since the same company did the initial HVAC installation. I was charged 425.00 that I feel should have been covered with the installation. Besides this, I have always been satisfied with services and pricing provided by B&B.

He gave me a good price, and the service job was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this business.

Its 103 degrees outside and my AC unit decided to stop working late one night. I called B&B the next morning at 8:00am and they had Ben out to help us by 10:30. He was here less than an hour and our AC not only blows cold air again but also functions better than before. We couldnt be happier and we highly recommend B&B.

Troy is honest about what I need done and wants to show me the problem to be sureI understand. Troy and his crew educated me on the many details of choosing a new HVAC system for my home. The pros and cons of each option were reviewed. From them arriving exactly as planned to the detailed finish work, I was so impressed with these men. You can see in the work B&B prides itself on attention to detail. During my install, I felt every measure was taken to protect my home. I chose a two-stage, 19-seer compressor and a variable speed furnace (Do not worry Troy will explain.) I am beyond pleased with how comfortable my home is now. I cannot believe how quiet the fan is. Thanks again B&B for quality service.

We have been using B&B for years. We just had our AC checked, to make sure it’s ready for the upcoming spring. They charge a very low fee to come out for an inspection. He found a couple of issues & repaired them for a reasonable fee, saving us from more costly repairs down the road. He was friendly, professional, explained everything until we fully understood & even helped in another area, going above & beyond. I would highly recommend them!

I called about getting my AC checked out. The staff were friendly on the phone. I was able to get an appointment the next day. The technician arrived on time and took care of my problem without trying to sell me any additional services. The whole experience was great. Will definitely use them again.

These guys are scam artists and will take you for a ride. It took me 4 tries to even get them to come to my home to look at my AC unit, and after 3 weeks and over a dozen phone calls, these guys STIL HAVENT EVEN SENT ME A Quote for the repair. They took $100 for a diagnostic fee and I am now pretty sure they didnt even really check anything. They are scam artists and have no idea what they are doing or how to respond to customers in a timely manner. I am having to start from scratch with another AC company and recommend that no one use these guys.

Simply put, these guys are awesome. They were so nice. Great group of guys. The identified my problem and fixed it the same day. I ended up needing and entire unit replacement. Thinking that I would have to sit in a cooler of dry ice for a few sunsets, I was surprised to discover that they would have me up and running with the replacement the same day! fantastic. highly recommended.

B&B air and heat is the most honest HVAC company I have dealt with! Their installers were very professional, they did not leave a mess in my house or my yard. Replacing a broken HVAC unit can be very overwhelming due to the cost and sheer magnitude up the job. They were perfect the entire way, kept me updated and there were no hidden cost. I highly recommend them.

My family isnt in the cold anymore! My unit stopped working one day this winter and I found and used B & B Air and Heat, Awesome! They took ownership of the problem and came out the same day and fixed my unit! They were very nice and caring. So if you are reading this I would call B & B Air and Heat, you wont be disappointed! Then I called B&B Air and Heat Linda and Carl were spectacular, they not only set an appointment but within hours a new A/C unit was installed. Called them on a Saturday and they arrived exactly when they promised. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem. They even replaced the filter and inspected the furnace. We signed up for their annual service checks.

Technician came to my house in the summer of 2010 and installed a fan motor. I didnt relaize it until January of 2013 when it stopped working that it was the wrong motor. They actually came out in February and installed a new motor and after testing they found out it wasnt the motor but the the capapcitor that was bad. They went ahead and installed the new motor and put on a new capapcitor as well. The best part was that it was no additional charge.

Helping people out is clearly their top priority. Owner came out to help us with a repair outside of normal business hours and we couldnt be more thankful.

Services provided are great, however customer service is ABYSMAL. Never ending cycle of “I’ll call you back.” Ultimately resulted in a refund.

Did not show up the first time. I called to find out why they didnt show up and they rescheduled me for the following day. Then again did not show up. Thanks for wasting my time!
