I knew ahead of time what I needed. Out of 17 bids Aire Serv was one of only two companys that came back with an honest bid at an honest price. The others all were trying to sell me alot of things I knew I didnt need including a new cement pad.Move forward 11 months to 2/15/24 . The tech was a young woman who was very knowlegable and went the extra mile to figure out what the problem was. They are still 5 star service in my book.10/22/24 A differant tech but still very knowledgeable. 5 Star service still.

I called Aire Serv of Dallas and spoke with Jennifer, she was very professional and helpful. She was able to get a tech out to our location on the same day. Zach, the technician arrived in a timely manner, he determined what the problem was in a short period of time and had us up and running in 15 mins. I would definitely recommend Aire Service of Dallas, they are professional, friendly and did a great job from start to finish!

I tried to use them on one of my properties, but their communication is non-existent . My appointment was between 9AM and 11AM. They showed up at 8:20 AM. I called them to let them know my appointment was 9-11, and I was about 30 minutes away. She said that she would have him wait. I arrived at 9:05, and he was gone. When I called in, she said she told him to go to his next appointment. I asked why she said she was having him wait, and she just said she told him to go to his next appointment. If she had told me that at 8:30, I would not have driven 35 minutes down to Dallas. What a joke.

Jennifer had been a dream to work with. The techs do a fantastic job. They are knowledgeable and can find issues other vendors miss. The have parts quickly and do not leave my tenants without an HVAC system. We will continue to use them for our HVAC needs.

Update:Aire Serve came out again last week and again the technician was professional , courteous and got the job done. Never do I feel lije they try to con me into something I dont need. Will not use anyone else.We have used Aire Serv for years and have never had anything but positive happenings when they come.

Our Air Serve technician Zach Nolan diligently addressed our cooling problems on the same day as our call and when the same problems reoccurred the next day, he negotiated reduced charges since the issue could have been resolved through the manufacturer for the extreme heat of Texas.

Keshawn was extremely professional and efficient in making needed repairs on the HVAC unit. He asked questions and listened to the concerns. He showed pictures/videos of issues up in the attic and did a great job!

AireServ was everything you want in a company! From first calling and scheduling with Jennifer to Todd coming out immediately and then Jennifer following up with an email, they were AMAZING! We will definitely be using them from now on and we highly recommend them!

I have used Aire Serv for many years with satisfaction. The last few years I have even purchased their service agreement. The techs are always very nice, knowledgeable and resolve the problem at hand.Recently there was a snafu about an appointment time that made me unhappy. However Peyton called me right away to apologize and rectify the situation.I am happy with their work and attitude of good customer service. I will continue to use them and am happy to refer others to them.

We had a regular maintenance appointment the next week, however our AC decided not to cool on a Thursday afternoon. Called around 4:30 and the manager of the techs answered the phone and said he could have someone out the next afternoon. We received notice when they were on their way. They arrived on time and were quickly able to detect the problem with a bad capacitor. Had it changed and ready to go in no time. We were sent an email with pictures and explanations. Every person we talked with was pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. Loved working with this company and have the regular maintenance contract. Would highly recommend.

My A/C system was doing nothing but pumping warm air, so I contacted Aire Serv of Dallas. They sent Carlos out the next day, he evaluated the system, and gave me some options. I wound up deciding to replace the whole unit. They gave me a written quote and scheduled the work for the first day that was convenient to me. (I checked around and found that their quote was in line with others I had seen, and they arranged financing for me.)Carlos, John, and Rolando arrived right on time, covered everything with tarps, and got to work pulling out the old equipment and installing the new. Then they cleaned up and showed me how to operate everything.Theres no getting around it - if you want good equipment and professional installers, its not going to be cheap, but I felt like Aire Serv was fair with me, and Im comfortable recommending them to anyone.

Excellent organization. They helped me diagnose a intermittent failure that has plagued my unit since it was installed 4 years ago by less talented AC contractor.The person who took my call (Jennifer) was extremely helpful understood my concerns and made sure to talk to the service manager (Lahcen). They patiently worked through the process to identify the problem and get if fixed. Looking at small inexpensive solutions and eliminating those before moving to a more detailed fix. And you know what they fixed it. What others could not fix they did. I was blown away at the level of customer service I received today by Joe, (Ramirez?) during an annual winter checkup on my furnace in my condominium. Not only did he arrive on time, he called and said he could be here an hour early if I was available, which was an added bonus! What really set him apart and motivated me to write this email was his honesty and genuine willingness to provide exceptional service in a polite and professional manner. He went above and beyond his call of duty by answering a lot of questions I had regarding things that did not have anything to do with my furnace. He measured my air conditioning vents to find me the correct measurement air filter I need for my unit because I have never found ones that fit perfectly at Home Depot or any other store. He recommended some websites for me to check and also said his company can order me the correct sizes of air conditioning filters I need and install them as well. I ended up finding what I needed at a great price based on his recommendation online. He even checked and changed the battery on my fire alarm and helped me adjust the temperature on my water heater because I obviously have no clue about these type of things! I work in the customer service field and I know how important a person like Joe is to any company’s reputation and I wanted to make sure he is recognized for his outstanding service by Aire Serv , who by the way, from every experience I have had with them, is as a whole, an amazing company. They provide great service at competitive prices, are genuine and friendly, and always willing to help. If you need your air conditioning unit repaired or serviced and don’t know who to call and trust they will do the job right and won’t overcharge you, trust me when I say, call them, you won’t be disappointed with Aire Serve of Dallas.

Im a member of their Aire Serv® Advantage Plan for twice/year maintenance (HVAC in the fall, A/C in the spring). John was my technician, and he was great. Very professional, mindful of walking in my home with boot covers on, respectful of my space, communicative, etc., which is extremely important to me. He also gave an overview of what he was going to do, about how long itd take, confirmed with me if that sounded good, and then proceeded. So pleased with this technician, I hope he is the tech who visits in the spring!

Great experience with Air Patrol. Shawn was very informative and replaced two units at my house. He recommended the exact system I needed for my house. The quality of the units were just what I wanted and the price and service way exceeded my expectations! The crew was great. They were on time, very professional and clean. This is a great AC company to work with. They were very easy to schedule with and quick to service your needs. Jack Theilen was my service consultant. Even on a hot summer day, he didnt hesitate to get to work in my attic. He had a great solution to my issue with duct not having a good air flow.My sons room was much hotter than the rest of the house. I was hoping it will be a simple fix. He took care of it right away and made the room drop by 2 degrees instantly with a small adjustments. He took his time to look over every detail around the attic.I highly recommend this company. Its really hard to find a company with integrity and honesty. I paid much less than what I anticipated. So I am happy.

Jack is an excellent technician, diagnoised problem with my cooling system, gave me an estimate and completed repairs in less than 2 hours. AC is working great, very happy with Aire Serv service today. I have no hesitation recommending this company.

Jack and Joe were fantastic. They did some custom non-ac related work for a project that I have going. I needed a 12 inch inline fan installed in the attic going out through the roof to join my 2x8 inch fans that were already installed. He helped with my air flow questions and made some recommendations that I agreed with. He made some adjustments to the existing 8 inch fan ducting and cut it to a perfect size which maximizes drawing the heat out of the room and a straighter line through the attic and outside. I went up and checked out the work after the job was complete and they left and was impressed with the quality of work and how clean all the connections were.I couldnt be happier!!!This is an ongoing project and will definitely use him exclusively going forward.

I have used both their phone number and website to request service and both have been easy to use and quick to set up an appointment. Technicians have always been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Prices for service have been reasonable and with no unnecessary up-charges. I will continue to use the company and recommend it to others as well.

Air serv was able to accommodate my repair quickly for next day service. The tech went above and beyond my expectations and provided a detailed report with pics prior to leaving. Kevin came out to tune up my clients AC system and troubleshoot an air flow concern. We were having a new roof installed at the time that he arrived - he braved the banging and pounding on the roof to get up in the attic to inspect/clean the inside air handler. He was also able to help shed some light on the air flow concern. Afterwards, he went outside to clean the coils on the exterior unit and was done within an hour. He debriefed me on the system, gave me some great insight into preventative maintenance and left a very tidy workspace when he finished. He was professional and courteous at all time. Im a Realtor in DFW and have used Aire Serv in my own home in the past. I will continue to refer my clients to Aire Serv! Thank you so much!

They charged me for seemingly unnecessary fixes and additions to our AC unit and in the scorching heat of summer when we needed them the most they never returned my phone call even though we had an annual maintenance system agreement with them. There are better, more reputable companies that arent simply after your money and will treat you right.

I have a small high school girls reunion this weekend and realized one of my guest bedrooms was not cooling down. I didnt think anyone would be able to get it taken care of inside 3 days, but Jack Theilen came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate and said he could do it immediately. Jack was so sweet and even turned around one of our return vents that wasnt related to the project. He enlarged an existing return and installed a larger supply. The difference is amazing and I am so relieved! Highly recommend this company and especially Jack!

The guy is prompt, professional, hard working and transparent throughout. He even casually identified and corrected a completely unrelated plumbing issue while fixing our AC - you can trust these guys with your HVAC needs.

From the time I placed my call for service everyone I have been in contact with at Aireserv has been great! Very pleased with the service that was provided by Kevin. I am not very savvy when it comes to technical things and he explained everything that was wrong with my system in great detail. He has a great personality and highly recommend!

They helped repair my A/C, but took over 3x the amount of time it should have taken - 6 HOURS!!! They did the complete repair before realizing they used the wrong parts and had to redo everything. It then took then a couple of hours banging away at it constantly with a hammer to remove the wrong parts. It was pretty impressive how poorly the whole job was done.

I have been using this company for more than eight years. It appears that they are unable to correct my name when they send me an email. I have requested repeatedly that it be changed or corrected but this has not happened. This may seem a minor thing but it irritates me to no end. Any service guy that has been out has been awesome very polite and very knowledgeable about their job. I would love to continue using this company if they were just get my name right. Im having issues with an AC/Heating unit they installed earlier this year. The fuse inside the unit keeps blowing, and my thermostat keeps showing errors for the Aux Heat. They are not being very helpful with finding the root cause. Instead they are trying to charge me $600 to rewire the thermostat thats inches away from the unit that probably should have been done when they installed the very costly unit

I appreciate THE his report of the results after the service person finished checking my unit (indoors and out). Shared information that wasnt reported by PROPERTY DOCTORS INSPECTION COMPANY, shame on the inspector. I will be using them in the future. KUDOS....AireServ!!

Yes our A C system went down on a Saturday afternoon we just new we were in trouble. But to our surprise Aire Service of Dallas was at our house within a hour and half Max. Talking about a life saver we were back in service with Cold air blowing. Great service

Aire Serv did a detailed evaluation of my HVAC situation, make good recommendations with options, and expertly installed what I had purchased. Im pretty happy with them.

We have an annual Advantage Plan maintenance contract with AireServ Dallas to maintain our companys five HVAC units as well as two warehouse heaters. Our AireServ technicial, Jack Theilen, always does a great job for us and is extremely courteous and professional. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company.

Aire Serv of Dallas came out in June because we had A/C issues. It was blowing hot, has happened every year for 4 years because we have a coolant leak no one has been able to find. 3 - 5 lbs usually gets us through the season for $150 - $200 per year. Gerardo told us it was a broken TXV valve, it wasnt, and that our coolant was reading fine, it probably wasnt. A/C worked for less than a week so instead of using them I went to Daniels Air to come look at the system Id just spent $600 for the installation of a $130 part Im pretty sure I didnt need.Daniels Air discovered that the TXV valve wasnt installed correctly and we were now down 15lbs of coolant because of a leak at the TXV valve. They only charged me for the coolant, not the call or the labor because of Air Servs poor install.Contacted Aire Serv and they refused to refund any amount.Jack Thielen is now at Daniels Air, which is why I went to them. He was phenomenal at Air Serv and took care of me at his new company as well. Saw him mentioned below.

We just moved in and had a/c and heating issues but Aire Serv to the rescue! Theyve been out 4 times for separate issues and the service has been fantastic each time. I would recommend them for sure.

Great work. Only downside was asked to reschedule twice. Perhaps that means that if my system became inoperable someone else would be asked to reschedule for my benefit.

This was a routine maintenance, the technician Jimmy Garcia was very polite and courteous. We had an error code on thermostat which he fixed along with the routine maintenance.

This was an extensive work, since we needed a crane to place the AC on the roof. AirSev handeled the entire proccess professionaly, on time and with care.
