I went to the dealer, and they wanted 9,000 to replace my transmission for my 2020 GMC Yukon. Brought it to AAMCO. Got it fixed for way less. Great pricing, great service, and was fixed here in 5 days. Drives like brand new .Trustworthy and very transparent shop

The transmission fluid on my toyota was replaced in timely fashion & I left with good feeling that the transmission was in good working order . Great customer service. This company is completely about helping us as customers and not just out to get a dollar. They changed the transmission on my Escalade and after going back and forth with my warranty company, they ending up working a deal out with me to get the cost paid. I brought my truck because of a specific fault.They made arrangements that exceed 2,000 dollars and I stumbled upon the fact that they could not solve it and they simply told me that the problem was the one that I had previously included in the report sheet that they gave you at the beginning, they notified me by phone that they had already found the problem and they force me by condition to have to repair it to know if the problem was the one I had written in the initial report.Not satisfied with this I receive a call in which they tell him that my truck’s back door was stolen, as they entered their business and stole that piece of my truck, something they are not responsible for they simply stole it being in their hands and told me that they did not take care of that problem then, I feel scammed anywhere that I try to see it, I would like to rescue something good from the situation and I only leave with the bad taste of my mouth that they scammed me by supposedly fixing the truck thing that is not so for What’s next with the same fault and also that they stole a part of my truck that they’re not replacing eitherAnyway, I don’t recommend for any reason that you bring something that cost you a lot of work and they don’t even give you the responsibility to take care of your car!

Do you know when they rob you without a gun? Something like this... my brother brought his car to be fixed, they charged me more than 3 thousand dollars and the car left with the same problem, they also stole the back cover of my car and they are not responsible... I literally feeler scammed... Please try not to come to this workshop... it is the worst there is, the attention is the worst, they want to treat you rudely so as not to receive complaints... DO NOT WORK WITH THIS WORKSHOP.

Not sure why this business has more than one star, they are obviously lying and manipulating their reviews.My husband bought our car here to get fixed (before doing due dilegence on the shop) after he got a diagnotics to see what the problem was and the man over the phone told him If you drop your car off this morning, I can get it back to you by end of the day. Well.... that same day turned into 3 days with no real update on the progress of the car. My husband called numerous time for the status of the car and was not getting an clear answer on if the car was fixed and ready for pick up.So my husband goes to the shop to get our car back because AAMCO has no customer service and the car is obviously not being worked on properly, if at all. When my husband arrives the man at the front asks the mechanic, should we let him take the car? ............ its our car and if the car has not been fixed or cannot be fixed by your mechanics, give the customer his keys and apologize for the inconvience.After my husband is forced to pay over $800 just to get the car back for work that has not even been done (as we already knew they were giving us the run around the past few days) he drives the car and it is driving worse than how he took it in Severice engine light still on! My Husband calls the shop and tells them and the guy on the phone says that the car will need to get more work done............. After having it for 3 days with NO updates and when my husband paid, they didnt mention additional work.Luckily, we end up connecting with a professional and trusted car mechanic who showed us the parts under the engine that were supposed to have been new parts and replaced by AAMCO but, as we figured from their lack of integrity and professionalism, were not. The new mechanic we went to did the actual work on our vehicle and we were able to notice the difference immediately once driving. This same job took less than 6hrs where as AAMCO deliberately held our car for 3 days, and would have been longer if my husband didnt go to the shop to get the car.The professional shop also gave us the old parts from our car as PROOF AAMCO LIED about replacing them with brand new parts!Moral of the story is that this location AAMCO is a joke within the car repair industry and this location in particular is ran by insideous LIARS THEIVES SCAMMERS! Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place and DO NOT BELIEVE ANY GOOD REVIEW because 9/10 it is a LIE!
I took my Toyota to this location with transmission problem.I was told by another local shop that l had transmission issues. Took to this AAMCO for 2nd opinion and found out axel seal is leaking and low on fluid. They replaced my axel seal , filled it up and the problem stopped. My leak is fixed and didn’t have to replace my transmission. Their expert and transparent diagnostic saved me money. My Toyota is back on road. I will definitely bring my car to this location for my future car services.

They finished rebuilding my transmission faster than the time frame that they had expected. I appreciate Davids professionalism each time he called with an update. They rebuilt my transmission on my 2013 Ford F150 fx4 & spent 5k on it, a week later still skipping and everytime I take it they say nothing shows on scanner or they say cant find anything wrong with it , really regret taking it there
On Tuesday my transmission was acting up. On Wednesday I had my 2015 Infiniti Q40 towed here for service. My car has 134k miles so I was very nervous as to what it could be. My first thought was to take to Infiniti, but they told me I was looking at one to two weeks without my car. Even though they offered a loaner, they said it was $269 just to diagnose and I knew labor would be outrageous if they had for two weeks.After a couple of people on FB recommended Aamco, I decided to give them a call. David was so kind and professional. He said they would diagnose for free and to me that was impressive. He said I needed a new Valve Body. Was told it would probably be ready by Friday. However, they did the work and had my car ready by Thursday evening. I was very impressed and pleased! They did an amazing job at a great price! David kept me informed every step of the way. Its difficult to find outstanding customer service these days, but David is the exception! I will definitely use them again!I I highly recommend David and his team at Aamco! Very Knowledgeable and caring staff. Ive taken my vehicle to this location on two occasions, once for a transmission rebuild and the other for some connection issues. Not only did they help check out my transmission and get it replaced, but when my steering and suspension started having issues they helped me diagnose the issue, at a great rate compared to other quotes i got too! I’ve not done business yet with these guys. With that being said, I wanted to share my experience. A technician at a lube and tune shop recommended this shop as the go to for transmission issues. I gave them a call and was really shocked when they told me about their diagnosis process. They’ll have you bring in your car and they keep it most of the day to do a complementary transmission diagnosis to get to the root of the problems. When I asked if there were any charges even if I didn’t have my car repaired, they happily replied that there’s no charge for them doing this. For me, I found this to be a big deal! There’s nothing complementary without a catch, these guys broke that mold. They’ll get my business without a doubt. Check them out!

I had the transmission rebuilt in my 2015 Equinox at this location. David the General Manager had to remove the torque converter 3 times to figure out that the shop that rebuilt the transmission (a year and a half ago), before Aamco, had put the wrong converter in my SUV! He did an amazing job and I would recommend this Aamco location to anyone who needs their transmission worked on!!! 👍👍
I was traveling when my clutch went out. I called Aamco and David told me to bring my car in. He told me it would be the next day before he could work on it and that it probably wouldnt be finished until the day after that. Not only did they fix my clutch, but they had it finished a day earlier than he thought it would be. Thats what I call under promising and over delivering. It was great to get my car fixed and even better to have a kind, friendly person helping me out. Really great customer service is hard to find these days. I found it at the Irving Blvd. Aamco.

At first, I wouldve given this place 5 stars, but after my last visit, Ill take my business elsewhere. They claimed I needed a new cylinder head/engine. I took it to a few other people to take a look at it, and the only thing wrong with it was a busted gasket.. no burning oil or knocking in the engine....Edit after company replies: No, I know for a fact that I have the right location, David and team.

First off read how unprofessional some of these replies are to some of these reviews.they overall wanted the money and could care less if they could professionally fixed my transmission. they wanted to reuse components and resurface components. This typically isnt how that job is done and all components are replaced. I understand they may be cheaper options out there but overall purchasing the parts through another shop and simply paying the labor elsewhere ended up being a better route then going with their quote that ended up getting higher and higher when I stated I would bring my own parts. overall they just want your money, pay them and move on. or go find a more trusting shop thats willing to discuss options, the issue and path to resolution.BTW word of advice to this shop. replying to each negative review with a lengthy description that pretty much sounds condescending isnt a good look. maybe try something new for different results. being passive aggressive replying to negative reviews just show how argumentative, condescending, and simply know it alls you are.
No wonder why there’s some many cars outside, this place stays busy because they do such an amazing service. Everything was smooth and quick, our work van had a dash light for the brakes so I dropped it at this AAMCO location to get the brakes changed, they called me back and told me the brakes were good, maybe there was something else, they checked the sensors and one of them was bad. Loved the honesty in the process, they could have easily changed the brakes and charged me $1,800 for it when it was only a sensor. Will definitely come back for anything regarding our work van and also to check my SUV for the transmission work!
Took my car here to get my A/C fixed. It works wonderfully now but it came at a price. I came to discover these are very dishonest people who will not take responsiblity for their actions. After a week of waiting to get my car fix, I went to pick up my car. As soon as I pulled into their lot, my car pulls up a second later and was left running. I thought, How in the world did he know I was coming when I didnt notify them I was coming today?. When I got in my car, the mechanic left his dirty oily rag on my dash and left those dirty floor papers. Why? Probably because he was using my car for transportation. I just shook my head, just pathetic customer service. Later that day, I took my car to the car wash and I noticed the back seat was covered in oil and there was oily fingerprints on my door. It took me 3-4 hours to finally get my backseat alone cleaned. I took pictures of the evidence just in case I would have to go back to Aamco. I wasnt planning on it until I NOTICED A HUGE SCRATCH ON THE SIDE OF MY CAR!!! Its not a little scratch. This scratch is deep to the metal and about 5-6 inches and thick. I showed my boss the pictures and he was so appalled that he let me go so I can go to Aamco. I showed the owner my pictures and he had the audacity to say that it was my mess and scratch!! He denied EVERYTHING except the rag! I couldnt believe it. I KNOW people were in the back because when I dropped the car off, I laid my kids carseat down on its side, when I got the car back, it was propped upright to cover the oil stains. I asked to see the surveillance tapes but the owner is on vacation now. Im not done with these people yet, I will be contacting the BBB about them, contacting Aamco corp. HQs, and getting ahold of my lawyer. I hope they contact me with a solution but meanwhile I will have to dish out more money at the bodyshop to get my scratch fixed. If you love your car steer clear of this place.
On 4-29-24 I turned my Mercedes over to AAMCO TRANSMISSION at 3620 Inwood Rd.Dallas Tx. I was expecting a financial NIGHTMARE. To me it seemed my 1st gear was slow to engage. They checked it out, drove it around but found nothing wrong. I asked if they could keep it overnight to do a early morning cold start, they did and found nothing wrong again. I could not believe they were HONEST enough to tell me they found nothing wrong, most shops would have LIED and taken advantage of the situation. I was so impressed I had my transmission serviced anyway. These guys have my business, Im sold.

Exceptional service. Rahim and his team diagnosed a noise from my car which at least 5 other shops (including the original dealership ) could not identify, for years! They were very professional in all aspects of the service. They promptly had my car ready before the end of my work day. They even excel in the small details- they had my key nicely labeled with my name, and even kept my car nice and clean!On top of all this, they did no even charge me, despite diagnosing AND fixing the issue! Truly amazing service. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be back for car service.

My Nissan rouge was slipping in 2nd gear; didnt feel safe to drive. Luckily i was referred to aamco by a friend of mine who got their transmission rebuilt here. I had to get my transmission replaced. David was very helpful in dealing with my warranty company and keeping me updated throughout the process.
My car broke down on Thanksgiving…one day before it was scheduled to be traded in. I wasn’t able to reach anyone over the entire weekend except for AAMCO. Just talking to David made me feel a little less anxious about the whole situation. Monday morning he quickly scheduled a tow for me. The towing services were great and I was glad to see that it was a flat bed tow truck. I don’t know what’s going on with the car yet but I will say that services have been top notch so far. Not just professional but also very friendly.
The guys at AAMCO are the best! Dave is awesome, and he will do his best to work with you when it comes to fixing your car. Had my truck fixed by them, they were completely honest on what they thought needed to be done, and how much everything was going to cost. They called my warranty carrier for me, so I had to do minimal work.Dave and his crew want to get to know you as a person, not just a customer. When I called to get updates on my truck, we talked hockey for about 20 min, it was great!The new location is A LOT better than the previous one. Staff was still great, but getting out of the parking lot was a nightmare!If I ever need to get my truck looked at/fixed again, I will be coming back to Dave and AAMCO. Hopefully, I wont need to do that anytime in the near future though.
AAMCO did an amazing job fixing a broken transmission bushing for our 2016 Ford Escape. Their expertise and custom made parts saved us a lot of time and money as the specific repair would have likely been 4x as much at a dealership. I highly recommend them for a multitude of repairs!

Weeks after service was done he called to make sure everything was still running great and if I had any questions. Ive been back twice since first visit for other services. I took my dodge to the dealership twice for the same transmission issue. They were unable to fix the problem. I researched and found AAMCO in Dallas. They had great reviews, so I called them. It was after business hours so I did not expect a call back until Monday, but they called me that afternoon. I explained the issue and dropped my car on a Monday. They identified the issue and what it would take to fix. There were no extra costs. It was exactly as he said it would be. My car was ready for pick-up on a Saturday, but I couldnt get there before they closed. Instead of making me wait until Monday, they stayed until I got there. So far my car is running great! Definitely recommend them!
Last month my sons car broke down. He took his car to Chevy and it took over two weeks for them to diagnose it was the transmission. Another week to tell us they couldnt get the part and it may take weeks to get one. We decided to call Aamco There we spoke with David on a Thursday and he quickly went to work and found us a slightly used one that would be delivered on Monday. We towed the car there and David and his team had the transmission installed and ready to be picked up on Tuesday and for a much better price. Working with David was a great experience all the way through. He is professional, friendly, and always available to take your call. It was truly great working with him. When we picked up the car the mechanic noticed the wheel bearings were going bad so we brought the car back to Aamco and again were treated to the same great customer service and were in and out of there in a day.

They then spent a ton of time talking with me about the car and addressing ALL of the questions I had. They also talked to me about the common occurrences they find come through their shop on cars of the same brand with similar mileage which helped me in my extended warranty decisions. We thought we had a leak in our 2002 Jeep Wrangler Sahara so we brought it in to get it diagnosed to see where the problem was. They were extremely thorough without trying to upsell anything. In fact, they were less expensive than other shops that quoted us for the same work! We ended up having them replace the clutch and a seal. They were quick, efficient, and professional. The Jeep runs like a champ and is SO smooth when shifting! Thank you to the manager, David, for helping get us back on the road quickly and to the techs that did an incredible job on the Jeep. We are so grateful to have found and had our transmission worked done here. Transmission issues are no joke and very expensive to fix. We are a family of 6 and having a special needs kid, our suburban is our life line. David Carpio did an amazing job at getting it worked and having it ready within days. He didnt skip a beat keeping on us in the loop on the work being done. Its running so smoothly and our kids are so grateful! First off let me start by saying David is the real MVP 🏆 he was very informative on what the issue was. the check engine light came on and I went to auto zone to get the code and purchased a vehicle speed sensor because that was the code that was coming back because the car didn’t want to go past second gear so I took it to Nissan to put the part on they kept the car over night and the very next morning nissan called me and told me they were able to get the part on and when they went to drive it it was doing the same thing so he told me that I needed to purchase a new transmission and he was very adamant that was the problem he even gave me prices in a new transmission which would’ve cost me 5,500$ not including labor. Something didn’t sit right with me so I got it towed to AAMCO for a second opinion. David was more than helpful he did a diagnostic and calm me to let me know that it was not the transmission but instead it was the value body assembly that part cost me 1,200$ and the labor was 763.00$ not only did he save me more than 3,000$ he knew exactly what the issue was he fixed it and even worked with me on getting my vehicle back after hours. Oh before I forget after day two of having my vehicle back David reached out to check on me and how the car was operating. That was something she didn’t have to do but he did it and that says a lot about his character as a person. It’s not enough stars to give the company because AAMCO deserves a million ⭐️. When reboot of computer system related to transmission work knocked out our radio’s full functionality they quickly researched and sent us reset codes we could enter and with their attention through a phone call to guide us it immediately cleaned up issue. Took time to show me old transmission and what went wrong w it and photos of new install. Also included solid warranty w new unit. Appreciate everything done to date. Runs great.
Tony was probably the most helpful person Ive encountered when it comes to people in the auto industry. He took care of my car when the clutch went out, organized a tow for me, and saved me some money when I was comparing quotes with another shop. By the way, this all happened in under 48 hours. Recently had to replace the brakes on an old 4Runner. Reached out and they were able to fit me in for a Saturday appointment. Im particular on OEM brakes. They were able to get me what I wanted at a reasonable price. Even more pleasing, they explained that my back brakes still had plenty more usage on them and they would replace them only if I wanted to. They didnt try and falsely upsell me like Ive heard stories about from other local auto service businesses. My family has been long time Aamco customers. Ive also been a customer of this Aamco location at both the old location and the new location. They dont disappoint. I will continue to recommend to anyone who asks.
I had gotten a quote from a different transmission shop that was really high, so I went to AAMCO for a second opinion. I sure am glad I did, because Tony gave me a much better price. Honest. I would describe their business as honest. We arrived with our vehicle ahead of the transmission mileage schedule. The technician kindly let us know we were too early but I insisted on. (We did our transmission change at 40k versus the normal 80k for our model vehicle) They did the transmission flush. The vehicle ran so much smoother after the flush. The gears changes were seamless! I appreciated the honesty and their work on our vehicle.
This is not my first time using this branch and because of the previous satisfied service, I once again came to them to address an issue with my A/C. They are very prefessional and Mr. Carpio is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He patiently broke down the procedure, process, etc., in laymans term so I could understand. Also, being a female, I felt safe that I was not being overcharged for a service and being coaxed into other services that I didnt need. I will definitely be back for other services..hopefully not anytime soon (vehicle repairs are expensive!)
I went to Aamco to have my transmission looked at after another shop completed a full rebuild for me. I was pleasantly surprised at how personable the service was and how quickly I was given an estimate to repair what another shop refused to warranty. David was extremely quick to get back to me on pricing and time frames for part delivery/installation. I received my vehicle back with a better than new transmission, which I am extremely grateful for! First things first, they picked up the phone when I called! To me that’s a big deal. They told me they could get me in for a worn out clutch for my car as soon as I brought it in same day. Tony was fantastic to work with. Price was good, work was good. I was shown the parts that were removed and they took care of any questions I had after the service was done. They didn’t just blow me off after they had my money. Extremely happy with service.
AAMCO does excellent work and has great customer service. I was frustrated with other service at another company and David was very calm and patient. The technicians performed the tasks in a very smooth and efficient manner and gave me extra small parts that were needed. I am bringing all my future projects to AAMCO.
Avoid this place at all cost ! I just recently purchase a vehicle through Drive Time; The warranty that I got through them honor everything they promise and even more. I took my SUV to have it fix at this place, I thought it was something electrical going on base on what the SUV was doing and also we had a power steering leak. The first thing that I notice when I got back my SUV back that it had the same problems I went in the first place. They took 21 days to supposedly to fix the problem, I took it some were else they did a diagnostic and the only thing it had wrong was the battery and the leak on the power steering fluid it was only the line. I talk to manager explain him the problem that I need my SUV I run a business and need my truck. The Manager call my wife names on front of my baby that 17 month old and mistreated hear. Other customer got upset and left. I ended calling the warranty they took really good care of us and send us to the shop of our choice and not to worry about any co-pay and also the help us to get a rental car. This is the first time in my life that I go through a situation like this with repair facility. This folks in this place are very dishonest and not professional at all. Like I said at the beginning Avoid this place at all cost... I dont want other people to go through the experience that I went through.
David is super cool Guy .. I took my car her for A/C compressor.. He was very honest with me he gave me two different options to look as far is pricing.. No one ever does that.. Needless To say I told him we were going to get it done at the dealership. He asked how Much they would charge and stated he would match it.. I went in to AAMCO to get my compressor replaced for my AC unit, the manager Tony advised me to let them do a free diagnostic to ensure that is exactly what needed to be replaced so I wouldnt need to spend more money if I didnt have to. They were able to schedule me for the following day and be finished with my car as promised before 5pm. Tony also called me to let me know my serpentine belt and tensioner belt were cracked and needed to be replaced which I really appreciated that he called and asked permission before just replacing them and billing me afterwards. Tony was very helpful and informative throughout the process which only took a business day and my AC is working fantastic now! So grateful for the honest, good mechanics here.
The manager at Aamco, David was great, he was straight forward with my cars problems. They do great work and are very reasonable in pricing and true to their guarantees of their work. They didnt try to fix problems that werent there. Great people, I would recommend them for transmission problems to anyone.
Had transmission codes on my 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis. Called Aamco and spoke with David he provided tow truck assistance through a third party to get my vehicle into the shop for further assessment. I liked the fact he did not give me a price right off the bat, not even a quote until further assessment was performed. Once he provided the price he also provided alternatives to pay the balance. David was very professional and followed up with status of my vehicle, also the turn around time was perfect for repairs. Thanks Aamco Team for getting me back on the road, car runs like new. I am so happy and impressed with Tony and his guys !! They all did a fantastic job on my 2007 Chevy Silverado pick up. Tony was able to work with my warranty company and get everything covered. He explained everything to me and was very honest and even waited for me past closing time to pick up my truck. I will always use them for my trucks needs. Great experience at AAMCO and did not even end up having anything repaired! Since I have zero car knowledge, I am always concerned about being pressured into an unneeded repair. Excellent job and service! I had transmission troubles, but not anymore. I walked in and I was greeted by Tony Morales who assured me I would be really satisfied with their service and their lower prices. I really love that I got to talk to Mr. Morales(who is the General Manager) and his great mechanic about my car problems and the plan of action versus talking to front desk fill-ins who know nothing about anything. As I was driving into Dallas from Denton the day after Thanksgiving, my truck started to make a loud noise as I was driving. As I got off the exit this was the only repairs shop I saw in the area opened. I went in and saw this guy sitting behind the desk with this long beard. I asked him to check the noise out for and he got out those dark sunglasses on and came outside and looked at my vehicle. He was really nice and very knowledgable, thats why you never judge a book by its cover. He gave a diagnosis but he told me he couldnt be 100% sure because he would need to get it in the shop. He did explain to me that their were 4 vehicles in front of me and he wouldnt be able to get to it on that Friday but he guaranteed me he would have a diagnosis for sure Saturday but they close at 12 so he couldnt guarantee my vehicle until Monday. My vehicle was fixed Monday as guaranteed. What made it even more special is the fact that David called me on Tuesday to follow up with me to make sure my truck was still running great. If this shop wasnt so far from my house this would definitely be my go to shop for all my vehicle needs. David was so cool and straight up. When he put those shades on and walk outside hes about business. Very professional. I would definitely recommend this shop if youre in the area and need repairs to your vehicle. I wish this shop was located in Corinth!!!!

Awesome experience! My vehicle broke down on the toll way at North West Highway. I called roadside assistance, and the tow truck driver commented that I was lucky because I was close to Aamco. Apparently, he is only willing to take his personal vehicle there. It was freezing out, and they made me a fresh pot of coffee. I was impressed by their professionalism! My vehicle was checked promptly, and they offered assistance with obtaining a rental car. They said it would be ready in 7-10 days, and it was done in 8. Not having my usual mechanics at my disposal, I ventured over to AAMCO, (Inwood & Irving) just a few blocks away from my hotel and met with a very pleasant and professional gentleman Dave. He assured me he would handle the job and secured my car while the work was being preformed. He was trustworthy and informative. Not only was the price fair, he didnt charge for a diagnostic check. This place is a scam! They claimed my warranty company told them they would fix something, started working on my car, and when it was done, they didnt fix what they claimed my warranty company said they would, and tried to charge me an extra $1000+.Their word is worthless. Also, the mark up on the part they used was ridiculous, and said they gave me a good deal. NEVER going here again. These people are crooks. I should have listened to the bad reviews on this place. They care about money, not having repeat customers. Tony, the manager, claimed to try and help me, and got annoyed when I was obviously upset that both him and my warranty company went back on their word. My husband was with me to pick up the car and Tony got annoyed that my husband asked to see the part they fixed! Like he was doing it for free, the nerve! Such nasty attitude, instead of apologizing and understanding that what he claims he was told never happened, made both him and this business look bad! As a consumer, I expect to be told the truth, not dooped, especially when the work that was done was THOUSANDS of dollars to begin with!!
AAMCO deserves more than 5 stars based on their honesty! Brought my car here when I had experienced a problem with my brakes that freaked me out. I brought it to them even though my brakes were feeling more “normal” by the time I brought it in. Any mechanic could’ve ripped me off and said I needed an expensive part replaced. I don’t know much about cars and it’s pretty clear once they meet me. But AAMCO spent time looking at my car and when they couldn’t find anything wrong they were honest with me and didn’t charge me a penny! AAMCO has earned my trust and future business! Nobody wants to experience car troubles but the next time I do I know who I will call!
I had my sons Kia engine replaced by Aamco in Dallas, after another shop advised it was the transmission . These guys provided awesome service from start to finish thanks to Rahim and David. I was reluctant at first not sure what to expect and the financial stress to replace an engine. However, Rahim explained the process , got me the best deal from their vendor, and advised several different options for financing. I am very much satisfied with their service and will definitely be using them again in the future. Great Service!

After reading the reviews some made me worried but when I took my car in and I talked with Tony I felt at ease. He really took the time to answer all of my questions and help me understand what was wrong with my transmission. They started the rebuild Tuesday at 10:30 and it was finished Wednesday by noon. Overall great work and the warranty is a major plus. Parts and labor are covered. 👍
Couldnt of had a better experience. Dave and team were responsive, knowledgeable and professional. They fixed my 2010 Tahoe with no cost for a diagnostic and a fair price for parts and labor. Would recommend this shop to anyone and will be going there for any and all auto need from now on.
I had money and personal belongings taken out of my Jeep while it was in Aamco’s care. All I could do is file a police report, which ended with nothing happening. But even worse, the transmission work I had done was an absolutely horrible experience. I had to return my Jeep three times to get problems with both the transmission performance, and sensor light errors addressed. They finally told me that there was nothing else they could do, and it must be a problem with the vehicles computer. What a joke. This is a terribly run location, and I’d never refer anyone to this particular repair center. Tony was the manager, and I certainly hope he is replaced by someone more competent before he runs this particular Aamco into closer.
The acceleration on my Rav4 was getting stuck at 35 mph and going up to 4,000 rpms before accerating to 40 mph. David, at AAMCO charged $135 up front to look at the transmission. They only found dirty fluid. So they wanted $489 to open it up because it wasnt returning any transmission codes. Then more $ to fix it if they found anything. I asked them to flush the fluid. They said no. I declined service and took it to Toyota of Irving. They flushed the fluid for $269 and the car runs fine.
These guys did a great job repairing the AC in my 2011 Nissan. very courteous and professional. I left feeling like I have made a new friend by the way Tony handled the transaction. Happy customer!
I picked up my BMW 750 from here about a week ago. My car was stuck in one gear, so I went to the dealer and was just shocked at how much this was to replace. Had it towed to aamco in Dallas and it was fixed for less than half of what it almost cost me. While it was there they took care of my brakes also. Its been a few days and Im glad I get to enjoy this ride for a while longer.

Took my 08 Buick Enclave to a chain brake place last week for what I figured were normal brake problems. After completing their diagnostic, they presented me with an estimate of over $700.00 to fix my brakes. After recovering from the shock of the estimate I calmly told them to give me my car back and that I would think about the repairs. It was close enough to my house and they offered a free diagnostic. At this point being a little skeptical from the last place, I called and made an appointment for the next day. Dustin was very personable and re assured me there were no gimmicks and that I would have an estimate later that day. They called me late that afternoon with a more accurate estimate that was less than half the price of the previous place. I authorized the work and picked it up after work that same day. I appreciate these guys for being thorough and not trying to break the bank on my car... I will definitley be back!!

Hands down one of the most trustworthy and fair prices auto shops I have worked with in the 15 years I have lives in Dallas. Tony and his team really came to the rescue for my 2011 GMC Terrain. The transmission was completely hosed, I had to have it fixed in 24 hours as I was driving 13 hours to Colorado. I took the car in mid morning and picked it up at 5pm. It is like I am driving a new car. And it was much cheaper than having thr dealership fix it. I will be taking my car to AAMCO for all of my car service needs moving forward. I had my transmission rebuilt about 8 months ago here and my car ran fine until a couple months ago when the problem seemed to return. I called Tony and told him what was going on and he told me to bring it in. It took a while to figure out what was going on, but Tony never gave up and never told me it might be something new and would need to charge me. He took care of my car and fit me in where he could with a busy schedule. Thanks for fixing my car without any hassle.

Okay.... to each its own but my experience was great!Okay I had previously called this location to ask a few questions... I was assisted by David and little did I know that he would be a life saver. I am a DriveTime Customer. My 06 Pontiac Grand Prix started running hot and it seemed like I was buying dex-cool every 2-3 days but wasnt seeing any leaks anywhere. I was wondering where the coolant was going and it baffled me. my car started over heating in cold temps and one day the fluids even froze up due to the cold weather and lack of coolant. So I called the shop a second time and David once again sat there and listened to me rant and rave and instructed me on what to do to get my car running so i could bring it in. Now I have a warranty on my car and thank God that I did. The over heating was actually a engine gone bye-bye. Now .... I decided to make it to work a three days before I planned to actually take my car in ..... I thought well I will be able to make it till then... nope... Going down 30 Hwy East after work following my co-worker and all of a sudden I was pressing the gas and going no where quick. So I pulled to the shoulder of the Hwy pulled out my phone and started calling people. Dallas courtesy patrol pulls up and tried to see if they could assist me. When I tell you they are the most useless people they are... they couldnt assist me unless I had a blown out tire or need water to replenish my radiator. I needed to get my car off the freeway now the truck they were in was equipped with a tow hitch but the passenger quickly told me oh we dont tow. then he proceeded to hand me a lists of tow companys that i could call..... I was thinking really....really.... and I stopped right were people are merging onto 635 Hwy. All bad.... I called David and he was nice enough to talk to me to calm me down. He knew I was a Drive-Time customer and my warranty covered the cost of my tow. he called a tow truck and got my car to the shop where they took no time to fix my car. They put a whole new engine in and now I am back rolling again! Worth the drive to get this level of top notch service! I live in Carrollton but, made the drive to get my 2000 Town & Country outfitted with new brakes. I previously used an Only Brakes shop exclusively for the last decade. Then a friend suggested I try this AAMCO Total Care shop. Not only was I delighted with the service and will not be going anywhere else for my auto repair needs, but the work was done at a fraction of the price quoted by the Only Brakes shop! Tony has been great to work with. Its hard to find people you can trust with your car. Service was done on my transmission. Tony kept my car 12 days to make sure it was right. And when there was a hiccup, he took care of it. I wont take my car anywhere else
Went in to get front rotors and all brake pads replaced. After picking up my car, my brakes continued to squeak. Brought it back 3 more times to fix. Each time I was assured the brakes didnt make noise. As soon as I drove off the brakes squeaked when I applied the brake. The manager said he would research next steps over a week ago and hasnt reached out. I cant speak on their other services, but changing brake pads is not their forte. I recommend another place. Too much of a headache.
I picked up my Mercedes from there a few days ago. The transmission is fixed, the AC is blowing ice cubes, and this car is finally driving comfortably and fun again like it should. Polite and trustworthy group. (They even showed me my transmission in pieces and explained to me.what happened when I asked to see it). Ill be referring my friends and family here from now on.
My Taurus was leaking transmission fluid, they fixed it right and were more than fair on the price. This is a very busy shop for a reason, because all the employees from the owner down to the office assistant are Friendly, Honest and they do the work right the first time. They were kind enough to shuttle be back over to Love Field so I could get a rental car. Next time my car needs any maintenance, this shop will get my business.
I went to Aamco thinking that there was a problem with the transmission in my Chevy Impala. David the manager was very quick to diagnose the problem, which luckily for me was minor. I guess being a single woman has made me a little car illiterate. Anyways, they did a wonderful job and away I went. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Rahim and he was very nice and all were complete professionals. I will not hesitate to tell family and friends about them if they are having problems. Again outstanding people.
The services rendered. Was Transmission & Radiator work,the price was a little steep;and it took a little longer than expected. All in all! The job was done well,I scanned over their work;and didnt see anything that would alarm me. Would I use them again 🙄,sure;probably very soon. Thanks Guys....
Having recently moved to Dallas, I was unsure of where to take my vehicle to have a noise checked out. A noise could be so many things in the mechanical world so I was hesitant to stop in an unfamiliar shop. The team at AAMCO were beyond helpful, they stuck to their price, never tried to sell me on things I didnt need and delivered world class customer service. They are Wonderful, honest, and hand working team. I will bring my car back for all of its service needs.

I am incredibly pleased with my decision to take my van to Tony at AAMCO Dallas. When I broke down just down the road, my roadside assistance defaulted to a small shop that I hadnt heard of (and who spelled car like Kar...with a K!) I immediately called my father in law and when he realized it was the transmission he told me to look up AAMCO as he used to work for one in a different state. I found that I was just about a mile away from AAMCO Dallas and immediately changed my tow location. Tony didnt rush the job, but rather kept the van for an extra night to ensure everything was in order. Even with the extra night I was only without my vehicle for 2 days! Such quick service! Someone also called me a week later to check in and invited me to bring the van back to check to see of everything is still in great shape. I appreciate that Tony and his shop care about their work. So many shops Ive experienced just want to get you in and out and forgrt you right away but not AAMCO in Dallas!
If you are a woman, or even if you are not, and know nothing about cars but need a place you can trust, this is the place. They were kind, honest and did what they said. What was very immpressive to me was that Tony, the manager, stayed in contat with my brother in Utah explaining what they were doing and why so he could explain it to me. I took my car in Thursday afternoon and picked it up the next day after they had replaced 2 broken motor mounts and compleatly rebuilt the transmission for a price lower than just the transmission I had been quoted elsewhere.My car runs better than ever and I will never take it anywhere else. One other thing I learned that might be helpful is dont just go by the mileage on you car to have the recomended maintenance done. Thats what I thought you were supposed to do, thats what the dealership recommend, however my car is 10 years old even thoughit only has 60,000 miles on it. Had they taken that into consideration I wouldnt have had the problem I did. It took Tony 5 minutes to figure it out. Thanks Tony, and everybody else at the shop.
I broke down during Christmas holiday 2020 coming from New Orleans. My bill after repairs was $4400 on a transmission rebuild job less than 6mo/600mi prior. I paid $1000 in January. Sale of my house fell thru, so payment of balance was delayed; now their help has turned to hurt. Business applies for mechanics lien for $4400 instead true amount $3400. By June, storage Fees are astronomical; and they feel justified. I offered to pay True balance Plus 10 days storage; no response. I leave the matter & the unchrist-like business practice in GOD’s hand.
I was traveling cross country from Boston to San Francisco and took a southern route. While in Dallas my transmission started to fail. (Apparently this is a thing that happens with my kind of transmission.) I went to Tony and his crew first thing in the morning. I could tell they were kind, professional, and honest. They got right to work, first trying to fix it for me, and then deciding it needed to be replaced. Throughout the entire process there was clear communication and attempts to bring the price down for me wherever possible. I was back on the road a couple days later and made it safely to Cali. I took my car in to have the transmission and differential serviced. Clementina, Tony and Raahim were ver helpful and professional in explaining the entire process to me. They called me and told me what the charges would be before the work was started. In and out in one day. Very satisfied with the service, treatment and price. I highly recommend this place.
David and the staff made me feel comfortable and kept in contact with me during the entire process when Dallas was hit with below zero temps and snow that caused massive power outages, busted water pipes and low gas pressure problems. When they returned my vehicle the transmission shifted like new.
I took my car thinking I had a transmission problem but it was just an Air breather hose. The nice man hooked it back up for me. This pace is very honest. They are very nice and professional. I highly recommend them.
We are more than 1200 miles away from our daughter who attends college in Texas. It is hard to send her alone to a mechanic and trust they will be honest. Raheem and his team were great. They inspected her car as agreed and in the time frame committed. I would highly recommend this shop.
I dont recommend anyone to this repair facility, they have had our van since Oct of 2017. Then since their parking lot isnt secure someone broke into my car and stole the radio and damaged my car. Worst experience Ive ever had at a automotive shop. Tony the service manager wont give updates or return calls to his customers. Bad service, think twice about taking your vehicle here.Ive emailed Rahim personally and no response. Ownership doesnt call or email back. And I still dont have my car
I broke the linkage rod to my transmission. I called Tony Monday morning and he sent the tow truck within an hour. He called me thatafternoon to give me a status update saying finding a 1997 version ofthe linkage rod was going to be tough. He called me the next day to say he found a used one in excellent shape and that my car was ready. I was so very pleased I will always recommend Tony.
I had always heard good things about Aamco so, on a whim, and the fact that my car A/C went out, I decided to take it here to have them look at it. $25.00 and 6 hours later I was told the cost to replace the compressor and a drier would be $1,200.00. Obviously this is not acceptable. I later went to another well known repair shop which quoted me $600 for parts, labor, etc... MUCH better service, people and all around experience.Final Thought: If you are desperate, then by all means, choose this Aamco...but if you could save some cash, move on.
Highly encourage anyone who is having transmission issues to use this Aamco. Tony was awesome to work with and went the extra mile to make sure my daughters car was fixed. It is not often you find such great service when dealing with mechanics. Thanks, Tony!!!

My 2010 Nissan Murano had a CVT transmission that needed to be repaired. AAMCO transmissions in Dallas was the best price around and willing to actually rebuild the transmission when others told me it couldnt be repaired. Tonys customer service was excellent. He went above and beyond. I am very pleased and will definitely refer people.
Professional and Courteous.I took my vehicle to this location after I had my oil changed at a local service station. The attendant at the service station told me that the transmission fluid was leaking. I was dismayed because I had the transmission repaired at Aamcos 3620 Inwood Rd. location 3 months earlier. This same location was professional when I brought the vehicle in and asked them to re-evaluate their repair work. I was notified that there was only a small leak around the oil pan due to external damage. They fixed the oil pan at no charge, and returned my car within one business day. I will definitely come back to this location in the future.
Even though I had a rather difficult time dealing with AAMCO on the first impression, I received a personalized call from Tony (the manager at this location) with a very sincere apology and good communication on what went awry. This level of customer service shows dedication to the job. Very much appreciated. Ill be returning soon.

I recently moved to Dallas and had to bring my car in three times over the course of two weeks due to problems I occurred when I took my car in Houston. I am so glad I picked Aamco Dallas. Dodge ram was towed in on monday for a simple clutch job. I was told it should be finished by end of week and bill shouldnt be more than 600. Fast forward through 11 days of calling shop to have the kid at front desk tell me David just left Ill have him call you back....and we get to the part were David goes through of a long list of charges that amount to over $900 dollars for a simple clutch repair on a dodge ram pick up...how much easier does it get!!! when I complain he immediately says wait oh the flywheel charge shouldnt be on there....no kidding!!!I had my truck to aamco in North Carolina a year before and they had it in and out in 2 days for 700.David and Raheem on the other hand took 11 days, lied to me every day, and then over charge me... oh yeah and today my truck wont shift while sitting still, they didnt align something up right so my truck is going back to the shop.incompetent and no morals.
I brought the car in because it was slipping between 2nd and 3rd gears (slightly). After checking the vehicle, the technician determined that it was slight slipping in 2nd gear, and to bring it back when it gets worse, hopefully in 10 to 12 months.The Service Advisor Rahim was helpful, listened to the input, and had the technicians diagnose it, for free.Although it could be fixed at this stage, we might as well drive it to see if it progresses, and then bring the car back... what a refreshing response.I guess you know where we will be taking it after the slipping gets worse, AAMCO of Dallas!
I dropped a transmission off with this shop 8 weeks ago and they have done nothing with it. He has given me multiple excuses about his only mechanic is sick or whatever. I finally said i wanted it back to take somewhere else and he told me it is taken apart and he doesnt know what he can do and his mechanic is not in. this guy is frustrating and does not communicate anything. he has never called me once, Ive had to call him to get any information and he never tells me anything. Steer clear of this place it is a black hole. there is no telling if I ever get my transmission back or what this guy is going to do. he has never even called me with any estimate or anything, this is a scam shop.
This was the most horrible experience Ive had at a car shop . I just moved to the area and was in search of a mechanic to fix my car , a Cadillac SRX , which had a broken rear end . I was referred to AAMCO by one of their customers and was told maybe they would be able to fix it ...I called and spoke to TONY , who told me I could bring my car in to be diagnosed for free . I took my car to the shop on AUGUST 19, 2016 . I was told the repair for this would be a little over $1000 and I would have my car back within 5 days . One week passes and I call for an update I get your car will be ready tomorrow ...OK . Tomorrow comes and I receive no call or update , so I call back the following day only to be told your car will be ready tomorrow again . OK . This pattern went on for the next MONTH . One day I was told they are looking at it now I pass by and my car is in the same spot . I was told they received a faulty piece and had to be sent back ...twice ...When the differential got on the car , TONY and his men then couldnt get the sensors to act right . Then it was you need an axle ..which was another $750 . Lies , broken promise to receive a call back and disappointment is all I received from this shop ! Finally after being told tomorrow for four weeks straight ...I decided to call corporate and maybe they could see what was really going on . Corporate was RUDE and told me TONY claimed I had financial issues and a lot of stuff was wrong with my car . This was a complete lie . We only discussed two issues with my car and all parts and labor were agreed to be paid in full upon completion . The lady was rude and said to me well Im not the middle man , yes we are corporate but the are owned by individual persons I told her I was never returning to this company and would be leaving them a bad review & she showed no remorse because she did not care ...so , no help from corporate . I continued to try and work with TONY for two more weeks , still hearing tomorrow and waiting for calls that I didnt recoeve . Finally I was fed up with it all and asked for my car back . I called on SEPTEMBER 28, 2016 and stated I would pick up my car on SEPTEMBER 30 whether it was fixed or not ...of course TONY still tries to convince me to leave it there . When Friday comes around he still tells me that the car is not finished and he would have to charge me $110 diagnostic fee and 30 hours worth labor . NO SIR YOU WILL NOT ! So he then says that he would have a price for me Saturday....guess what , I never heard from TONY until I called him Monday morning OCTOBER 3, 2016 when he then stated just come get your car off MY lot as if Ive done something wrong !!!! SIR for the last month and a half my small children and I went through HELL trying to get back and forth to work , school etc . EXCUSE ME FOR BEING UPSET THAT YOU COULDNT JUST TELL ME YOU CANT FIX MY CAR !!! I was upset about the situation after the week he promised but NEVER did I have an attitude or rudeness with TONY ! And on top of everything, he didnt even apologize !! NEVER WILL I EVER take my car here or recommend ANYONE to take their car to this location or this company !! Horrible customer service and on top they are liars and obviously dont know what they are doing !
Tony at Aamco on Inwood in Dallas is a class act. I left my car with him to have the bearings and front axel replaced. Not only did I never have to call and check on the vehicle because Tony kept me updated, but he was very understanding and patient with my questions while offering suggestions for possible upcoming needs of my older foreign car. Having a mechanic shop that is trustworthy is priceless. I would highly reccommend Tony and his Aamco shop!
Repairs have not been completed as of now I would not recommend!! Original job was done in the shop in Dallas. Picked up the truck, had difficulties immediately drove straight home. In Louisiana. Then realized it would not go in reverse. Called your shop where the transmission work was done, they said take it to the nearest shop which is in Tyler Texas, the truck has been there a week, Called to see what the status of the vehicle, they said they hadnt done anything.
Fixed my truck and it works perfectly. I called around to other places and even the dealer wanted over 5k to fix it! They replaced and reprogrammed the computer and it took care of my issue! I highly recommend them and will be back for whatever else I need!
I cannot say enough good things about this company and how they saved me thousands of dollars! I recommend them to anybody needing mechanical work for their vehicle.
Had a very bad experience with these guys. Drive Time customer you may consider going some where else. They dont return phone calls. After the work was completed, I took it back 3 times, by the third time the rear seal in transmission was leaking by then. Another shop found that the drive shaft was out of balance. The problem wasnt there when I took it in. My problem was transmission was slipping. They had 2.5 weeks saying the warranty company sent wrong transmission. However the same transmission they say was wrong was listed on my paper work from them. While sitting and waiting the for the transmission rear seal to be replace which took almost 2 hours.
I am so glad and satisfied that David was so professional and educational to explain how everything works and how my warranty works and what it covers. Shady business messed me over out of 2300 transmission didn’t last over 2 years Rahim is a no good racist if you are not white I recommend you find someone else to fix your car!!!!!!! Also David Varnell is also very racist and disrespectful even admitting to not fixing my car right!!!! This is definitely not spam how would I know there names everything I have stated is the truth I have no reason to lie!!!!!!! If they allowed pictures I would post all paperwork showing how much I paid and when I got it done back in 2015 also be careful they didn’t even bolt my car back to the frame after they where done!!!!! I had car trouble late Monday night i was stuck at work i called my warranty company and was referred to mr tony Morales at AAMCO. i called and left a message around 10 p.m. mr morales called back immediately i told the problem i was having he told me to drop my car off and he will look at it in the morning.the next day he called me and explained the problem and said he would call the warranty co and let them know whats wrong.. By 11 a.m. he gave me an update stating it will be ready today. By 4:45p.m my car was ready.. And good to go he even called the following day to check to see if my car was driving ok.. Thank you mr. Morales you rock!!
My name is Jerry Reneau. I drive an older Lexus (2002). Being older, the car often requires more maintenance than a younger car might. In the past, it has been difficult to find a mechanic that I can trust to deal with me honestly and fairly. I have found that in AamcoS ,Tony Morales. I trust TonyS judgement and his advise regarding my cars upkeep. I am confident that given Mr.Morales expert care and knowledge that I have finally found a permanent mechanic. Not only will I continue to take my car to Tony, I will continue to recommend he and Aamco to others.
This place is a public safety hazard. Check yelp for true reviews, not these fake 5 stars at Google.This place fix you car into a worse shape, that you have to get it repaired somewhere else, or buy a new car.They took you car, sat on it for weeks if not months, claiming they find a new problem after fixing old one, or they got wrong part ordered, every few days when you call them, and yes, you have to call them, then Tony and Rahim, playing nice guy, while doing exactly nothing.Be warned, and do yourself a favor, avoid this scam. We are reporting this to BBB, consumer protection, their parent company and state department of public safety.And BTW, dont even bother checking my name in your system, you wont find me, car took in by my wife. Anyone need more proof, check yelp.

Heres the timeline of my recent visit to Aamco and some details as to why Im writing a 1 star review. Ill call you in 30 minutes was the line of the day today. 5 hours later I took my car elsewhere.Here goes:9am: I take my 1995 Del Sol (OBD1 computer, this is an important fact) to have the transmission checked out.9:30am: I get picked up by my ride. Tony, the general manager, says he should have the problem diagnosed and hed call me in 30 minutes.10:56am: 86 minutes after leaving I had not received the call in 30 minutes. I call Tony. He says, My guy has it in the garage, Ill call you in 30 minutes.12:28pm: Again, no call after 30 minutes. Another hour and half later, I call to get an update, he says his mechanic has it in the garage and is still trying to figure stuff out. Ill call you in 30 minutes he says.1:15pm: Still no call from Tony, so I decide to call again. He says its in the garage but his mechanic is at lunch, but hed call the mechanic on his cell and call me right back. I was tired of waiting to get called back so I decide to go there in person to see the problem.1:49pm: My car is sitting outside the garage, not in it. Tony brings his mechanic in and says, This man has been waiting all morning to get his transmission diagnosed and you havent done it. To which the mechanic yells, I cant do it! I cant find the OBD2 computer! Of course he cant find the OBD2 computer, because the car is a 1995 and has an OBD1 computer. I assume he spent the morning trying to find a computer hookup that did not exist.Tony then tells me to take a ride with the mechanic in the car so he can see what the problem is. I tell him I dont have time because my ride is waiting outside.Heres what made me finally decide to leave. Tony looks at me and says, Look I had 30 cars in here this morning, I put you in front of alot of people. To which I replied, All I wanted was for you to call me when you said you were going to. Tony replied, Well youve been calling me every 5 minutes. I immediately asked for my keys and took the car to a different transmission shop.I understand auto shops can get really busy and backed up. However, telling someone youll have it figured out in 30 minutes then not calling for hours is unacceptable customer service. Had Tony told me, Were really busy, I wont really know anything until later this afternoon, the situation would have been different. All I wanted was a little honesty and better communication. I ended up getting disrespected in a situation that did not warrant such treatment. Thats why Aamco is getting a one star review.
Kept to their word and forward about opinion thankful I still need some more work done over a $1,000 cheaper then Beltline
I highly recommend Tony and his staff at Aamco Dallas. Car trouble is the worst, but if you need transmission work, you can trust them to get it done and get it done right. They went above and beyond to make the inconvenince as minimal as possible. They are incredibly nice, helpful and trustworthy.
My mother in law had a blow in front of this store. She was driving home from the hospital were her daughter just had brain surgery.Not only did they not help they were not nice. She then drove the SUV next door to Discount Tire. Discount tire not only put on a brand new tire, they did it for free.All she wanted was help.Shame on Aamco, we will never use this place for anything.

I took my 2010 ToyotaTundra In to get a rebuilt transmission and a drive shaft,. The cost was good and the service was great. David was an excellent communicator,. I will be sending all of my friends and family to them.
Took my car in for a transmission repair. Was told I needed a total rebuild for $3500. I took it to another shop for a second opinion and they said it just needed a solenoid and only charged me $120. Complete ripoff! Dont use them!
Had a great experience and good customer service. Had to have flywheel replaced because of broken splines. Got vehicle back in same day. Thanks to David I will be coming back and refer other customers.
Had a bad solenoid in my Ram 2500 transmission. These guys replaced it bad solenoid cluster, had me up and running within two days. Was more than helpful when i called in to check the status of my vehicle during repairs. Repairs came out under the estimated cost. Thanks guys.
After having my truck back for a day we had to have it hauled back to the shop....i must admit that it was frustrating at first but Marcus,Raul,Cipriano reassured us that our vehicle was going to be given the proper care!!!! We were heading out on a long road trip and wanted to make sure we would not have any issues once we hit the road. Prices were great for what needed to be replaced and we had great peace of mind for our family vacation
Tony really took care of our car. We called him at 10am on Saturday - he had the car towed to his shop and started working on it for us even though he closed at 2pm. He finished figuring out the issues on Monday and had the parts and the car repaired by 2pm on Tuesday!! There werent any parking places when we pulled up, but we were able to pay our bill and drive on out.
