Called Wheelhouse out for an emergency visit before the snow storm in which my heater was broken. Matt was phenomenal with his explanations and work performed. I highly recommend Wheelhouse!

Was very happy to find out that Wheelhouse would honor the warranty on our A/C unit, installed by another company. They came out very quickly and were able to work around our schedule to complete the repair.

We were working with another company (the company who installed the unit on our new home) After routine maintenance with this other company, suddenly our unit had many issues and stopped working. For months they could not figure out what happened or offer any solution to fix it. In addition to that, the customer service was less than ideal - lots of no shows, mixed answers, poor response time, etc. The result was they wanted to rip open all of our walls to see if there might be a leak somewhere. I contacted Wheelhouse to get a second opinion on the issues we were experiencing. Our technician from Wheelhouse was scheduled in a timely manner, on time, great communication, super knowledgeable about the issues we were experiencing and provided a solution quickly. I have now become a lifetime customer and highly recommend them!!!

Chris Berry and his crew were efficient and professional. AC is really important in Dallas and I felt like his crew knew they should work quickly. They did NOT try to sell me on things I didnt need, and, talking to several friends in the construction business, they were fairly priced. Finally, they cleaned up after themselves and hauled off the old equipment and the packaging. Thanks so much, Chris, Clifton and the rest of the crew!
