01-26-24 Jesse & Bryon helped me match up a ECM Genteq motor for a Lennox Furnace. I did not have an account with Lennox, so I was really at their mercy - they treated me very well as usual, and gave me good pricing.The main thing is good about this company is the sales associates know the business very well they help you like nobody else can. Jesse and Bryon were very knowledgeable and honest, what more can a technician want now days. Are they good - damn right very good!

Used to be pretty good. They are SEVERELY under staffed and unable to keep up with demand however. If you call them expect to wait 30 min or more. Come here for parts expect to add an hour to your day

Took almost 1 hour to get a part , horrible service. They hate the fact that you’re there to spend money especially the guy with dreads in the warehouse He really hates his job.

Horrible customer care company ! I bought a piece of heating wire .Only a 5ft long and weigh about a pound. Written quoted for $20 freight but charged $30 freight without any explanation until I ran back to the store and argued about it. $10 would not make me rich nor United Refrigeration but for the sake of company reputation, I would refund $10 without any question if I were a company owner.However this clerk, kept on insisting we have to cover the cost of freight, driver, gas and insurance blah blah on and onWatch out the freight charge quotation for this company !! Technically they can charge whatever they want because it is only an estimate.Awful customer care company !!

The guys there are friendly and can steer you in the right direction if needed. Excellent supply house for refrigeration and commercial stuff. Ok on the residential side. I go there often. Im not sure if they sell to the public Im a contractor.

One stop shopping for all your HVAC/R parts, supplies and equipment. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Always a good experience here.
