Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

The installation of the HVAC was quick, I have no complaints about it. The time leading up to having to purchase a new system is what I am complaining about. I requested service to check the system, they could not find a problem, but knew there was a leak, I was charged $753.00 for them to refill with refrigerant only for it to stop cooling again. My money should have been refunded or went toward the purchase of the new system.

I was very pleased that an appointment with a service man was scheduled for the next day after I called about my Microwave.The Service man was knowledgeable and efficiently corrected the problem.My only suggestion is that times for services/repairs should be made with a 2 hour window instead of a four hour window for time of arrival.

Was having issues with my ice maker, Rocky got here, diagnosed the issue, made the repair and educated me on the various ways I can help myself with keeping the appliance at top performance. I am very grateful for the information and the good service. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks so much.

Took a week to get someone out - then cancelled because of weather. Rescheduled for a week later - cancelled because of weather. A week later someone comes out, couldnt find the problem, washer died the next day. Took a week to get someone out again, changed circuit board now dead the next day. Now have to wait another week.Kenmore Select in not an inexpensive washer, but more than five weeks of going to the laundromat is ridiculous.

Scam they get you to buy something else

Service was fast and friendly it was a pleasant environment to shop in.
